本文提出了圆球减振装置对风力发电高塔振动控制的工作原理和计算方法,并对其控制效果进行了理论研究。首先利用拉格朗日方程推导得到圆球减振装置的自振频率及其对单自由度系统的被动控制力,并推广至多自由度系统。进而将风力发电高塔等效为集中质点模型,建立了风塔-减振装置体系的运动微分方程。用谐波叠加法模拟得到脉动风速时程,分析比较了风力发电高塔在无控及有控状态下的动力响应及疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,圆球减振装置是一种简单、经济和实用的减振装置,能够有效减小风塔的动力响应,延长其疲劳寿命。  相似文献

Specific features of the technique of airborne gravity surveys in the Arctic are considered. The main requirements for aerogravimetric complexes used for such surveys and for reference GPS stations located at high latitudes are formulated, as well as the conditions necessary for converting an aircraft into an aircraft-laboratory. Specific features of the planning of measurements of aerogravimetric profiles in the Arctic are described. The need in the operations necessary for the rapid estimation of the results is substantiated. The obtained regional gravimetric map on a 1:200000 scale is presented as an example.  相似文献

The effects of the foundation compliance on the dynamic response of yielding systems are evaluated using rigorous dimensional analysis. To this end, a soil-foundation-structure system is subjected to strong ground motion and its seismic response is determined in terms of dimensionless parameters. The seismic demand of the system is calculated as a function of meaningful engineering parameters, such as the yielding acceleration and yielding displacement of the structure, the system mass and damping, as well as the dynamic characteristics of the foundation. It is proved that the seismic demand is strongly dependent on the foundation to excitation pulse predominant frequency ratio. For large values of yielding acceleration, the demand depends strongly on the yielding displacement and the mass. Moreover, there is a strength range where an increase in strength results in an increase in displacements—a counter intuitive situation. The larger the yielding displacement, the larger the seismic demand. Furthermore, the larger the foundation soil mass, the larger the seismic demand. Finally, an application of the procedure on an actual structure proves that soil-foundation-structure interaction (SFSI) is not always beneficial for the structure.  相似文献

The problem of stability of an initially straight, simple column which is subjected to dynamic overload due to the vertical component of ground acceleration during an earthquake is considered. The time history of this component of earthquake, its maximum absolute amplitude and a Liapunov's function are used to define a sufficient condition under which the column will always be stable. It is shown for the case of a simple column that this condition implies that the column will be stable as long as the maximum load which the column is subjected to is less than the Euler buckling load during an earthquake.  相似文献

In this paper, the process of oasis-desert circulation (ODC) is simulated by MM5V3.5 model through designing an ideal oasis-desert scheme and assuming that initial atmosphere is at rest (V = 0). The findings showed that the key of forming special oasis boundary structure is the difference of energy and water between oasis and desert. The evaporation of oasis surface consumes heat energy, and the low temperature of oasis causes an oasis breeze circulation (OBC), which drives an ODC with a downdraft over the oasis and an updraft over the desert. Later, the cold, dry and stable boundary over oasis is gradually formed, on the contrary,the atmospheric boundary over desert on the edge of oasis is hot, humid and unstable and its height is about 600 hPa. The updraft over the desert forms a wet ring that acts as a vertical wall weakening the low-level moisture exchange between the oasis and desert. The downdraft of OBC increases the atmospheric stability that reduces the oasis evaporation. The low-level outflow from the oasis (into the desert) prevents the dry, hot air flowing from the desert into the oasis.Thus an oasis self-preservation mechanism may be formed due to OBC. The horizontal area influenced by oasis is twice as oasis area and the vertical range is four times as oasis. The ODC is strong in the daytime and reaches the strongest at 17:00, and the influenced area is the largest at 20:00.  相似文献

An analytical solution for the space-time variation of contaminant concentration in one-dimensional transient groundwater flow in a homogenous semi-infinite aquifer, subjected to time-dependent source contamination, is derived. The uniform and time varying dispersion along transient groundwater flow is investigated under two conditions. First, the flow velocity distribution in the aquifer is considered as a sinusoidally varying function, and second, the flow velocity distribution is treated as an exponentially increasing function of time. It is assumed that initially the aquifer is not solute free, so the initial background concentration is considered as an exponentially decreasing function of the space variable which is tending to zero at infinity. It is assumed that dispersion is directly proportional to the square of the velocity, noting that experimental observations indicate that dispersion is directly proportional to the velocity with a power ranging from 1 to 2. The analytical solution is illustrated using an example and may help benchmark numerical codes and solutions.  相似文献

The paper presents the first three natural frequencies and the corresponding mode shapes for fixed-base multistorey buildings which can be idealized as an equivalent planar coupled shear wall connected in series to an equivalent frame. The coupled wall is modelled as a continuum of uniform properties and the frame as a uniform shear beam, the connection between the two elements being taken as continuous. Solutions are obtained by treating the structure as a lumped parameter system with twenty equidistant discrete masses having only translational inertia. The relevant flexibility matrix is, however, generated from the exact solution of the governing differential equation for the continuum subjected to point loading. The results are presented for various combinations of the three non-dimensional parameters which are sufficient to describe all the geometric and material properties of the system. The mode shapes are presented in terms of the first three normal modes of a uniform slender cantilever. The non-dimensional base shears required for the response spectrum analysis of buildings of the type under consideration are also given for the three modes and for the various combinations of the three non-dimensional parameters mentioned above. In Part I of this paper, we defined a focusing wave field as the time reversal of an observed point‐source response. We showed that emitting a time‐reversed field from a closed boundary yields a focal spot that acts as an isotropic virtual source. However, when emitting the field from an open boundary, the virtual source is highly directional and significant artefacts occur related to multiple scattering. The aim of this paper is to discuss a focusing wave field, which, when emitted into the medium from an open boundary, yields an isotropic virtual source and does not give rise to artefacts. We start the discussion from a horizontally layered medium and introduce the single‐sided focusing wave field in an intuitive way as an inverse filter. Next, we discuss single‐sided focusing in two‐dimensional and three‐dimensional inhomogeneous media and support the discussion with mathematical derivations. The focusing functions needed for single‐sided focusing can be retrieved from the single‐sided reflection response and an estimate of the direct arrivals between the focal point and the accessible boundary. The focal spot, obtained with this single‐sided data‐driven focusing method, acts as an isotropic virtual source, similar to that obtained by emitting a time‐reversed point‐source response from a closed boundary.  相似文献

The isolation of vibrations from the surroundings is one of the important problems in the design of machine foundations. The use of open trenches, infilled trenches, single and multiple pile rows have been widely studied. In this paper, the vibration screening efficiency of an inclined secant micro-pile wall positioned as an active vibration barrier is investigated. The study is performed using three-dimensional time domain finite element analyses. Various parameters such as barrier depth, inclination, barrier distance and load excitation frequency were studied. The results show that inclined secant micro-pile walls are a viable vibration isolation option for a multitude of vibration problems. It is shown that varying barrier inclination angle from 90° to 120° improved vibration isolation performance as high as 44% relative to the vertical barrier for the active isolation case. The effectiveness of the barrier increases as its depth increases and also as the excitation frequency increases. The orientation of the inclined barrier towards or against vibration source is shown to be a fundamental design consideration.  相似文献

This study describes the development of a general model for reaction in and performance of spatially heterogeneous bioreactors such as treatment wetlands. The modeled domain possesses local-scale velocities, reaction rates and transverse dispersion coefficients that are functions of an underlying heterogeneity variate representing one or more controlling biophysical attributes, for example, reactive surface area (submerged plant) density. Reaction rate coefficients are treated as related to local velocities in an inverse square fashion via their mutual dependence upon the variate. The study focuses on the solution for the steady-state case with constant inlet concentration. Results compare well with exact solutions developed for laterally-bounded systems in which the heterogeneity is represented explicitly. Employing the bicontinuum analogue of a second-order model, an expression for an effective longitudinal dispersion coefficient as a function of travel distance is developed using the method of moments. The result provides insights into the behavior of concentration as transverse mixing drives the system asymptotically toward Fickian longitudinal dispersion. The model may represent an improvement over other approaches for characterizing treatment wetland performance because it accounts for evolving shear flow dispersion, and because parameters are few in number, physically based, and invariant with mean velocity.  相似文献

An analytical solution of a two-dimensional advection diffusion equation with time dependent coefficients is obtained by using Laplace Integral Transformation Technique. The horizontal medium of solute transport is considered of semi-infinite extent along both the longitudinal and lateral directions. The input concentration is assumed at an intermediate position of the domain. It helps to evaluate concentration level along the flow as well as against the flow through one model only. The source of the input concentration is considered to be of pulse type. In the presence of the source, it is assumed to be decreasing very slowly with time, and just after the elimination of the source it is assumed to be zero. The dispersion coefficient and the advection parameter are considered directly proportional to each other. The analytical solution may be used to predict the solute concentration level with position and time in an open medium as well as in a porous medium. The effect of heterogeneity on the solute transport may also be predicted.  相似文献

Abstract

This study proposes an empirical approach that can lead to the sustainable management of groundwater resources. This approach enables a comprehensive understanding of an aquifer, delineates distinct hydrological scenarios, and recommends a set of operational activities for each sub-region of the aquifer. The paper focuses on the Coastal aquifer of the Gaza Strip region which has been divided into three sub-regions. The southern sub-region (WSW) is classified as scenario “+a2”, which indicates that it can be used as a multi-annual groundwater reservoir. The northern sub-region (NW-E) is designated scenario “-a2”, where the recommended operational measures include injection of freshwater in wells and cleaning of the surface environment. The third sub-region (CSE), is classified as scenario “-b2”, which requires severe management measures to correct both a negative hydrological and environmental situation. The approach also involves on-going monitoring of the aquifer, and can be considered as an empirical tool to provide preliminary guidelines for long-term groundwater management.  相似文献

In this study we use the term record threshold of a historical earthquake for the seismic intensity (EMS92) in an area where a given percentage P of the serial sources of places have recorded the event as been noticed there. The record threshold is understood as a limiting measure, below which warranted statements about the intensity cannot be given. P defines the acceptable uncertainty and can be chosen according to the demands of the special task, for instance, 10%. It is shown that the record threshold of historical earthquakes is not the same as the human perceptibility threshold of earthquakes of the 20th Century. The historical sources have to be selected using criteria such as completeness and homogenity of data. This demand is approximately met by inquiries for sources covering an area greater than the expected felt area of the historical earthquake.The Friuli event of 25 January 1348 is presented as an example. It is compared with the well known Friuli event of 6 May 1976 in order to calibrate its intensity. The record threshold of the 1348 event was probably IV or less than IV EMS92 for P = 10%. The method, properly modified, can be applied to different cultural epochs and areas. This result throws a light on the possible error in determining the felt area of historical events.  相似文献

To overcome excessive computation errors and convergence failures encountered in an iterative calculation of the reliability index using the response surface method (RSM) for some nonlinear limit state functions, this study investigates an essential factor based on chaotic dynamics theory. The bifurcation diagrams of the reliability index are presented for some typical nonlinear limit state functions, and the computation results from the mapping functions due to the RSM iterations show the complicated dynamic phenomena such as the periodic oscillation, as well as bifurcation and chaos. From the numerical examples, it is concluded that the parameter of selection range fplays an important role in the convergence of the RSM iteration, and an improved RSM iterative algorithm is proposed with regard to the incorporation of the iterative sequential function of selection rangef The proposed method is shown to be efficient and to yield accurate results.  相似文献
