该文讨论了地名注记自动配置涉及的关键问题，包括：注记参数，压盖地物的优先级，注记与地图符号的关系，注记与地物的压盖检测及注记大小的自动确定等，并给出了解决方法，提出了基于栅格数据的线状地物的地名注记自动配置算法，介绍了笔者开发的地名注记软件AutoLabel。

地名是地图的要素之一,也是地图的语言。良好的地名注记配置,有助于读者快速掌握图上信息,发挥地图的功效。地名注记在地图上表示的质量控制,是地图服务于读者的重要元素。地图上地名注记配置的是否恰当,关系地图注记工作的成败。本文通过大量的地图地名注记的实证研究,对地名注记功能、配置的原则和实践基础进行了论述,以期为制图工作提供借鉴。     

专题图注记信息去除方法探讨

注记信息的存在使得从专题图自动获取矢量数据具有一定难度。该文提出一种去除专题图注记信息的有效方法:在区分出注记信息的基础上,利用空间最近邻原则对注记进行背景填充,然后利用ArcObjects构建该功能模块,并与ArcGIS集成。研究表明,该模块能有效去除专题图注记信息,使ArcScan从专题图自动提取高精度矢量数据成为现实。

土地利用空间优化配置研究进展与展望

土地利用优化配置是实现土地可持续利用,促进区域经济快速发展和环境逐步和谐的重要途径.科学的土地利用优化配置能充分发挥土地利用潜力、提高土地聚集效应、保持土地生态系统平衡.以往的土地利用优化配置研究主要侧重土地利用数量结构的优化,却忽视了土地利用空间布局的优化.尽管土地利用数量结构是土地利用合理配置的基础,但是在地域空间上分布不当,就会限制土地利用效率的提高,影响土地资源配置的科学性和精确性.因此如何将各土地利用类型数量在地域空间上进行合理的落位,开展土地利用空间优化配置问题研究显得尤为重要.本文全面地解释了土地利用空间优化配置的概念,系统介绍了国内外土地利用空间布局的相关理论和方法,并从地理学、景观生态学、系统工程和管理学、地理信息系统及遥感和数学模型应用、社会学和政策学等理论角度,对土地利用空间优化配置的发展方向和趋势进行了展望,以期促进土地利用空间优化配置研究的创新和深化.     

图形系统中微机制图整饰的应用研究

本文着重阐述了微机图形系统中图面动态整饰的应用研究，其中包括对图面内容、图名、图例，以及内、外图廓的整饰。图形系统的图面动态整饰，主要是针对计算机图形学的研究对象、其整饰的内容以及现在多数微机图形系统普遍存在的问题，采用不同的数学算法及模型，研究图面整饰的技巧和方法。图面内容的动态整饰是全文的重点，它主要包含：多要素地图的依比例分级动态显示、汉字注记的变体、注记的配置整饰和注记的沿线性要素动态分布显示等。因此，图形系统中微机制图整饰对其传统工艺进行革新，使人们从繁锁复杂的工艺劳动中解脱出来，极大地提高了工作效率，同时改进了图形系统的制图工艺。     

引大入秦工程水资源优化配置研究

在引大工程灌区和邻近地区水资源供需分析的基础上,运用水资源系统分析理论,采用线性规划方法,建立了引大工程水资源优化配置模型。对引大工程的水资源在灌区及其周边兰州、白银两市统一进行优化配置研究,得出了近期和远期水资源优化配置方案,所建模型和优化配置方案正确、合理,符合引大工程及其供水区实际。进行了供水区环境效益和经济效益评价,提出了符合引大工程供水区水资源特性的研究结论和对策与措施建议。

城市公共服务设施配置研究进展及趋向

公共服务设施是中国和谐宜居城市建设与人民美好生活愿望的重要构成。国内外城市公共服务设施配置的研究主题有所差异,国外研究主要关注公共服务设施配置的区位选择、可达性、空间公平和社会经济效应等方面,国内研究更加重视公共服务设施配置的优化布局、可达性、空间格局、社会分异、居民需求和满意度以及配置影响因素等内容。结合国内外研究现状的评析,论文认为中国城市公共服务设施配置研究需要加强公共服务设施配置的空间规律、社会公平、绩效评价和空间优化等方向研究。通过对国内外城市公共服务设施配置研究进展的理论总结与评述,以期促进中国城市公共服务设施配置的理论提升与科学实践。
