重庆市自然灾害管理综合信息系统研究

从重庆市自然灾害情况和自然灾害信息管理现状分析入手,构建了该市自然灾害管理信息系统的系统目标、整体设计和界面的开发。该市自然灾害管理信息系统主要由4个模块组成:自然灾害数据库模块、远程通信管理模块、应用分析模型库和决策支持模块四大部分,四大模块通过一定的数据接口连结,成为一体化系统,对市自然灾害进行有效的管理和监测,从而减少自然灾害带来的经济损失。     

新亚欧大陆桥新疆段环境灾害管理信息系统的研制

新亚欧大陆桥环境灾害管理信息系统主要由三个模块组成,远程通信管理系统、环境灾害数据库管理系统和应用模型库,这三大模块通过一定的数据接口联结,成为“一体化”系统,能够对该区域的铁路环境灾害进行有效地管理和监测。     

重庆市洪涝灾害管理体系的构建

从重庆市洪涝灾害情况及其管理现状分析入手,构建了重庆市洪涝灾害管理体系。管理体系主要由6个模块组成：监测、预报、预防、应急反应、救援和援建模块,通过一定的数据接口连接,在GIS平台上成为一体化系统,对洪涝灾害进行有效的管理和监测,从而减少洪涝灾害带来的经济损失。     

小流域综合管理信息系统集成研究

本文介绍的小流域管理与决策支持信息系统 ,是以小流域综合治理与科学决策为目标 ,以地块为基本操作单元的土壤侵蚀模型、生产潜力模型、成本效益模型与GIS的集成系统。该系统具有数据管理、查询、更新、处理、模型分析和输出等多种功能。分析模型与GIS集成的基本单元是地块 (landunit) ,在地块上实现模型参数的提取与传递、模型计算及显示与分析。在分析各种集成方式的基础上 ,选取了动态连接库及其扩展方式 ,实现了土壤侵蚀模型、生产潜力模型、成本效益模型、规划模块与GIS的紧密集成 ,以统一的图形用户界面 ,服务于水土保持的现代化管理和小流域综合治理     

基于GIS和RS的县级土地利用动态监测系统研究

该文在遥感技术（RS）、地理信息系统（GIS）的支持下，建立土利用动态监测系统，以便快速、准确、经济地获取土地利用变化信息，并对土地利用的时空数据，包括空间数据和专题属性数据进行存储、管理、处理、分析和显示，为土地管理部门提供先进的管理工具、为区域可持续发展提供决策支持。     

支持海量数据操作的Oracle数据引擎的设计与实现

三维地学建模多需海量数据支持,其数据库存储通常采用Oracle的LOB字段,而目前多数Oracle数据库访问接口无法处理大于4 G的LOB字段数据。该文基于面向对象思想,设计并实现了以OCI(Oracle Call Interface)技术为基础的Oracle数据引擎组件,将数据引擎操作的对象划分成多个层次,不仅能处理非海量的常见类型字段的数据,而且支持对4 G以上LOB字段数据的操作。该组件不仅突破了其他技术对Oracle LOB字段访问的限制,而且克服了直接使用OCI接口过于复杂、不利于复用等缺点,具有效率高、资源占用率低等优点。     

地质灾害危险性评价系统的实现

该文介绍了基于MAPGIS的区域斜坡地质灾害危险性评价系统 (GHGIS)的结构和功能 ,以及进行二次开发的总体思路 ,阐述了基于MAPGIS开发GHGIS系统中各项功能的方法和有关问题。在GHGIS系统中 ,GIS提供前、后处理功能支持 ,与评价分析模型相对独立 ,这为扩充评价分析模型提供了极大的灵活性。     

基于网络GIS的武汉市投资环境咨询系统设计研究

将GIS技术、网络技术及多媒体技术引入城市投资环境咨询与决策领域,研建武汉市投资环境咨询系统W(IECS)。WIECS针对不同用户对象有不同功能目标;系统建立需解决三大关键技术:数据库设计,包括文本库、要素库、评价结果库、方案库、模型方法库和空间信息库的设计及其整合;系统集成,基于CS/结构进行集成,使得信息从单向流动变为双向互动;分析模型及可视化技术,WIECS作为咨询分析与辅助决策支持工具,可提供良好的数据处理分析与建模工具,并实现分析与评价的可视化。根据系统功能目标,技术路线上采用GIS、Internet、Intranet及多媒体可视化等技术进行系统集成,建立图文库一体化的系统WIECS。     

基于模型需求模板匹配的多源地理数据推送方法研究

针对现有地理分析模型同多源复杂地学数据之间耦合困难、模型运算数据处理过程复杂等问题,构建了以模型需求模板匹配为基础的多源地理数据自动处理与推送方法。利用元数据对多源地理数据进行统一描述,并从模型的数据需求和任务需求两个角度生成模型需求模板,最后通过基于XML的元数据与模型需求模板的匹配求得数据操作模板。在数据操作模板中应用算子库作为转换工具,实现了数据库数据到模型需求数据的转换,完成模型运算数据的自动推送。基于江苏沿海滩涂数据库的分析案例表明,该文提出的模型模板匹配方法可对模型运行数据进行有效解析,并通过数据操作流的构建实现数据的自动推送。该研究可为服务型GIS的发展及地理模型的集成提供理论参考与方法借鉴。
