城市土地利用变化模拟是优化土地资源配置的科学依据,提高其精细化程度和可靠性有助于准确把握城市用地发展趋势,对城市土地资源精准调控具有重要意义。基于宏观遥感分类的土地利用变化模拟,难以在街区尺度上揭示城市用地社会功能变化及精细化模拟中空间尺度效应来源和作用机理。本文联合遥感影像和POI数据识别出城市土地利用精细化特征,运用响应面法率定土地利用精细化模拟的最优空间尺度组合,在此基础上,利用CA-Markov模型开展了未来土地利用变化的精细化模拟。以武汉市中心城区为应用案例,研究结果表明:基于POI 的城市土地利用精细化识别方法,可以深度解析城市建设用地的社会功能,极大改善了传统基于遥感的土地覆被宏观解译效果;研究区土地利用变化元胞自动机精细化模拟的最优空间尺度组合是30 m元胞、7×7邻域以及冯诺依曼邻域类型,采用最优空间尺度组合能够提高土地利用变化精细化模拟的可靠性。响应面试验设计结果可有效识别精细化模拟过程中空间尺度效应的主要来源,并区分其对模拟精度的影响程度与正负效应;预计到2025年,研究区建设用地范围将继续向周边扩张,各类型用地之间互为交织,土地利用空间格局将呈更加破碎化趋势。  相似文献

以3 个时相的卫星遥感图像TM 为主要数据源, 利用神经网络分类法进行监督分类, 获得1987-2003 年间徐州煤矿区土地利用变化的基础数据。由此计算出土地利用类型的动态转移矩阵、土地利用程度变化指数、动态度指数、土地利用变化类型的多度和重要度指数等区域土地利用变化的指数模型, 定量分析该区土地利用变化情况。结果显示: ① 建设用地和水体的面积均保持持续上升的势头; 耕地呈现持续下降态势; 林地先减少后增加; 未利用地面积则呈现出先增加后减少态势。② 在1987-2003 年间, 建设用地和未利用地都主要转向耕地。在1987-1994 年间, 水体主要向林地转移; 耕地主要转向未利用地和建设用地; 林地主要转向耕地。在1994-2003 年间, 水体的转移比例很小; 耕地主要转向未利用地和林地; 林地主要转向水体。③ 在1987-2003 年间, 该区土地利用变化的剧烈程度很大, 并且其土地利用正处于一个衰退期。④ 在1987-1994 年间, 主要的土地利用变化类型分别是: 未利用地与耕地、耕地与建设用地之间的相互转化。在1994-2003 年间, 主要的土地利用变化类型分别是: 耕地转化为未利用地、耕地转化为林地、未利用地转化为耕地、耕地转化为建设用地。  相似文献

以黑龙江省巴彦县为研究区,基于研究区DEM数据,运用土地利用类型的分布指数、土地利用结构的信息熵、均衡度和优势度,明确研究区土地利用空间格局的地形梯度特征及地形因子对土地利用空间格局的影响。结果表明:研究区土地利用空间格局在地形因子的作用下存在明显的梯度特征,旱地、水田、草地、水域、建设用地及其他用地主要分布在较低地形级别区,林地主要分布在较高地形级别区。除林地以外,其他土地利用类型分布的优势地形位均位于较低地形级别区,林地分布的优势地形位位于较高地形级别区,各土地利用类型分布的优势区域不尽相同。研究区土地利用结构的信息熵及均衡度变化趋势相同,优势度的变化趋势与信息熵、均衡度的变化趋势相反,土地利用空间格局与地形因子具有显著的相关性。  相似文献

在城市用地增长管理中,单一考虑土地利用面积数量的变化,忽略用地强度的增长,在一定程度上影响了 对城市土地利用变化过程的客观认识和准确把握。本文以高分辨率遥感影像作为基础数据源获取城市土地利用类 型和强度信息,通过构建城市土地利用变化指数,从地类变更和集约度变化两个方面,对1994~2002 年石家庄市城 市建成区土地利用变化进行综合分析。研究结果发现,从面积扩展和强度增加两个方面综合分析城市土地利用可 以补偿单一指标认识城市土地利用增长的不足,集约度增长指数较好地综合了两个方面土地利用变化;研究期间 耕地仍是城市用地增长的重要来源,城市土地集约利用也成为满足城市发展用地需求的重要途径;城市用地扩展 并辅以集约程度的提高,城市土地利用空间组织整体上呈集约化圈层式向外扩散,城市土地利用趋向合理;城市土 地利用变化存在较强的空间差异性,中心区更多向空间立体维度发展,其他区则以内部填充、外延扩展和城市更新 等方式实现城市用地增长;在类型上,土地利用变化表现出空间区位差异性,中心区继续强化城市中心职能,以商 业金融业用地等“强”城市属性地类变化为主。  相似文献

以宁镇扬丘陵区的镇江市为案例地,基于1978—2012年遥感图像数据,从类型尺度和景观尺度2个维度分析镇江市土地利用景观格局时空过程特征;并通过PCA模型定量揭示镇江市土地利用景观格局时空演化驱动因素。结果表明:1)1978—2012年耕地是区域主导景观类型,其次林地、建设用地为区域优势景观类型;其中耕地、林地景观类型分别减少7.63%、1.21%,而建设用地景观增加8.87%;2)镇江市总体斑块数目增加,平均斑块面积、斑块形状指数和分维数下降,且耕地、建设用地及水域对区域景观格局演化响应最为显著;区域景观破碎度、集聚度及多样性指数不断上升,表明人类活动对研究区景观干扰不断增强,且存在镇江中东部高于西部的空间分异特征;3)人口快速增长是土地利用景观格局演变的直接诱因,城市化推动、经济持续发展是景观格局演化的重要驱动,而技术革新进步会对景观格局演变具有一定冲击作用;4大驱动力综合耦合作用1978—2012年镇江市土地利用景观格局时空演化过程。  相似文献

利用鄂尔多斯市1997年~2012年的土地利用调查数据、土地利用变更数据,内蒙古统计年鉴等数据,利用数理统计、定性分析、土地利用动态度模型等相结合的方法对1997年~2012年土地利用动态变化情况进行研究分析。土地利用类型数量变化研究表明:全市耕地面积、园地面积、草地面积、水域及水利设施用地、其他土地面积有所减少,林地面积、城镇村及工矿用地面积、交通用地面积有所增加;土地利用变化动态度进行分析表明:非农用地动态度之和为-0.12,农用地的动态度之和为-0.07;土地利用变化驱动力进行分析可以得到:其变化的根本原因在于发达的矿产资源推动的经济快速增长。  相似文献

建模和情景分析是土地利用变化研究的核心内容。选择旅游业高速发展的漓江流域为研究区,利用基于邻域相关构建空间权重的Auto-logistic 模型代替传统的Logistic 回归,构建CLUE-S 模型,对研究区2020 年土地利用格局进行多情景模拟,并通过景观格局指数对比分析不同发展情景下的景观格局特征。结果表明:① 利用邻域相关构建空间权重的Auto-logistic模型在预测土地空间分布概率方面较传统的Logistic 模型具有更好的预测能力;② 建设用地和草地高度破碎化、水域面积不稳定是漓江流域景观脆弱性的主要来源;③ 旅游地发展需要稳定、多样的景观格局。一方面要合理控制人为活动主导的用地类型对景观格局的冲击,另一方面应兼顾景观多样性,实现用地在社会经济和生态环境之间的协调。  相似文献

基于遥感和GIS解译得到土地利用专题图,采用景观指数法和地质统计学法,分析云南省呈贡县2001年、2003年、2006年土地利用格局的空间变异特征与尺度的关系及其控制因素。研究区土地利用空间格局的变异性在多个尺度上存在,且具有等级结构特征:不同尺度对应不同的空间格局;不同等级尺度下的过程是空间格局产生变化的控制因素;不同等级尺度上的格局可相互转换。  相似文献

土地利用空间格局变化反映土地利用合理性和生态环境情况。以位于农牧业交错带的生态环境脆弱区陕北榆林市为研究区,运用核密度分析法表达土地利用空间格局变化,采用土地利用动态度、土地利用综合动态度、土地利用变化强度、土地利用转移矩阵指数分析榆林市近40 a的土地利用变化速度、强度、结构及其影响因素。结果表明:榆林市近40 a土地利用变化以耕地面积减少、建设用地大幅度增加和未利用地减少为主。东南部耕地密度等级降低,西南部呈现相反的变化趋势;林地呈"多核心增长";草地高密度核心位于北部,等级升高;建设用地高密度核心位于西北部6个县区,增长幅度大。未利用地高密度核心为西北部毛乌素沙漠,斑块破碎化,沙地治理效果显著。政策因素、社会经济因素和人口因素的综合作用是影响土地利用空间格局变化的主要原因。退耕还林还草使得人地矛盾得到改善,减缓了水土流失;毛乌素沙地治理成效显著。未来发展需注重生态格局安全,以生态保护为前提,实现科学、绿色、可持续的高质量发展。  相似文献
