基于像元级RS影像数据融合方法应用评价

遥感信息融合（Fusion）是目前遥感应用领域的一个热点问题。高分辨率的全色影像与多光谱彩色低分辨率的遥感数据叠加，可以最大限度地利用不同分辨率、不同光谱信息和不同时相分辨率的遥感信息。融合中对同一地区长江流域秭归段的TM4、3、2多光谱和TM8高分辨率的遥感影像采用了IHS变换、分辨率（主成分分析）融合方法进行了数据融合，并对不同的融合方法所得到的融合影像进行目视和统计特征的分析与评价。     

基于高分辨率遥感影像的矿山遥感监测解译标志研究

基于中国产高分辨率遥感影像(TH-1、ZY-102C、ZY-3、GF-1、GF-2、YG14、SJ9)及国外高分辨率遥感影像(P1、SPOT6)的数据特征和矿产资源开发状况(界内开采图斑、疑似违法图斑)、矿山开发占地(地下开采硐口、井口/露天开采面、中转场地、固体废弃物、矿山建筑物)、矿山地质灾害(崩塌、滑坡、泥石流、地面塌陷)、矿山环境恢复治理等矿山遥感监测的主要地物目标特征,全面系统地建立了矿山遥感监测的解译标志。总结讨论了因影像的分辨率、时相的不同而造成的解译精度差异及对最终结果造成的影响。     

基于高分辨率遥感影像的设施农业资源信息采集技术研究

结合设施农业空间位置分布规律及其在高分辨率遥感影像上的纹理特征体现,设计了批量设施自动生成算法,并基于GIS组件开发了基于高分辨率遥感影像的设施农业信息采集系统;该系统以高分辨率遥感影像为基础底图,结合批量设施自动生成算法进行数字化,实现了人机交互式半自动化信息采集。     

面向对象解译方法在遥感影像地物分类中的应用

针对高分辨率遥感影像快速高效萃取有用信息这一遥感技术应用的热点问题,探讨了基于面向对象(Object-oriented)解译方法的遥感影像自动及半自动解译和提取的新思路.文中分析了面向对象解译方法在地物信息分类应用中的优势,并提出了基于此方法的高分辨率遥感影像多尺度信息提取技术流程.具体结合广州市新白云机场开发区IKONOS高分辨率遥感数据进行地物快速提取、自动分类的试验,并对解译效果进行了评估分析,证明此方法在高分辨率遥感影像地物分类中确实高效可行.     

中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所软件获登记证书

近日,新疆生地所三项软件获软件登记证书,它们分别是高分辨率遥感影像处理与分析系统(登记号:2011SR009768)、多源遥感影像智能分析系统(登记号:2011SR009713)、基于积温的融雪径流模拟系统(登记号:2011SR009716)。高分辨率遥感影像处理与分析系统高分辨遥感影像处理与分析系统主要用于高分辨遥感影像的处理分析后提取目标,如:道路的提取、油罐提取等,开发了集多种分     

论影像地图的应用及编制

影像地图是随着遥感技术的发展而逐渐成熟和应用的。在地理制图上利用航空像片和航天遥感资料,用新的测绘科技手段将各类信息数据进行融合处理制作,而成的一种带有地面遥感影像的地图,它是以航空和航天遥感影像为基础,在将遥感图像进行几何纠正,     

基于金字塔模型的遥感影像感知哈希认证算法

针对遥感影像数据量较大的特点,提出一种基于金字塔模型的遥感影像感知哈希认证算法。首先,在原始遥感影像基础上通过重采样建立不同分辨率的影像层,并根据认证的粒度要求对各层影像进行格网划分;然后,通过分块DCT变换提取各格网单元的内容特征,进而构造格网单元的感知哈希序列,最终得到原始遥感影像的感知哈希序列。影像认证端可以认证不同分辨率影像层的内容完整性,也可以验证初始影像的内容完整性。实验与分析表明,该算法能够实现不同尺度下的遥感影像内容完整性认证,并对篡改区域进行定位。     

基于高分辨率遥感影像的道路特征信息提取方法

高分辨率遥感影像越来越丰富,使得高分辨率影像的信息提取要求也越来越高,特别是对道路这种特殊的地物而言,其提取的准确性对后续应用有很大影响。本文总结了高空间分辨率遥感影像中道路的物理和几何特征、已有道路提取方法及未来的发展方向。     

面向对象的干旱区盐渍地信息提取方法研究

随着高分辨率遥感影像的广泛应用,面向对象的高分辨率遥感影像信息提取技术得到了迅速发展。本文针对高分辨率遥感影像的盐渍地信息提取,探索了面向对象的信息提取技术运用在盐渍地信息提取方面的最优参数选择和规则建立等关键技术,并且将从ALOS影像中提取盐渍地信息的结果与传统分类方法的提取结果进行对比分析。结果表明,利用面向对象方法的盐渍地信息提取总体精度为89.38%,较传统方法提高8.24%,Kappa系数为0.88,较传统方法提高0.08。该方法能实现较为精确地提取盐渍地信息,在高分辨率遥感影像盐渍地信息提取中具有一定的优势。     

基于灰色绝对关联度边缘检测的多源遥感影像加权IHS融合

鉴于IHS变换的融合影像存在光谱扭曲问题,而灰色关联度对图像边缘检测具有局限性,该文将基于灰色绝对关联度的灰色关联分析与IHS变换相结合进行影像融合。采用灰色绝对关联度检测高分辨率影像的边缘点和非边缘点,基于边缘信息确定高分辨率影像和IHS变换后的亮度分量在组合中的权值,最后通过IHS反变换实现影像加权融合。应用该算法分别对多源遥感影像进行融合处理,在提高空间分辨率的同时能够很好地保持多光谱影像的光谱信息,优于传统的IHS融合方法和基于灰色关联度的IHS融合算法。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
