对鲤鱼鳃部微环境进行了定量测量,建立了鲤鱼鳃部微环境的定量模型,对鱼鳃微环境进行了定量描述,通过暴露实验验证了EDTA络合态铜与高岭土颗粒吸附态铜对鱼鳃的生物有效性,并从形态变化的角度分析其存在有效性的原因,即络合态与颗粒吸附态金属随水流经过鱼鳃时,将会部分地发生离解,转变成为可以直接被鱼鳃吸收的形态。 相似文献

The responses of desert rams to diet composition (concentrate vs. lucerne hay) in unshaded and shaded environments were investigated. The rectal temperature was higher (p < 0·01) with the concentrate diet but only in the afternoon, whereas the respiration rate was higher (p < 0·01) with the concentrate diet in unshaded and shaded environments during both morning and afternoon. Dry matter intake (DMI) was higher (p < 0·05) with the concentrate diet, while the ratio of water intake to DMI was higher (p < 0·01) with lucerne hay. Water gain through preformed and metabolic avenues and water loss through faeces and evaporative avenues were higher (p < 0·01) with the concentrate diet. With both diets, water turnover rate was higher (p < 0·05) in the unshaded environment. Feeding lucerne hay increased plasma total protein (p < 0·01) and albumin (p < 0·05) in unshaded and shaded environments. Plasma urea was higher (p < 0·01) with the concentrate diet. Plasma glucose level and plasma osmalality were higher (p < 0.01) and level of free fatty acids was lower (p < 0·01) with the concentrate diet in both thermal environments. Plasma cholesterol level was higher (p < 0·05) with the concentrate diet in the shaded environment, but lower (p < 0·05) in the unshaded environment. With lucerne hay, plasma cholesterol level remained the same in both environments. 相似文献

In the Chinese feudal era, copper was widely used in coinage and weapons, and its production was coupled with political stability
and economic prosperity. In the smelting process, copper was released into the environment and accumulated in the food web,
and it became enriched in animal tissues and in seabird droppings. Here we report a 2000-year record of copper in red-footed
booby excrement from Dongdao Island, South China Sea. There exists a striking correlation between the copper content in the
seabird excrements and the ancient copper production of China for past two millennia. The increased Cu content corresponds
to the flourishing times of dynasties, such as the Tang and Sung Dynasties, and declines in Cu content correspond with dynastic
declines. Even some brief (decadal) wars and calamities, such as the Anshi Rebellion in AD 755–763 and the Taiping Heavenly
Kingdom in AD 1851–1864, were recorded in the copper content profile. We established an approximate function to model the
quantitative relationship between the copper content in the seabird excrement and the ancient copper production. We estimate
that a total of ~14 million tons of copper was produced during the past two millennia in China. Among the 14 million tons
of copper, about 0.65 million tons was released into the atmosphere. 相似文献

基于产业链视角研究铜贸易网络,构建了2017年铜矿石、粗铜、精炼铜、铜材和废杂铜5类含铜产品的全球贸易网络,对比产业链上各环节产品的贸易网络的拓扑结构,以全面刻画铜资源的全球流动以及国家(地区)之间的铜贸易关系。主要结论如下:① 2001年以来,全球含铜产品贸易重量稳定增长,其中铜矿石贸易重量最大,精炼铜次之。② 5类含铜产品贸易网络的拓扑结构存在明显差异,根据社区发现算法可划分为4~8个组团,模块度在0.216~0.482之间。由于资源禀赋和工业体系发展程度不同,大部分国家(地区)在5类贸易网络中分属于不同的组团。③ 中国对铜资源的需求巨大,围绕着中国的需求产生的贸易关系在铜矿石、粗铜、精炼铜、废杂铜4类贸易网络中都构成第一大组团,分别包含47、102、120、135个国家(地区),表明中国在全球铜贸易中占有重要地位,但也反映了中国铜资源自给率低、对外依存度大等问题。 相似文献

土壤铜含量是影响茶叶质量的关键性因素之一,对其空间分布规律及其影响因素加以揭示,可为茶叶生产与品质提升提供理论指导与调控建议.以江浙典型茶园为例,运用ArcGIS空间分析功能,对比分析江浙典型地区茶园表层土壤铜的空间分异特征.结果表明:江浙茶园土壤铜的平均水平均符合茶园土壤环境质量的相关标准,且都具有强烈的空间相关性.江苏茶园土壤铜含量呈现西密东疏的团块状分布,空间分异不明显,少数区域出现高值,受区域因素的影响较大;而浙江茶园铜含量呈现高密度多同心圆状分布,空间分异显著,总体集中偏低,除与地势有较大关联性外,还受到一定程度的人为活动的干扰以及小地形气候的影响. 相似文献

The most important copper minerals of the Las Cruces deposit in the pyrite belt of southern Spain are supergene enrichment zone sulphides of which chalcocite is the most significant. The deposit is overlain by 140 metres of barren marls and has been explored only by drilling. Drill cores have been split and assayed, but it became clear that there was a substantial problem related to core recovery which affects, in particular, some of the higher grade material. Much of the chalcocite is present in a friable and unconsolidated form and its progressive loss is evident visually in many core samples. The result of this loss of chalcocite is that there is a systematic downward bias on copper assays, leading directly to under-reporting of the copper resource. Studies of the assay data indicate the likely degree of under-reporting, but there is no simple way in which the reported resource estimates can validly be corrected. 相似文献
