迅速发展的近海水产养殖业,为社会创造了巨大的财富和就业机会,同时也带来了严重的环境影响和社会经济问题,其中包括开垦大面积湿地、地面下沉、土壤酸化、地下水和农田盐渍化等。这些问题造成的损失在某种程度上严重影响了近海水产养殖业本身的综合效益。为此,对近岸区域实施综合规划和管理,推广和采用无环境危害、技术适宜、经济可行,社会可接受的方法,使近海水产养殖业在提高总体效益的基础上持续发展。  相似文献

1997年,厦门市制定了中国第一部市级海洋功能区划,率先实行了海洋功能区划制度,几年来在科学指导海洋开发活动、建立良好的海洋开发和管理秩序、合理地利用海洋资源和调整海洋产业布局、实施海洋经济的可持续发展等方面取得了良好的效果。但是,海洋功能区划实施后,厦门市的海域使用仍然存在一些问题。中国范围内的市、县级海洋功能区划刚刚完成,都还处于起步实施阶段,对于功能区划的管理和实践中出现的问题进行总结,分析探讨其原因,  相似文献

建立了一种混合电解质溶液相平衡计算的混合整数非线性规划模型,并提出用遗传算法求解.首先基于G|bbs自由能最小化原理,通过对液相、固相析出盐种类编码的处理,建立了电解质体系相平衡计算模型,将相平衡计算问题转化为有约束的最优化问题;其次用遗传算法求解,通过对优化变量采取动态边界的可行域编码方法和序贯收敛技术保证了算法的有效实施,可实现固液平衡计算并得到析出的晶体数、盐的种类、固体的量以及液相组成;最后对多种体系进行了计算,结果表明此方法可行有效.  相似文献

This paper proposes a genetic algorithm (GA) for path planning of an autonomous underwater vehicle in an ocean environment characterized by strong currents and enhanced space-time variability. The goal is to find a safe path that takes the vehicle from its starting location to a mission-specified destination, minimizing the energy cost. The GA includes novel genetic operators that ensure the convergence to the global minimum even in cases where the structure (in space and time) of the current field implies the existence of different local minima. The performance of these operators is discussed. The proposed algorithm is suitable for situations in which the vehicle has to operate energy-exhaustive missions.  相似文献

Vortex induced vibration(VIV)is a challenge in ocean engineering.Several devices including fairings have been designed to suppress VIV.However,how to optimize the design of suppression devices is still a problem to be solved.In this paper,an optimization design methodology is presented based on data-driven models and genetic algorithm(GA).Data-driven models are introduced to substitute complex physics-based equations.GA is used to rapidly search for the optimal suppression device from all possible solutions.Taking fairings as example,VIV response database for different fairings is established based on parameterized models in which model sections of fairings are controlled by several control points and Bezier curves.Then a data-driven model,which can predict the VIV response of fairings with different sections accurately and efficiently,is trained through BP neural network.Finally,a comprehensive optimization method and process is proposed based on GA and the data-driven model.The proposed method is demonstrated by its application to a case.It turns out that the proposed method can perform the optimization design of fairings effectively.VIV can be reduced obviously through the optimization design.  相似文献

This paper presents a new procedure for the optimization of the mooring design of floating platforms, in which an automatic design sequence is also established. Regarding the optimization philosophy, the following aspects are dealt with:
• The optimization of the platform heading and its mooring pattern, taking into account the environmental force spreading;
• optimum line length or line tension for each mooring line, associated to the optimization of the mooring line materials and sizes.
Basically, the main goal of this paper is to introduce a new method, which will provide the quickest way to find the best mooring system, defined here as that which minimizes platform responses.A genetic algorithm (GA) is applied in this contribution, and this paper describes exactly the procedure of developing a GA code directed toward the solution of mooring design optimization problems. In order to prove the efficiency and the vast potential of the proposed algorithm as a design tool, sample moorings are analyzed for different environmental conditions and the final results, including the time required to run them, are presented.  相似文献

Acoustic propagation in shallow water is greatly dependent on the geoacoustic properties of the seabottom. This paper exploits this dependence for estimating geoacoustic sediment properties from the bottom acoustic returns of known signals received on a hydrophone line array. There are two major issues in this approach: one is the feasibility of acoustic inversion with a limited aperture line array, the other is related to the knowledge of the geometry of the experimental configuration. To test the feasibility of this approach, a 40-hydrophone-4-m spaced towed array together with a low-frequency acoustic source, was operated at a shallow water site in the Strait of Sicily. In order to estimate the array deformation in real time, it has been equipped with a set of nonacoustic positioning sensors (compasses, tilt-meters, pressure gauges). The acoustic data were inverted using two complementary approaches: a genetic algorithm (GA) like approach and a radial basis functions (RBF) inversion scheme. More traditional methods, based on core sampling, seismic survey and geophone data, together with Hamilton's regression curves, have also been employed on the same tracks, in order to provide a ground truth reference environment. The results of the experiment, can be summarized as follows: 1) the towed array movement is not negligible for the application considered and the use of positioning sensors are essential for a proper acoustic inversion, 2) the inversion with GA and RBF are in good qualitative agreement with the ground truth model, and 3) the GA scheme tends to have better stability properties. 管道腐蚀速率的影响因素众多且各因素协同作用,构成异常复杂的腐蚀体系,很难对其进行准确预测。针对单一BP模型由于初始权值和阈值的选取不当容易陷入局部最优等问题,引入WOA算法优化BP神经网络对海底管道腐蚀速率进行预测,并与GA和PSO算法优化BP预测模型进行对比,验证WOA-BP模型的预测效果和可行性。结果表明:WOA-BP模型的平均绝对百分误差和均方根误差分别为3.689%和0.1537,远低于单一BP、PSO-BP、GA-BP模型,具有较高的预测精度和稳定性,可以为海底管道内腐蚀防护和油气管道流动保障提供决策支持。  相似文献

This paper discusses the results of geoacoustic inversion carried out using explosive charge data from the Asian Seas International Acoustic Experiment (ASIAEX) East China Sea (ECS) Experiment. A multifrequency incoherent matched-field inversion processor and a genetic algorithm (GA) are used for the inversion. A multistep matched field inversion approach is presented, which makes use of the varying sensitivities of wave fields at various frequencies to reduce the inversion problem into a sequence of smaller inversions with fewer unknowns to estimate at each stage. Different parameters are estimated using data at different frequencies according to their sensitivities. Inversion results for different areas in the ECS region are summarized and compared with core data.  相似文献
