关注城市不同群体的流动性是人文地理学的研究热点。出租车司机对城市交通环境意象认知和满意度评价是在流动性视角下交通建成环境与居民需求感知关系的重要体现。研究以出租车司机为研究对象,采用行为地图认知分析及问卷调查方法,开展出租车司机对泉州市区交通环境意象要素(中心与节点、标志物、道路、区域和边界)认知特征及交通环境满意度评价研究。研究发现:1)出租车司机对泉州交通环境标志点的意象认知以旅游景点、城市标志建筑和交通枢纽点最强。如清源山、开元寺、西街和闽台缘博物馆等景区,钟楼、泉州动车站和客运中心站等城市标志建筑;浦西万达商圈、钟楼、清净寺等景区和学府路学校路段是意象认知最易拥堵节点;动车站和客运中心站、商圈停车场、丰泽街与西湖公园周边等路段是最易停车和最便利就餐的节点。2)出租车司机对4条交通路径便捷度意象认知差异较大,其中“江滨北路-坪山路”意象认知最高;其次是“站前大道-江滨北路”;九一路、宝洲路、泉秀路和学府路等意象认知最低。3)出租车司机日间/夜间候客意象认知的共同区域为交通枢纽区域、公园区域和商圈区域。4)出租车司机对交通环境评价以“一般”和“比较满意”居多,但对一些交通软硬环境也...  相似文献

构建了一个基于垄断竞争、规模经济、空间成本、消费者多样化偏好以及商品和服务差异化的大都市多中心空间结构模型,并整合基于agent的建模,借助非均衡(out-of-equilibrium)动态模拟,探讨了人口规模和消费需求、区域间和区域内商业产品及服务的替代弹性、固定成本投入、区位和交通条件等因素的"持续"变化对的大都市空间结构演化的影响过程。模拟表明:以商业为代表的经济活动往往集聚在具有区位优势、规模经济和消费能力的大都市传统中心,而交通条件的持续改善、新兴郊区次中心与传统城市中心之间以及城区内部商业产品和服务的不断差异化对大都市的多中心空间结构有重要影响,但影响的程度不同。更重要的是,大都市的人口规模和消费能力对新兴郊区次中心的形成作用显著。  相似文献

基于点状数据与GIS的广州大都市区产业空间格局   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
利用2004年数字城市数据,研究了广州大都市区产业内部、产业之间的空间关系,比较了广州大都市区中心城区和新城区各种产业的空间格局。将广州大都市区行业分为制造业、批发和运输、零售、生产服务业、房地产业、管理服务、教育、医疗保健及社会扶助和娱乐设施等10类。利用1 km2格网画出了各行业点状密度,并通过分区产业百分比及区位商分析了各产业企业的空间分布,中心城区的主导产业是管理服务、房地产、零售及金融保险等服务行业,而在新城区其主导功能是制造业、批发与运输及生产服务业等。利用平均最邻近距离分析广州大都市区中心城区和新城区各产业内企业之间的空间关系,广州大都市区各产业企业都呈凝聚分布,在中心城区金融行业分布最集中,其次是房地产、生产服务业、娱乐、管理服务等。利用邻近性指数分析了各产业之间的空间关系,发现生产服务业和管理服务业、教育和医疗保健与社会扶助、娱乐和零售等邻近性较大。  相似文献

在区分地方饮食与传统饮食概念的基础上,选择宏村传统饮食臭鳜鱼作为研究对象,通过对就餐环境、服务、食物3个原真性维度和满意度与行为意向2个维度,构建Amos结构方程模型,探究游客对传统饮食文化的原真性感知及其对旅游地就餐满意度和行为意向的影响。结果显示,3个维度的原真性均对满意度呈显著、直接、正向影响,对行为意向呈显著、间接、正向影响;其中,环境原真性对就餐满意度影响最大,其次为服务原真性,最后为食物原真性。研究认为,即使体验对象是与原真性关联紧密的传统饮食,大众游客仍更关注整体就餐环境和服务氛围,食物本身对满意度的影响最低。游客需求引发传统饮食文化舞台化重塑,并呈现“去传统化”与“去地方化”特征,旅游地饮食文化塑造对环境的关注大于食物,但当地居民更加关注食物本身的口味,主客关注差异和食物生产过程的游客需求导向引发当地居民对舞台化饮食的认同度降低。未来旅游地要充分考虑传统饮食的特殊性,重塑让游客与本地居民更加满意的饮食文化。  相似文献

以网络组织能力提升对空间服务系统的优化为研究目的, 选取中国客运网络中63个城市作为研究对象, 用旅行时间Ti、时间区位系数Ati等指标分析铁路提速对客运网络系统优化及其格局的影响, 并对北京、上海和广州等8大铁路枢纽城市进行了个案研究。分析发现, 提速后:① 客运网络系统“时间收敛”效果明显, 空间服务优化显著;② 优化效果空间分布不均衡, 网络结构变化不大, 有均衡化趋势。③ 促进了交通枢纽城市之间的联系, 但内部也产生了时间效益差异, “500 km半日行动圈”基本形成, “1000 km 一日行动圈”及北京和上海等大都市交通圈逐渐形成。④ 在设施系统发展到“普适化”阶段后, 组织网络的提升对优化空间服务系统、加强城市间的经济联系, 并进而提高运输行业和区域经济的市场竞争力越来越重要;⑤ 交通枢纽城市的腹地和空间服务范围在扩大, 对经济活动空间区位的再选择产生较强的引导力。  相似文献

主要从产业区形成过程中不同集聚机制对城市空间要素的作用路径着手,分析了产业集聚对城市资本、就业与基础设施三大要素空间格局的影响机制;并结合北京大都市区几个典型产业集聚区的实例,在探讨其不同形成、发展机制的基础上,分析产业集聚对城市空间结构扩展演化具有怎样的作用机制.通过分析认为产业集聚时北京大都市区城市空间要素的作用机制主要体现在:主导资本流动格局、重塑劳动力市场分布和推动周边房地产市场3个方面;并以此推动了北京城市空间发展模式由"摊大饼"向轴向发展延伸,促进了近郊区城市副中心和远郊区新城的形成,使得北京城市空间向多极核、多功能的结构模式发展.  相似文献

对洛杉矶学派的缘起、背景、学术观点进行了系统的介绍,并对其在人文地理学多个分支学科产生的影响进行了梳理和分析。洛杉矶学派的学术思想建立在索亚提出的社会-空间辩证理论基础之上,认为在同一生产方式下,社会和空间是相互影响的。危机与重构是社会-空间辩证关系在城市区域发展现实中的投射。洛杉矶学派以洛杉矶大都市区的发展为蓝本,生动地诠释了社会空间的辩证思想以及危机、重构在现实中的体现,认为洛杉矶大都市区是向后现代城市发展转型的典型案例。洛杉矶学派的观点对人文地理学具有重要的影响,丰富了"人地关系"的内涵,提出了弹性生产下的新产业空间的概念,指出多中心结构是未来城市区域的发展方向,倡导空间上的社会正义,对经济地理、城市地理和社会地理的研究都起到了积极的推动作用。  相似文献

以杭州下沙高教东区为例,尝试探讨空间要素对大学生生活、学习等行为的时空影响,从大学生的需求出发,为完善大学城规划发展提供案例数据和思路。通过访谈和问卷调查方法,以杭州下沙高教东区部分大学的大学生日常行为调查问卷为基础,对其行为的时空特征进行调查和分析,并与处于市区的老校区学生进行对比。调查表明,新生和高年级学生行为空间模式和空间选择存在差异,新老校区的学生之间同样也存在差异。进而,探讨了造成这些差异的原因,总结出目前高教东区空间布局对学生行为的影响主要有:(1)功能分区;(2)校园区位与对外交通;(3)树形空间结构;(4)公共空间及设施布局。由此提出建议:(1)东区有必要考虑优化管理体制提高配套设施的共享效率;(2)加强高校与城市社区的互动;(3)大学城规划建设进一步"以人为本"满足师生合理的空间需求。  相似文献

全球经济服务化趋势增强、生产性服务业成为国际大都市主导产业和增长动力背景下,中国大城市正向服务经济迈进,生产性服务业的空间集聚成为影响城市空间重构和功能提升的重要力量。以北京市为案例区,基于基本单位普查和经济普查的大样本企业数据,运用Theil系数、空间基尼系数、赫芬代尔系数、EG指数、空间自相关模型和地理联系率进行城市生产性服务业空间集聚的综合测度研究。结果表明:①基于就业人数的城市生产性服务业空间差异更为明显且呈现扩大趋势,功能区间发展差异的贡献最大。②街区尺度生产性服务业区域集聚程度和企业集中程度均存在时间波动性和行业异质性,控制企业规模的产业集聚普遍存在,但空间集聚程度普遍较低。③城市生产性服务业就业分布呈现显著的空间关联性,首都功能核心区是高密度区与高密度区邻近的集中区域。④流通、信息、商务和科技服务相对于生产性服务业的空间集聚一致性较高,流通、商务和科技服务之间以及信息与科技服务之间的空间集聚一致性较高。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
