Sewage treatment station in oilfield needs a new process to meet the desired requirements. A new process was proposed to meet the discharge standards, which consisted of the following sub-processes: electrochemical treatment → coagulation treatment → integrated biochemical treatment of moving bed biofilm reactor and membrane bio-reactor → combined treatment process of macroporous adsorption resin. Electrochemical treatment included 5 electrolytic cells, total volume of which was 10 L. The PFS was chosen as the coagulants in the coagulation treatment, and the removal rate of COD could reach 66% when the dosage of PFS was 500 mg/L. The biochemical treatment consisted of anoxic tank, aerobic tank and membrane zone, and the removal rate of COD was about 55–70% when HRT was 12 h. SD300 resin was chosen as the best adsorbent in the treatment using macroporous adsorption resin. In addition, the effluent COD after coagulation treatment process becomes about 180 mg/L, the effluent COD after biological treatment becomes about 50 mg/L, and the last effluent COD with the macroporous adsorption resin becomes about 20 mg/L. The three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum was used to analyze the differences in types of organic matters in water samples between the raw water and the treated one. The results demonstrated that the new process meets the needs of wastewater treatment.  相似文献

In the present study, the effectiveness of physicochemical treatment processes (coagulation and Fenton’s oxidation) was investigated for simulated dairy wastewater (pH = 7.3, chemical oxygen demand (COD) = 3600 mg/l, 5-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) = 1950 mg/l, total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN) = 87 mg/l, and total phosphorous (TP) = 14 mg/l). Plain and ballasted coagulation runs were carried out in a jar apparatus, while Fenton’s oxidation was performed in a three-neck glass reactor. Ballasted coagulation caused an enhancement in the settling rate of sludge though no significant enhancement in the removal of organics was observed. Individually, coagulation and Fenton’s oxidation processes resulted in ~67 and 80 % COD removals, respectively, from the wastewater. The sequential treatment exploring coagulation followed by Fenton’s oxidation showed overall COD, BOD5, TKN, and TP reductions of ~93, 97, 84, and 70 %, respectively, from the wastewater. However, a biological post-treatment would be required to achieve the effluent discharge standards. The removal of proteins, fats, and amino acids from wastewater was confirmed from Fourier transform infrared analysis of the settled sludge (obtained after coagulation process). Preliminary cost analysis suggested coagulation and the sequential treatment (i.e. coagulation followed by Fenton’s oxidation) as the preferred options.  相似文献

Application of advanced oxidation process for wastewater treatment has gained more attention recently. In this study, the efficiency of coagulation–flocculation pretreatment coupled with sulfate radical-based advanced oxidation process (SR-AOP) in the removal and mineralization of organic matter of sugarcane vinasse was evaluated. For coagulation–flocculation, jar-test experiment was carried out with ferric chloride as coagulant and the removal of TOC, color and UV254 was determined. The results revealed that by using 15 g/L of coagulant, 70 % of TOC removal and nearly 100 % of UV254 and color removal were achieved. The pretreated vinasse was then subjected to SR-AOP. In this study, sulfate radical was generated using persulfate (PS) and peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activated by Fe(II). The effect of reaction time, oxidants to Fe(II) ratio and pH on the TOC removal efficiency were investigated. For the effect of reaction time, the TOC removal was found to increase significantly for the first 5 min. TOC removal was found to increase with increasing concentration of Fe(II) for PMS. However, for Fe(II)/PS, the TOC removal efficiency was decreased with increasing Fe(II) concentration. Both Fe(II)/PMS and Fe(II)/PS showed the highest TOC removal efficiency when the oxidation was carried out at pH 7. By using the selected optimum condition, nearly 70 and 49 % of TOC removal were achieved for PMS/Fe(II) and PS/Fe(II), respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that SR-AOP can be a promising alternative method for TOC removal from sugarcane vinasse.  相似文献

研究了Ce(SO4)2H2SO4体系反向流动注射分析法测定环境水中化学需氧量(COD)的试验条件。在2.5~160.0mg/L线性范围内,采样频率达到25/h,Cl-的质量浓度至2500mg/L无干扰。对60mg/L的标准试样重复测定11次,相对标准偏差为0.79%,检出下限为2.5mg/L。该法便于实际工作中COD的连续监测,用于河水、池塘水分析,获得结果与经典的重铬酸钾法相对照,相关性良好  相似文献

The alkalinity plays an important role in phosphorus removal using coagulant. The dosage of coagulant in the low alkalinity wastewater is limited due to rapid pH changes. In the present study, a series of jar test was conducted using low alkalinity wastewater (50 mg/L) to evaluate the optimum pH, dosage and performance parameters (slow mixing and settling time) for the common coagulant alum. From the experiment, it was found that the dosage of coagulant and removal of phosphorus depend upon the pH of the wastewater after adding coagulant. The final optimum pH for efficient P removal was found to be within the range of 5.7–5.9. This range acts as an indicator and it is the maximum tolerable pH range for phosphorus removal for low alkalinity wastewater. The optimum time for slow mix and settling was found to be 20 min. The optimum mole ratio of alum to remove one mole of phosphorous was found to be 2.3. The alum coagulation at pH 7 produced effluent with the total residual phosphorus and reactive phosphorus content of 0.3 and 0.9 mg/L, respectively.  相似文献

用混凝法处理洗浴污水,并把处理后的水作为中水回用。影响污水处理效果的因素有混凝剂的种类,混凝剂投加量,水力条件等方面。混凝法处理洗浴废水的最佳条件是:选择比较便宜易得的混凝剂(硫酸铝)采用适宜混凝剂浓度(5%),强化混凝反应强度和时间(强搅拌 较长的反应时间),投加适量的混凝剂(90mg/L)。在最佳试验条件下,可以使处理后的洗浴废水达到中水回用标准和生活杂用水标准。  相似文献

采用混凝沉淀技术处理钨矿选矿废水,通过试验确定HNJY新型高效复合絮凝剂作为混凝剂最为合适,投加量为120mg/L,经处理后废水出水水质符合国家污水排放标准并能回用,废水SS约11500mg/L,处理后的出水要求为SS<10mg/L。技术经济分析,投资总费用为67.5万元,处理成本为0.60元/m3,设计工艺可靠且经济合理。本工程既防止了废水对环境的潜在污染,又解决了枯水期选矿用水不足的问题。  相似文献

本文报道了氯化钙和硫酸铝或聚丙烯酰胺组成的处理体系对松香废水进行的絮凝研究,全面分析了福建省南平林化厂废水的物质组成和污染指标。通过正交试验,确定处理的主要影响因素。结果表明,用该体系处理松香废水,比用单一絮凝剂,能更好地降低废水的化学耗氧量,树脂及色度,为治理松香废水提供了较充分的数据。  相似文献

采用PAC(聚合氯化铝)与PFS(聚合硫酸铁)混凝剂处理污水,并进行了对比实验。结果表明。在污水COD浓度为920mg/L,PFS折算为Fe2O3的投加量为300mg/L,pH为9.0时,出水COD为406mg/L,COD去除率为55.8%,而PAC折算为Al2O3的投加量为120mg/L时,出水COD为369.8mg/L,COD去除率为59.8%。PAC较PFS对COD的去除率高约4%。  相似文献

The photocatalytic degradation of Indigo Caramine dye using commercial TiO2 and fine grained natural rutile has been carried out. The commercial TiO2 and natural rutile were characterized using powder X- ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transformed infra red spectroscopy (FTIR). The study on the photodegradation of Indigo Caramine dye using commercial TiO2 and natural rutile were investigated both under Solar and UV irradiation. The degradation of Indigo Caramine dye was checked by the following parameters like Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), %T, irradiation time and duration. In both cases using commercial TiO2 and natural rutile, the COD of the dye solution was reduced from 288 mg/L to less than 20 mg/L, and similarly the %T was increased from 76% to 97% and the percentage decomposition upto 97% within the irradiation duration of 3.5 hrs. The preliminary results obtained on the photodegradation of Indigo Caramine dye are highly encouraging and further work is being carried out for the use of the natural rutile or anatase sources for the other organic decomposition and treatment of industrial effluents.  相似文献

以北京市阿苏卫垃圾填埋场中晚期渗滤液为研究对象,通过正交实验的方法分析了改性土、原土、明矾、改性土加明矾等的用量及搅拌速度、搅拌时间、静置时间等因素对垃圾渗滤液CODcr去除率的影响。通过对改性土、原土、明矾处理垃圾渗滤液的机理进行分析后,将改性土、原土分别用来处理垃圾渗滤液中可溶性物质中的疏水性物质和亲水性物质,并结合明矾的絮凝作用组合处理垃圾渗滤液。处理后垃圾渗滤液CODcr值从4700mg/L明显下降到839mg/L,CODcr去除率为82.15%,BOD5从700mg/L下降到263mg/L,BOD5去除率为62.43%。有机改性膨润土、明矾、原土组合处理是一种有效的处理垃圾渗滤液方法。  相似文献

Laboratory scale studies were conducted in an up-flow anoxic bioreactor using synthetic fertilizer wastewater for ascertaining the denitrification efficiency. The performance of the reactor was compared using ethanol and topioca starch as the carbon source. The initial No3-N concentrations (50–250 mg/L) and hydraulic retention time (FTRT, 12–24 h) were varied to evaluate the COD and No3-N removal. The results from this study shows that ethanol gave very good denitrification efficiency (78–98%) compared to topioca starch (68–96%).  相似文献

地下水是中国西南云贵高原斜坡地带重要的饮用水源,其中黔中镇宁县北部存在大面积地下水中硫酸盐超标地区,导致了当地出现水质性缺水问题。本次研究通过岩相古地理分析、水化学分析、D、18O、34S同位素测试、岩样测试、岩心观察等技术手段,查明了研究区内地下水的补给源主要为大气降水,地下水中硫酸盐(SO_4~(2-))浓度在30~1100 mg/L,平均值为221.78 mg/L,呈现高度富集SO_4~(2-)的特点;在区域相对隔水层以上,不同类型地下水中SO_4~(2-)浓度大体具有机井上升泉下降泉溶潭地下河出口基岩裂隙泉表层岩溶泉的规律;探讨了地表水、地下水中SO_4~(2-)的来源,表层岩溶泉中硫酸根的来源主要为大气降水,高硫酸盐样品中硫酸根的来源主要为石膏溶解。在此基础上,结合钻井资料,掌握了研究区膏岩层分布及含水层结构特征,通过建立"越层找水"模式,采取下层低硫酸盐含水层,获取合格饮用水源,可有效解决当地水质性缺水问题。  相似文献

在上流式好氧颗粒污泥床反应器中, 以厌氧颗粒污泥和好氧絮状活性污泥为接种泥, 采用人工配制的模拟废水, 成功培养出性能优异的好氧颗粒污泥.反应器内污泥浓度稳定在5g/L左右, 颗粒污泥粒径为0.5~2.0mm, 当进水COD为2000mg/L, 容积负荷为4.8kg/(m3·d)时, 系统对COD的去除率稳定在96%以上.通过扫描电镜观察, 好氧颗粒污泥是层状结构, 表面有大量丝状菌缠绕, 内部有短杆菌和空穴存在.逐步提高制药废水在进水中的比例, 经过47d的培养, 生物制药废水完全取代模拟废水, 系统对COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别稳定在90%、90%和70%以上.   相似文献

Evaluation of the photocatalytic activities of TiO2 nanomaterials based on the chemical oxygen demand (COD) analyses under identical experimental conditions was not previously reported. In this work, COD has been selected as an adequate industrial water quality measure toward the establishment of a representative standard test method. The initial COD values of six organic pollutants representing dye, surfactants, phenols and alcohol were set at 30 ± 2 mg/L. Ten of different commercial and synthesized TiO2 samples representing anatase, rutile and mixed phases were used and characterized. The data of photocatalytic processes were compared to that obtained using the commonly widespread Degussa-P25 TiO2 (TD). The COD of all pollutants was completely removed by TD at UV exposure dose ≤9.36 mWh/cm2. Consequently, the maximum irradiation dose was set at this value in all experiments. The percentages of COD removal as well as the values of the accumulated UV doses required for complete removal of pollutants were measured using the different TiO2 samples. TiO2 samples show different performance abilities toward the various pollutants compared to TD. Based on the obtained data, TiO2 photocatalysts were divided into two categories according to the hydroxyl radical formation rates. Comparison with previous studies reveals that the photocatalytic efficiency evaluation depends on the method of measurement. COD is recommended to be used as an adequate technique of analysis that meets the purpose of water treatment applications.  相似文献

以含有吗啉、甲基吗啉的高浓度有机废水为研究对象,提出了曝气吹脱-吸附-生物处理的联合工艺,并在室内进行了小试实验。结果表明:原废水经过2次曝气吹脱后,ρ(NH3-N)从62 500 mg/L降为431 mg/L,ρ(COD)从50 840 mg/L降为26 051 mg/L。通过吸附实验,ρ(COD)从26 051 mg/L降为2 769 mg/L,ρ(NH3-N)从412 mg/L降为134 mg/L。在生物处理室内小试实验中,采用了活性污泥反应器与曝气生物滤池相结合的处理工艺。在活性污泥反应系统中,当废水pH为7.5、ρ(DO)为4.3 mg/L、水力停留时间为30 h时,COD的去除率最高,可以达到83.1%。在曝气生物滤池中,当ρ(DO)为3.3 mg/L时,COD去除率最高,达到55.8%。在生物处理的最佳参数条件下进行连续监测,当进水ρ(COD)为2 769 mg/L、出水ρ(COD)平均值为387 mg/L时,COD去除率可达到85.9%。吗啉废水经过此联合工艺的处理,ρ(COD)从50 840 mg/L降为387 mg/L。  相似文献

通过混凝实验探讨了用PAC处理再生造纸废水的最佳混凝条件.在此基础上,选用PAM为助凝剂,通过正交实验,获得了较佳的水平条件:先加PAM,质量浓度为3 mg/L,后加PAC,质量浓度为0.2 g/L,反应9 min;处理后的出水经粉煤灰过滤,ρ(COD)可降至37.383 mg/L,ρ(BOD)为20.7 mg/L,浊度为0,pH为11.12,在空气中放置24 h后pH变为8.02.  相似文献

研究了KMnO4体系流动注射合并带停留分光光度法对环境水样中化学需氧量(COD)测定的试验条件,包括反应试剂KMnO4的浓度、载流H2SO4的酸度、采样泵泵速及停留时间、反应温度、试剂体积和采样环体积。在不加HgSO4的条件下,Cl-的质量浓度达10000 mg/L对测定无干扰。方法的线性范围为3~150 mg/L,检出限为1 mg/L,精密度(RSD,n=7)为1.2%。方法具有仪器简单,操作方便、快速,干扰少,灵敏度高等优点,用于河水、池塘水和地表水等实际样品的分析,测定值与经典重铬酸钾标准方法结果基本一致。  相似文献

A large portion of water is consumed during various textile operations thereby discharging wastewaters with pollutants of huge environmental concern. The treatment of such wastewaters has promising impact in the field of environmental engineering. In this work, Fenton oxidation treatment was engaged to treat simulated textile wastewater. Box–Behnken design and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the efficiency of Fenton process. Iron dose, peroxide dose and pH were considered as input variables while the responses were taken as chemical oxygen demand and color removal. A total of 17 experiments were conducted and analyzed using second-order quadratic model. The quadratic models generated for chemical oxygen demand and color removal efficiencies were validated using analysis of variances, and it was found that the experimental data fitted the second-order model quite effectively. Analysis of variances demonstrated high values of coefficient of determination (R 2) for chemical oxygen demand and color removal efficiencies with values of 0.9904 and 0.9963 showing high conformation of predicted values to the experimental ones. Perturbation plots suggested that the iron dosage produced the maximum effect on both chemical oxygen demand and color removal efficiencies. The optimum parameters were determined as Fe2+ dose—550 mg/L, H2O2 dose—5538 mg/L, pH—3.3 with corresponding chemical oxygen demand and color removal efficiencies of 73.86 and 81.35%. Fenton process was found efficient in treatment of simulated textile wastewater, and optimization using response surface methodology was found satisfactory as well as relevant. From the present study, it can also be concluded that if this method is used as pretreatment integrated with biological treatment, it can lead to eco-friendly solution for treatment of textile wastewaters.  相似文献
