大气CO2浓度升高引起的海洋酸化可能对浮游植物造成不同程度的影响。而近海浮游植物不仅面临着海水酸化问题,还会受到海水溶解性CO2降低及pH升高(海水碱化)的影响。本实验以斑点海链藻(Thalassiosira punctigera)为研究对象,测定7个不同pCO2水平(25 μatm、50 μatm、100 μatm、200 μatm、400 μatm、800 μatm、1 600 μatm)下的生长、光合作用和呼吸作用速率、细胞粒径、叶绿素a和生物硅含量以及叶绿素荧光等参数。结果表明,与400 μatm相比,在海水酸化(pCO2 > 400 μatm)和海水碱化(pCO2 < 400 μatm) 条件下,斑点海链藻的生长速率和叶绿素a含量都显著降低,但是碱化条件下降低的程度更大。此外,碱化处理的藻细胞光合作用速率、最大量子产量(Fv/Fm)和最大相对电子传递速率(rETRmax)都显著低于400 μatm培养下的细胞,而呼吸作用速率显著升高,但是生物硅含量和细胞大小无明显变化。研究表明海水碱化和海水酸化均会抑制其生理活动,而且海水碱化对其影响更显著。这表明正常pCO2生长下的藻细胞具有最适的生理状态。本研究可为探究海水碳酸盐系统变化对海洋初级生产力的影响提供一定的数据支持。  相似文献

2009年4月利用植株枚订移植法在山东荣成天鹅湖海域开展大叶藻植株移植,于5~10月监测移植大叶藻植株的存活率,并逐月采集自然和移植大叶藻植株,比较了植株生长、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量的变化,分析了移植操作胁迫对大叶藻存活、生长、叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果显示,移植后1~2个月,移植植株的平均成活率较高,至移植后4个月,平均成活率降至57.8%,之后保持稳定。移植后6个月内,叶长移植植株均极显著低于自然植株;根长和茎节长在移植后1个月时移植植株显著低于自然植株,移植2个月后与自然植株无明显差异,甚至显著高于自然植株;叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量在移植后1个月时移植植株显著低于自然植株,移植2个月后则与天然植株无明显不同,甚至显著高于自然植株,但10月份移植植株的叶绿素含量明显下降。结果表明,移植操作对大叶藻植株的地上部分产生了严重的胁迫作用和较长的胁迫时间,而移植植株的地下部分及叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素在经过短期胁迫后,能够通过自身的补偿机制分别实现快速生长和显著增加,从而利于植株的扎根、固着和提高植株的光合作用能力。  相似文献

红树林是一种典型的湿地生态系统,研究其生态化学计量特征对了解不同演替阶段红树植物养分利用、分配以及环境适应策略具有重要意义。本文以广西山口红树林保护区由海向岸不同演替阶段的三种红树植物(白骨壤、秋茄和木榄)为研究对象,比较不同器官碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)以及沉积物中有机碳(sedimental organic carbon, SOC)、全氮(total nitrogen, TN)、全磷(total phosphorus,TP)的化学计量特征,分析三个演替阶段的红树植物不同器官和沉积物养分的生态化学计量特征。结果表明:C、N、P含量在三个演替阶段植物中均表现为叶、茎大于根(P<0.05),白骨壤叶和茎的N、P含量显著高于秋茄和木榄(P<0.05),不同演替阶段植物对于养分的利用策略不同,演替初期为竞争,演替后期为防御。相关性分析显示,秋茄茎与根中的P含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),木榄叶与茎中的N含量、P含量均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),红树植物叶、茎的N、P含量与土壤SOC、TP以及C:N有显著的负相关性,随着由海向岸的群落演替,红树植物生长从N限制转为...  相似文献

伴随着全球气候变化的日益加剧,过量CO2排放所导致的海洋酸化和暖化现象已引起广泛关注。本研究设置了两个pH水平(pH 8.1和pH 7.6)和两个温度梯度(20.0和23.0℃),以探讨海水酸化和温度升高对日本鼓虾(Alpheus japonicus Miers)氧化应激和能量代谢过程的影响。结果发现,海水酸化、热应激以及海水酸化和热应激复合胁迫能够诱导日本鼓虾产生不同程度的氧化应激现象,且海水酸化和热应激对过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性、还原型谷胱甘肽(Glutathione,GSH)含量和还原型谷胱甘肽与氧化型谷胱甘肽比值(Glutathione/Oxidized Glutathione,GSH/GSSG)有交互作用;其中,海水酸化和热应激复合暴露导致鼓虾GSH含量较对照组水平降低了66.0%,GSH/GSSG比值降低为对照组水平的20.8%,而脂质过氧化水平则较对照组显著增加了51.4%。此外,海水酸化和热应激复合暴露能够导致日本鼓虾己糖激酶(Hexokinase,HK)活性的显著增强和蛋白质含量的显著降低,提示鼓虾通过调节糖酵解过程和能量储备来满足机体的能量代谢需求。上述结果表明,短期海水酸化和热应激暴露能够影响日本鼓虾的抗氧化防御体系、能量代谢过程以及能量储备能力,长期持续暴露可能会对其种群维持构成潜在威胁。  相似文献

将盐藻在[N]/[P](氮磷浓度比)为0.5至60.0的培养液中进行培养,测定了不同实验条件下[N]/[P]比值对盐藻生长、培养液中甘油和叶绿素含量以及β-胡萝卜素累积的影响,并初步建立了盐藻在不同[N]/[P]比值下的生长动力学模式。研究结果表明,在[N]/[P]为25时,盐藻的生长最佳。[N]/[P]比值变化对甘油含量的影响不大。[N]/[P]比值小于15时,叶绿素含量随[N]/[P]比值的增加而增加;比值大于15时,叶绿素含量基本不受[N]/[P]比值变化的影响.单细胞β-胡萝卜素含量随[N]/[P]比值的增加而减少,而培养液中β-胡萝卜素含量在[N]/[P]比值小于15时基本不受影响,比值大于15时含量呈下降趋势。  相似文献

以红树植物老鼠簕作为实验材料,通过模拟海水实验,研究了不同质量浓度(0、1、2、5、10、20mg/L)的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)污染暴露对老鼠簕幼苗叶绿素含量、比值及抗氧化酶系统(SOD,POD,CAT)等生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)当DBP浓度为5mg/L时,DBP污染对老鼠簕幼苗叶绿素含量具有一定促进作用,其余浓度DBP污染均会使老鼠簕幼苗叶绿素含量显著下降; DBP污染对老鼠簕幼苗叶绿素a/b比值基本无影响;(2)随着DBP浓度升高,老鼠簕幼苗抗氧化酶活性均呈现先上升后下降的变化。说明DBP污染会导致老鼠簕幼苗叶片衰老;低浓度DBP暴露(≤10mg/L)可以诱导老鼠簕幼苗抗氧化酶系统活性增加,并保持一定时间细胞内活性氧平衡,高浓度DBP暴露(10mg/L)会对老鼠簕幼苗的抗氧化酶系统产生不可逆的损伤。研究结果也为红树林湿地的保护,DBP的生态风险评价及污染控制提供了科学参考。  相似文献

采用荧光染色法对黄、东海春、秋季中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)个体核酸含量进行了研究,初步探讨了RNA∶DNA比对中华哲水蚤生长状况的指示作用。结果表明,中华哲水蚤在饥饿培养24h后RNA∶DNA比值显著降低;雄性个体RNA含量和RNA∶DNA比值显著低于雌体和C5期幼体;春、秋季(2009年5月和2010年11月)个体RNA含量和RNA∶DNA比值存在显著的空间变化,两者最高值均出现在近岸;两个月份DNA含量相对稳定,在2.5—3.5μg/ind之间;个体RNA含量和RNA:DNA比值与叶绿素之间显著正相关,说明饵料是中华哲水蚤的生长过程中重要的影响因素。  相似文献

为探讨海洋酸化和光照强度变化对海洋钙化生物的影响,本文选用广泛分布在热带珊瑚礁区的大型钙化海藻仙掌藻(Halimeda opuntia)为研究对象,在室内通过CO2加富(pH=7.50、7.80和8.10)和调控光照强度(30和180μmol photons m2·s-1)的方式,探究其生长、钙化作用和光合作用等生理特征对海洋酸化和光照强度变化的响应。结果表明:海水酸化可以显著抑制仙掌藻的生长率、钙化速率和光合效率,且随酸化程度的加深而加强。酸化条件下(p H 7.50~7.80),生长率、钙化速率和Fv/Fm分别下降了48.29%~58.80%、51.78%~62.29%和2.37%~13.79%;光照强度的增加可以缓解这一抑制作用,高光照下生长率、钙化速率和Fv/Fm分别升高了2.01%~44.55%、29.61%~40.68%和1.68%~6.92%。酸化处理和光照强度变化对色素含量、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量影响显著(P 0.01);酸化处理组中的Chl-a含量下降了32.69%~43.44%;而实验第20-28天,低光条件下的类胡萝卜素含量比高光照组高出12.12%~57.45%;酸化胁迫下,MDA在组织中逐渐积累;同时脯氨酸明显升高,以增加藻体自身的抗逆性,缓解胁迫带来的损伤。此外,组织中总碳(TC)和总氮(TN)含量在酸化条件下显著增加(P 0.05),光照强度的增加也一定程度上有利于提高TC和TN含量。通过分析可知,海洋酸化对仙掌藻的威胁是多方面的,对其生长、钙化作用和光合作用等生理过程的抑制作用随着酸化程度的加深而增加,而光照强度的增加一定程度上可以缓解酸化带来的负面效应。这些结果可以为预测未来海洋酸化对钙质生物的影响和珊瑚礁生物的多样性保护提供理论参考。  相似文献

大气CO2持续升高,导致溶入海水中的CO2增多,海水表层的H+浓度增加,从而引起海洋酸化。为了探讨近岸定生大型海藻对这种环境变化的响应,本文选择经济海藻坛紫菜为实验材料,研究海洋酸化与紫外辐射对藻体生长以及光合特性的影响。实验分两个CO2处理,分别为正常空气水平(390 ppmv)和高CO2水平(800 ppmv); 三种辐射处理,分别为全波长辐射(PAB)、滤除紫外线B(PA)和仅接受可见光处理(PAR)。研究结果表明,CO2培养下的坛紫菜,在仅有可见光(P)或者同时有紫外线A(PA)存在的情况下,显著促进藻体的生长;但在全波长辐射处理下(PAB),这种作用不明显。高CO2降低了藻体在P和PA处理下的光合作用速率,但对PAB处理作用不显著。高CO2处理下的藻体,UV-B显著降低了全波长辐射下藻体紫外吸收物质的含量,但在正常CO2水平下,紫外辐射的作用不显著。这表明高CO2导致的生长优势被紫外辐射的负面效应所抵消,在全球变化的过程中,紫外辐射的进一步加强在海洋酸化的背景下甚至有可能降低坛紫菜的产量。  相似文献

为了评估海洋酸化和富营养化耦合作用对近海浮游生态环境的影响,本研究以天津市近岸海域浮游植物群落的生物地球化学指标为研究对象,分别采用一次性及连续培养的方式模拟自然水华及稳态条件,探究其对二氧化碳(CO2)和硝酸盐浓度变化及二者耦合作用的响应。实验条件设置如下:1)对照:二氧化碳分压p(CO2)40.53 Pa、无硝酸盐添加;2)酸化:p(CO2)101.3 Pa、无硝酸盐添加;3)加N:p(CO2)40.53 Pa、添加硝酸盐50 μmol·L–1;4)酸化加N:p(CO2)101.3 Pa、添加硝酸盐50 μmol·L–1。实验结果表明,硝酸盐加富比酸化更加显著地促进浮游植物群落总叶绿素(Chl a)生物量及颗粒有机碳(POC)和颗粒有机氮(PON)积累,酸化和加N使浮游植物群落粒径大小升高。连续培养实验表明,酸化和N加富对Chl a、生物硅(BSi)、PON浓度、PON与颗粒有机磷(POP)比值(N/P)、POC与BSi比值(C/BSi)及沉降速率有协同交互作用,对POP和POC浓度及POC与PON比值(C/N)有拮抗性交互作用。在一次性培养后,酸化显著降低了浮游植物群落的沉降速率;而在连续培养后,酸化和N加富使浮游植物群落沉降速率显著升高。这些结果表明酸化和N加富对与近岸浮游植物相关的生物地球化学循环及在不同生长阶段的种群碳沉降存在不同的潜在影响及交互效应。  相似文献

黄河三角洲飞雁滩因入海河口改道而缺乏泥沙来源,导致海滩蚀退10余km。近30a来,蚀退后的浅滩在不同潮流和风浪的作用下,浅海滩沉积物颗粒在空间分布上出现明显的差异,表现为浅水区沉积物粗于深水区,来沙少的沉积区粗于来沙多的沉积区。根据2004年实测沉积物颗粒度参数和实测水流及风浪资料分析,该海滩可以分为三个沉积区:I号沉积区,水深较浅,泥沙补给较少,主要受不同风浪的影响,沉积物颗粒组成较粗,以细砂和粉砂为主,分选良好,目前抗冲能力较强;II号沉积区,水深较浅,水流较弱,常受来自高中低潮滩下泄水流携带的细颗粒泥沙影响,沉积物组成粗细混合,以粉砂质粘土为主,分选较差;III号沉积区,水深大,在潮流和风浪作用下,常有来自沿岸尤其I号沉积区的细颗粒泥沙影响,沉积物组成粗细混合,以粘土质粉砂为主,分选较差。黄河三角洲飞雁滩桩106海滩沉积物空间分布较好地反映了泥沙来源和沉积动力条件,该成果可为海岸海滩防护工程规划设计提供科学依据。  相似文献

The systematic collection of benthic organisms in tidal flats of coastal lagoons should be taken into account for the management of these systems, once sediment disturbance affects biogeochemical processes by favouring pore water renewal during tidal inundation. The objective of the present work was to evaluate the effects of infauna harvesting on the phosphorus dynamics of muddy and sandy intertidal areas in the Ria Formosa. Sediment cores and overlying water were collected during August 2000 and February 2001 from reworked and undisturbed sediment before and after flooding. Results obtained showed that during the first minutes of flooding there was a marked decrease of phosphate in pore water of disturbed sediments. However, phosphate tidal fluxes from sandy sediment were clearly higher (17 nmol cm(-2) d(-1) in summer and 3 nmol cm(-2) d(-1) in winter) than in muddy sediment (0.4 nmol cm(-2) d(-1) in summer and -0.01 nmol cm(-2) d(-1) in winter). After muddy sediment disturbance concentrations of iron oxides increased quickly (from 5 to 16 micromol g(-1)) and phosphate was sorbed onto these iron oxides, resulting in a buffering of phosphate pore water concentrations at low values in the oxidized sediment zone. The estimated P-output from muddy sediment decreased one to two orders of magnitude after sediment disturbance in contrast to sandy sediments in which the impact of infauna harvesting was minimal. Consequently, the P-cycle is influenced by the disruption of muddy habitats in tide-driven systems. Such information could be useful for the management of the lagoon.  相似文献

Benthic photosynthesis in submerged Wadden Sea intertidal flats   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
In this study we compare benthic photosynthesis during inundation in coarse sand, fine sand, and mixed sediment (sand/mud) intertidal flats in the German Wadden Sea. In situ determinations of oxygen-, DIC- and nutrient fluxes in stirred benthic chamber incubations were combined with measurements of sedimentary chlorophyll, incident light intensity at the sediment surface and scalar irradiance within the sediment. During submergence, microphytobenthos was light limited at all study sites as indicated by rapid response of gross photosynthesis to increasing incident light at the sea floor. However, depth integrated scalar irradiance was 2 to 3 times higher in the sands than in the mud. Consequently, gross photosynthesis in the net autotrophic fine sand and coarse sand flats during inundation was on average 4 and 11 times higher than in the net heterotrophic mud flat, despite higher total chlorophyll concentration in mud. Benthic photosynthesis may be enhanced in intertidal sands during inundation due to: (1) higher light availability to the microphytobenthos in the sands compared to muds, (2) more efficient transport of photosynthesis-limiting solutes to the microalgae with pore water flows in the permeable sands, and (3) more active metabolic state and different life strategies of microphytobenthos inhabiting sands.  相似文献

基于大量的悬浮体现场粒度和浓度数据,借助细颗粒悬浮体作为示踪物,分析了潮流作用下南黄海辐射沙脊群海底沉积物的再悬浮和扩散特征,并探讨了沙辐射沙脊群以北泥质区的形成机制。研究结果表明:(1)在辐射沙脊群以北,近岸悬沙在离岸方向上的扩散受到限制,向南又被辐射沙脊群中心浅滩所阻挡,只能在辐射沙脊群与废黄河口之间形成沿岸分布的高浓度浑水团。(2)辐射沙脊群以北的往复潮流对海底沉积物有分选作用,倾向于把海底沉积物中的粗颗粒分选搬运至沙脊群,把细颗粒沉积物向北输送,从而在沙脊群以北形成泥质区。(3)在正常海况下,沙脊表层沉积物再悬浮作用十分微弱,沙脊上覆水体中的悬沙主要来自于临近沟槽海底沉积物的水平扩散。  相似文献

This study examines the remediation of surface water quality in a severely degraded coastal acid sulfate soil landscape. The remediation strategy consisted of partial restoration of marine tidal exchange within estuarine creeks and incremental tidal inundation of acidified soils, plus strategic liming of drainage waters. Time-series water quality and climatic data collected over 5 years were analysed to assess changes in water quality due to this remediation strategy. A time-weighted rainfall function (TWR) was generated from daily rainfall data to integrate the effects of antecedent rainfall on shallow groundwater levels in a way that was relevant to acid export dynamics. Significant increases in mean pH were evident over time at multiple monitoring sites. Regression analysis at multiple sites revealed a temporal progression of change in significant relationships between mean daily electrical conductivity (EC) vs. mean daily pH, and TWR vs. mean daily pH. These data demonstrate a substantial decrease over time in the magnitude of creek acidification per given quantity of antecedent rainfall. Data also show considerable increase in soil pH (2–3 units) in formerly acidified areas subject to tidal inundation. This coincides with a decrease in soil pe, indicating stronger reducing conditions. These observations suggest a fundamental shift has occurred in sediment geochemistry in favour of proton-consuming reductive processes. Combined, these data highlight the potential effectiveness of marine tidal inundation as a landscape-scale acid sulfate soil remediation strategy.  相似文献

In the Bach Dang–Cam Estuary, northern Vietnam, mechanisms governing cohesive sediment aggregation were investigated in situ in 2008–2009. As part of the Red River delta, this estuary exhibits a marked contrast in hydrological conditions between the monsoon and dry seasons. The impact on flocculation processes was assessed by means of surveys of water discharge, suspended particulate matter concentration and floc size distributions (FSDs) conducted during a tidal cycle at three selected sites along the estuary. A method was developed for calculating the relative volume concentration for the modes of various size classes from FSDs provided by the LISST 100X (Sequoia Scientific Inc.). It was found that all FSDs comprised four modes identified as particles/flocculi, fine and coarse microflocs, and macroflocs. Under the influence of the instantaneous turbulent kinetic energy, their proportions varied but without significant modification of their median diameters. In particular, when the turbulence level corresponded to a Kolmogorov microscale of less than ∼235 μm, a major breakup of flocs resulted in the formation of particles/flocculi and fine microflocs. Fluctuations in turbulence level were governed by seasonal variations in freshwater discharge and by the tidal cycle. During the wet season, strong freshwater input induced a high turbulent energy level that tended to generate sediment transfer from the coarser size classes (macroflocs, coarse microflocs) to finer ones (particles/flocculi and fine microflocs), and to promote a transport of sediment seawards. During the dry season, the influence of tides predominated. The turbulent energy level was then only episodically sufficiently high to generate transfer of sediment between floc size classes. At low turbulent energy, modifications in the proportions of floc size classes were due to differential settling. Tidal pumping produced a net upstream transport of sediment. Associated with the settling of sediment trapped in a near-bed layer at low turbulent energy, this causes the silting up of the waterways leading to the harbour of Haiphong.  相似文献

为研究潮间带和潮下带的水、沙、盐交换,于2006年6月25~28日(夏季大潮)和2006年12月29日~2007年1月4日(冬季中-大潮和小潮)在长江口九段沙一典型潮沟的固定点利用OBS-3A和ADP-XR进行了水深、浊度、盐度、流速流向剖面和回声强度观测。结果和结论为:(1)夏季大潮、冬季中-大潮、冬季小潮的潮周期垂向平均流速分别为26.5、15.9和8.4 cm/s,夏、冬季观测到的最大流速分别为84 cm/s和35 cm/s。(2)夏季盐度变化范围为0.65~4.91,平均盐度2.14;冬季盐度变化范围为3.5~10.3,中-大潮和小潮平均盐度分别为6.26和7.98。(3)高悬沙浓度出现在涨潮初期和部分落潮末期的低水位阶段;涨潮阶段的平均悬沙浓度是落潮阶段的1.11~7.0倍。(4)涨、落潮阶段的水体和盐输运量大体上趋于平衡;(5)无论是冬夏季或大小潮,潮沟在潮周期内的净输沙方向均指向陆,即落潮输沙量小于涨潮输沙量(平均小40%);平均每个潮周期的净输沙量为6102 kg,结合潮盆面积推算的潮周期沉积速率为0.0112 mm/tide,或8.2 mm/a。  相似文献

An unditched salt marsh-creek drainage basin (Holland Glade Marsh, Lewes, Delaware) has a sedimentation rate of 0·5 cm year?1. During normal, storm-free conditions, the creek carries negligible amounts of sand and coarse silt. Of the material in the waters flooding the marsh surface, over 80% disappears from the floodwaters within 12 m of the creek. About one-half of the lost material is theoretically too fine to settle, even if flow were not turbulent; however, sediment found on Spartina stems can account for the loss.The quantity of suspended sediment that does reach the back marsh during these normal tides is inadequate to maintain the marsh surface against local sea level rise. This suspended sediment is also much finer than the deposited sediments. Additionally, remote sections of low marsh, sections flooded by only the highest spring tides, have 15–30 cm of highly inorganic marsh muds.This evidence indicates that normal tidal flooding does not produce sedimentation in Holland Glade. Study of the effects of two severe storms, of a frequency of once per year, suggests that such storms can deposit sufficient sediment to maintain the marsh.The actual deposition of fine-grained sediments (fine silt and clay) appears to result primarily from biological trapping rather than from settling. In addition, this study proposes that the total sedimentation on mature marshes results from a balance between tidal and storm sedimentation. Storms will control sediment supply and movement on micro- and meso-tidal marshes, and will have less influence on macro-tidal marshes.  相似文献

通过对研究区潮间带36个表层沉积物的定位采样,采用综合法对样品进行粒度分析。结果表明,研究区潮间带表层沉积物由-粉砂质极细砂、极细砂-粉砂-粘土、粉砂-粘土-极细砂、极细砂质粉砂、极细砂-粉砂、粉砂和极细砂组成,从岸边向潮下带方向表层沉积物由细变粗;由于修建海滨浴场,改变了岸线的轮廓使水流发生变化,从驴驹河-独流减河潮间带表层沉积物粒度由粗变细;垂向上,由于修建海防公路造成岸线后退,沉积物表现为下粗上细,这些特征与本地区的人类活动和水动力条件变化密切相关。  相似文献

江苏岸外辐射沙洲共由10多条形态完整的大型海底沙脊群构成,地形地貌复杂独特。东沙沙脊群是其中的第二大沙脊群,研究其沉积特征可以为揭示东沙乃至整个辐射沙洲海域的沉积环境提供依据。根据在江苏岸外东沙沙洲和条子泥沙洲(高泥和二分水)分别选取的8个和2个剖面的表层沉积物样粒度分析资料,分析其表层沉积物特征,结果表明:(1)东沙沙脊群的沉积物主要有砂、砂质粉砂和粉砂质砂三种类型;(2)搬运形式以跃移组分为主,悬移组分次之;(3)沉积物的平面分布特征主要表现为,东沙沙脊群的外缘沙洲和沙洲外缘沉积物较粗、越向沙洲中部沉积物越细;在东西方向上,西部细、东部粗;在南北方向上,具有对称分布、分级分布的特点;(4)东沙沙脊群沉积物的分布特征受风浪和潮流影响较大。  相似文献
