西藏高原生态功能区划研究

在分析西藏高原生态环境特征,明确生态系统类型的结构与过程及其空间分布特征的基础上,评价不同生态系统类型的生态服务功能及其在区域社会经济发展中的作用和重要性。运用生态系统科学的原理与方法,结合遥感、地理信息系统和综合分析等手段,对西藏高原在生态区、生态亚区和生态功能区3 个级别上进行生态分区,划分为7 个生态区、17 个生态亚区和76 个生态功能区,并用3 级命名法对这些分区进行命名,绘制了西藏高原生态功能分区图,为高原生态保护和区域社会经济发展提供了理论依据。     

太湖流域水生态功能三级分区

水生态功能分区是进行流域现代水生态管理的必然要求,是面向水质目标管理控制单元划分的基础。针对太湖流域特征,提出了太湖流域水生态功能三级分区的目的和划分原则,在其指导下构建了太湖流域非太湖湖体区和太湖湖体区水生态功能三级分区指标体系;在GIS技术支撑下,分别以太湖流域非太湖湖体区1100多个和太湖湖体区3500多个水生态功能单元为基本空间统计单位,结合分区指标数据,制作了基于水生态功能单元的各项指标的空间分布图,采用二阶聚类法并结合人工辅助的方法将太湖流域划分为21个水生态功能三级区;分区水生态特征分析结果表明全流域各分区水生生物特征均具有较大的变异性,反映出流域内水生态的空间差异和不均匀性,体现了分区结果的合理性、科学性和可靠性。     

太湖流域水生态功能分区

水生态功能分区是进行流域现代水资源管理的必然要求,是面向水质目标管理污染控制单元划分的基础。在发生学原则、区内相似性原则以及共轭性原则等相关原则的指导下,采用因素分析法对太湖流域一级水生态功能区进行划分,通过对流域DEM和气候、土壤等相关分区指标的比较分析,认为地形是太湖流域一级水生态功能分区的主导指标,分区结果主要包括西部丘陵水生态区和东部平原水生态区,并对两个一级水生态功能区的特征进行了阐述;在此基础上,对太湖流域水生态功能分区体系即分区等级体系、方法体系和指标体系进行了探讨。     

基于遥感反演参数与双约束空间聚类算法的湖泊营养物生态分区

中国湖泊营养物水平和富营养化效应存在显著区域分异特征,开展湖泊营养物生态分区研究,是实现湖泊分区控制的前提和基础。本文以云贵高原亚热带湿润区为案例区,通过遥感反演得到研究区域湖泊水体的叶绿素a(Chl-a)、总氮(TP)和总磷(TN)含量,从自然地理要素、生态系统和人类活动3 方面建立指标体系;根据研究区域 DEM数据划分小流域,将各指标因子投影到小流域;在小流域尺度上,采用数理统计方法定量分析各指标分别对 Chl-a/P 与Chl-a/N 的作用,计算两种湖泊营养物生态分区评价分值;采用双约束空间聚类算法对小流域尺度上两种湖泊营养物生态分区评价分值共同进行聚类,形成湖泊营养物生态分区结果。研究发现：①通过遥感反演模型可以将少数呈点状分布的监测数据推演到面上,这在一定程度上弥补了有限的野外监测数据量难以支撑湖泊营养物生态分区的不足;②通过构建各指标因子分别与湖泊水体中Chl-a/P、Chl-a/N 的定量关系,实现了湖泊营养物生态分区中湖泊水体微观指标与湖泊流域宏观指标的有机结合;③采用双约束空间聚类进行湖泊营养物生态分区,保证了分区结果在空间上的连续性和评价分值上的接近性;④根据自然地理条件、土地利用和人类活动强度的不同,将云贵高原亚热带湿润区分为4 个区：北云南高原湖区、滇南河谷山原湖区、桂西-滇东-黔南岩溶湖区、贵州高原东北部湖区。本文提出的基于双约束空间聚类的湖泊营养物生态分区方法也可以作为其它地区乃至国家尺度湖泊营养物生态分区的借鉴。     

玛纳斯河流域绿洲生态经济功能区划研究

生态功能区划是寻求人类与自然和谐共处的有效途径.运用地理信息系统工具提取遥感图像数据,定性分析与定量评价相结合,对玛纳斯河流域绿洲进行生态经济功能区划.研究表明:玛纳斯河流域绿洲可以划分为4个生态经济功能亚区.该划分有助于为玛纳斯河流域绿洲资源开发、产业布局、灾害防治、环境综合整治、生态建设及经济发展分区管理提供科学依据.     

基于玛纳斯河流域生态问题的生态安全评价

 玛纳斯河流域山地-绿洲-荒漠三大生态系统表现出区域生态、经济要素的空间状况有所分异,经过几十年大规模的水土资源开发,流域不同的生态经济功能分区在环境演变和经济发展过程中所存在的生态安全问题的表现形式也各不相同。根据流域土地利用和水资源数据库,并参考各地自然、经济、社会统计资料,在生态经济功能分区的基础上,针对流域不同分区存在的生态经济安全问题选取相应的生态安全评价指标,结合实地调研和专家赋值法确定不同指标的权重,并计算综合生态安全评价指数,对流域各个生态经济功能亚区进行生态安全评价。评估结果表明：（1）玛纳斯河流域分为3个一级区和9个二级分区,根据不同分区存在的生态安全问题选取了13个生态环境指标和4个社会经济指标;（2）Ⅱ4、Ⅲ1和Ⅲ2亚区的生态不安全指数呈上升趋势,Ⅲ3亚区逐渐下降,Ⅰ1、Ⅰ2、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2和Ⅱ3亚区存在波动,而对于绿洲区的四个亚区而言,Ⅱ2亚区生态不安全指数最高,存在的生态安全问题最多,而Ⅱ3亚区虽地处沙漠边缘,生态不安全指数相对最低,因此生态不安全指数高的区域需要高度重视,不高的区域由于生态问题会带来诸多不利影响,也需要重视。     

耦合SOFM与SVM的生态功能分区方法——以鄂尔多斯市为例

辨析区域主要生态环境问题及其空间异质性,划定生态功能区,对保障区域生态安全和国土开发优化具有重要指导意义。以往自下而上的分区研究多基于行政区或流域开展,难以体现行政区或流域内部的生态功能分异。以鄂尔多斯市为例,基于生态系统服务与生态敏感性构建区域生态功能分区指标体系,耦合自组织特征映射（SOFM）网络与支持向量机（SVM）划定鄂尔多斯市生态功能分区。结果表明,区域内各生态功能分区指标呈现明显的空间分异特征,通过SOFM网络基于栅格进行指标聚类,构建分类效果指数筛选最佳聚类方案,将区域分为7种不同的生态功能类型。最终,利用SVM识别最优分区界线,将鄂尔多斯市分为11个生态功能区。本文构建分类效果指数实现多分类方案优选,使用机器学习算法解决自下而上的自然分区容易弱化要素空间位置属性的问题,完成了从分类到分区的定量转换,有助于提升分区的空间精度与客观性,为生态功能分区与分区边界划定提供了新的方法途径。     

基于适应性循环模型的重庆市国土空间生态修复分区

明确国土空间生态修复分区是有序实施国土整治与生态修复的前提与基础。重庆市是长江上游生态屏障的最后一道关口,在国家生态安全格局中的战略地位突出。本文以重庆市为例,探讨基于适应性循环模型的国土空间生态修复分区研究框架,构建评价指标体系诊断国土空间系统潜力、连通度和韧性3维属性的时空演变趋势,识别县域单元所处适应性循环阶段,划定国土空间生态修复分区,并明确基于分区的生态修复策略。结果表明：① 2000—2020年重庆市国土空间系统3维属性整体呈现东高西低的空间特征。当前各县域单元大多处于重组阶段、开发阶段和协调开发阶段,少部分处于保护阶段,尚未进入释放阶段。② 重庆市国土空间生态修复分区包含4个大区和9个亚区。总体而言,生态修复区应关注建成区的系统性生态修复工程,加强环境综合改良与治理力度;生态提升区应逐步提高生态保护修复工程的实施标准,优化各类生态要素的协调度,提升综合生态效益;生态控制区应限制国土空间开发强度,降低人类活动干扰的负面影响;生态保育区应优化自然生态系统功能,加强生态保护区管理与生态问题治理。     

中原城市群乡村“三生”功能分区识别及调控路径

本文基于“生产–生活–生态”3个维度，优化了乡村地域功能评价指标体系，综合运用SOFM网络、地理探测器模型和M-K检验方法，实现了中原城市群187个县（区）的最优功能聚类。结果表明：(1)研究区“三生”功能发展水平的数量结构分别呈“橄榄形”“宝塔形”和“金字塔形”特征，冷热点与数量结构特征的空间分布具有相对一致性。(2)基于乡村功能分区模型实现了乡村分区数目的客观判定，并将研究区划分为主导功能区、滞后发展功能区、复合协调功能区3大类和粮食生产主导功能区等7小类。(3)乡村地域功能分区表现为差异化的结构和空间分异特征，该特征是传统农区本底特色和乡村转型多元要素碰撞的直观表现，符合区域发展趋势。(4)结合各类分区的发展现状，提出了针对性的调控路径。以期丰富乡村地域功能理论的内涵，进一步明确传统农区的乡村发展格局，促进乡村地域系统各功能协调发展。     

长江中游经济带土地利用转型及其生态服务功能交叉敏感性研究

以长江中游经济带325个县域为研究单元,利用2000年、2005年和2010年Landsat TM遥感影像解译数据,分析土地利用转型及生态系统服务价值时空演变特征。构建交叉敏感性响应矩阵,分析生态系统服务价值对土地利用转型的敏感程度并进行敏感性分区。结果表明:(1)长江中游经济带土地利用空间分布格局与区域地形特征相契合。年综合土地利用变化率高值区集中在武汉和环鄱阳湖城市圈、长株潭城市群及江西省南部;低值区集中在西部和中部山区,分别对应土地利用转型快速和迟缓区。(2)森林和农田向其他多数地类转型对生态服务功能的影响均较敏感,其中森林与农田、湿地、水域、荒漠、建设用地间转型,农田与湿地、水域、建设用地间转型最敏感,而草地、水域和荒漠向其他地类转型不够敏感。(3)生态服务价值敏感性分区空间分异明显:森林与荒漠、湿地、水域间转型的高生态敏感区分布较广;森林与建设用地、农田与湿地、水域、建设用地间转型的高生态敏感区分布较小;森林与荒漠、水域间转型的高生态敏感区多集中在山地丘陵区;森林与农田间转型的中、高生态敏感区多集中在平原盆地区。研究结果可为如何在科学管理土地开发利用的同时实现生态服务功能的延续和提升提供借鉴。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
