郑州市零售业空间格局及影响因素分析

零售业与居民生活密切相关,其空间布局对满足居民消费需求、城市经济发展等方面有重要影响.城市空间格局决定了产业发展环境,影响产业布局.该文采用空间分析方法,分析郑州市零售业空间分布特征,并利用地理探测器探讨不同城市空间对零售业空间布局的影响.研究发现:1)零售业空间集聚特征明显且存在空间尺度效应,随距离增加,空间集聚性先增加后减小;2)零售业具有明显的"核心—边缘"空间结构特征,且集中分布在距市中心10 km范围内;3)5种城市空间对零售业整体空间布局具有显著影响,其中休闲娱乐和交通空间对郑州市零售业空间布局影响较大,因子解释力分别为0.675、0.656,其次为居住、公共和商业空间,影响程度接近;4)不同城市空间对不同零售业态空间布局的影响程度有差异,居住和公共空间对医药及医疗器材零售布局影响较大,交通空间对综合零售布局影响较大,而商业和休闲娱乐空间对文化、体育用品及器材零售布局影响较大.     

南京市居民购物行为的影响因素和空间效应——基于四种商品的对比研究

信息技术的发展和使用不断改变着居民的购物方式和行为,并对城市交通和城市商业空间布局等产生了一系列影响。采用2015年南京市居民购物行为问卷调查数据,通过联合有序probit模型,探讨南京市居民购物行为影响因素和空间效应,并对四种商品进行对比研究。研究表明:(1)家庭生命周期、城市建成环境、居民购物态度、机动车保有状况和社会经济人口因素均对居民购物行为有显著影响,且存在产品类型差异;(2)不同类型人群对城市交通出行和商业布局的影响不同,且特征人群分布存在空间分异;(3)居民对不同产品类型购物的空间偏好存在差异,且这种偏好受居民主观决策和客观环境共同影响。基于以上发现,对城市交通和商业布局提出相关建议。     

1984 年以来北京零售业空间发展趋势与特征

在采用虚拟变量对密度函数进行调整的基础上, 借助扩展方法引入时间变量构建计量经济模型测度北京零售业空间发展的分异与趋势, 并利用GIS技术研究了新型零售业的空间布局特征。结果表明:① 1984-2010 年, 近郊区零售业保持着强劲的增长势头, 增速是远郊区的近两倍, 而远郊区快于中心区, 说明中心区零售业地位的相对下降, 类似于20 世纪中期美国大都市区的发展特征。② 2000 年以来, 远郊区零售业增速下降, 近郊区小幅提升, 而中心区发展速度明显回升, 说明部分学者提出的20 世纪90 年代末期旧城区零售业“空洞化”、“边缘化”的发展趋势并未延续。③ 紧随人口的郊区化, 90 年代中期兴起的连锁超市以三环路为基础外向发展, 三、四环路和五、六环路之间数量较多, 而传统百货商店则主要布局在三环路以内。④ 以超市为代表的新型零售业空间布局呈现大分散、小集聚的特征, 没有表现出明显的等级性, 集聚区域既包括近郊人口密集区, 也包括远郊新城和城郊大型居住区。零售业的空间发展趋势与超市的空间特征共同显示, 北京应进一步提升远郊零售业的连锁化水平, 提高服务水平和质量, 促进居住与消费的空间平衡。     

北京零售业的空间分布及影响因素

零售业是生活性服务业的重要组成部分,传统零售业通常通过零售商业网点形式展开。零售商业网点具有数量多、分布广、差异大等特点,其区位选择不仅影响居民的生活品质,也关乎商业网点空间布局的合理性。北京中心城区的零售业整体及其各细分行业均呈现出显著的空间集聚态势,集聚中心主要沿长安街及其延长线分布。影响零售业的区位选择因素包括交通通达性、地价成本、消费市场规模、消费偏好、政策引导、城市商业发展历史等。近年来,随着零售业与互联网的深度融合,零售业区位选择的影响因素及其作用方式不断发生变化,需要更多关注“新零售时代”对零售业空间布局的影响。     

基于POI大数据的沈阳市住宅与零售业空间关联分析

城市住宅及其价格与区域商服业的空间关联性量化研究是人文-经济地理学的重要研究内容。以辽宁省沈阳市为案例,以住宅和零售业兴趣点（Point of Interest, POI）为数据源,基于空间核密度分析提取住宅和各类零售业的空间聚类形态,量化表达商住空间布局的相关性,并在此基础上运用地统计方法测算房价的空间异质性及其与零售业态空间布局的差异特征。结果表明,零售业的整体空间聚集特征与住宅相似,呈现中心城区块状聚集、外围城区多中心离散的分布格局;零售业与住宅核密度相关系数为0.95,超市、便利店等小规模的零售业与住宅密度相关性较强,商场商厦的聚集效应落后于城市住宅,大型零售业应该在铁西经济技术开发区等住宅密集区规划选址,为居民提供高端购物服务;住宅价格的倒“U”型空间分布模式与零售业空间密度的圈层衰减特征相符。     

纺织服装产业空间布局演化研究回顾及其展望

本文对纺织服装产业空间布局演化的机理、全球纺织服装产业的空间布局演化、中国纺织服装产业空间布局演化研究进行了回顾、梳理和归纳。现有研究关注了全球层面、国家层面以及区域层面上纺织服装产业的空间布局演化及其影响因素,但在全球化背景下的系统性和整体性研究,以及关于其布局演化的作用机制研究还比较欠缺。面对全球化发展,中国纺织服装产业空间布局演化研究不仅需要更多地关注国内大区域板块之间的布局演化,也需要关注省区内部或大都市区内部的布局调整;需要关注中国中西部地区的纺织服装企业的发展;更需要从全球视角下解读新时期纺织服装企业空间布局的调整和优化。     

学校体系规模调整和空间演化特征的测度与分析——以南京市普通高级中学为例

基于分形理论和可达性理论,运用学校规模测度技术和地理空间测度技术对南京市2006年和2010年普通高中学校规模和空间布局进行分析。具体方法包括运用Hausdorff维数测度学校规模位序,运用关联维数测度学校空间分布的相关性,运用集聚维数测度学校空间分布的集聚性,运用时间可达性测度技术测度学校的可达性。测度结果显示:①2006~2010年间,南京市普通高中学校规模呈扩大趋势,但体系规模总体均衡,且5 a来规模差异有所缩小;②学校空间布局相关性高,且2006~2010年间的布局调整使空间相关性呈现加强趋势;③学校空间布局表现出集聚的特征,且2006~2010年间的布局调整使主城区学校空间布局趋于均衡(分散),而使郊区空间布局趋于集聚(集中);④无论5 a来趋于分散的主城区学校布局还是趋于集中的郊区学校布局,调整后区域内学校可达性都降低,学生上学时间成本普遍增加。建议教育部门在"十二五"期间进一步采取措施,一方面提高学校办学质量,另一方面在让学生就学更加便捷的前提下实现学校空间布局的均衡,以促进教育公平。     

武汉市星级饭店空间布局研究

服务业设施空间布局和结构特征一直是学术界研究的重点领域。以武汉市的110家星级饭店为研究对象，运用GIS空间分析工具，分析和探讨了其空间布局特征和规律。结果表明：（1）武汉市星级饭店在等级规模上表现为纺锤形结构，在空间分布上呈现出核心-边缘结构；（2）武汉市核心区内星级饭店的空间布局特征表现为向主要交通干线集聚和向主要商业发达地区（汉口火车站周边地区、滨江公园-解放公园-中山公园所围的三角形区域以及武昌小东门-洪山广场区）集聚。从而得出了武汉市星级饭店空间布局两大影响因素：交通区位条件和工商业发达程度。     

中国基础教育资源布局研究述评

资源配置不均是当前中国基础教育发展面临的核心问题,反映在空间上则为资源布局不均。在新型城镇化建设阶段,基础教育资源空间布局作为关乎民生与社会公正的重要议题,成为教育、经济、社会、地理、城乡规划等多学科共同关注的研究热点。本文梳理中国基础教育资源布局研究发展脉络,将其分为探索期、深化期、快速拓展期3个阶段;对基础教育资源布局的空间特征与演化趋势,需求与供给方影响要素,均衡性评价标准与方法,以及对城乡空间发展影响等主要研究领域进行综述;指出现有研究在基于可达性分析的基础教育资源布局评价模型引介与优化方面成果丰富,但总体仍存在学科融合不足、研究体系不完整等问题;并鉴于此,提出今后应在结合教育发展规律分析基础教育资源空间布局模式与演化规律、多学科融合探索基础教育资源空间布局生成机制、关注地方特色对案例区长期系统追踪等方面深入研究。     

基于可达性角度的公共产品空间公平性的定量评价方法——以江苏省仪征市为例

随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,提供良好优质的公共产品服务,加快推进社会主义和谐社会建设,是当今政府的题中应有之义.其中,空间可达性是公共产品服务的核心内容之一,而这正是地理学最具优势的研究领域.本文基于所开发的公共产品空间布局决策支持系统,以仪征医院空间布局为例,从定量角度深入探讨了不同布局方案所产生的空间效应,为优化公共产品的空间布局提供了非常有说服力的科学依据,同时也从方法论角度进行了公共产品空间布局量化研究的有益尝试.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
