黄海海埋藏古三角洲

应用高分辨地球物理测量手段在南黄海中部深水区测量,发现了大面积以前积与前人所述反射结构为特征的埋藏三角洲地层。经过岩芯沉积成份分析、有孔虫组合、＾１４Ｃ年龄测定,证明是晚更新世晚期海退出期的古黄河三角洲沉积,并能与相邻的地层时代和沉积环境对应。结合华北平原与陆架区埋藏古河道的研究证明,晚更新世晚期低海面时期已经形成了黄河,并且流进了渤、黄海陆架海区。     

中国暖温带海岸风尘沉积序列的研究现状与展望

中国暖温带海岸的风尘沉积序列是断续分布于渤海-北黄海沿岸的以黄褐色为主的粉砂质或砂质沉积物。通过查阅1960年以来的文献资料，综述了此类沉积的分布规律、地层形态、沉积特征、地质年代、形成机制和古环境演变等方面的成果，认为其主体为陆架沙漠化环境下的衍生沉积，是冬季风搬运近源物质的结果，时代上属中-晚更新世。因此，暖温带海岸风尘沉积序列是渤海-北黄海陆架沙漠化的有力佐证，且较好地记录了中国中更新世以来中纬度沿海地区的气候环境变化：时间上，气候逐渐干冷；空间上，自北向南风化作用增强。基于研究现状，展望了今后的工作重点和方向。     

陆架沉积环境研究的若干新进展

运用全球变化的观点,重新认识和探讨第四纪以来、特别是晚更新世以来全球气候变化、中国大陆环境变化对于陆架沉积环境的影响,将是十分必要的。按照这一设想,今后可望在以下三方面获得新进展。1 青藏高原“大冰盖”的形成与长江三角洲沉积的关系:尽管冰川地貌学家对于冰期时期中国大陆环境的特征,特别是古冰川的分布范围、规模等还有不同的意见。无论如何,冰期、间冰期时期长江流域自然环境的变化,有可能会控制长江径流量的变化,影响长江三角洲的发育与成形。2 黄土的亲沙漠性:把黄土与沙漠的分布进行比较,就可以发现两者之间存在密切关系:黄土总是伴随着沙漠而存在;在陆架区,几乎遵照同样的演化规律,在陆架黄土的上风向,总可以找到大范围的沙漠分布区。3 晚更新世末期陆架干旱化、沙漠化的新证据:(1)漫长的风蚀界面;(2)厚层的混杂堆积;(3)典型的休止角结构;(4)统一海相地层的解体;(5)重叠的海底沙丘群;(6)辽阔的残留沉积;(7)海底、近岸和岛屿上的黄土沉积;(8)苏北浅滩的东部砂岩砾石分布区的研究;(9)岩芯中某些干旱化环境特征的研究;(10)陆架上其它风暴沉积的研究。     

晚更新世晚期以来古尔班通古特沙漠南部的气候环境演化

本文通过对古尔班通古特沙漠南部的一个钻孔剖面沉积物沉积物沉积特征的分析 ,证明该沙漠南部地区在晚更新世晚期气候相对寒冷 ,并有两次气候偏湿波动 ;全新世时期 ,该区气候以温暖干旱为主 ,全新世中期有一次明显的气候偏湿波动。     

北极陆架沉积碳埋藏及其在全球碳循环中的作用

陆架边缘海有机碳的堆积速率比大洋高一个数量级 ,全球大约有 80 %以上的沉积有机碳埋藏于陆架地区。北极陆架是世界上最大的陆架 ,占全球陆架面积的 1 / 4 ,然而由于相关的工作较少 ,目前对北极沉积有机碳埋藏情况及其对全球的贡献还知之甚少。北极地区沉积有机碳埋藏主要取决于生物泵 ,而生物泵过程一个主要的限制因子是海冰的覆盖。近几十年来随着全球变暖 ,北极海冰覆盖面积正在快速减小。本文从北极沉积有机碳的来源、河流携带的沉积物输入、海冰覆盖率、营养盐来源等方面初步讨论了陆源输入和生物泵过程对沉积碳来源和埋藏时空变化的影响。结合两次北极考察的初步结果指出 ,全球变暖很可能使北极陆架边缘海成为沉积有机碳的高效汇区。     

白令海和楚科奇海陆架区的生源物质埋藏通量研究

楚科奇海和白令海通过白令海峡相连,是气候变化研究的关键区域。利用210Pb过剩法开展两个海域沉积过程和生源物质的埋藏通量研究。研究发现,白令海陆架区沉积柱样(NB22)受到生物扰动影响,楚科奇海沉积物柱样(R17)所受生物扰动很小。通过建立模型,获得楚科奇海陆架区的沉积速率为0.6±0.1 mm·a~(-1),白令海陆架区的沉积速率为2.1±0.7 mm·a~(-1)。忽略沉积过程,白令海陆架区由生物扰动引起的混合因子为1.38±0.92 cm2·a~(-1);考虑沉积过程,则混合因子为0.65±0.95 cm2·a~(-1)。白令海的有机碳、生源硅、Ca CO3的埋藏通量分别为:6.85 mmol C·m-2·d-1、37.7 mmol Si·m-2·d-1、3.15 mmol C·m-2·d-1;楚科奇海的有机碳、生源硅、Ca CO3的埋藏通量分别为:5.71 mmol C·m-2·d-1、9.78 mmol Si·m-2·d-1、3.08 mmol C·m-2·d-1。楚科奇海陆架区具有高效的垂直输运的海洋生物泵,白令海陆架区海洋生物泵可能存在较强的水平输运过程。海洋沉积物中210Pb信号不仅可以定量沉积速率和埋藏通量,也在一定程度上反映海洋底栖生物的扰动强度。     

临河凹陷晚更新世以来沉积地层的光释光年龄

河套盆地沉积有较厚的第四纪河湖相地层,大量的第四纪研究工作在该区开展,但地层划分缺乏年代数据的支撑,尤其是西部临河凹陷区,年龄数据的短缺严重影响了河套地区第四纪地层系统的对比研究。基于临河凹陷3个钻孔岩芯,分析光释光年代测定的可靠性,确定临河凹陷晚更新世以来地层年代,划定晚更新统底板埋深约150 m,顶板埋深自西向东由约9 m增到约15 m。结合钻孔岩性资料,该区气候变化为:晚更新世早期(约130～80 ka)主要为河流相沉积,气候较为干旱;晚更新世中期(约80～40 ka)为河流相与湖泊、洼地相交替沉积,气候较为湿润;晚更新世晚期(约40～10 ka)主要为河流相沉积,气候较为干旱;全新世(约10 ka)以来为湖相、洼地相沉积环境,起初气候条件略湿,逐渐转干。临河凹陷区光释光年龄的测定填补了河套盆地地层研究中绝对年代缺乏的不足,为分析环境演化与区域对比提供了年代依据。     

云南大理点苍山地区更新世晚期沉积地层的ESR测年研究

本文采用电于自旋共振（ESR）方法测定了云南点苍山地区更新世晚期沉积地层的形成年代。测年结果显示；（1）点苍山地区冰川沉积物的ESR年龄均小于140．35KaBP，说明该地区的第四纪冰川作用最早出现于中更新世晚期，主要发生于晚更新世；（2）点苍山西麓平坡附近最高一级基座阶地的堆积时代为184．3KaBP，证明西洱河阶地系列为中更新世以来的产物；（3）点苍山东侧白雀寺地区深3．7m处的褐红色地展形成的ESR年龄为12218KaBP，揭示出该地层形成于深海氧同位素5e阶段所代表的一个温热气候时期。     

闽粤沿海老红砂的热释光测年

采用再生热释光法对来自福建和广东沿海地区的39个老红砂样品进行了测年,其年龄约在0.9~6.8万年之间,表明闽粤沿海的老红砂是晚更新世中、晚期形成的风成沉积。     

福建漳浦前湖湾晚更新世的孢粉组合及其古环境意义

从孢粉角度对漳浦前湖湾古森林遗迹分布区所在的剖面QHP和钻孔QHZ-1的第四纪沉积物进行系统的分析.经过孢粉种属鉴定、孢粉浓度的统计,木本、草本、蕨类、藻类以及各科属孢粉百分比的不同,划分出7个孢粉组合带,剖面QHP自下而上为组合带Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ,其中组合带Ⅲ推知属晚更新世的中期产物,组合带Ⅱ属晚更新世中期接近晚期的产物,组合带Ⅰ属晚更新世晚期的产物;钻孔QHZ-1自下而上为组合带Ⅳ、Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ,其中组合带Ⅳ推知属晚更新世的早期的产物,组合带Ⅲ是一过渡层,组合带Ⅱ推知属晚更新世的中期的产物,组合带Ⅰ推知属晚更新世晚期的产物,而组合带Ⅰ以上的层位是全新世以来的产物.结合14C测年和沉积地层岩性等资料,得出该地区晚更新世以来沉积环境及其古气候演化的4次变迁过程:晚更新世早期的寒冷干燥;晚更新世中期的温和热湿,期间发生2次明显的海侵事件;晚更新世晚期过渡到全新世的冷暖干湿的动荡期;全新世以来与现代气候较为接近的气候.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
