《现代林业技术》一书已出版发行

由赵体顺、赵义民等主编的《现代林业技术》一书于2010年7月已由黄河水利出版社出版发行。该书站在可持续发展的高度,以建设现代林业和生态文明为宗旨,立足河南,面向全国,全面总结了近10年来的林业科研成果,并融入了林业新理论、新技术、新方法和新标准。     

河南平原绿化发展研究

文章根据河南省近期（1998年）森林资源清查结构和1993－2000年年度平原绿化复查情况，分析了河南平原绿化的发展现状和存在问题，提出河南平原绿化应以建立持续，高效的平原林业生态体系为目标，坚持生态，社会，经济效益相统一，高标准建设农田林网，农林间作，城镇村庄和通道绿化，合理调整林种，树种结构，积极发展速生丰产用材林和名特优新经济林。并对河南平原绿化建设布局，内容及实现手段和策略进行了讨论。

<正> 春节前夕,林业部先后召开了第六次部务会议暨部机关“两建”工作会议和全国林业计划工作会议,总结了1997年林业改革和发展工作、部机关党的建设和机关建设工作,研究和部署了1998年的工作。1998年林业工作的指导思想是:高举邓小平理论的伟大旗帜,全面贯彻落实党的十五大精神,紧紧围绕两个根本性转变和林业的两大体系建设,抓好现有森林资源保护,加快造林绿化和生态工程建设步伐,加大国有森工企业、场圃改革和林业经济结构调整力     

浙江省林业科技园区建设再上新台阶

<正> 林业科技园区建设是“科技兴林”的有效抓手,是新技术新成果组装集成及科技创新的载体,是林业高新技术孵化和现代林业科技产业化创建的基地。近年来,浙江省林业部门加大了林业科技园区的建设力度,实施林业科技创新与建设完备的林业生态体系和发达的产业体系战略,取得了可喜的成效。

从河南黄河下游自然和社会经济情况入手,在深入分析林业综合开发的土地、树种、湿地资源潜力以及木材、经济林产品和森林旅游需求的基础上,提出了河南黄河下游林业发展对策;对林业综合开发的投资和效益进行了初步探讨。     

河南省森林生态网络体系建设的初步设想

<正> 河南是一个农业大省,林业生态环境建设举足轻重。当前脆弱的生态环境,造成水土流失严重,旱、涝、风、沙等自然灾害频繁,制约着经济和社会的发展。大力开展植树造林,加强林业生态环境,特别是全省森林生态网络体系建设,实现全省山川秀美,是我们必须坚持的一项基本方针,也是把我省现代化建设事业全面推向21世纪的一项宏伟工程。     

河南县域经济发展研究

河南是一个农业大省,发展壮大河南县域经济对建设中原经济区、推进河南经济和社会发展、全面建设小康社会具有至关重要的战略意义和现实意义。首先阐述了河南县域经济发展的现状;其次对河南工业发展滞后、农业现代化进程缓慢、县域产业结构层次不高、人均财政收入低、地方政府缺乏对经济和社会的调控能力等问题进行了剖析;最后提出了加快县域经济发展的对策建议,即推进县域城乡统筹发展和农业现代化,加大对县域经济的支持力度,打造特色优势产业集群。     

我国造林项目管理的现状及建议——实施中德财政合作造林项目的启示

近几年来,我国造林数量逐年增加,造林质量也显著提高。尤其是2003年,共完成造林和封育面积1109.51万公顷,全国造林面积取得了历史性突破。林业投入大幅增加,2003年国家对林业的投资达到431亿元,是1949年到1999年总投资的1.77倍,2004年预计将达到442亿元。林业政策不断完善,公众舆论高度关注,社会各界大力支持,我国林业发展面临着前所未有的大好形势。如何紧紧抓住这一有利时机,提高资金使用效率,加大森林培植的力度,实现真正意义上的跨越式发展,使我国林业建设上速度、上规模、上档次,走速度、质量、效益相统一的发展道路,是摆在我们面前的…
