层状盐岩中储备库油气渗漏风险的故障树分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
油气渗漏是盐岩地下储备库事故的重要类型之一,具有突发性强、损失难以估计的特点。针对国内层状盐岩中储备库运营过程中的油气渗漏风险进行分析,揭示了油气渗漏事故的发生机制并建立了相应的故障树模型。通过对该模型的分析,找出了事故发生的各基本致因事件和故障模式,并得出适用于典型层状盐岩储备库油气渗漏事故的发生概率公式。分析结果表明,国内层状盐岩中储备库发生油气渗漏事故的可能故障模式有28种,且发生条件易于满足而难于防范,因此事故发生的可能性较大;按照各基本事件结构重要度的计算结果,盐岩强度低、盐岩蠕变过量、附近有断层、地震、造腔参数控制不当、非均匀地应力、人为操作失误等是层状盐岩中储备库油气渗漏事故的主要致因事件,并据此提出有效措施防止事故发生;通过专家调查法和故障树法的综合分析得出,金坛盐矿5口老腔储库在近10年的运营期内发生油气渗漏事故的概率为0.703%,属于偶发性事故。  相似文献

在大型地下岩洞中储油是世界各国石油战略储备的重要方式之一。随着我国石油进口量的不断增加,建造大型地下储油洞库无疑是一种综合经济效益良好的方案。针对大型地下水封储油岩洞库的工程特点,利用数值模拟方法对储库洞群中各洞室的开挖施工顺序进行了仿真模拟计算。通过对3种可能的施工方案所引起的地表变形、洞周关键位置的变形以及应力场和位移场的分布规律对比分析,比选出了洞群中各洞室较优的开挖先后顺序。对筛选出的较优方案进行了施工过程与粘弹性稳定性分析模拟,给出了考虑岩体流变特性时油库的变形规律特点,并对大型地下油库的强度及长期稳定性进行了分析评价,所得结论对地下储油库的开挖施工有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

利用盐岩地层建设地下油气储库群已成为各国发展能源储备的重要方向,然而关于储库区地面沉降的研究至今仍处于探索阶段。由于地面沉降所造成的重大事故屡见不鲜,因此有必要集中力量研究盐岩库区地面沉降问题,为我国盐岩储库群的建设提供可靠的理论依据。本文主要从以下3个方面总结了近几十年来国内外学者在盐岩储库区地面沉降预测方面所做出的努力与成绩:(1)现场监测——法国、德国、美国先后建立了现场监测网络,获得了大量的长期监测数据;(2)理论计算——我国学者于20世纪90年代末将随机介质理论引入到盐矿水溶开采地面沉降预测中,从而为储库区地面沉降预测提供了新的理论基础;(3)数值模拟——欧洲学者利用FLAC2D程序对盐岩储库区的地面稳定性进行了数值模拟,而我国学者则利用在新概率积分法的基础上建立起的预测模型成功进行了沉降预测模拟。此外,为了有效地控制库区地面变形,预留矿柱式水溶开采法在国外众多盐岩地下储库群建设中得以广泛应用。本文最后提出在后续研究中将重点着眼于地表变形随时间的发展过程,并对现有理论模型进行适当的修正以及利用现场实测数据进一步完善预测所需参数的选取方法,从而使预测结果更为准确可靠。  相似文献

Unlined rock caverns for oil storage are very common in Sweden. Most of them are excavated in hard rocks (compact, non-carbonate, non-volcanic rocks). The fundamental idea of underground oil storage is that the rock caverns are located below the natural ground water level. Hereby the ground water keeps the oil inside the caverns and prevents products migration.

During the excavating period the water seeping through the fractures of a cavern is pumped up to avoid flooding. This discharge causes a local drop in the ground-water level around the cavern and a cone of depression develops.

A local study of the development of such a cone of depression has been made by means of a network of observation holes around the cavern. On enlargement of an oil storage (by constructing new caverns close to the old ones), the cone of depression moves according to the progress of the new excavations. This process has been studied and described in two cases.

Underground storages in Sweden are very often closely spaced in order to use common facilities such as entrance tunnel, pumping station, housing etc. Therefore an artificial ground-water divide sometimes must be arranged between different caverns in order to prevent products migration. This paper describes how such an artificial recharge of water between some caverns is made. The control of its effectiveness is shown as well as the method for sealing off undesirable leakage.  相似文献

地下储气构造物是压气储能(CAES)电站选址的决定因素,其中人工开挖的硬岩洞室因其受地质构造限制小、适应范围广而备受关注。针对压气储能地下洞室方案选型和密闭性要求,选择了典型的洞室埋深(200、300、500 m),考虑不同的洞室形式(隧道式和大罐式)和洞室尺寸,采用Abaqus有限元软件计算出高内气压下压气储能洞室围岩的塑性区和洞周应变。通过分析开挖后和充气后两个工况下围岩的受力和变形特征,获得合适的洞室形式。当围岩级别为Ⅱ级、内压为10 MPa的情况下,埋深为300 m的圆形洞室和大罐式洞室稳定性较好,该埋深下6 m直径圆形洞室最大洞周应变为7.55410??,容积为5 310 m大罐式洞室最大洞周应变为5.54410??,以上值都在一般橡胶类高分子密封材料的正常工作范围内,这为密封材料在不同温度下的延伸率和耐久性研究提供了基础数据。  相似文献

Effects of lateral stress to vertical stress ratio on behavior of a cavern in various geomechanical and geometrical conditions were studied. Results indicated that the range of one to two lateral stress to vertical stress ratios was the best condition for cavern stability. The ranges causing tension and compressive failure were specified as well. Two-dimensional stability analyses were carried out by using Phase2. Key point location on the cavern side wall was investigated and determined using an equation based on a large number of numerical analyses. Subsequently, in order to predict the elasto-plastic displacement and elastic displacement on a side wall key point, two equations were fitted based on various cavern cross sections considering four basic factors, i.e., rock deformation modulus, overburden depth of caverns, heights of the caverns, and the lateral stress to vertical stress ratio. The proposed equations were utilized to predict displacement at the key points of 10 projects subsequent to which the computation results were compared to in-site measuring results and back analysis results. Finally, using key point displacement as a stability factor, the effects of three different shapes of caverns including mushroom, horse shoe, and elliptical were investigated on cavern stability. The most optimum shape was elliptical in a vast range of lateral stress to vertical stress ratios; mushroom and horse shoe shapes were preferred in uniaxial stress fields concerning the rock quality.  相似文献

海水入侵是影响海岛地下水封油库施工及运营安全的重要因素。海岛环境下建设地下水封油库,大规模的地下开挖将显著改变海岛天然地下水渗流场,海水入侵地下洞室一方面引发突水风险,另一方面海水中的氯离子将会对地下洞库结构设施造成侵蚀,影响地下油库的使用寿命。因此在海岛环境下建造地下水封油库,除了需要考虑水封可靠性与岩体稳定性外,还需要关注海水入侵等现象。科学设置水幕系统可以有效地减弱海水入侵风险,论文基于污染质运移相关理论,采用有限元数值模拟方法,以拟建浙江省舟山市某海岛大型地下水封油库为例,模拟了地下油库建造及运营期的海水入侵现象,研究表明:若不设置淡水水幕系统,开挖地下洞室会直接导致海水入侵;设置水平水幕后在确保水封可靠性的前提下,能在一定程度上减弱海水入侵;而设置垂直水幕系统则能较为明显地抑制海水入侵的发生。该成果为海岛环境下建造地下水封油库可能遇到的海水入侵问题研究提供了理论依据。  相似文献

为解决盐岩储气库洞室形状以及库群布置的优化设计问题,将变形加固理论发展和完善为变形稳定理论,把塑性余能与强度折减系数的K-ΔE关系曲线作为储气库群的整体稳定性判据。在变形稳定理论的基础上,对不同形状和布置方式的洞室的整体稳定性进行定量评价,优化分析了洞室形状以及库群的布置方式,进而获得最具安全稳定性的洞室形状和布置方式。研究结果表明,变形稳定理论为盐岩储气库洞室形状和洞群布置方式的优化设计提供了一套实用有效的分析理论和方法。  相似文献

Summary The Imaichi underground power station, with a cross sectional area of 1420 m2, which is now under construction by Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc., is one of the largest underground caverns in the world. Due to the considerable depth of the over-burden of 400 m, the horseshoe-shaped section was adopted for the first time in Japan to minimize excesive stress concentration on the surrounding bedrock and keep loosened zones to a minimum.The bedrock consists of sandstone, slate, siliceous sandstone and breccia. The rock is generally hard and compact, with few fractured zones which may have an adverse influence on the excavation of the cavern.The supporting system of the cavern consists of prestressed rock anchors, rock bolts and shotcrete.Approximately 800 instruments, mainly multiple stage extensometers, were used to monitor behaviour of the surrounding rock during excavation of the cavern. With the exception of some cracks which occurred in a portion of the shotcrete when about half the height of the cavern had been excavated, excavation work was completed without any major trouble. In spite of the symmetrical shape of the cavern, the deformation behaviour of the surrounding rock during excavation was remarkedly asymmetric. The reason for this was concluded to be the peculiar deformation behaviour exhibited by Breccia during stress relief, as shown by in-situ rock tests, etc., and analysis of deformation data after completion of the excavation work.  相似文献

山西西龙池抽水蓄能电站地下厂房围岩为水平薄层岩层,工程竣工发电已多年,施工及运行期安全,但工程开工前,还没有在水平薄层岩体中开挖大跨度高边墙地下洞室的成功范例,鉴于此,以山西西龙池抽水蓄能电站工程为依托,从工程地质角度,对水平薄层围岩岩性特征、岩体结构特征、岩体力学特性、大跨度高边墙地下洞室围岩分类、围岩变形特征等方面进行了研究,依据研究成果,对洞室开挖支护施工、围岩变形监测等进行了分析,依据围岩变形监测成果对围岩力学参数进行了反演,验证了前期勘察成果,取得了在水平薄层状地质环境中开挖大型地下洞室的宝贵经验,进而为在水平薄层状地质体中修建大跨度、高边墙地下洞室提供了更多的技术支持,对此类不良地质条件下大型地下洞室群建设具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

针对我国须采用密集库群来提高油气地下存储中资源利用率的现状,对近置已有盐岩溶腔库群运营模式下储库稳定性和收缩变形展开了研究。基于声纳测腔成果,建立了符合实际存在的单腔模型及库群模型。对模拟结果进行了对比分析,明确了库群运行模式对储库稳定性的影响规律。发现储库相对位置和深度的差异、夹层地层倾角的存在、相邻储库体积和形状的不等同3个因素会导致某些腔体的收缩变形不对称、腔体形变不规则;不同于单腔的最大位移区域固定出现在腰部,库群模式下受周围腔体的影响,而并无固定的腔壁位移最大点位置;呈现板状存在贯穿整个库群的泥岩刚度大、蠕变性能低,并且其和盐岩交界面的抗剪能力较强,可以提高库群的整体性和稳定性;考虑地层倾角的夹层变形特性成为对库群密闭性不利的影响因素,泥岩-盐岩交接面的拉伸以及泥岩夹层本身的扭转弯曲会使泥岩层产生裂隙,贯通的裂隙可导致各个腔体失去独自运行的能力,影响储库运行效率  相似文献

位于浙江天台县蟹山山体内的黑洞洞室群, 以其优越的工程地质条件和完整的岩体结构, 自隋朝以来成为大型古地下采石场。洞室群包括总面积达24 000 m2的21个洞室, 其长轴方向基本沿两组主要地质结构面走向展布。研究显示:总体采石层系上白垩统塘上组(K2t)第6层灰白色含玻屑熔结凝灰岩;岩体质量指标Q值计算结果为53(I级)。按现代地下洞室设计理念, 其长期稳定最大跨度应不大于50 m, 但实际上5号洞最大跨度达81 m, 可望成为地下人工岩石单洞跨度之最。现场调查发现, 古人在蟹山山脚残留多处地质探洞。古代工匠在洞室开挖过程中遇到断层破碎带时, 采用了近垂直、小断面、高台阶穿越技术方法, 有效保证了不良地质体中无支护开采的安全性和长期稳定性, 这对现代地下工程具有借鉴和工程类比意义。  相似文献

裂隙随机分布条件下地下石油洞库水封性评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以国内首个大型地下水封石油洞库工程为背景,在考虑洞库围岩节理裂隙的随机分布特征基础上,采用离散介质 流-固耦合理论对大型地下石油洞库水封性进行了评价。介绍了地下水封储油洞室水封原理与水封准则。通过室内结构面剪切试验获得了结构面参数,采用Barton-Bandis剪胀模型对结构面参数进行了校验。根据库区节理裂隙统计结果,建立了洞库围岩的随机节理裂隙网络模型。分析了不同水幕压力条件下洞室开挖后地下水压力分布情况、涌水量大小和洞库围岩变形与受力情况。分析表明:在水幕压力大于或等于75 kPa的条件下,洞室周围地下水压力满足水封准则;在水幕压力为75 kPa条件下各洞室涌水量在0.003~0.015 m3/d之间,拱顶沉降量在16~32 mm之间。研究结果可为地下水封石油洞库水幕系统设计提供依据。  相似文献

大型地下水封石洞油库是目前国内外石油战略储备的重要方式,为保证该类大断面不支护地下洞室群的稳定,需优化洞室群的布置。在分析山东某地下水封洞库群工程地质条件的基础上,建立洞室群数值模型。根据三轴试验、围岩RMR(rock mass rating)分类和广义Heok-Brown准则估计了II、III和IV类围岩的岩体力学参数。以洞室埋深、轴向和间距为因素,采用正交设计的方法进行数值试验,以关键点位移和塑性区面积作为评价指标对试验结果进行直观分析,得到对洞室围岩变形和塑性区面积影响最显著的为洞室轴向,并研究了轴向对围岩变形和塑性区面积的影响,得到该水封洞库洞室群的最优布置方案为埋深-60.0 m,轴向N30°W,间距为25 m。其研究结果对地下水封洞库洞室群的布置具有一定工程意义和理论价值。  相似文献

为了研究盐穴能源地下储库建造过程中,腔体围岩处在地温、卤水和地应力地质环境中盐岩的损伤演化特点,利用声发射技术分析盐岩受不同温度的饱和卤水作用后的单轴压缩损伤破坏过程。试验发现:在一定温度的饱和卤水中浸泡30 d后盐岩的单轴抗压强度和弹性模量有所降低,但降低的平均幅度很小;卤水对盐岩主要表现为溶蚀作用,而浸泡弱化作用非常小;单轴压缩过程中盐岩的应力-应变曲线与声发射-应变曲线具有较好的一致性,卤水浸泡后盐岩的累计声发射数随卤水的温度升高略有增加;卤水作用后盐岩试件的声发射率和累计数要小于无卤水作用盐岩;盐穴建造期盐岩受一定温度的卤水作用后盐岩的强度将出现一定弱化,但卤水也会促进损伤盐岩体的重结晶恢复,盐岩的这种特性有利于盐穴建造期安全和稳定。  相似文献

盐岩地下储备库引发地表沉陷事故的风险分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在盐岩储备库的建设和运营过程中,由于腔体不断收缩而导致上覆岩层发生变形,从而引起储库上部地表发生碟状沉降变形,甚至造成地表塌陷事故是盐岩地下储备库的重要事故类型之一。针对盐岩地下储备库引发的地表沉陷事故进行分析,找出了该类事故的发生机制并建立相应的故障树模型,计算得到地表沉陷事故的14种发生模式和10个基本致因事件,并提出了相应的控制措施。并从风险分析的角度对盐岩储备库引发的地表沉降事故的后果严重性进行预测分析研究,并以湖北云应盐矿为例,假设该地区在储气库的建设或运营过程中发生地表沉降事故,采用模糊综合评价法对该类事故后果的严重性进行风险预测,得出后果为可忽略、需考虑、严重、非常严重、灾难性的概率分别为0.24、0.28、0.29、0.15、0.04。为有效预防盐岩储备库运营引发地表沉陷事故以及在事故发生前进行损失严重性预测提供了依据和方法  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the influence of the excavation damaged zone (EDZ) on the geomechanical performance of compressed air energy storage (CAES) in lined rock caverns. We conducted a detailed characterization of the EDZ in rock caverns that have been excavated for a Korean pilot test program on CAES in (concrete) lined rock caverns at shallow depth. The EDZ was characterized by measurements of P- and S-wave velocities and permeability across the EDZ and into undisturbed host rock. Moreover, we constructed an in situ concrete lining model and conducted permeability measurements in boreholes penetrating the concrete, through the EDZ and into the undisturbed host rock. Using the site-specific conditions and the results of the EDZ characterization, we carried out a model simulation to investigate the influence of the EDZ on the CAES performance, in particular related to geomechanical responses and stability. We used a modeling approach including coupled thermodynamic multiphase flow and geomechanics, which was proven to be useful in previous generic CAES studies. Our modeling results showed that the potential for inducing tensile fractures and air leakage through the concrete lining could be substantially reduced if the EDZ around the cavern could be minimized. Moreover, the results showed that the most favorable design for reducing the potential for tensile failure in the lining would be a relatively compliant concrete lining with a tight inner seal, and a relatively stiff (uncompliant) host rock with a minimized EDZ. Because EDZ compliance depends on its compressibility (or modulus) and thickness, care should be taken during drill and blast operations to minimize the damage to the cavern walls.  相似文献

A general approach to rock engineering designing aspects adopted at the Khiritharn Pumped Storage Scheme is described. The scheme involves excavation of three large caverns and tunnels in jointed sandstone within a suture zone in Southeast Thailand. Geological condition and engineering properties of the sandstone were investigated. Strength and modulus properties of the intact rock were determined from laboratory tests and properties of rock mass were empirically estimated for the design analysis in the de.nite study stage on the basis of three rock mass classi.cation systems namely the Rock Mass Rating (RMR), Geological Strength Index (GSI) and a Japanese system (EPDC). While the GSI gives strength and modulus of deformation values slightly higher than the RMR classi.cation, the EPDC gives a lower value of modulus of deformation but comparable rock mass strength value for the level of con.ning pressures at the depth of the cavern excavation. The results of stress analysis and loosening wedge analysis for the cavern excavations suggest favorable excavation condition.  相似文献

内衬式岩洞高压储气库兼具抽取率高、循环能力强,且能承受更高的内压力等优点,克服了传统压缩空气储能系统的诸多缺陷,是一种应用前景广阔的储能方式。论文以洞室埋深、内径和间距等3个最主要的储气库布局参数为影响因素,采用ABAQUS有限元软件基于正交试验设计模拟工况,以关键点的位移和塑性区面积作为评价指标,通过单因素试验研究了洞室间距、埋深及内径对围岩变形和稳定性的影响规律,提出了洞室群优化布局建议。研究表明:洞室埋深是影响储气库围岩变形和塑性区面积的最显著因素,其次为洞距和洞径;随着埋深的增大洞室围岩塑性区的发育区域得到有效的抑制,且塑性区主要分布于洞室顶部;增大洞距可有效削弱高内压对围岩的启裂效应;衬砌的最大拉应力主要分布在结构的顶部和底部,增大埋深或减小高径比都有助于提高衬砌的稳定性;综合分析表明储气库群的最优布局方案为埋深400 m、内径42 m、间距60 m。研究成果为内衬式高压储气库群的优化布局和稳定性评价提供了参考依据。  相似文献

介绍了一种考虑地下洞室片帮、钻孔剥落等岩体应力型破坏特征为信息源,通过数值模拟智能反演方法预测高应力大型地下洞室群围岩局部应力场的新思路。该方法将地下洞室群片帮、钻孔剥落等应力型破坏的位置、深度或者宽度进行定量描述,以弹性模型计算获得的常偏应力大于岩体启裂强度的范围来表示应力型破坏范围,通过分析实测地应力数据约束部分地应力数量,然后采用智能数值反演方法得到其他的地应力分量。采用该方法预测了白鹤滩水电站右岸地下厂房0+76断面附近围岩地应力场,反演获得最大主应力在34 MPa左右。通过其他部位岩体破裂的数值模拟和观测结果对比,验证了地应力场预测的合理性。  相似文献
