- The formulation for the stress concentration matrix of multiplanar tubular joint with braces subjected to combined load is established in this paper. The formulations for SCF values of multiplanar tubular joints are compared with those by Wordsworth and Efthymiou. The stiffening effect and load-interaction effect are discussed. A spatial offshore jacket with braces subjected to combined load is computed as a numerical example. The maximum stress of each multiplanar tubular joint and its location are found through SCF matrix. Finally, the difference between the maximum stresses of multiplanar tubular joints and their corresponding uniplanar tubular joints are discussed.  相似文献

- Stress concentration analysis of multiplanar tubular DT joints plays an important role in the fatigue design of offshore platforms. A semi-analytic method for stress analysis under the condition of any loads is briefly introduced in the paper. Nineteen multiplanar tubular DT joints with one of two braces of the same dimension subjected to axial loads and out- of- plane bending moments are computed for parametric stress analysis by using the present method. The influence of geometrical parameters on the stresses of multiplanar tubular DT joints is discussed and compared with corresponding uniplanar T joints. The regression formulae for the stress at hot spot of multiplanar DT joints are found by modification of SCF of corresponding uniplanar T joints. The parametric formulae for the maximum stress by superposition. Finally, the influences of stiffening effect and load-interaction effect on the maximum stress of DT joints are discussed.  相似文献

This paper introduces the process and result of fatigue test of steel (Z direction steel) welded T tubular joints used in offshore engineering. Detailed measurement of stress concentration factor, stress distribution, fatigue life and crack development has been performed. Through analysis, an empirical formula of stress concentration factor for T tubular joints, fatigue S-N curve and crack propagation rule are obtained.  相似文献

Since a self-elevating platform often works in water for a long time,the lattice leg is largely influenced by wave and current.The amplitude of leg joint stresses is a very important factor for the fatigue life of the platform.However,there are not many researches having been done on the mechanism and dynamic stress analysis of these leg joints.This paper focuses on the dynamic stress analysis and suppression methods of the leg joints of self-elevating platforms.Firstly,the dynamic stresses of the lattice leg joints are analyzed for a self-elevating platform by use of the 5th-order Stokes wave theory.Secondly,the axial and bending stresses are studied due to their large contributions to total stresses.And then,different joint types are considered and the leg-hull interface stiffness is analyzed for the improvement of the joint dynamic stress amplitude.Finally,some useful conclusions are drawn for the optimization design of the self-elevating platform.  相似文献

In riser structural systems, the region where the riser is connected to the platform is critical due to the development of high stress levels. To reduce the stress concentration in this region, bend stiffeners and stress joints are used in order to provide a gradual stiffness transition between the riser and the platform. The present paper presents an optimization design approach for bend stiffeners and stress joints, using a slender beam procedure for the connection joint analysis and an evolution strategies multi-objective optimization algorithm. This approach produces similar results when compared to a finite element analysis of the complete riser, but with significant reduction of computational costs. Numerical examples are presented, showing the efficiency and robustness of the suggested methodology.  相似文献

KK型管节点是自升式平台桁架式桩腿中的一种管节点,其应力集中系数是影响桩腿疲劳寿命的重要参数。应力集中系数与管节点的几何形式密切相关,为分析KK型管节点应力集中系数对几何参数的敏感性,利用ANSYS软件对某KK型管节点进行几何参数化建模,利用有限元数值模拟方法对各工况下的热点应力进行分析,并分别计算各相应工况下的名义应力,然后将热点应力与名义应力相比得到不同几何参数下的热点应力集中系数。对计算结果进行整理分析,得到了KK型管节点应力集中系数对无量纲几何参数的敏感性规律。结果表明,应力集中系数与撑杆受力状态、管节点结构形式有关,在满足结构布置、建造工艺和其他安全性指标的前提下,分析结果能够为KK型管节点的结构设计和疲劳分析提供技术支撑。  相似文献

为了拓展主S-N曲线法,使之更好地适用于低温、极地环境下船舶与海洋工程结构物的疲劳评估,进行了EH36材料T型焊接接头的低温疲劳性能试验,收集了国内外多个焊接节点低温疲劳数据,建立了疲劳试验试件的有限元模型,运用等效结构应力法,计算焊接节点的等效结构应力,构建低温环境下焊接节点的主S-N曲线。使用该曲线,预测低温疲劳试验的寿命,并与疲劳试验结果、常温主S-N曲线、常温中值D曲线的预测结果进行了比较,结果表明,所提低温主S-N曲线预测方法具有较高精度,可用于低温环境下船舶与海洋结构物疲劳寿命的预测。  相似文献

In the present study, the dynamic and fatigue characteristics of two types of stress joints are investigated under ocean environmental condition. Connected with the riser and the platform, stress joint at the vessel hang-off position should be one of the main critical design challenges for a steel catenary riser (SCR) in deepwater. When the riser is under a high pressure and deepwater working condition, the stress state for the joint is more complex, and the fatigue damage is easy to occur at this position. Stress joint discussed in this paper includes two types: Tapered Stress Joint (TSJ) and Sleeved Stress Joint (SSJ), and multiaxial fatigue analysis results are given for comparison. Global dynamic analysis for an SCR is performed first, and then the local boundary conditions obtained from the previous analysis are applied to the stress joint FE model for the later dynamic and multiaxial fatigue analysis. Results indicate that the stress level is far lower than the yield limit of material and the damage induced by fatigue needs more attention. Besides, the damage character of the two types of stress joints differs: for TSJ, the place where the stress joint connects with the riser is easy to occur fatigue damage; for SSJ, the most probable position is at the place where the end of the inner sleeve pipe contacts with the riser body. Compared with SSJ, TSJ shows a higher stress level but better fatigue performance, and it will have a higher material cost. In consideration of various factors, designers should choose the most suitable type and also geometric parameters.  相似文献

Truss Spar平台在风、浪、流的作用下,结构受力十分复杂,准确分析其疲劳强度相当困难。通过建立Truss Spar平台三维有限元模型,利用HydroD软件进行载荷预报、波浪搜索,得到产生最大应力幅响应的最不利浪向和相位角。运用Sestra软件进行整体有限元分析,得到的结果作为桁架管节点细化模型的边界条件,再用Nastran软件进行局部分析求得节点的热点应力,修正壁厚影响。最后根据DNV规范的S-N曲线计算了管节点的疲劳寿命。  相似文献

Economy and ice-resistance are two factors that must be considered in the design of offshore oil platforms in the Bohai Gulf. This paper focuses on the optimal design of ice-resistant offshore jacket platforms in the Bohai Gulf in consideration of fatigue life of tubular joints, with the minimum initial weight and satisfying dynamic properties. An efficient fatigue analysis procedure based on spectral analysis is proposed, in which a hybrid finite element model is adopted to simulate the jacket platform and the tubular joints, and the pseudo-excitation method is used to calculate the power spectral density of the hot spot stress. Finally, a practical jacket platform with an ice-breaking cone in the Bohai Gulf is optimized, and the results demonstrate that the fatigue life of tubular joints could be improved and the weight of jackets decreased simultaneously.  相似文献

The Soft Yoke Mooring System (SYMS) is a single point mooring system for shallow water. It is composed of a mooring framework, mooring legs, yoke, and single point, and is located at the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) through 13 hinge joints, such as universal joints and thrust bearings. Mooring restoring force, motions and postures of mooring components, and mechanical behaviors of hinge joints are major criteria for the structural design of the SYMS. Aiming at the difficulties of the multibody dynamics in traditional design of the SYMS, a multi-body dynamic mathematical modeling with seven independent degrees of freedom (DOFs) which is applicable to prototype field engineering was developed in this study. The proposed mathematical modeling of the SYMS multibody dynamic system has several advantages: 1. Internal tribological behaviors in hinge joints are considered within the presented multibody dynamics model to illustrate the good dynamic effects of the SYMS. 2. The multibody dynamic model can be applied in field service. Correctness and feasibility of the proposed multibody dynamic simulation method for describing motions and postures of hinges and single-body were validated by the prototype monitoring data. 3. The horizontal restoring force of the SYMS was calculated according to field measurement data. The motion state of each single body and internal stress distributions at each hinge joint in the SYMS are given. 4. The multibody dynamics calculation program can be directly used for the real-time monitoring of mechanical behaviors of the SYMS under the service state. The simulated results can provide real-time guarantee for safety alarming of the system. The vulnerability of the mooring system in service was evaluated based on long-term monitoring data analysis.  相似文献

The surface M 2 tide in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago (CAA) is reproduced on the basis of the QUODDY-4 three-dimensional finite-element hydrodynamic model. Particular emphasis has been placed on comparing model estimates for the amplitudes and phases of tidal elevations and the parameters of ellipses (major semiaxis and eccentricity) of the barotropic tidal current velocity with observational data. We present their spatial distributions and the distributions of averaged (over a tidal cycle) values of the density, horizontal transfer, and dissipation rate of barotropic tidal energy. It is found that the CAA is a much less effective dissipator of barotropic tidal energy than the World Ocean.  相似文献

A system reliability estimation method for spatial jacket platforms is developed in this paper,The jacket platform is modeled into three-dimensional assembly of spatial beam and plate elements in Fi-nite Element Method(FEM).The limit failure states correspond to collapse of a series of structural mem-bers which are identified by engineering design criteria.In this paper the following aspects are taken intoaccount:the punching shear and buckiing failures in member failure modes for the tubular joints and tubu-lar columns respectively;incremental loading approach for establishment of the safety margin equations ofsystem failure;the algorithm of enumerating significant failure modes for the structural systems and otherconcepts,such as the false failure mode and the virtual limit state.The final work is devoted to the reliabili-ty analysis for a practical jacket platform presently put into operation on the Bohai Sea.The computed re-sults shows that method suggested in this paper is feasible and effective for  相似文献

以某新型深水半潜式钻井平台为分析对象,依据三维绕射理论计算单位波幅下波浪诱导载荷,通过建立三维有限元模型计算完成了热点应力响应。运用热点应力的谱分析法计算得到危险节点的疲劳寿命,并进一步分析了各个短期海况和不同浪向对节点总的疲劳损伤度的贡献。研究结果表明,危险节点的疲劳寿命都满足设计寿命要求;在各种中低海况下,疲劳损伤主要来自于平均跨零周期在6 s附近,有义波高转大的短期海况;平台关键连接部位的疲劳损伤主要是在横浪和斜浪状态下产生的,并且对某单一方向的波浪非常敏感。此研究对该类型平台的连接处结构设计和疲劳分析方法有参考意义。  相似文献

By focusing on the vulnerability of the structure of marine equipments, together with considering the randomness of meta-ocean load in statistics, a kind of analytical method of fatigue characteristics of marine structure based on full-scale and actual measurement of prototype is proposed. On the basis of short-term field measurement results of structural response, research is carried out on the fatigue analysis of hinge joints at the upper part of the Soft Yoke single point Mooring System (SYMS) by simultaneously monitoring the environmental load and considering the design criteria of offshore structure. Through analysis of finite element modeling, the time-histories of typical stress response are obtained, and then the assessment of fatigue damage at key hinge joints is conducted. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can accurately analyze the fatigue damage of offshore engineering structure caused by the effect of wave load. The present analytical method of fatigue characteristics can be extended on other offshore engineering structures subjected to meta-ocean load.  相似文献

The results of five centrifuge tests of a stiff circular model platform on overconsolidated undisturbed Drammen clay are reported from Manchester University together with predictions computed at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute. Towards failure the models developed high shear strain and softening local to the base, accompanied by a permanent settlement or shakedown. A total stress transfer from edge to centre caused a rapid increase of excess pore pressure under the centre, having a high vertical gradient. These features, and failure values which decreased with increase in eccentricity of loading, conformed with previous observations on reconstituted clays. Comparison of observations with predictions highlights the sensitivity of the analytical method to the fineness of the finite element mesh just below the base. The predictions also indicated a sensitivity of the failure load to the degree of overconsolidation associated with a given undrained shear strength. The elastic type analysis did not predict the degree of shakedown which was associated with plastic displacement of clay from just under the base.  相似文献

介绍渐新世/中新世分界面(即古近纪/新近纪分界面)附近的浮游有孔虫和钙质超微化石事件及其新年龄。2004年国际地层年代表确定该分界面位于第58长偏心率周期弱振幅处,古地磁事件C6Cn.2n底面,经天文调谐后的年龄为23.03 Ma。发生在该界面附近的生物地层学事件主要是浮游有孔虫Paragloborotalia kugleri的始现面(22.96 Ma)和钙质超微化石Sphenolithus delphix的末现面(23.11 Ma)。在南海北部东沙群岛附近的大洋钻探ODP1148站,渐新世/中新世界面以崩塌沉积物为特征,有明显沉积间断,标志南海当时有较大范围的构造运动。  相似文献

用主频计算法对长庆气田主力储层中下奥陶统马家沟组马五1段碳酸盐岩的自然伽玛测井曲线进行了分析,得出其主要沉积旋回周期为100、57、36和26ka,基本与米兰科维奇旋回的地球自转偏心率和地轴倾角变化周期相一致,因崦,可以认为储层的沉积旋回是地球自转偏心率和地轴倾角变化引起气候周期性变化形成的,其中又以偏心率影响最大,表明主频计算法用于测井曲线进行分辩率较高的沉积旋回分析是可行的。  相似文献
