针对江山铅锌金矿品位低,矿物组成复杂的特点,采用"铅-锌-硫优先浮选,硫(金)精矿氧化焙烧预处理-焙砂氰化浸金"的工艺,金在铅(金)精矿、锌精矿、硫(金)精矿中的总回收率为81.25%。可使硫(金)精矿中96.89%的硫以二氧化硫的形式得到回收,对原矿的回收率为73.25%;金的作业浸出率达84.76%,对原矿的回收率为31.91%;浸渣中的铁品位达57.99%,对原矿的回收率为26.71%。通过试验研究与分析,确定适宜的选矿工艺及药剂制度,为今后合理开发该区矿石提供技术依据。  相似文献

为了解川北新发现的硅质岩型铼多金属矿可选性,开展了铼及伴生硫、硒、钒、钼等多种元素的回收工艺研究.试验确定,采用"重选选硫一尾矿氧化焙烧挥发回收铼硒-碱浸回收钒钼"的工艺,可以有效回收矿石中的铼、硒,并综合回收矿石中伴生的黄铁矿和钒、钼元素.重选工艺可以得到产率10.68%、硫品位48.33%的优质硫精矿产品,硫的回收率62.72%;选硫尾矿在950℃氧化焙烧2h,硒的挥发率可达到99.96%以上,铼的挥发率为91.69%;选硫尾矿焙砂碱浸工艺,钒的渣计浸出率88.09%、液计浸出率91.49%,钼的渣计浸出率92.13%、液计浸出率92.52%.  相似文献

中国煤中有机硫的分布及其成因   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对来自全国26个省、市、自治区的290个煤样中有机硫的质量分数测试及研究,发现煤中有机硫质量分数基本分布在0%1.0%范围内。在低硫煤中硫分以有机硫为主,在高硫煤中以无机硫为主。中、高硫煤中,广西、湖南等地区很大一部分煤中硫分以有机硫为主。在所采集的样品中,高有机硫煤(有机硫>1%)均分布在华南、华北两大聚煤区,属于石炭、二叠纪煤。高有机硫煤中有机硫质量分数的变化与变质程度无明显关系。煤炭形成过程中海水作用的影响,是导致煤中有机硫含量偏高的最主要原因。   相似文献

有机硫是海洋沉积物重要的硫形态,与有机质保存及多种元素的地球化学循环密切相关。利用硫的K边XANES谱从分子水平研究了东海内陆架沉积物中腐殖酸硫(HA-S)、富里酸硫(FA-S)以及铬不可还原有机硫(non-CROS)的形态及相对含量。结果表明,HA-S和FA-S总体上均以氧化态有机硫为主,其相对平均含量分别为56%和69%,而non-CROS则以还原态有机硫为主(86%)。HA-S和FA-S的强还原态硫为还原态有机硫的主要组成,磺酸盐和硫酸酯为HA-S中氧化态有机硫的主要组分,硫酸酯为FA-S中氧化态有机硫的主要组分。FA-S的强还原态有机硫为硫化成因,HA-S的强还原态硫可能与硫化和生物成因有关,而non-CROS的强还原态有机硫则主要为生物成因。如non-CROS能近似代表海洋沉积物中的有机硫总量,则表明该沉积物中总有机硫以还原态硫为主;而腐殖质硫(HA-S+FA-S)较高比例的氧化态硫则表明腐殖质硫不能全面反映沉积物中有机硫的组成和来源。  相似文献

通过蛇纹石微波辐照硫酸浸出新方法的实验,研究了微波辐照强度、辐照时间、硫酸浓度、液固比及矿石粒度等因素对蛇纹石中氧化镁浸出率的影响,结果表明:与传统加热方式相比,微波辐照加热可显著提高蛇纹石酸浸速率;在最佳工艺条件下,氧化镁浸出率可达97%以上;蛇纹石酸浸渣的主要成分为无定形SiO2,化学成分与沉淀白炭黑相同。  相似文献

阐述云南广南某金矿矿石矿物成分、化学成分基础上,对该金矿矿石进行了全泥氰化试验和柱浸试验可行性研究。实验研究表明:A样柱浸尾渣金品位为0.06g/t,渣计金浸出率为91.9%,氰化钠耗量为255g/t;B样柱浸尾渣金品位为0.06g/t,渣计金浸出率为909%,氰化钠耗量为310g/t,试验结果证明该矿样为易浸矿石,试验为下步现场试验提供了技术依据.  相似文献

通过研究大洋锰结核经氨浸工艺提取Co,Ni,Cu等有价金属后的粉末状固体残渣(氨浸渣)对石英-长石-高岭土3组分陶瓷体系烧结行为及制品性能的影响发现:3组分体系中添加不超过10%的氨浸渣,在1140℃烧结90min,烧结体的抗折强度大于65.9MPa,吸水率小于0.128%.达到JC/T665-1997规定的要求。氨浸渣的助熔效果明显,添加5%~10%即可降低3组分陶瓷烧结温度40℃~80℃,添加量过多(超过10%)会增加熔体相含量.易引起坯体过烧,不利于坯体致密化和烧成工艺控制。添加氨浸渣,烧结体呈灰白色一黄褐色,且烧结体颜色随氨浸渣含量增加而变深。研究认为,氨浸渣可以作为石英-长石-高岭土3组分陶瓷的助熔剂和色料。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
