An ancient copper mine from southern Sinai, within the crystalline rocks of the Arabo–Nubian Massif, contains the arsenic-rich copper minerals koutekite (Cu5AS2) and domeykite (Cu3As), associated with native copper. In this site, ancient quarrying activity is found next to Chalcolithic and Early-Bronze Age settlements. Arsenic-rich copper tools of these ages were found in Israel. The ore-source of these tools is still unknown and some believe that it was imported from Armenia. This arsenic copper occurrence, first reported here, may point to the ore-source of the arsenic-rich copper artifacts manufactured in the local copper industry. 相似文献

虚拟水是水资源管理研究中的新概念,是指生产商品和服务所需要的水资源数量;虚拟水战略是指缺水国家或地区通过贸易的方式从富水国家或地区购买水密集型产品(粮食)来获得本地水和粮食的安全。引入了虚拟水的概念,简要介绍了当前国际虚拟水研究进展和计算方法。同时结合西北地区的实际情况和资料的可获得性,计算了2000年新疆、青海、甘肃、陕西4省(区)居民消费的虚拟水数量和人均虚拟水消费情况,并分析了虚拟水战略对西北地区解决水资源短缺问题的政策涵义,最后分析了虚拟水战略的优劣,并提出了西北地区应用虚拟水战略的前景和有关措施. 相似文献

Transport sector is a major consumer of energy. Concern of energy scarcity and price fluctuations enhanced significance of transport sector in national planning. This paper analyses energy demand for transport services in Bangladesh for different policy scenarios. Aggregate transport demand model is integrated into Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning model to forecast consequences of transport policy on energy demand and economy. Demand for imported energy for transport sector is observed to increase from 1.7 million ton of oil equivalent (Mtoe) in 2005 to 11.8 Mtoe in 2030 for business-as-usual scenario. In increased fuel price scenario, cost of importing fuel for transport sector is projected to increase from 1.37 to more than 14.9 % of Gross Domestic Product during the same period. Country’s energy demand may be reduced by 2 and 4 Mtoe in 2030 by improvement of waterway and railway, respectively. Moreover, by using compressed natural gas in motor vehicles cost of importing fuel may be reduced by US $5 billion annually in 2030 and a further reduction of transport sector energy demand by 9 % can be achieved through eliminating subsidy on fuel. 相似文献

中国铜矿资源丰富.本文在对全国814处铜矿床及其他5000余个矿(化)点资料系统梳理的基础上,完善了对中国铜矿产预测类型的划分方案,分为10个类型,认为斑岩型、矽卡岩型应该作为重点预测类型;其中又以斑岩型铜矿资源最主要,集中分布于冈底斯、昌都-三江、德兴、东天山等地区;成矿时代以新生代和中生代最为重要.系统搜集了全国范围内有关铜矿床的成矿年代学资料,划分为4个铜的主要成矿期;厘定出27个以铜为主的矿床成矿系列,提升了我国铜矿成矿规律研究的程度,为我国铜矿资源的潜力评价预测工作提供了理论依据. 相似文献

Salt marsh elevation and geomorphic stability depends on mineral sedimentation. Many Mediterranean-climate salt marshes along southern California, USA coast import sediment during El Niño storm events, but sediment fluxes and mechanisms during dry weather are potentially important for marsh stability. We calculated tidal creek sediment fluxes within a highly modified, sediment-starved, 1.5-km2 salt marsh (Seal Beach) and a less modified 1-km2 marsh (Mugu) with fluvial sediment supply. We measured salt marsh plain suspended sediment concentration and vertical accretion using single stage samplers and marker horizons. At Seal Beach, a 2014 storm yielded 39 and 28 g/s mean sediment fluxes and imported 12,000 and 8800 kg in a western and eastern channel. Western channel storm imports offset 8700 kg exported during 2 months of dry weather, while eastern channel storm imports augmented 9200 kg imported during dry weather. During the storm at Mugu, suspended sediment concentrations on the marsh plain increased by a factor of four; accretion was 1–2 mm near creek levees. An exceptionally high tide sequence yielded 4.4 g/s mean sediment flux, importing 1700 kg: 20 % of Mugu’s dry weather fluxes. Overall, low sediment fluxes were observed, suggesting that these salt marshes are geomorphically stable during dry weather conditions. Results suggest storms and high lunar tides may play large roles, importing sediment and maintaining dry weather sediment flux balances for southern California salt marshes. However, under future climate change and sea level rise scenarios, results suggest that balanced sediment fluxes lead to marsh elevational instability based on estimated mineral sediment deficits. 相似文献

Copper resources in China are rich, but imported copper products are still required. Researches on metallogenic regularity of major types of copper deposits by geologists have involved in worldwide classification, significant copper belts, representative copper deposits, etc. Studies on metallogenic regularity of copper deposits in China also have made achievements with a long-term work. Combined with latest exploration advances obtained in recent ten years, this review aims to conclude the achievements of researches on copper metallogenic regularity in China. Based on data of 814 copper deposits and other ore (mineralized) occurrences, ten prediction types of copper deposits have been suggested. Porphyry and skarn copper ores are taken as the key targets. Porphyry copper deposits are the most important one which concentrate in Gangdese, Changdu-Sanjiang, Dexing and East Tianshan. The Cenozoic and Mesozoic are the major metallogenic epochs. Four main metallogenic epochs are been studied based on the copper ore geochronological data including Precambrian Era (Archean and Proterozoic), Paleozoic Era, Mesozoic Era and Cenozoic Era. Based on the study of metallogenic series of ore deposits in China, twenty-seven metallogenic series of copper deposits are proposed. This is suggested to deepen the study of metallogenic regularity of copper ore and provide the theory guide for copper resources prediction in China. 相似文献

西藏成矿地质条件优越,其独特的地质发展历史和成矿作用过程,形成了区内复杂多样的矿床类型和丰富的矿产资源,其中铜矿是西藏的优势矿产。综合近年来在西藏开展的地质大调查工作的最新成果,在对西藏各铜矿带的主要类型进行较为系统阐述的基础上,根据其资源找矿潜力,把西藏划分为2个Ⅰ级铜矿资源远景区和3个Ⅱ级铜矿资源远景区,指出一江两河经济区的冈底斯南缘铜-金-多金属Ⅰ级远景区和藏东三江地区的江达-盐井铜多金属、贵金属Ⅰ级远景区是西藏2个最为重要的铜矿资源远景区。尽管目前西藏地区尚属中国西部地质工作程度最低的地区之一,但其巨大的铜矿资源潜力将为西藏经济的发展提供重要的物质基础。 相似文献

冈底斯斑岩铜矿带是近年来中国在世界三大斑岩铜矿带之一的喜马拉雅—特提斯成矿域中铜矿找矿取得重大突破的斑岩成矿带。驱龙等大—超大型斑岩铜矿床的发现与评价,标志着一个超千万吨级的斑岩铜矿勘查开发基地已经初步形成。笔者在重点介绍近年来驱龙、朱诺、冲江、吉如等斑岩铜矿最新找矿成果的基础上,对该带控岩控矿构造、含矿斑岩及其源区特征、成矿规律、成矿系列、成矿时代等主要理论研究成果进行了归纳与总结,并对其勘查和研究工作中存在的不足以及今后的努力方向提出了建议。 相似文献
