水网藻附着对亚洲苦草光合特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
运用水下饱和脉冲荧光仪(Diving-PAM)测定附着了水网藻的亚洲苦草(Vallisneria asiatica)叶片的荧光参数和快速光响应曲线.在水网藻主要附着的苦草叶片上部,15 d后Fv/Fm显著下降,光系统(PS)的光化学效率显著降低;附着水网藻的叶片通过热的形式耗散掉的能量极显著增加(P<0.01),有效荧光产量、光化学淬灭系数和相对光合电子传递速率(rETR)、Chl.a、类胡萝卜素(Car)、Chl.a/Chl.b和Car/Chl.a均显著降低;在快速光响应曲线中,当光照强度高于104 μmol/(m2·s)后,随光照强度的增加,附着水网藻的苦草叶片的rETR显著低于对照,光合作用能力下降;且其饱和光强为248μmol/(m2·s),显著低于对照叶片的685 μmol/(m2·s),表明水网藻附着苦草叶片后导致叶片光响应能力显著下降.  相似文献

外来种福寿螺(Pomacea canaliculata)相较我国本土螺类其牧食量更大且繁殖速度更快,对栖息地水生植物的现存量和实施水生植被恢复的生态治理工程的成功性可能构成威胁,目前对福寿螺影响浅水湖泊沉水植物的重建缺乏足够的研究.本文通过设置不同沉水植物种类组合系统,研究福寿螺对3种常用于浅水富营养化湖泊治理的沉水植物密刺苦草(Vallisneria denseserrulata)、轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)、穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)的牧食偏好以及不同植物配置系统理化因子的响应变化,结果表明福寿螺对沉水植物植株附着偏好为密刺苦草轮叶黑藻穗花狐尾藻,而牧食破坏强度为轮叶黑藻穗花狐尾藻密刺苦草,轮叶黑藻最容易受到福寿螺牧食影响而快速消亡,穗花狐尾藻叶片也会被全部牧食仅剩下茎,而苦草存活受到的影响较小.福寿螺会导致轮叶黑藻+密刺苦草组合系统中总氮、氨氮、总磷、正磷酸盐浓度显著升高,而密刺苦草+穗花狐尾藻组合中总磷、正磷酸盐浓度显著升高,但是在轮叶黑藻+穗花狐尾藻组合中仅总氮浓度显著升高.研究表明福寿螺能够影响沉水植物间的竞争关系,但是3种沉水植物均不能阻止福寿螺的牧食;福寿螺牧食会显著降低沉水植物生物量,最终会影响草型清水态系统的稳定性.  相似文献

在水草生长比较旺盛的季节(7-8月),以水草较丰富的贡湖湾作为采样区域,野外采样结合室内分析研究太湖常见的两种沉水植物马来眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus)及穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)叶上的附着生物的生物量;利用脉冲振幅调制叶绿素荧光仪研究去除附着生物前后两种沉水植物的光合作用的变化.结果表明,马来眼子菜和穗花狐尾藻两种沉水植物上的附着生物的现存量存在显著的差异,附着生物群落中自养生物与异养生物的比值没有显著差异;两种沉水植物在去除附着生物前后的光合参数有显著的变化,光合作用效率、半饱和光强、最大电子传递速率增加.这表明附着生物降低了沉水植物光合作用.  相似文献

水体中浮游植物在越冬期间数量少,关于湖泊中越冬浮游植物如蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻等浮游植物的光合作用活性情况少见报道.本实验通过Phyto-PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation)对最大光量子产量Fv/Fm(可变荧光和最大荧光之比)和快速光曲线的测定,结合显微镜镜检结果,并在室内进行了硫酸铜处理以及鲁哥氏液处理实验,对太湖、巢湖和玄武湖处于越冬期间的浮游植物进行了原位光合作用活性的研究.显微镜镜检结果表明太湖和玄武湖水体中以绿藻和硅藻为主,而蓝藻很少,巢湖水体中有大量蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻.Phyto-PAM在对玄武湖和太湖水样原位测定时未检测出蓝藻,而绿藻和硅藻有光合作用活性,其Fv/Fm在0.5左右;对巢湖的水体检测到的蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻都具有光合作用活性,其中绿藻和硅藻的Fv/Fm在0.5左右,蓝藻的Fv/Fm在0.3左右;用硫酸铜处理实验在巢湖水样中发现水体仅有硅藻活性(Fv/Fm下降至0.2左右),而用鲁哥氏液处理后无任何藻类光合作用活性.上述实验结果表明,即使处于越冬期间,以较多数量出现在水体中的蓝藻、绿藻和硅藻仍然具有较高的光合作用活性.  相似文献

在室内模拟实验中,研究了光照(50μmol/(m2·s))和黑暗条件下苦草(Vallisneria natans)和穗花狐尾藻(Myrio-phyllum spicatum)对铵态氮(NH4+-N)的吸收速率与去除效果.结果表明,随着外源铵态氮浓度(0,0.01,0.1,1和10 mg/LNH4+-N)的增加,苦草和穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收速率都是先增加后又逐渐降低,在外源铵态氮浓度为1 mg/L时吸收速率达到最大.同种植物在光照条件下对铵态氮的吸收率不低于黑暗条件下的吸收率;相同光强条件下穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收率不低于苦草的吸收率.在黑暗条件下,在外源铵态氮浓度为1 mg/L时,穗花狐尾藻对铵的吸收速率是苦草的2.42倍;在光照条件下,在外源铵态氮浓度为1和10 mg/L时,穗花狐尾藻对铵态氮的吸收速率分别是苦草的2.47和1.79倍.因此,在富营养湖泊治理过程中,在沉水植物可耐受铵态氮浓度范围内,可以优先考虑把穗花狐尾藻作为植物修复的先锋物种.  相似文献

原产美国南部和墨西哥东北部的克氏原螯虾是目前全球入侵最广的小龙虾,也是对淡水生态系统最具破坏性的物种之一,其对栖息地沉水植物的现存量构成严重威胁,然而目前对克氏原螯虾摄食沉水植物的机制还知之甚少.本文选择6种沉水植物,研究克氏原螯虾对浅水湖泊常见的沉水植物穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)、密刺苦草(Vallisneria denseserrulata)、轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)、菹草(Potamogeton crispus L.)、马来眼子菜(Potamogeton malaianus)和金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum)的新鲜植株和分解腐烂后的植株的摄食偏好及原因,结果表明克氏原螯虾对沉水植物新鲜植株选择逗留偏好为:最偏爱逗留在轮叶黑藻区,在穗花狐尾藻、密刺苦草和马来眼子菜3种植株区逗留频次无区别,而在金鱼藻区逗留频次显著最低,6种植物湿重减少量与逗留偏好趋势相似;相对各新鲜植株,克氏原螯虾均更喜欢逗留在分解腐烂8 d或12 d后的植物碎屑区域,相应分解腐烂8 d或12 d植物湿重降低量也显著更高.6种植物新鲜植株总酚类含量均显著高于分解腐烂后的植株,其中穗花狐尾藻新鲜和分解腐烂后的植株的总酚类含量始终显著高于其他5种植物.结合植物总酚类指标和摄食偏好结果,表明克氏原螯虾对沉水植物的摄食具有选择性,相对新鲜植物更喜摄食腐烂后的碎屑,总酚类不是影响其选择的关键因子.  相似文献

水深是影响浅水湖泊沉水植物生长的主要因素之一.莲座型苦草(Vallisneria natans)和冠层型穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)是我国长江中下游浅水湖泊中常见的沉水植物种类,二者在形态特征上具有较大的差异.在自然水体中,水深变化对这两种植物的生长以及竞争格局的影响还有待研究.本文设计了3个水深梯度(水深0.5、1.5、2.5 m),探讨混栽条件下苦草和穗花狐尾藻生长和竞争格局对水深变化的响应.结果显示在实验系统内,中水深(1.5 m)处理组对两种植物的生长均最有利,表现为两种植物的相对生长率和生物量均最高.低水深(0.5 m)处理组苦草的生物量和相对生长率均显著低于高水深(2.5 m)处理组;穗花狐尾藻则相反,高水深对其生长的抑制作用更大.2种沉水植物在高水深胁迫时均表现出地上部分(叶长或茎长)增加,地下部分(根长)减少的形态响应特征.此外,随着水深由高到低,苦草与穗花狐尾藻生物量之比逐渐减小,表明苦草在两种植物中的竞争优势逐渐降低.研究表明湖泊水深变化不仅能够影响沉水植物的丰度,同时还可能会影响沉水植物的群落结构,而在我国浅水湖泊的生态修复实践中,在通过水位调控恢复沉水植物时,调控范围应考虑目标植物(如苦草)的光合特征.  相似文献

选取了两种常见的沉水植物狐尾藻和金鱼藻,通过测定其单株生物量、株高、根生物量/单株生物量、茎生物量/单株生物量和叶生物量/单株生物量,研究这两种沉水植物在2 mg/L的铵态氮持续处理4 d以及铵态氮胁迫解除后的生长情况.结果表明:铵胁迫阶段,与对照组相比,处理对狐尾藻各测定参数均无显著影响,而使金鱼藻株高显著增加.在铵胁迫解除阶段,与对照组相比,处理组狐尾藻单株生物量增加不显著,而金鱼藻单株生物量显著增加;处理组2种沉水植物株高均显著增加;处理组狐尾藻叶生物量/单株生物量显著增加,而根生物量/单株生物量显著减少,茎生物量/单株生物量保持不变.认为高光照环境下(约400μmol/(m2·s)),水体中铵态氮浓度短时间内(4 d)适当增加对沉水植物生长没有抑制作用;金鱼藻对高铵态氮浓度水体的适应能力较狐尾藻强.  相似文献

高等水生植物的稳定碳、氮同位素能够反映其生理生态学信息.从太湖贡湖湾和梅梁湾采集高等水生植物,分析两湖湾高等水生植物的稳定碳、氮同位素值时空变化和种类差异.结果显示:水生植物的稳定碳、氮同位素值因时间、空间和种类而发生变化,总体上时间变化规律不明显,空间变化有一定规律性:梅梁湾中穗花狐尾藻、马来眼子菜、苦草、凤眼莲的δ~(15)N明显高于贡湖湾,挺水植物芦苇的δ~(15)N差异不显著,反映了梅梁湾较贡湖湾有较高的营养水平;贡湖湾中穗花狐尾藻、苦草的δ~(13)C显著高于梅梁湾,其它种类没有显著差异.从种类特征来看,贡湖湾和梅梁湾浮叶植物与挺水植物芦苇、凤眼莲、菱的δ~(13)C偏低,而微齿眼子菜、金鱼藻、马来眼子菜、苦草、伊乐藻、穗花狐尾藻等沉水植物的δ~(13)C值较高,这与它们所处的环境和碳源有关.  相似文献

古近系沙河街组是阳信洼陷最重要的生烃层段.其湖盆充填具阶段性和沉积演化的旋回性,形成了由沙四段、沙三段与沙一段组成的复合生烃系统和不同的地球化学特征.利用Rock-Eval生油岩评价仪、色谱-质谱仪等实验分析技术对不同层系样品进行了地球化学特征分析研究,其中生烃潜力指标包括有机碳含量(TOC)、残余生烃潜量(S1 S2)、氢指数IH、氯仿沥青"A";成熟度指标包括热解峰温Tmax、奇偶优势参数OEP、饱和烃轻重比(C21 C22)/(C28 C29)及∑C21-/∑C22 、镜质体反射率Ro、莫烷/藿烷及甾烷生物标志物参数C29ββ(ββ αα)、C29ααα20S(20S 20R);古环境指标包括异构烷烃参数Pr/Ph、Pr/n-C17、Ph/n-C18及伽马蜡烷等.结果表明,沙四段为弱还原-还原性的半深湖沉积,沉积了一套中等厚度、分布局限的烃源岩(TOC平均为1.5%),其较深位置的烃源岩基本进入成熟阶段,多形成成熟油;沙三段属弱还原-还原性的半深湖-深湖环境,其烃源岩中有机质丰度较高(TOC平均为3.5%),大部分烃源岩处于未成熟-低成熟状态,主要形成未熟油;沙一段为湖水咸化、还原性的半深湖相环境,其烃源岩中有机质丰度高(TOC平均为5%左右),但处于未成熟阶段,主要生成生物气.  相似文献

Gypsum-salt rocks and coccolith calcareous shale are widely deposited in the lower part of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation in the Dongying Sag,Shandong Province.The gypsum-salt rock is believed to be formed during the earlier deposition in salt lake,while the overlying coccolith shale in saline lake with relatively low salinity.By comparing the lake environment and lacustrine microbial communities between ancient and recent lakes,cyanobacteria are regarded as the main representative of productivity during the formation of gypsum-salt strata series,with the annual productivity of 1500-2000 gC m-2 yr-1.Based on the research of ultramicrofossils in the calcareous shale,coccolith is considered as the main contributor to the productivity during the formation of calcareous shale.On the basis of statistic data of sedimentary rates,shale laminations,and coccolith fossils in each lamination,the quantitative value of productivity is calculated,with the annual productivity of 2250-3810gC m-2 yr-1(averagely 3120 gC m-2 yr-1).Statistic data of large amount of pyrite framboids indicate that the lower water column was persistently in sulfidic or anoxic conditions during the deposition of gypsum-salt strata series,but it changed to be dysoxic when the coccolith calcareous shale was deposited.Both of these water conditions are favorable for the preservation of organic matter.It is estimated that the organic carbon burial efficiency of the Lower Paleogene salt lakes and saline lakes of Dongying Depression is about 10%-15%,which is calculated and analyzed using the multi-parameter geobiological model.  相似文献

The hydrocarbon source rocks show average TOC content as high as 5.03%, average bitumen "A" content as high as 0.8603%, and good quality organic precursors, which are of the sapropelic type mainly derived from lower aquatic plants and have reached the thermal evolution stage featured by oil-producing climax. Generally the lacustrine high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks were developed in local depressions of a lake basin, and the Chang 91 member was particularly formed in a depositional environment characterized by fresh water to weakly saline water, weakly oxidizing to weakly reducing setting and semi-deep lake facies, as was demonstrated by a variety of organic to inorganic geochemical parameters. As a result, high productivity constitutes the principal controlling force for generation of this series of high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks. Deposition of thinly-bedded and laminated tuffs as well as positive Eu anomaly corroborate the possible occurrence of anoxic geological event closely related to contemporaneous volcanic eruption, which would play a key part in development of the Chang 91 member of high-grade hydrocarbon source rocks.  相似文献

Abstract   Six oil samples collected from the Sagara oil field, Shizuoka Prefecture, were geochemically analyzed. Unlike the Niigata oils, the Sagara oils: (i) are low-sulphur light oils dominated by gasoline and kerosene fractions; (ii) have low values of environment index in light hydrocarbon compositions; (iii) have high Pr/ n -C17 and low Ph/ n -C18 ratios and high oleanane/hopane ratios; (iv) have high relative abundance of C29 and low relative abundance of C28 regular steranes; and (v) have 'light' stable carbon isotope compositions. These characteristics show that the source rocks of the Sagara oils contain mainly marine organic matter, but with more input of terrigenous organic matter deposited under more oxic conditions compared to those of the Niigata oils. The light carbon isotope compositions and the low relative abundance of C28 regular steranes of the Sagara oils suggest that their source rock is not Miocene, but probably Paleogene in age. The Sagara oils probably migrated along faults from deeper parts of the basin.  相似文献

The discovery of Puguang Gas Field provides the exploration of China deep marine carbonate rock with important references. In Puguang Gas Field, the dolomite reservoirs discovered in the deep are the best in the present of China, which present big thickness and wide-range distribution, and develop abundant secondary porosity. The researches show that Puguang Gas Field bears the characteristics of early gas-filling time, deep burial, high matured organic matter and long-term interaction of hydrocarbon (oil and gas)-water-rock (carbonate reservoir). The developments of secondary pores in this area are affected by multiple diagenesis and their formation mechanisms are complicated. Through the research on depositional environment, sedimentary facies and reservoir porosity characters of Changxing and Feixianguan Formations, it is thought that high-quality dolomite reservoirs of Puguang Gas Field form on the favorable sedimentary facies belts, which are the integrate result affected by several factors including superficial corrosion, burial corrosion, overpressure and tectonic movement, among which burial corrosion of TSR to reservoir and overpressure formed by thermal evolution of organic matter have great effect on the formation of secondary porosity of Changxing and Feixianguan Formations.  相似文献

Routine GC/MS analysis may apply to the volatilized Low-Molecular-Weight compounds in saturate and aromatic hydrocarbon fractions;thus,relative studies using this technique inevitably bring about some limitations on distribution of miscellaneous sulfur atom.In this article,Fourier Transform Ion Cyclotron Resonance Mass Spectrometry(FT-ICR MS)with high resolution is employed to investigate the distribution of organic sulfur compounds(OSCs)in the crude oil typically derived from the Eogene carbonate-evaporite sediments with further chemical compositional characterization in molecular level by miscellaneous atomic type,carbon number,and double bond equivalent(DBE).A variety of miscellaneous atomic types with S1,S2,S3,OS,OS2,O2S,O2S2,NS,and NOS etc.(S1 means those OSCs with one sulfur atom in a molecule)were identified in OSCs in these oil samples.High levels of alkyl thioether series compounds with one ring structure were presented mainly in the crude oil in the Jianghan Basin whereas high amounts of benzothiophene,dibenzothiophene etc.compounds with higher values in DBE and carbon number range occurred in the sulfur-rich heavy oil in the Jinxian Sag.Although carbonate-evaporite sediments deposited in the saline lacustrine facies in the Eogene basin both occurred in the Jinxian Sag and Jianghan Basin,obviously,they possess different chemical diagenetic pathway of sulfur under various microbial reactions,leading to diverse distributional characteristics on biomarkers,OSCs,and even different hydrocarbon generation mechanism of immature crude oil.  相似文献

Water samples collected from 26 sites at an abandoned oil refinery in south-central Kansas were analyzed for total organic carbon (TOC) and specific volatile and semivolatile organic compounds by gas-chromatography/mass-spectrometric methods. Results from a Spearman-rho correlation analysis between TOC concentration and the number of compounds (correlation coefficient = 0.71) and TOC concentration and total concentration of compounds identified (correlation coefficient = 0.83) indicate correlations significant at the 0.01 level.
Although TOC data alone would not be sufficient to evaluate hazards posed by oil-refinery wastes, results of the correlation analysis performed using data collected from the site in Kansas indicate that TOC data can be used effectively to delineate petroleum-related ground water contamination and to help identify sources of ground water contaminants. TOC data collected from a large number of temporary sampling points during the initial phases of an investigation will provide an estimate of the extent of hydrocarbon contamination and allow placement of monitoring wells and more detailed sampling in appropriate areas.  相似文献
