小城镇可持续发展的区域透视

小城镇可持续发展是当今可持续发展研究的重点领域之一，目前绝大部分研究仅仅局限于就小城镇论小城镇，笔者认为区域才是小城镇可持续发展的基础，是小城镇赖以生存的环境，小城镇是区域社会生产力发展到一定阶段的产物，小城镇和它所在的区域是互相依存、互相促进的。只有当二者为互动关系时，才能促进小城镇可持续发展。笔者从理论与实证研究角度，阐述影响小城镇可持续发展的区域环境、区域经济、区域社会、区域与小城镇的整体性等因素，认为小城镇可持续发展是一个多层次、多因素的庞大的系统，推动其发展的包括内部环境与外部环境，并构建区域与小城镇可持续发展的“火箭”模型。     

区域可持续发展系统的评价——以河南省为例

区域可持续发展系统作为可持续发展实践的主体 ,其评价研究是可持续发展实践的依据 ,当前对区域可持续发展的评价多集中在时间维上 ,对空间维的评价尤其是特定区域时空维多层次、多目标的评价较少。     

河南区域可持续发展能力实证分析

文章从区域可持续发展系统的角度构建了区域可持续发展能力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析、Mapinfo技术等分析方法,对河南区域可持续发展能力进行分析、评价。结果显示,河南各区域之间可持续发展能力出现明显的分层,可持续发展能力强的区域很少,可持续发展能力相对较弱的区域多,且两极分化显著。各区域可持续发展总体能力形成了以西北区域为中心,向东南递减的圈层结构。保持区域内各可持续发展子系统之间的相对平衡对可持续发展能力的长期提高是很重要的。     

我国区域可持续发展状态的综合测度

区域可持续发展的内涵是在确保经济稳定增长和社会发展的同时,使自然资源得到合理利用,生态环境保持良性循环。因此,有必要从系统运行中提取具有标识性意义的定量化信息,来监控区域可持续发展的方向和能力。文章依据一定的原则,选取了4大类28个指标对我国大陆31个省、市、自治区的可持续发展状态进行了综合测度,提出了区域可持续发展综合能力组合类型,并对其发展状态进行了综合分析评价。     

区域可持续发展的若干理论问题研究

区域可持续发展是一项涉及到自然、经济、社会三个子系统组成的动态、开放复杂系统, 其研究内容涉及到地理学、资源管理、生态学、环境科学、人口学、系统工程、经济学、社会学等许多相关领域。本文以人地关系地域系统理论为基础, 从区域与区域之间不同时空尺度的PRED相互联系、相互影响的制约关系出发, 分析了人地系统的特点、结构和功能,并探讨了人地关系优化的核心、区域可持续发展的理论模式以及可持续发展的系统调控等问题。     

判读区域地图方法浅谈

区域地理知识的考查，历年来都是地理高考的重点，以区域地图为背景考查区域内自然环境要素和人环境要素之间的相互联系，探究区域发展及其演变规律，解决区域可持续发展等问题是学生形成区域空间概念和区域可持续发展理念的重要途径，也是高中学生应该具备的现代公民素养。     

区域可持续发展研究中的几个问题

本文在剖析了区域发展,持续发展和可持续发展关系的基础上,探讨了区域的层次性及其可持续刀菜的目标模式,区域的类型及其可持续发展的要求等问题,按照主导因子的原则,将区域划分成自然区域,经济区域,政治区域和文化区域等,讨论了不同类型区域可持续性发展的要求。     

国内生态旅游与区域可持续发展关系研究

以国内外学者关注的"生态旅游与区域可持续发展关系"为研究领域.根据生态旅游概念相对宽泛的特点,选择国内学者研究成果,通过多级、多准则筛选,获得样本文献,并验证其科学性.文献分析发现:案例研究较多,相关案例区域集中在东部沿海;发表刊物以经济类最多,地理、旅游类较少;近5年来国内学者对生态旅游与区域可持续发展关系的研究开始形成稳定方向.研究总结了四个领域:生态旅游与区域可持续发展关系总论、生态旅游对区域可持续发展动力的贡献、生态旅游对区域可持续发展公平的贡献、生态旅游对区域可持续发展质量的贡献.国内研究文献认为生态旅游不仅对旅游业自身可持续发展具有重要作用,更是区域可持续发展的战略之一,尤其表现在生态旅游对经济增长的贡献和对区域公平发展的作用.存在问题和解决思路:生态旅游对区域可持续发展质量的贡献没有文献涉及,相关研究以定性描述为主,应加强生态旅游等数据统计与监测,丰富研究视角;区域合作研究较少,地理、旅游相关研究者应积极参与;微观单元较少涉及,应加大微观个体的案例研究.     

区域可持续发展与区域发展规划

区域发展规划是区域可持续发展的具体落实，是区域实现可持续发展目标的重要手段，二者是一种显着手段与目标关系。本文探讨了二者相互作用的关联效应、动力机制和协同机制，提出了区域发展规划实现可持续发展目标的途径，即规划目标由单目标转向多目标且优先保证主目标，社会生态环境尺度必须同时作为衡量最佳规划方案的重要标准等。     

东北亚区域可持续发展的主要科学问题探讨

东北亚各国自然地域相连,社会经济联系密切,形成了东北亚独特的经济地域系统。在全球变化背景下,深入探讨东北亚区域可持续发展面临的主要科学问题具有重要的理论与实践意义。东北亚区域生态经济巨系统的结构、功能和地域分异规律及其动态演变格局是该区域可持续发展的基本科学问题;驱动力因子是该区域可持续发展研究的重要问题;跨境区域社会经济可持续发展模式是该区域可持续发展的核心问题和归宿,而东北亚区域可持续发展支撑平台建设是重要的技术支撑和保障。东北亚、中亚地区作为一个资源、环境、经济和社会复杂巨系统,其可持续发展还有许多重要科学问题,需要该区域科学家联合攻关,共同探索。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
