于2005年8月对湛江港附近海域潮间带的海水、表层沉积物和贝类体内的重金属进行了分析,结果表明:海水中的砷优于海水水质Ⅰ类标准,而汞、铜、锌、铅、镉均有不同程度的污染,其中铜、铅、镉污染较为严重,均劣于海水水质Ⅳ类标准;表层沉积物中砷的含量低于全国海岸带背景值,而汞、铜、锌、铅、镉均高于全国海岸带背景值,其标准指数分别为1.35、1.66、1.50、2.08、3.10,汞、铜略高于海洋沉积物质量标准第一类标准,有轻微污染,砷、锌、铅均低于海洋沉积物质量标准第一类标准,未受污染,而镉略高于海洋沉积物质量标准第二类标准,环境受镉污染。各元素在各站点的分布没有规律性。牡蛎和蛤仔体内各重金属含量均优于海洋生物污染评价标准和人体消费卫生标准,其卫生质量良好。  相似文献

为探究磷矿资源采选对矿区周围水体天然放射性核素的影响,以贵州开阳磷矿洋水矿区洋水河为研究对象,测试和分析了河水及表层沉积物中铀和钍的质量浓度、质量分数和分布特征,并运用潜在生态危害指数法对沉积物中的铀进行生态风险评价。结果表明:受磷矿资源采选活动影响,洋水河河水中铀的平均质量浓度(0.958 44ng·mL-1)明显高于中国部分河水中铀的平均质量浓度,钍在河水中的质量浓度极低,接近于0,钍不易富集在河水中而铀易于富集;矿井冷却水中铀的质量浓度为2.87ng·mL-1,是河水中铀平均质量浓度的2.99倍,表层沉积物中铀平均质量分数为4.95×10-6,是中国水系沉积物背景平均值的2.24倍,钍的平均质量分数为5.43×10-6,低于中国水系沉积物元素背景平均值,钍和铀在沉积物中均有富集且富集程度相当;沉积物中铀的平均污染指数和潜在生态危害指数分别为1.06和5.30,总体上属于中等污染水平,其潜在生态风险程度为中等。  相似文献

2007年7月对茂名市小东江的浮游生物及污染状况进行调查和分析,结果共检出浮游植物122种,其中蓝藻门15属34种,占(总种类数,下同)27.9%,硅藻门16属26种,占21.3%,绿藻门29属52种,占42.6%,裸藻门3属6种,占4.9%,金藻门1属1种,占0.8%,黄藻门3属3种,占2.5%;浮游动物78种,其中原生动物门26属36种,占46.2%,轮虫动物门9属16种,占20.5%,节肢动物门枝角类8属14种,占17.9%,桡足类10属11种,占14.1%,水生昆虫1属1种,占1.3%。各调查断面浮游植物的种类数平均为37种,细胞密度在11.3×104~19.5×104/L,Ⅴ断面最高,Ⅰ断面最低,平均为14.4×104/L;浮游动物种类数平均为27种,密度平均为2 895/L。相邻断面间Jaccard种类相似性指数范围为0.13~0.23,各断面环境异质性相差较大,该季节河水流动性小。叶绿素a含量为19.9~45.3μg/L,它与细胞密度呈显著的正相关,与无机氮、无机磷和COD均不存在明显的相关性。各断面的浮游植物多样性指数为3.1~4.5,均匀度为0.62~0.85;浮游动物的多样性指数为2.7~3.9,均匀度我0.59~0.80。对βm-αm指示种种类组成和群落结构分析,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ断面水质属生态中污类型,而Ⅰ断面属生态寡污类型。以国家地表水质量标准评判,各断面COD含量为Ⅰ类水;无机氮含量除Ⅰ断面外,其他断面均为Ⅲ类水;无机磷含量均优于Ⅱ类水;石油类除Ⅰ、Ⅱ断面为Ⅳ类水外,其他断面均为Ⅴ类水。单因子污染指数分析表明,小东江流域水质为中污染至重污染之间。  相似文献

正未来10年、20年甚至更长,施用磷肥还不至于生产出使人慢性中毒的含镉超过1 mg/kg的镉米,难道就能掉以轻心吗?前不久环保部和国土资源部发布的《全国土壤污染状况调查公报》(下称《公报》)有三点值得注意:一是不同用地土壤类型的耕地"点位污染超标率"最高为19.4%,大为超过林地的10.0%、草地的10.4%和未利用地的11.4%。二是土壤"重金属"污染物点位超标率镉最高为7.0%,大大超过汞的1.6%、砷的2.7%、铅的1.5%、铬的1.1%。三是从污染分布情况看,南方土壤污染重于北方。  相似文献

植物样品在500℃灰化,用硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸分解,然后在2%的盐酸介质中,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定植物样品中的微量铜。该方法简单、快速、准确。方法的检出限为0.55×10~(-6),回收率97%—102%。对含量为5.14×10~(-6),9.43×10~(-6)和17.63×10~(-6)的三个植物样品进行分析,其相对标准偏差分别是4.62%、4.22%和2.00%。  相似文献

于2008年3月至2009年1月用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对湛江港海水中的铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)进行调查。分析结果表明:2008年湛江港湾海水中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量较低,年平均含量分别为4.46×10-3mg/L、14.2×10-3mg/L、0.795×10-3mg/L、0.588×10-3mg/L,总体上表层海水中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的含量均略低于底层海水。各季度海水中重金属含量的比较结果为:Cu的含量秋季>春季>夏季>冬季,Zn的含量夏季>春季>秋季>冬季,Pb的含量秋季>夏季>春季>冬季,Cd的含量冬季>夏季>秋季>春季。湛江港湾的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd的含量均在中部水域湛江港码头核心作业区最高,港湾外较低;Zn、Cd在港湾内的含量较高。按照单因子污染指数法评价,湛江港湾海水中的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量均低于国家二类海水水质标准规定的限值,水质较好。  相似文献

工业废水中的硝基苯,一、二、三硝基甲苯的衍生物是主要环境污染源。通常,地下水中的硝基苯类含量甚微,现有的化学法、比色法、薄层层析法等分析方法很难满足测试要求。本文采用气相色谱法,利用电子捕获检测器对水中的硝基苯,一、二、三硝基甲苯进行了测试,试验结果表明,该法有较高的灵敏度和准确度。检测限分别为:硝基苯8.13×10~(-6)μg;一硝基甲苯6.98×10~(-8)μg;二硝基甲苯1.7×10~(-8)μg;三硝基甲苯2.90×10~(-6)μg。  相似文献

辽北太古宙由花岗岩-绿岩带组成。绿岩生成于岛弧构造环境,时间在3.0—2.8Ga,火山岩属拉斑玄武质及钙碱性火山岩。花岗岩在绿岩之后侵入,具多旋回特点。块状硫化物矿床与长英质火山岩有关,具有2—3含矿层位,透镜状矿体数目较多,未发现管状细脉带。矿石中Cu>Zn>>Pb,具有明显贫铅的特点,Cu×100/Cu+Zn为88—25。矿床类型属活火山型火山热液矿床。成矿温度为350—250℃,压力为9.5—4.0MPa,fo_2为10~(-30)-10~(-44)Pa,fs_2为2.57×10~(-9)-8.13×10~(-14)Pa,pH值为4.5—5。共生有阿尔戈马型铁矿与火山成因金矿。块状硫化物矿床遭受变质、变形、伟晶岩的改造,并在主褶皱幕期迭生与基性岩有关的热液多金属矿化。  相似文献

拟定了用铅空心阴极灯为激发光源,氢化物原子荧光光度法测定地球化学样品中微量铅的方法。在2%HCl-0.08%K_3[Fe(CN)_6]-2%KBH_4体系中,铅的测定灵敏度有明显地提高。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,检出限为8.89×10~(-9)g/ml,精密度为4.12%(n=11)。  相似文献

民间小规模金矿混汞冶炼活动因缺乏环保措施常常造成周围环境严重的汞污染,目前已被认定为全球最大的人为汞污染排放源。福建省德化县山区土壤汞含量异常升高和该地区民间小规模金矿冶炼活动密切相关,对当地土壤总汞、大气总汞污染分布及土壤表面汞释放的调查研究表明:金矿区周边村子稻田土壤汞平均质量分数达(5.180±7.191)mg/kg,距金矿最近民间冶炼活动最集中的邱村稻田总汞质量分数平均值达到(15.658±12.726)mg/kg,随着距离金矿点越远民间冶炼活动减少,土壤总汞含量呈下降趋势。[JP2]区域大气总汞平均质量浓度为(36.4±24.3)ng/m3,邱村大气总汞质量浓度平均值(77.2±42.4)ng/m3;工作区4个土-气界面汞通量均值分别为:华口(109.6±55.9)ng/(m2h),邱村(97.1±36.1)ng/(m2h),大安(63.5±12.6)ng/(m2h),中仙(25.9±23.5 ng/(m2h)。因地形复杂,微气象条件差异及土地利用差异等综合因素制约,土壤汞含量与大气总汞含量、释放通量间没有显著相关关系,华口测点土壤释汞通量最大。工作区民间金矿冶炼活动历史造成当地环境的汞污染及其环境影响将长期存在。   相似文献

根据2011年7月浙江舟山西蟹峙海洋倾倒区及邻近海域表层沉积物重金属的监测结果,采用单因子指数法和Hakanson生态危害指数法分析表层沉积物重金属的污染特征,并评价其潜在生态风险。结果表明:沉积物重金属元素Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、Hg、As含量均符合国家海洋沉积物质量一类标准;重金属元素污染程度由高到低依次为Zn、Cr、Pb、Cu、As、Cd、Hg,其中Cu、Pb、Cd、Hg和As 5种重金属元素为低污染水平,Zn和Cr 2种重金属元素为中等污染程度水平;7种重金属元素单个和综合潜在生态危害程度均为低风险水平,由高到低依次为Cd、Hg、As、Pb、Cu、Cr、Zn。  相似文献

There is an increasing concern for potentially hazardous metals pollution, which can threaten crops production and human health. In this study, the spatial distribution and environmental risks of eight heavy metals in surface soil samples collected from the paddy fields in Yongshuyu irrigation area, Northeast China were investigated. The mean concentrations of Pb, Cr, Cu, Ni, Zn, Cd, Hg and As were 34.6 ± 4.67, 82.8 ± 9.51, 17.3 ± 4.09, 21.2 ± 12.0, 88.6 ± 17.9, 0.18 ± 0.15, 0.22 ± 0.07 and 8.77 ± 2.47 mg/kg, respectively, which were slightly higher than their corresponding background values of Jilin Province, indicating enrichment of these metals in the paddy soils, especially for Ni, Cd and Hg. The spatial distribution of heavy metals was closely correlated with local anthropogenic activities, such as agricultural production, mining and transportation. The hot-spot areas of As and Cd were mainly concentrated in the up-midstream where were associated with agricultural activities. Cr and Cu showed similar spatial distributions with hot-spot areas distributed the whole irrigation area uniformly. Ni was mainly distributed in the downstream where Ni quarries concentrated, while the spatial distribution patterns of Hg was mainly located in the upstream and downstream where the soil was significantly influenced by irrigation and coal mining emission. The spatial distributions of Pb and Zn were mainly concentrated along the highway side. The pollution levels of Yongshuyu irrigation area were estimated through index of geo-accumulation(Igeo), Nemerow integrated pollution index(NIPI) and potential ecological risk index(PERI). The results showed that Cd and Hg were the main pollutants in the study area. Health risk assessment results indicated that children were in higher non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks than adults with the carcinogenic metal of As. Ingestion was the main exposure pathway to non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk for both adults and children. Principal component analysis(PCA) indicated that Cr and Cu were mainly from parent materials, while Cd and As were mainly affected by agricultural activities. Pb and Zn were controlled by traffic activities, and the accumulations of Ni and Hg were associated with mining activities. This study would be valuable for preventing heavy metals inputs and safety in rice production of the Songhua river basin.  相似文献

人类活动对水环境影响巨大,同时水环境影响着人类的生产生活。采用地质累积指数法及潜在生态危害指数法对武汉市东西湖区主要湖泊表层沉积物重金属情况展开评价发现东西湖主要湖泊表层沉积物平均污染程度处于相对较低水平。地累积指数法评价结果表明,东大湖和金湖中Cd元素处于中度污染水平累积,墨水湖和上金湖中Cd元素为偏中度污染累积水平,其他湖泊沉积物中重金属均处于轻度或无污染水平。潜在生态危害指数法评价结果表明金湖和东大湖沉积物中重金属的潜在风险处于重度生态风险水平,墨水湖、上金湖、下银湖处于中度风险水平,其余湖泊沉积物中重金属的潜在风险均处于低风险水平。主成分分析表明,Hg、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb可能来自于工业和交通源的排放,而As可能与农药的使用有关。后期金湖、东大湖、墨水湖、上金湖和下银湖的内源污染治理过程中需考虑重金属的生态风险问题。   相似文献

采取烟台近岸海域150个海底表层沉积物样品进行Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,As,Ni元素分析。结果显示,烟台市近岸海域重金属主要富集在芝罘湾(Cd,Cu)、龙口(As,Cr,Cu)及海阳东部(Ni,Pb)一带,而莱州、招远及牟平近岸海域重金属含量较低。单因子、内梅罗和潜在生态危害指数评价结果显示,研究区88%海域的沉积物达到一类标准,轻污染区主要分布在芝罘岛北部及龙口市西部,龙口、招远及烟台市近岸沉积物潜在风险中等。  相似文献

以山东省济南市章丘区北部表层土壤中As等8种重金属元素为研究对象,利用多元统计进行重金属来源分析,采用污染负荷指数法及潜在生态危害指数法进行污染评价,结果表明:研究区表层土壤重金属元素含量低于济南市土壤背景值,Cd和Hg元素含量为强度变异,在表层土壤产生一定的富集;不同土地利用类型下重金属元素含量具有差异性。土壤中Cr,Cu,Ni和Zn来源于土壤母质,Cd和Pb元素来源于人类活动,As元素来源复杂。土壤综合污染以轻度污染为主,重金属元素污染程度大小为AsNiPbZnCrCuCdHg。综合潜在生态风险以轻微和中度为主,潜在生态风险强弱程度为HgCdAsCuPbNiCrZn,建议防范Hg和Cd元素污染及生态风险。  相似文献

Two red algae, Rhodymenia antarctica and Iridaea cordata(Rhodophyta), were employed to investigate the pollution situation along Fildes Peninsula coastline, King George Island. Ten sites from east and west coastlines were investigated, and the concentrations of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, As and Hg were determined. The metal pollution index(MPI) was used to evaluate the overall pollution level represented by the investigated sites and for interregional comparisons. The two algae exhibited different preference to special trace metal. R. antarctica could accumulate more Cd(0.63 mg kg~(-1)) and Hg(0.026 mg kg~(-1)) than I. cordata(Cd 0.34 mgkg~(-1), Hg 0.019 mg kg~(-1)). I. cordata could accumulate more As(15.53 mg kg~(-1)) than R. antarctica(10.11 mg kg~(-1)). There was no significant difference in accumulating Cu, Pb, Zn and Cr between the two algae. R. antarctica could be used to monitor Cd and Hg. I. cordata would be more appropriate for monitoring As. MPI monitored by the two algae were from 1.02 to 2.26(R. antarctica), and 1.03 to 1.25(I. cordata), respectively. Pollution situation of Fildes Peninsula was becoming serious, especially of the east coastline. The objective of this research was to gather the baseline information for trace metals investigation in Antarctic.  相似文献

At present, the methods widely applied to assess ecological risk of heavy metals are essentially single-point estimates in which exposure and toxicity data cannot be fully used and probabilities of adverse biological eff ects cannot be achieved. In this study, based on investigation of concentrations of six heavy metals (As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cu, and Zn) in the surface seawater and sediment near the outlet of a zinc factory, located in Huludao City, Liaoning Province, China, a tiered approach consisting of several probabilistic options was used to refine ecological risk assessment for the individuals. A mixture of various heavy metals was detected in the surface seawater, and potential ecological risk index (PERI) was adopted to assess the potential ecological risk of heavy metals in the surface sediment. The results from all levels of aquatic ecological risk assessment in the tiered framework, ranging from comparison of single eff ects and exposure values to the use of distribution-based Hazard Quotient obtained through Monte Carlo simulation, are consistent with each other. Briefly, aquatic Zn and Cu posed a clear ecological risk, while Cd, Pb, Hg, and As in the water column posed potential risk. As expected, combined ecological risk of heavy metal mixture in the surface seawater was proved significantly higher than the risk caused by any individual heavy metal, calculated using the concept of total equivalent concentration. According to PERI, the severity of pollution by the six heavy metals in the surface sediment decreased in the following sequence: Cd>Hg>As>Pb>Cu>Zn, and the total heavy metals in the sediment posed a very high risk to the marine environment. This study provides a useful mathematical framework for ecological risk assessment of heavy metals.  相似文献

通过对鲁西南煤炭基地若干混堆的煤矸石山周围耕作层土壤的实际调查及分析测试资料,研究了煤矸石堆附近耕作层土壤中重金属污染状况。结果表明,土壤局部已经受到Cd、Ni的污染,但未出现多金属复合污染状况。煤矸石堆附近土壤已经受到采矿等人类活动的影响,其中Cd,Hg的人为影响最大。从8种重金属元素含量随深度的变化曲线形态来看,Hg,Cd 2种元素与Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb,As 6种元素曲线形态显示差异性,Hg,Cd元素在土壤中赋存、迁移等应具特殊性,有待进一步研究。  相似文献

Twenty-nine samples of surface sediments from tidal flats in the Northern Shandong Province were collected for grain size, heavy metal(Hg, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, and Cr), and oil pollution analyses. The geoaccumulation index(Igeo) and factor analysis were introduced to evaluate sediment quality and source of contaminants. The mean concentrations of Hg, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, and oil in the surface sediments in the study area are 0.033, 17.756, 19.121, 55.700, 0.291, 59.563, and 14.213 μg g-1, respectively. The heavy metal contamination in the old delta lobe is slightly higher than that in the abandoned delta lobe; however, the opposite was observed for oil pollution. The Igeo results revealed that the overall quality of the surface sediments in the study area is in good condition. The heavy metal pollution levels show a descending order: Cd Hg Cr Cu Zn Pb, Cd being the main pollutant. The contamination level for in the study area is relatively lower than those for China's other tidal flats. Heavy metals are mainly derived from natural sources of rock weathering and erosion, partly influenced by industrial and agricultural discharge. However, oil pollution is mainly from runoff input, motorized fishing boat sewage, and oil exploitation.  相似文献
