衬垫中污染物的运移分析一般采用确定性方法。为了研究渗透系数变异性对污染物运移的影响,基于土层剖面随机场理论,将渗透系数模拟成服从对数正态分布的空间随机场,利用Monte-Carlo和数值积分两种方法进行分析。两种方法得到的结果有很好的一致性。衬垫渗透系数的空间变异性对污染物运移有重要影响。变异系数较大时,衬垫失效概率在前期较大而后期较小,但衬垫底部出现高浓度(相对浓度0.9~1.0)的几率也较高。衬垫的可靠性要综合考虑渗透系数的变异性和渗透系数数值范围的影响。   相似文献

In an aquifer, heterogeneity plays an important role in governing groundwater flow. Hence, aquifer characterization should involve both the pattern and values of the hydrogeological parameters. A new analytical solution describing the one-dimensional groundwater flow in a multi-zone unconfined aquifer is presented, and a methodology developed from the analytical solution and a heuristic approach for determining the pattern and values of the aquifer parameters are proposed. The analytical solution demonstrates that the hydraulic head varies spatially and is influenced by aquifer heterogeneity. Simulated annealing, a heuristic approach, is incorporated with the solution to simultaneously identify the pattern and values of the hydraulic conductivity for a horizontal multi-zone unconfined aquifer. This approach may be used to give an approximate result for a two-dimensional problem by dividing the model area into a number of transects along the transverse direction, identifying the parameter values along the longitudinal direction for each transect, and then smoothing the identified results.  相似文献

This short paper shows that different choices made for control functions of information in hydrodynamic flow problems can have significant implications for interpretations of the system. Using as a simple illustration the case of a steady-state, one-dimensional flow model with no internal sources or sinks and with the hydraulic conductivity depending on a single parameter and the distance from the origin, it is shown that, even when a continuous, error-free head data set is provided, statements about the uniqueness or not of the inverse solution are conditioned on the choice of the control function. Care has to be exercised in obtaining physically meaningful results and, depending on the model assumptions and the data available, there may not be acceptable models. It is also shown that there may be more than one model behavior that is acceptable. The results have implications for the hydrodynamic upscaling problem for flow in permeable media, for ensemble averaging methods, and for parameter determination for deterministic models of permeable flow.  相似文献

随机水文地质学方法,较传统的确定性方法而言,是解决非均质含水层中水流和溶质运移问题的一种更为合理的手段。据以往研究,假设渗透系数场遵循对数正态分布,利用直接傅立叶变换方法来生成渗透系数随机场。应用基于随机理论的蒙特卡罗方法,来研究渗透系数的空间变异性对污染物运移结果的影响。实例研究表明,污染物在含水层中运移过程中污染羽的展布范围(二阶矩)随着渗透系数空间变异方差的增大而扩大,而污染羽在空间上的质心位置(一阶矩)基本不受方差的影响,仅取决于渗透系数随机场的均值大小。另外还分析了污染羽在各点的浓度变化方差和变异系数分别随渗透系数变异方差的变化状况。  相似文献

Large-scale geological features have been identified by satellite imagery and global positioning system data in the Wajid Sandstone in Saudi Arabia. The main objective is to evaluate the importance of fractures for the overall flow behaviour in this fractured rock aquifer and to estimate in-situ hydraulic apertures. Data on fractures and lineaments were available for three outcrops. By applying a “cut-out” routine on the fracture endpoint data of these fracture trace windows, three deterministic discrete fracture networks (DFN), with an area of 100 m?×?100 m, could be generated. These were used to simulate the fracture flow and to determine the hydraulic conductivity tensors. Using additional data on hydraulic pumping tests and matrix conductivities, in-situ hydraulic apertures could be determined. Average in-situ hydraulic apertures range from 1,300 to 1,700 µm. Observations from the field support these results. In addition, a hydraulic conductivity ratio between the matrix and fracture system was used to identify the contribution of the DFN to the overall fluid transport. A ratio of 10.4 was determined, which indicates that the effective flow behaviour in the Wajid Sandstone aquifer is not entirely dominated by the fracture system, though evidently strongly controlled by it.  相似文献

In situ dissipation tests provide a means of evaluating the in situ coefficient of consolidation due to horizontal flow and hydraulic conductivity in horizontal direction in marine clays formation. Dissipation tests by means of piezocone were utilised in the characterisation of the coefficient of consolidation due to horizontal flow and the hydraulic conductivity in horizontal direction of Singapore marine clay at Changi. Piezocone dissipation tests were carried out prior to reclamation as well as after ground improvement with vertical drains to compare the changes in the coefficient of consolidation due to horizontal flow and hydraulic conductivity in horizontal direction prior to and after ground improvement. The quasi-static piezometric pressures from the dissipation tests were compared with piezometric pressures from piezometers to determine their possibility of future use as an alternative to piezometers. Post-improvement CPTU dissipation tests were carried out in the treated “Vertical Drain Area” as well as in an adjacent untreated “Control Area” for comparison purposes. This study provides support for the use of piezocone dissipation testing methods for the determination of the coefficient of consolidation due to horizontal flow and hydraulic conductivity in horizontal direction of marine clays in the region as well as an alternative to piezometer instrumentation for monitoring of piezometric pressure during consolidation.  相似文献

Study on hydraulic geometry can reveal the response of river systems to basin attributes, and the trends in channel change. Based on 35 years of data collected at 10 hydrological stations (cross-sections), the hydraulic geometry relations between cross-sectional variables and discharge were established, and the derived parameters were analyzed. The channel behavior of the mountainous bedrock reach (from riverhead to Xunhua cross-section) and the alluvial reach (from Xunhua to Toudaoguai cross-sections) differed significantly over the past decades in response to dramatic water and sediment changes. The hydraulic geometry quasi-equilibrium was achieved through equally adjusting water depth and flow velocity in the mountainous bedrock reach; while primarily through flow velocity in the alluvial reach. The change rate of river width with varying discharge was relatively small in the whole upper Yellow River. Compared with the lower Yellow River and other rivers in the world, both similarity and differences existed, indicating the general adjustment direction of hydraulic quasi-equilibrium and also the importance of considering other influencing factors in hydraulic geometry studies. In addition, dams played an important role in affecting the changes of hydraulic geometry exponents.  相似文献

渗流场水头分布计算是进行渗流量和渗流水力坡降计算的基础,准确、有效地求取渗流场水头分布是渗流计算的关键环节。对均质非饱和土体一维稳态流的流动方程进行分析,考虑到渗透系数是与基质吸力相关的函数,通过数学变换,给出了稳定渗流场的解析通式,并基于渗透性函数中的Gardner模型,给出了非饱和土一维稳态流水头垂直分布的解析解。该解析通式表明,均质非饱和土一维稳态流水头垂直分布主要受地表水头、深度和流动率3个因素控制。分别计算了一维稳态蒸发条件下粉土和黏土两种典型土类水头沿垂直方向的分布。计算结果表明:稳态蒸发条件下粉土层和黏土层内的水头分布表现出相似的变化规律,即自地表至地下水位处随着土层深度的增加,水头分布呈现出加速递减的趋势;在相同的蒸发条件下,对于相同深度处的黏土和粉土而言,黏土层内水头更高些;对同一种土类而言,在较大的蒸发状态下同一深度处土层内水头更高。反之,则较低。  相似文献

Sellafield in West Cumbria was a potential site for the location of the UK's first underground repository for radioactive, intermediate level waste (ILW). The repository was to lie around 650 m beneath the ground surface within rocks of the Borrowdale volcanic group (BVG), a thick suite of SW dipping, fractured, folded and metamorphosed Ordovician meta-andesites and ignimbrites. These are overlain by an onlapping sequence of Carboniferous and Permo-Triassic sediments. In situ borehole measurements showed that upward trending fluid pressure gradients exist in the area of the potential repository site, and that there are three distinct fluid types in the subsurface; fresh, saline and brine (at depth, to the west of the site). Simulations of fluid flow in the Sellafield region were undertaken with a 2D, steady-state, coupled fluid and heat flow simulation code (OILGEN). In both simplified and geologically complex models, topographically driven flow dominated the regional hydrogeology. Fluids trended persistently upwards through the potential repository site. The dense brine to the west of the site promoted upward deflection of topographically driven groundwaters. The inclusion in hydrogeological models of faults and variably saline sub-surface fluids was essential to the accurate reproduction of regional hydraulic head variations. Sensitivity analyses of geological variables showed that the rate of groundwater flow through the potential repository site was dependent upon the hydraulic conductivity of the BVG, and was unaffected by the hydraulic conductivity of other hydrostratigraphic units. Calibration of the model was achieved by matching simulated subsurface pressures to those measured in situ. Simulations performed with BVG hydraulic conductivity 100 times the base case median value provided the “best-fit” comparison between the calculated equivalent freshwater head and that measured in situ, regardless of the hydraulic conductivity of other hydrostratigraphic units. Transient mass transport simulations utilising the hydraulic conductivities of this “best fit” simulation showed that fluids passing through the potential repository site could reach the surface in 15 000 years. Simple safety case implications drawn from the results of the study showed that the measured BVG hydraulic conductivity must be less than 0.03 m year−1 to be simply declared safe. Recent BVG hydraulic conductivity measurements showed that the maximum BVG hydraulic conductivity is around 1000 times this safety limit.  相似文献

Hydraulic conductivity sometimes exhibits complicated spatial variation over a site. A thorough understanding of the spatial distributions of hydraulic conductivity helps to make deterministic models of groundwater more accurate. This study presents a novel procedure that combines simulated annealing algorithms (SA) and the shortest distance method (SD) with the modular three-dimensional groundwater flow model (MODFLOW). The procedure is applied to a hypothetical site with groundwater-monitoring wells to minimize the difference between simulated and observed hydraulic head for optimal zoning of the spatial distribution of hydraulic conductivity. The results of this optimal zoning method indicate that this new procedure not only improves the efficiency of optimization, but also increases the probability of finding the global optimum, minimizing the errors of the hydraulic head simulated by MODFLOW in two scenarios, one with known and the other with unknown hydraulic conductivity. The results also illustrated that the procedure can effectively determine and delineate hydrogeological zones.  相似文献

对某高坝心墙黏土进行了三轴压缩过程中的轴向渗透试验,观测了不同压实密度的试样在不同围压下轴向渗透系数随轴向应变的变化过程以及试样的变形形态。试验发现,三轴压缩过程中试样的渗透系数的变化趋势与压实密度和围压有关。当围压大于试样的前期固结压力时,试样在三轴压缩过程中一直呈现体缩,变得更密实,因而渗透系数随着轴向应变的增加而减小,最后趋于稳定。当围压远小于试样的前期固结压力时,试样产生了对抗渗不利的集中剪切带,集中剪切带成为渗流通道,使得试样的表观轴向渗透系数随轴向应变的增加而显著增大。重度压实的黏土在低围压下的大剪切变形下会产生高渗漏性的集中剪切带的试验事实,可以用来解释土石坝心墙的局部渗漏现象。  相似文献

选取对潜流交换具有重要影响的河床地形作为主要研究内容,采用数值模拟(MODFLOW程序)的方法研究在河床横剖面地形不均匀的条件下,潜流交换量的空间分布以及地下水流场的演变机制。结果表明:在河床地形起伏不均的情况下,潜流交换量更易发生在河道的深水区域;地下水流向受河床地形影响较小;近河床界面处的地下水流速受地形起伏影响剧烈,深水区域的地下水流速远大于浅水区地下水流速;通过与现场试验结果对比分析,得出河床地形起伏是引起潜流带渗透系数非均质现象的重要原因之一。  相似文献

Stability of an earth dam is affected by different factors of which the most important is seepage. One of the factors in defining the seepage rate is hydraulic conductivity coefficients in suctions and various moistures in earth dam body in which different models of soil–water retention curves are used to be defined. In this study, first the soil–water retention curves of van Genuchten and Brooks–Corey models are used to predict the soil–water retention of different body layers of 2 dams. Then, hydraulic conductivity coefficients are calculated through Mualem and Burdine’s models. Water seepage rate and the stability of dams were calculated in two phases: I. construction finalization prior to intaking water and II. rapid drawdown of water. Bishop and Morgenstern–Price methods are used to analyze the stability of dams. The stability and seepage results demonstrate that simultaneous use of Brooks–Corey’s soil–water retention curve with Mualem’s method results in the highest seepage rate in comparison with van Genuchten’s model in case of variable n, m and Burdine hydraulic conductivity. Safety factors achieved from both cases of construction finalization prior to intaking water and rapid drawdown of water demonstrated the accuracy and reliability of hydraulic coefficient prediction.  相似文献

Hyperfiltration (reverse osmosis) and subsequent precipitation of minerals from the hyperfiltrated solution are processes that potentially decrease the hydraulic conductivity of porous media. These processes were demonstrated by hyperfiltrating NiSO4 solutions through fine-grained sandstone. The mineral precipitates occur in very small (mm sized) layers at the high-pressure side of the samples where they create zones of lowered hydraulic conductivity (2–3 orders of magnitude lower than initial). The total amount of precipitates is very small compared to the dissolved mass which was passed through the membrane. Hyperfiltration-induced precipitates and the resulting lowering of hydraulic conductivities were observed at solute saturations as low as 10%. Nevertheless, at saturations higher than 50% the conductivity reduction strongly increased. Full reversibility of the hydraulic conductivity reduction by extensive re-flushing with water was only obtained at low initial solute saturations (10%). This indicates that precipitated minerals in many pores are susceptible only to very slow, diffusion-controlled re-dissolution.  相似文献

A hydrogeological study was conducted in northwestern New Brunswick, Canada, to improve the predictability of fracture-dominated groundwater flow within folded bedrock composed of fine-grained turbidites. Borehole televiewer logging and outcrop mapping, integrated with hydraulic packer tests revealed enhanced hydraulic conductivity associated with northeasterly striking bedding-plane fractures formed during folding and flexural slip. These fractures impart azimuthal anisotropy to the aquifer because of moderately dipping fold limbs. High-angle fractures form a well-developed non-stratabound network, comprising two open fracture sets striking NNE parallel to the current direction of principal stress, and WNW parallel to the direction of principal stress that dominated during the Acadian orogeny. The subset of fractures showing significant oxidation, deemed most important to the groundwater flow system, is dominated by bedding-plane and high-angle fractures striking near-parallel to the maximum principal stress direction, resulting in extensional opening and enhanced hydraulic conductivities. An equivalent porous media model, incorporating anisotropy and varying hydraulic conductivity with depth, indicates that horizontal flow dominates the aquifer with relatively minor exchange between different model layers. These findings have implications for understanding flow directions in the Black Brook Watershed and elsewhere in the Matapédia Basin where fractures formed under similar stress conditions.  相似文献

裂隙介质渗透结构表现为高度的非均质性与各项异性。为了科学有效地预测某核工程场地裂隙地下水的流动规律,揭示裂隙岩体地下水的渗流特性,笔者等采用Pilot Point调参方法与null space Monte Carlo方法(NSMC),开展了裂隙岩体渗透结构的不确定性分析研究,构建了符合实际水文地质条件的多个渗流数值模型集合。结果表明:该方法获得的各个实现地下水位模拟结果能够与实际观测数据较好吻合,可反映工程场地裂隙地下水动力特征与流动趋势;各个实现的参数化渗透结构在空间上存在一定的差异性,但整体变化趋势是保持一致的,渗透参数的不确定性表现为在实测数据分布区域相对较低,钻孔空白区域相对较高;该方法可以弥补单一、确定性模拟结果在表征裂隙介质渗透结构方面的局限性,有效地降低模型参数的不确定性与随机性。此方法对进一步提升裂隙岩体渗流模拟精度与预测能力,深化裂隙地下水迁移规律的认识具有重要的意义。  相似文献

Rocks are rarely equally permeable in all directions. Ground water does not flow directly downgradient through anisotropic aquifers, but deviates at an angle determined by the direction and magnitude of the major and minor transmissivities. We show a mathematical model whereby the orientation and ratio of major to minor transmissivities can be estimated by an analysis of the deviation of ground-water flow from the hydraulic gradient. The solution is derived from the construction of transmissivity ellipse where the hydraulic gradient and flow direction are known. An example is given using an ethylene dibromide contaminant plume at Nemo, South Dakota, where the plume has been deflected because of bedrock foliation.  相似文献

 The coastal aquifer system of southern Oahu, Hawaii, USA, consists of highly permeable volcanic aquifers overlain by weathered volcanic rocks and interbedded marine and terrestrial sediments of both high and low permeability. The weathered volcanic rocks and sediments are collectively known as caprock, because they impede the free discharge of groundwater from the underlying volcanic aquifers. A cross-sectional groundwater flow and transport model was used to evaluate the hydrogeologic controls on the regional flow system in southwestern Oahu. Controls considered were: (a) overall caprock hydraulic conductivity; and (b) stratigraphic variations of hydraulic conductivity in the caprock. Within the caprock, variations in hydraulic conductivity, caused by stratigraphy or discontinuities of the stratigraphic units, are a major control on the direction of groundwater flow and the distribution of water levels and salinity. Results of cross-sectional modeling confirm the general groundwater flow pattern that would be expected in a layered coastal system. Groundwater flow is: (a) predominantly upward in the low-permeability sedimentary units; and (b) predominantly horizontal in the high-permeability sedimentary units. 基于van Genuchten-Mualem非饱和水分特征模型,建立了非饱和流运动的随机数值模型。将饱和水力传导度和孔隙大小分布参数视为服从对数正态分布的随机场,用Karhunen-Loeve展开分解,水头表示为混沌多项式展开。通过摄动方法得到一系列关于水头展开的偏微分方程,并用有限差分法进行求解。应用本文的模型分析了两随机场在统计不相关和完全相关模式下对水流随机分析的影响,结果表明两种模式下的水头均值相同,完全相关模式下的水头标准差较不相关模式下的明显偏小。  相似文献

含圈闭气体的地下水流称为准饱和流,准饱和流中的圈闭气体对含水层渗透系数有重大影响。通过柱试验开展了粉砂、细砂、中砂和粗砂4种介质圈闭气体饱和度与准饱和渗透系数关系的研究。结果表明:圈闭气体饱和度明显受介质的粒径影响,在细粒介质中圈闭气体饱和度明显较大;4种介质圈闭气体饱和度在0~15%范围内,准饱和渗透系数与完全饱和相比减少了32.82%~56.38%,且准饱和渗透系数与圈闭气体饱和度之间可表达为一个负线性相关的经验公式;该公式与Faybishenko公式等效,但形式简单,参数较少,使用方便;准饱和渗透系数的变化规律可概化为圈闭气体占据了原有的有效孔隙,造成原有效孔隙度减少,从而使渗透系数减小。利用该理论,Kozeny-Carman方程能较准确地描述准饱和渗透系数的变化规律,而基于哈根-泊肃叶方程的渗透系数公式则存在较大误差,不适用于描述准饱和渗透系数;试验结果证明了室内测定饱和渗透系数时排除圈闭气体的必要性。  相似文献
