基于网络分析的城市影响区和城市群空间范围识别

以不打破行政界线为前提,利用Huff模型,基于矢量数据,采用最短交通路网距离和城市综合规模值来综合测算腹地与中心城市之间的势能,根据势能确定腹地县域的归属,对全国地级及以上城市的空间影响范围进行识别,并和基于改进场强模型的城市影响腹地范围界定结果进行对比。以全国发育较成熟的15个城市群为对象,综合测定城市群的影响范围,并与城市群规划中的空间范围进行对比,提出城市群空间范围调整建议。并以长株潭城市群为例,通过社会网络分析方法,综合分析测定城市群的空间影响范围。研究结果可为城市(群)规划提供科学依据和方法参考。     

黔中城市群空间范围界定和空间结构研究

利用经济距离模型对黔中城市群范围进行界定,在此基础上,借助分形模型及城市空间相互作用强度模型对黔中城市群空间结构进行测度。研究结果表明:黔中城市群包括贵阳市、开阳县、息烽县、修文县、清镇市、遵义县、遵义市、安顺市、平坝县等22个城市;城市主要集中于铁路及高速公路沿线;城市间的交通网络发育较为成熟,空间可达性较好;城市空间分布属于典型的集聚型,且集聚程度很高;贵阳市和安顺市是黔中城市群中比较重要的2个节点;城市群的空间联系方向以贵阳市为中心,呈圈层状向外辐射以及沿兰海、沪昆高速公路呈轴线状拓展。据此,提出了黔中城市群未来空间结构优化的思路,即打造"一圈"、"两主轴"、"两次轴",培育"一个增长极"。     

城市群空间范围的综合界定方法研究——以长株潭城市群为例

以城市综合实力代替城市人口或城市经济总量,结合主成分分析法,对传统的引力模型进行改进,得出了基于引力模型的长株潭城市群空间范围界定,并对引力模型本身的局限性进行了分析。针对城市群系统的本质特征是内部存在密切的生产要素流,进一步得出了基于要素流分析法的长株潭城市群空间范围界定。最后,综合这两种界定方法,得出了理论上的长株潭城市群空间范围,并与政府划定的长株潭城市群空间范围进行对比,发现政府划定的城市群空间范围要大于理论计算的城市群空间范围。考虑到城市群的地域邻近性特征,以及政府对城市群发展的推动作用,对长株潭城市群中远期的空间范围进行了预测。     

基于空间分形特征的城市群实体空间识别方法

城市群是城市地理学的重要研究领域,对城市群的实体空间进行界定识别是研究城市群的前提和基础。城市群作为众多城镇的集群,前人对城市群的空间识别主要是以城市为单元进行的,缺少对识别单元空间形态的考虑。城市群实体空间的形态具有自相似性,空间分形特征可作为自相似性的表征工具,通过对空间分形特征的分析、识别及提取,可以实现对空间对象基于形态的客观测度。本文借鉴单个城市其边界的相关识别方法,从不同尺度的空间最小可识别单元出发,测度城市群城镇空间形态的分形特征,并据此提出了城市群城镇的客观识别方法。该方法利用城镇的空间分形特征识别归属于城市群的城镇,通过空间最小可识别单元的变化得到不同的城镇规模并获取城市群城镇的空间分形特征,再以此为基础对空间分形特征的存在范围进行识别,将其映射于空间最终实现对城市群城镇的识别,进而得到城市群在空间上的分布状况。本文将该方法应用于京津冀城市群,基于2016年Landsat卫星遥感影像,实现了对京津冀城市群构成城镇的识别,为界定城市群的实体空间提供了一次有益尝试。     

城市群的界定与识别研究

城市群的界定与识别是城市群研究的重要内容之一。传统研究以实证数据判断为主,但由于数据可获取性不易,极大的限制了该手段的应用;模型等定量识别方法较少采用,结果的精度较差是其主要弊端。本文在综合以往学者研究的基础上,提出城市群界定的标准体系;运用区域作用组合模型,得出城市群的识别体系。通过模型与实证相结合,更加高效和精确地识别城市群。通过研究,为城市群的界定提供一种研究思路,并为城市群识别的操作层面提供了一种测度手段。     

基于“点—轴系统”理论的城市群边界识别

合理界定城市群的边界是认识和研究城市群的必然要求,也是通过空间规划落实区域功能空间布局和发展指向的基础条件。然而,社会各界对城市群的概念尚未达成统一的认识,对城市群空间范围的理解更是莫衷一是。为此,本文从经济地理学的"点—轴系统"理论出发,对城市群的概念进行了梳理,并提出判别城市群边界的4个步骤:一是分析对象区域是否存在若干发育良好的中心城市;二是分析这个区域的城市体系是否健全,是否具有较好的资源和环境条件;三是分析城市之间是否具有较强的社会经济联系,使之具有一体化发展的社会经济基础;四是通过对城市群实际生长边界的判别,对"点—轴系统"的发育程度进行评估,从而对该区域是否已经形成城市群进行判断。较之以往的学术研究,强调城市群的发育程度也应该作为城市群判别的重要条件,同时,也通过POI数据的Densi-Graph分析提出了判别城市群发育程度的方法。基于此,对京津冀及全国主要地区城市群的形成和发育进行了分析。结果表明,长三角城市群和珠三角城市群发展较为成熟,京津冀城市群一体化程度较之偏低,长江中游城市群和成渝城市群则尚处于形成阶段。这些结论对于客观认识城市群以及制定城市群未来发展的目标和战略具有重要意义,可为多层次的空间规划和管理政策提供参考。     

中国城市群形成发育规律的理论认知与地理学贡献

城市群是国家工业化和城镇化发展到高级阶段的产物,是高度一体化和同城化的城市群体,城市群形成发育过程是一个各城市之间由竞争变为竞合的漫长自然过程,遵循自然发展规律。中国正处在新型城镇化转型发展的新阶段,已进入21世纪引领全球城市群发展的新时代,中国城市群研究与建设的经验模式正在被全球城市群建设所效仿和借鉴。本文从理论上梳理并提出了城市群形成发育遵循的自然规律,包括城市群形成发育的阶段性规律、城市群多尺度空间集约利用传导规律、城市群空间晶体结构组合规律、城市群自然生长的育树成林规律和城市群可持续发展的梯度爬升规律。地理学家遵循这些发展规律,从学术理论、技术方法、决策支持和规划实践等方面为中国城市群的研究和发展做出了不可替代的重大贡献,主要包括提出并科学界定了城市群概念,提出了城市群空间范围的识别标准,创建了城市群空间集约拓展与布局仿真决策支持技术链,研制了城市群空间集约拓展与布局仿真决策支持系统软件链,提出了中国城市群空间组织的“5+9+6”新格局,研制出国内第一部《城市群规划技术规程》,编制完成了全国多数城市群发展规划,转化为国家决策的重要依据。未来中国城市群的发展与研究中,地理学家发挥作用的空间越来越大,地理学家肩负着不可推卸的责任使命,应责无旁贷地采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,引用大数据、智能决策支持技术等新手段解决城市群发展面临的一系列问题,一如既往地为城市群发展吸纳众智、献计献策,发挥更大作用,做出更大贡献。     

关中平原城市群城市联系与影响范围分析

利用NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据,通过OD成本分析计算最短通行时间,对关中平原城市群2017年78个县级行政单元的规模、联系与影响范围进行分析。结果表明:关中平原城市群城市规模呈"金字塔型"结构,中小型城市发育,大城市数量少,具有空间集聚性;城市规模密度具有梯度特征,呈现出以西安为中心的单核心多层级空间分布形态;城市联系极化现象明显,具有普遍弱联系、个别强联系的特点;西安、咸阳、长安区形成强联系三角形城市带,但与大部分城市联系较弱,空间位置集中导致辐射范围重叠,限制了三者对城市群的辐射作用;城市联系强度表现出空间性、行政级别特征与交通依赖性;城市群影响范围呈现出"一超、两极、多强"的引力中心格局,据此,可将城市群划分为东、中、西南、西北四大城市影响区。     

天山北坡城市群空间组织形态的识别研究

 正确认识天山北坡城市群的空间组织结构以及空间发展形态,对于完善绿洲城市群的发展理论和规划具有重要意义。以天山北坡城市群为研究对象,通过资源环境承载力的分析,总结出未来城市群发展面临的客观制约因素;通过中心性分析、断裂点理论修正的Voronoi多边形等方法识别出城市群的中心城市及各自的辐射范围城市;通过引力模型识别出城市之间的社会经济联系强度。据此,利用多维尺度分析的方法,可视化地展现了天山北坡城市群发展的空间组织形态。经调查了解：（1）乌鲁木齐市与克拉玛依市是未来城市群发展的两个中心城市,五家渠市、阜康市、昌吉市、石河子市周边目前属于乌鲁木齐市的辐射范围城市,奎屯市,乌苏市属于克拉玛依市的辐射范围城市;（2）城市群内部的城市之间的联系比较松散,特别是两个中心城市之间联系较弱;（3）城市群的空间发展形态为串珠式,是一种特殊的走廊式空间形态。     

中国城市群高铁通达格局与空间交叠特征

交通网络构筑了城市关联骨架,发达的交通网络能够深刻影响城市空间联系并重塑区域空间格局。本文使用2021年高铁客运时刻数据,以《交通强国建设纲要》中提出的建设“全国123出行交通圈”为切入点,对比分析了全国城市群以及中心城市通达格局及差异,进一步使用SLPA模型对全国所有高铁通达城市进行社区划分与交叠空间识别,探究区域空间格局演化态势以及交叠空间地理特征。研究结论为：(1)中国城市群2 h内通达的数量为15个,占城市群总量的79%;城市加权平均通达时间上,呈现由中心地区向外围地区由低向高扩大的“圈层式”空间格局。(2)中心城市3 h通达等值线覆盖圈大多超出城市群范围,表现出“泛城市群”空间特征。(3)通过交叠社区发现算法将中国城市网络空间划分为14个社区,“胡焕庸线”以西仅有3个社区。(4)对已划分社区进行交叠空间识别,存在交叠的9个社区共有27个交叠城市产生。(5)在空间形态上,交叠城市呈点状或带状分布;从空间区位来看,交叠城市多位于区域中心城市周边,在行政区划上多处于省间交界地带;在城市功能上看,交叠城市依托高铁流通道,凭借过渡与转换功能,表现为社区间网络联系桥梁。高铁交通视角下区域...
