宁夏沙坡头国家级自然保护区湿地水禽多样性动态   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
沙坡头自然保护区的有湿地1 130 hm2,分为天然湿地和人工湿地。先后三次对保护区水禽进行了调查,共记录到水禽61种,占国内水禽总种数的23.55%;其中有繁殖种类22种,占保护区水禽总种数的36.1%。在记录到的水禽中,属国家Ⅰ级保护的有2种;属国家Ⅱ级保护的有5种;列入《国际濒危动植物贸易公约》附录Ⅱ限制贸易的有5种;列入《中澳保护候鸟及其栖息环境协定》鸟类名录的水禽有14种;列入《中日保护候鸟及栖息环境协定》的有39种。调查结果表明,保护区水禽种类和数量发生了显著变化:1986~1987年记录到水禽30种,1986年夏季数量为39.83只/km;1998~1999年种类增加至42种,1999年夏季数量为73.38只/km;2002~2004年种类升至48种,2003年夏季数量上升至169.28只/km,变化较大。令保护区水禽种类和数量增加的一个主要因素是鱼塘的开发。但还存在一些潜在的因素正影响着保护区水鸟多样性的动态。因此应该制定适宜沙坡头自然保护区的法律法规,对保护区的水鸟进行保护。  相似文献

黑河流域中游位于我国候鸟三大迁徙途径西部路线的中段,境内湖泊、沼泽、滩涂星罗棋布,是候鸟在迁徙飞越干旱荒漠、草原的过程中获得丰富食物、水源和得到良好休整的重要驿站,这里水禽资源丰富,共分布有水禽49种,其中国家Ⅰ、Ⅱ级重点保护鸟类8种;列入中澳候鸟保护协定的13种;列入中日候鸟保护协定的32种。必须从保护湿地水禽的生存空间、加强疫源疫病监测、加强基础研究、恢复水禽栖息环境、提高保护能力等方面入手加强水禽资源的保护。  相似文献

2021年12月24日,第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第三十二次会议通过了《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》,中华人民共和国主席令第102号公布了《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》,自2022年6月1日起施行。从湿地生态系统整体性角度,探讨了《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》中湿地定义的内涵;《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》中关于湿地的定义总体上来源于《关于特别是作为水禽栖息地的国际重要湿地公约》,其中,“具有显著生态功能的”是指被列入生态保护红线之内的或者生态保护红线范围之外分布有国家级重点保护动植物物种或者省级重点保护动植物物种的;从中国湿地保护和合理利用的现实需要角度考虑,“水田以及用于养殖的人工的水域和滩涂”被排除在湿地范畴之外;在介绍常见湿地分类的基础上,探讨了《中华人民共和国湿地保护法》中的湿地分类系统,湿地包括河流湿地、湖泊湿地、沼泽湿地、滨海湿地和人工湿地;分析了第三次全国国土调查中的湿地数据,与第二次全国湿地资源调查数据相比,第三次全国国土调查得到的湿地面积略有增加,主要原因是第二次全国湿地资源调查的最小调查面积为8 hm2,而第三次全国国土调查的最小调查面积为600 m2;最后,从湿地的定义、管理体制、基本制度、特殊规定和法律责任等方面指出了各省(自治区、直辖市)的湿地保护法规修订和配套制度建设的重点方向。  相似文献

浙江省玉环市漩门湾国家湿地公园是东亚-澳大利西亚迁徙路线上候鸟的关键中转站和越冬地。为了掌握该湿地公园的鸟类状况,搜集、整理了该湿地公园的鸟类调查记录、鸟类实时监测系统的影像资料和观鸟爱好者的观鸟记录等信息,研究结果表明,在该湿地公园共记录鸟类19目55科124属203种,其中,有水鸟97种,有海鸟14种。在203种鸟类中,有8种国家一级重点保护鸟类,分别为小青脚鹬(Tringa guttifer)、黑嘴鸥(Saundersilarus saundersi)、黑鹳(Ciconia nigra)、东方白鹳(Ciconia boyciana)、黑脸琵鹭(Platalea minor)、黄嘴白鹭(Egretta eulophotes)、卷羽鹈鹕(Pelecanus crispus)和白尾海雕(Haliaeetus albicilla);有39种国家二级重点保护鸟类;有《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》附录Ⅰ收录鸟类5种,有附录Ⅱ收录鸟类23种;有5种鸟类为《世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》中的濒危物种;有4种鸟类为《中国脊椎动物红色名录》中的濒危物种。鸟类属、科物种多样性指数和G-F指数分别为4.630、25.817和0.821。在漩门湾国家湿地公园的203种鸟类中,古北种鸟类物种数所占比例(56.16%)明显高于东洋种(19.21%);繁殖鸟东洋种物种数所占比例(39.36%)明显高于古北种(9.57%);候鸟物种数(137种)明显高于留鸟物种数(65种)。漩门湾国家湿地公园虽然面积仅为31.48 km2,但是却承载着众多鸟类(特别是水鸟)在此栖息、停歇、越冬和繁殖,因此,加强对该湿地公园的保护,对保护鸟类具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献

<正>2014年1月13日,国家林业局公布第二次全国湿地资源调查结果:全国湿地总面积5 360.26万公顷,湿地率5.58%,受保护湿地面积2 324.32万公顷,湿地保护率由2003年的30.49%提高到2012年底的43.51%。按照《湿地公约》的规定,我国湿地分为5类,其中近海与海岸湿地579.59万公顷、河流湿地1 055.21万公顷、湖泊湿地859.38万公顷、沼泽湿地2 173.29万公顷、人工湿地674.59万公顷。在分布上,青海、西藏、内蒙古、黑龙江4省(区)湿地面积均超过500万公顷,约占全国湿地总面积的50%。全国共有577个湿地自然保护区、468个湿地公园。  相似文献

2017年11月至2018年11月,采用样线法和定点观察法,对河北承德双塔山滦河国家湿地公园中的水鸟进行了调查,共记录水鸟29种,隶属6目8科21属。其中,有国家二级保护鸟类3种,列入《世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》近危物种2种,易危物种4种,河北省省级重点保护野生动物9种。在29种水鸟中,雁形目和鸻行目水鸟的物种数分别占该湿地公园水鸟总物种数的44.83%和27.59%;雁形目水鸟种群数量占该湿地公园水鸟个体总数的91.51%。2018年4月,水鸟物种数量最多,为14种,水鸟群落的多样性指数最高,为1.911 5;5月,水鸟群落的均匀度指数最高,为0.858 4;2018年10月,水鸟种群数量最多,为250只。从水鸟的居留型来看,以旅鸟为主,其数量占水鸟个体总数的82.76%,夏候鸟的数量占10.34%,留鸟的数量占6.9%。调查期间,水鸟主要分布在湿地公园内的一道坝与三道坝之间的开阔水域中。  相似文献

我国台湾地区《湿地保育法》确立了地区湿地保护的法治基础。其立法的直接动因源于1971年《关于特别是作为水禽栖息地的国际重要湿地公约》,之后经历多版本草案讨论,最终于2013年颁布实施。该法以"湿地合理利用"为基本原则,确立了一系列湿地保育制度,明确规定了法律责任,为台湾地区湿地保护提供了法规框架。我国大陆地区应借鉴台湾地区的经验,适时推进湿地保护专门立法,遵循"湿地合理利用"原则构建湿地保护的基本制度和管理体系,以推进湿地的可持续发展。  相似文献

水鸟是指示湿地生态系统价值和健康状态的重要指标,更是一类国际性的自然资源。参考国际上对水鸟概念的界定,结合中国野生动物保护管理的实际情况,依据《中国鸟类分类与分布名录(第三版)》,在重新梳理中国水鸟名录的基础上,对中国水鸟的物种数进行了重新统计;采用层次分析法,选取种群大小、种群趋势、分布范围、《IUCN濒危物种红色名录》、《中国脊椎动物红色名录》、《濒危野生动植物国际贸易公约》附录6个指标,构建了物种保护优先性的指标体系,对中国水鸟的保护优先性进行了评估和分析。结果显示,中国现有水鸟共计296种,隶属于11目29科,以鸻形目鸟的物种数最多(131种,占44.26%),其次为雁形目鸟的物种数(54种,占18.24%);依据物种保护优先性指数,建议对中国47种水鸟的保护等级予以升级,36种水鸟的保护等级维持不变,将2种水鸟的保护等级予以降级。  相似文献

乌梁素海是干旱半干旱地区典型的湿地。其位于东亚—澳大利西亚及中亚—印度两条迁徙路线上,是迁徙候鸟极其重要的繁殖地和停歇地。从2009到2012年,我们采用样线法和样点法对水鸟及其栖息地进行调查,共记录了98种水鸟,隶属于6目、14科,同时记录到水鸟个体超过100 000个。其中夏候鸟55种(在此繁殖)、旅鸟39种(在此短暂停留),分别占所记录物种数的56.12%和39.80%。对所记录的鸟类及其种群的迁徙规律进行进一步分析,结果表明:春季迁徙期主要为3月上旬到5月中旬,比秋季迁徙期(8月上旬到11月中旬)短。水鸟繁殖的高峰期是4月上旬到5月下旬。重点保护水鸟(包括IUCN红色名录中的受胁物种以及中国重点保护野生动物名录中的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级保护物种)的集中分布时间是4月上旬到5月下旬以及9月上旬到11月上旬;相比春秋迁徙季节,夏季水鸟的群落结构相对稳定。基于研究,我们建议将乌梁素海湿地列入国际重要湿地名录及迁徙路线网络。此外,栖息地管理对鸟类分布的决定作用同样在文中加以讨论。  相似文献
