以内蒙古荒漠草原家庭牧场为研究尺度,比较分析了不同经济水平牧户草场的植物群落特征,结果表明:主要植物种群的高度、盖度、密度、地上生物量、重要值及群落多样性指数均呈现出不同程度的趋同性。从社会学角度分析表明,牧区牧户的经济收入与饲养牲畜头数呈高度正相关。不同经济水平牧户草畜平衡的调整和适应能力不同,低经济水平牧户一般牲畜头数少,草场相对可使用面积大,经营意识薄弱,草场经常被有意或无意占用;中等经济水平牧户扩大饲养规模的愿望最为强烈,并积极通过围封、租借草场等方式来保护自家草场和扩大牲畜数量;高经济水平牧户则普遍采取常年租借草场、走场、购买饲草料等措施,减缓对自己草场放牧压力,同时保持畜饲养规模的维持和扩大。牧户存在调整适应行为,并会基于自己的"草畜平衡标准",根据经济条件、草场面积、牲畜数量和对草场状况、放牧超载及效益的认知,适时通过草场流转和输入外部资源等方式,转移放牧压力,致使不同牧户草场生态状况趋于一致。  相似文献

基于2014年7~8月在新疆伊犁地区新源县、昭苏县、特克斯县和尼勒克县四个牧业县的实地入户调研数据,从新疆牧民微观层面视角来探讨信贷获取问题,结合201位牧民的主观内在感知和客观外部要素构建指标体系;运用logistic计量经济模型,从牧户家庭特征、生产性资产、财产禀赋、信贷供给因素四大类别、14个变量分析牧户的信贷获取特征及影响因素。结果表明:牧户信贷获取的显著性影响因素主要有牧户家庭学生数、牧户风险承受能力、草场面积、耐用消费品价值、牧户牲畜拥有量、贷款利率;其中家庭学生数、牧户风险承受能力、贷款利率与牧户信贷获取呈正相关关系,与预期方向一致;耐用消费品价值与牧户信贷获取呈负相关关系,与预期方向一致;牧户草场面积与牧户信贷获取呈U型关系,与预期方向有差异;牧户牲畜拥有量与牧户信贷获取呈倒U型关系,与预期方向有差异。总体上看,牧民信贷获取主要受家庭生活、生产压力影响为主,而户主年龄、学历、诚信问题、定居点离中心区距离等对信贷获取影响不明显;但可贵的是牧户对于提高养殖规模、扩大草场面积、增强劳动力素质等观念已有所认知,这也为相关部门今后制定畜牧业信贷政策和调整方向有一定的借鉴和参考。  相似文献

从牧户角度,通过牧户调查、遥感数据、自然要素和社会经济要素综合分析,研究生态移民政策和牧户的响应情况及原因,对以后的人地和谐共处具有借鉴作用.以黄河源区玛多县牧户调查为例,利用1977~2004年三期草地退化数据、近28年气象数据、1988~2004年放牧压力数据、两年的PRA牧户访谈共144户的资料,通过综合分析,得出以下结果:(1)玛多县草地普遍发生退化现象,两期退化草地占总草地面积比重均在43%以上,并且退化呈加快趋势,冬春草场退化情况最为严重.(2)草地退化是气候干暖化和草地载畜超载共同造成的.(3)移民政策和牧户社会经济情况的对比利益差异,导致移出的牧户以老年牧户、无畜/少畜户为主,分别占移民户总数48.5%和68.3%,牲畜多的、中青年牧户普遍不愿移民.而且,移民户中,一证多户中的部分户移民占所有移民户54.5%.移民牧户结构的上述特征导致通过移民实现草地载畜量明显减少的目标难以实现.  相似文献

畜牧业生产是西藏定结县的支柱产业之一,但由于人类的不合理利用导致该区草地资源出现面积配置与时间利用上的不平衡;割草、放牧兼用草地发展滞后;草畜矛盾突出,草地退化严重以及畜群结构不合理,品种退化,草地利用效率低等问题。为实现该县草地资源的合理有效利用和高原山区畜牧业生产的可持续发展,达到促进全县农村经济发展、调整农村产业结构、提高农牧民经济收入和生活水平的目的,本文提出以下对策措施:①发展人工草地,提高草地抗灾保畜能力;②改良牲畜,提高牲畜质量,发展“效益型畜牧业”;走畜草平衡、以草定畜的道路;④推广饲草加工,实行舍饲养百;加强草原管理,合理利用草地资源。  相似文献

目前伊犁生态系统平衡失调:1.畜牧业的草畜不平衡和季节不平衡伊犁的夏场面积占53%,载畜量1,420万绵羊单位,春秋场面积占22%,载畜量182万,冬场面积占23%,载畜量457万。一九八四年全地区牲畜总数为787.26万绵羊单位。理论载畜量和实际载畜量出现了明显的不平衡,夏场富余,冬场不足,春秋场的紧张尤为突出,以致每年成畜平均死亡率达10%左右,灾害之年死亡率高达30%左右,草场的退化已十分严  相似文献

岷江上游自然条件复杂,生态环境类型多样。共7个天然草地类型,面向达813538hm^2,占幅员总面积的32.9%。天然草地理论载畜量143.02万个羊单位,1999年牲畜存栏177.89万个羊单位,超载率24.4%。由于超载放牧,导致草地退化(毒草增多、鼠虫害面积增大、牧草覆盖度下降,产草量降低)。针对草地资源特点有退化状况,提出了草地合理利用建议:①加强草场利用规范和管理;②实行草地承包,落实草场“三权”政策;③调整畜群结构,控制牲畜数量;④提高牲畜出栏率,发展季节性畜牧业;⑤改良天然草地,治理退化草地;⑥发展人工草地,建立打贮草基地,提高抗实保蓄能力。  相似文献

 以高寒牧区玛曲县为例,应用最优尺度回归模型对当地牧民在退牧还草工程影响下的行为响应及其影响因素进行定量分析,以研究牧民在进行行为选择时的规律性因素。研究表明,牧户的受教育程度、家庭收入水平、牧户从政府保护草原的政策中的获益程度和草地退化认知程度对牧户参与退牧还草工程的响应程度有显著正向影响,而户主的年龄、家庭规模和草场面积有显著负向影响。为了使退牧还草工程变成牧户的自觉行动并长期坚持下去,应把牧户的经济发展与退牧还草工程紧密相连,只有着眼于牧民畜牧生产观念的转变,牧户的经济有很大发展,退牧还草的持续性才能保证。  相似文献

社会—生态系统适应性循环理论为理解人地系统结构与功能演变提供了新思路与分析框架。本文采用风险—适应能力指数评估乡村人地系统适应性,构建气候变化与政策实施双重驱动的农牧复合型乡村人地系统适应性评价体系,对1952—2017年达茂旗建旗以来乡村人地系统适应性循环演化的阶段、特征、主控因子及影响机理进行研究。结果显示:① 乡村人地系统经历了重组—快速发展阶段(1952—2002年),人口数量增长260%,耕地面积增长13%,牲畜数量增长134%,草场面积退化增加了16.33%;快速发展—稳定守恒阶段(2003—2010年),人口数量增长2.8%,耕地面积减少2.3%,牲畜数量减少13.6%,草场退化面积减少10.7%;稳定守恒—释放阶段(2011—2017年),人口数量减少2.6%,耕地数量减少0.2%,牲畜数量减少10.6%,草场退化面积减少3.8%。② 乡村人地系统适应性指数时间上呈现出缓慢上升(-0.016~0.031)、缓慢下降(0.031~0.003)、快速上升(0.003~0.088)的变化过程,空间上呈现“中部高度适应、北部中度适应、南部低度适应”格局。③ 1990—2000年系统适应性演化主控因子是人均有效灌溉面积(22.31%)、人均牲畜头数(23.47%),2005年是土地沙化程度(25.06%)、土地利用强度(21.27%),2010—2017年是农牧民人均收入(20.08%)、人均牲畜数量(18.52%)。④ 在气候暖干化与政策实施驱动下,农牧户与乡村社区两个尺度主体相互联系构成了乡村人地系统适应性循环演化层级结构,尺度间的关联作用影响着不同尺度主体适应行为,从而影响系统适应性循环演化趋势,使系统结构与功能呈现“协调—不协调”的循环往复波动发展态势。同时,小尺度的农牧户生计适应行也深刻影响着乡村人地系统未来的演化方向。  相似文献

综合考虑生态经济平衡的3个方面(数量、结构和功能),基于能值理论和能值分析法构建生态经济数量平衡指数(Q)、结构平衡指数(S)、功能协调指数(F)及生态经济平衡综合指数(C),对岷江上游五县的生态经济平衡现状展开分析。结果表明:生态经济数量平衡状况以汶川、茂县和理县较好,黑水和松潘较差,这与各县的经济发展水平、土壤侵蚀强度及水电开发规模紧密相关;结构平衡状态以松潘最好,汶川次之,茂县、理县和黑水较差,这与水电开发及土壤流失等因素密不可分;功能协调状态亦以松潘最好,汶川次之,茂县、理县和黑水较差,这归因于各县的产业结构及对外开放程度不同;就生态经济平衡综合水平而言,汶川最好,松潘次之,其他三县较差。鉴于此,岷江上游各县应加强土壤流失防治、控制水电开发规模、调整产业结构并加强对外交流,从而提高系统生态经济平衡水平,推动区域可持续发展。  相似文献

“以草定畜”可以理解为,以草原和人工草场的草,农区农副产品包括饲料粮等进行定畜,但实际上人工草场无几,农牧分离的条件下,“以草定畜”不过是“靠天养畜”的代用词。它是新疆畜收业生产水平徘徊不前的原因之一。1.在我区四季草场呈冷季不足,暖季有余的不平衡状态下,减少牲畜头数,视冬场情况存栏,是对畜草平衡的适应。在质次量差的冬收场交织于严寒恶劣的气候条件,实际上等于靠天养畜。2.以草定畜与社会需求相矛盾。以草定畜适应自然规律而无视社会需求的增长,  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
