In this paper,authors introduce the establishment of a Micro-computer Based Geographic Information System(MCGIS),which is one of the subsystems of The Loess Plateau Geographic Information System (LP-GIS) being carried out by the REIS Laboratory and several universities of China on various types and levels of computer.MCGIS is developed on the micro-computer Gteat Wall-286.Its purpose is to providean information system with powerful perforrmance,which could be afforded by thosecounty-level units or departments,so that the general guide-line of multi-function,multi-level and multi-user can come to practice. The system MCGIS is composed of the spatial database management systems and some software packages for geographic analysis and other further data processing.The spatial database management svstem is the kernel part of the MCGIS,and other function packages are babed on it.The whole system remains open, i.e.,ready to be extende in function. 相似文献

Data Extraction Technology of Land Cover Element in Geographic Conditions Census Based on FME by YU Yongsheng Abstract In this paper, the problems and deficiencies of land cover classification based on vector and raster overlay were analyzed under the Wuhan geographic conditions census project. The thematic elements extraction and processing technology for large scale topographic map data were proposed. The results show that this method can improve the efficiency and quality of land cover classification interprets, and show certain significance for carrying out the geographic conditions census. Based on digital image processing technique, a real-time system is developed to monitor and detect the dynamic displacement of engineering structures. By processing pictures with a self-programmed software, the real-time coordinate of an object in a certain coordinate system can be obtained, and further dynamic displacement data and curve of the object can also be achieved. That is, automatic gathering and real-time processing of data can be carried out by this system simultaneously. For this system, first, an untouched monitoring technique is adopted, which can monitor or detect objects several to hundreds of meters apart; second, it has flexible installation condition and good monitoring precision of sub-millimeter degree; third, it is fit for dynamic, quasi-dynamic and static monitoring of large engineering structures. Through several tests and applications in large bridges, good reliability and dominance of the system is proved. 相似文献

This paper presents the studies of the refining of IKONOS-2 RPC, the transform of the datum, the mode of the control point distribution and the method of IKONOS stereo triangulation, so that IKONOS imagery can be used to collect the precise geospatial data and produce the large scale map. The transform between the IKONOS-2 image space and the national coordinate system based on the RPC have been developed, and the results of block adjustment with various control schemes in a practical project near Himalayas have been examined and analysed. GeoStar is the registered trademark of GIS software made by WTUSM in China.By means of the GeoStar,multi-scale images,DEMs,graphics and attributes integrated in very large seamless databases can be created,and the multi-dimensional dynamic visualization and information extraction are also available.This paper describes the fundamental characteristics of such huge integrated databases,for instance,the data models,database structures and the spatial index strategies.At last,the typical applications of GeoStar for a few pilot projects like the Shanghai CyberCity and the Guangdong provincial spatial data infrastructure (SDI) are illustrated and several concluding remarks are stressed. 相似文献

保持基础地理信息的现势性是我国基础测绘工作的重要使命。为此,国家测绘地理信息局于2012年启动了国家基础地理信息数据库动态更新工程,对我国1∶5万、1∶25万、1∶100万基础地理信息数据库进行持续快速更新,每年更新一次、发布一版。本文介绍了动态更新的总体技术思路,阐述了基础数据库动态更新、派生数据库联动更新、多时态数据库管理服务等主体技术方法,并介绍了主要技术特点和工程应用效果。 相似文献

针对利用1:500地形图快速更新其他比例尺地形图的需求,本文提出了基于地形图数据库的同比例尺级别和跨比例尺级别全自动缩编更新入库的方法。通过设计地形图模板及过渡模板,定义地物要素综合取舍转换规则,开发自动缩编软件模块,定制自动缩编更新任务,利用数据库中测量更新范围线自动下载地形图数据进行缩编及更新入库,实现大比例尺地形图依次缩编更新获取多种比例尺地形图的目标。本文提出的技术方法已在长沙市城市基础地理信息数据库更新工作中得到了验证,为采用缩编方式快速获取多样性地理信息数据提供了技术经验。 相似文献
