新疆阿拉山口区域现代物流产业发展分析

研究新疆西部阿拉山口区域物流活动,分析该区域发展物流产业的优势所在,着重分析论述该区域在地缘区位、物流腹地和市场、国际人通道以及与中亚五国产业互补等方面发展现代物流的优势所在,并找出组织发展阿拉山口现代物流的制约因素,最后针对制约该区域发展现代物流的因素,提出促进该区域发展现代物流的一些措施。从而起到促进该区域物流产业作为主导产业的发展,促成今后阿拉山口区域物流产业的规模化、一体化、集约化的发展。同时,这对优化新疆沿边产业结构、区域物流经济发展有借鉴作用。     

环渤海地区港口体系与其城市经济的偏移增长及重心耦合态势研究

环渤海地区作为我国经济发展的三大核心增长极之一,近年来地区港口发展迅猛,为港口城市经济发展提供了显著的辅助支撑。研究港口体系演化及其与港口城市发展的空间关联特征对于揭示环渤海地区港城互动发展具有重要意义。该文采用不均衡指数、偏移-分享模型及重心轨迹分析等方法,探讨了环渤海地区港口体系演化与港口城市经济发展的空间关联特征与耦合态势,结论如下:1)港口发展与城市经济建设总体上呈现明显的空间关联性,目前处于港口发展成熟期的大型港口(大连、青岛、天津等),与城市腹地经济发展基本形成良好的互动格局;处于生长期和发展期的中小港口与城市联系将更加紧密,但也存在某时期港口发展与城市经济建设发生一定的空间错位;2)整体而言,城市规模、港口规模指标不均衡指数均呈现下降;3)港口、城市总规模重心基本稳定在同一个区域内部,波动幅度相对较小;4)环渤海地区港口、城市总规模的偏移增长量在1998-2014年间始终保持正值,港口与腹地城市发展相对同步,港口是海港城市发展的重要支撑。     

长江中游港口腹地演变及港口-腹地经济协调发展研究

运用场强模型计算2001年以来长江中游主要港口的场强值,分析长江中游港口腹地演变特征及趋势,参照钱纳里多国模型划分腹地经济的发展阶段,运用协调发展度和相对发展度模型对处于不同经济发展阶段的腹地与其所属港口的协调关系进行评价,从而把长江中游港口-腹地隶属关系和协调关系纳入统一的研究框架。研究表明：2001年以来长江中游主要港口的场强在递增的同时区域异质性不断扩大。各港口腹地范围差异显著,但总体空间格局变化不显著,且港口腹地演变呈现扩大、缩小和趋于稳定3种态势。港口与腹地的综合协调关系整体处于港口发展滞后于腹地经济发展的磨合阶段,且表现出显著的空间分异特征;经济发展阶段、产业结构、自然条件、交通运输等因素对各港口与腹地经济的协调关系产生不同程度的影响。     

大连现代港口物流发展分析

港口物流业是高附加值、低能耗、低排放的产业。世界经济全球化、宏观经济形势变化,以及辽宁沿海经济带发展规划上升为国家战略,给大连发展现代港口物流业带来了难得的历史机遇。论文阐述了现代港口物流的内涵,分析了大连发展现代港口物流业的优势和现状,提出了整合港口资源,构建现代信息平台,加强港腹互动,大力培养现代港口物流人才的发展策略。     

基于烟羽模型的环渤海邮轮母港东三省消费腹地划分

在分析总结港口腹地研究的基础上,提出邮轮母港消费腹地的概念。选择烟羽模型,以环渤海地区的天津、大连、青岛三大邮轮母港在东三省的消费腹地进行划分。结果表明:邮轮母港自身强度是邮轮母港消费腹地划分的重要影响因素,环渤海三大邮轮母港中天津邮轮母港的消费腹地范围最广;距离并不是重要的决定因素,大连港虽然距离东三省较近,但其消费腹地范围少于距离更远的天津邮轮母港;距离虽然不是重要因素,但也会起到一定作用,虽然青岛邮轮母港的强度综合值高于大连邮轮母港,但因距离较远,在东三省的消费腹地很少。     

综合物流时代的到来与港口功能的演变

综合物流是现代社会对运输发展的客观要求，它要求实现运输的全球化、信息化、高效化和门对门，综合物流因此也改变了传统的运输组织体系。港口作为综合物流时代连接海向腹地和陆向腹地的重要节点，在整个物流体系中有着非常重要的地位，而综合物流也加快了港口功能的演变，现代港口已经成为国际物流体系的一个重要的节点。最后论述了如何加快我国物流体系及集装箱港口的建设。     

长江沿岸港口物流发展格局演化及其机制

以长江沿岸22个主要港口为研究单元,构建综合评价指标体系,运用基尼系数和标准差椭圆方法,分析2004-2014年沿江港口物流发展时空演化特征及其影响机制。结果表明:沿江港口物流发展地带性差异显著,东、中、西部港口群整体发展水平由东向西递减,而发展增速由东向西递增;个体层面上各港口物流综合发展水平也存在较大差距,并表现出明显的规模等级结构特征;沿江港口物流及其三个子系统的发展差异均呈逐步缩小态势,对港口物流整体发展差异贡献由大到小依次为城市支撑、基础设施和物流运营子系统;沿江港口物流发展重心逐步向长江中上游偏移,港口物流发展空间格局趋向分散化。区域经济发展的均衡化趋势、港口集疏运网络的持续优化、港口腹地竞争的多领域发展和港口物流区际合作的深化是沿江港口物流发展格局演化的重要驱动因素。     

长三角地区港口腹地范围演化及其影响机制

本文尝试将海港和内河港的腹地范围演化纳入统一的研究框架。运用场强模型划分2001年、2008年和2016年长三角主要海港和内河港口的直接腹地范围,分析其演化特征,总结演化最显著的两大龙头港口——上海港和宁波港的腹地演化影响机制。结果表明：① 港口场强分布特征是以三大海港为龙头形成三大高场强集聚区。② 港口直接腹地演化最明显的特征是宁波港扩张的腹地范围基本来自上海港收缩的腹地范围。③ 上海港的直接腹地范围不断被宁波港袭夺是因为上海港通过市场主导和行政协调的机制,扩展了沿着长江布局的内河港口群水水中转的间接腹地,而非直接陆地腹地;相反,宁波港主要依靠行政机制和逐渐强化的市场力量,使直接陆地腹地范围逐渐延展到浙江全省。     

中国港口地理研究进展

对中国地理学会联合中国自然资源学会公布的24种人文地理学领域中的高质量中文期刊进行筛选,重点分析了1982―2022年的552篇港口地理研究相关论文,以揭示中国港口地理研究的发展脉络以及研究特征。结果发现：1）中国港口地理研究大致经历了初创阶段、探索阶段、快速发展阶段、视角转变阶段。2）腹地划分的研究侧重在经济腹地和港口腹地一体化发展。物理和物流腹地研究有待进一步深入。3）港口的集中与分散度测量是港口体系研究的重点。多式联运的发展促使港口体系间的竞争更加激烈,学者倾向于从宏观的角度解释影响港口竞争的因素。4）港口网络的研究主要涉及拓扑空间布局、网络结构变化以及网络安全评估等内容。5）港城关系研究中,空间关系的考察集中在港城界面的发展,尤其是滨水区发展与规划。港城之间的经济关系相对复杂,学者尚未达成共识。6）中国港口地理研究具有服务国民经济应用的显著特征,港口布局和选址等内容是研究的重点。目前,中国对近些年西方强调的社会、制度、文化、供应链等内容关注较少。未来应重视极端天气与地缘政治的影响,深化港口内部码头以及企业的相关研究,推动AIS大数据的应用,加强相关理论的构造。     

基于“大树理论”的港口腹地全树形生命空间结构探析

港口腹地系统是支持区域经济发展和空间结构重塑的重要力量,是实现产业结构转型和资源优化配置的关键。基于港口腹地演化理论及生态学理论,根据港口腹地发展新特征,从概念界定、演化模式、演化机理等方面提出了港口腹地“大树理论”,将其分为港腹树干生长、港腹树根生长、港腹树冠生长、港腹全树形生命空间结构生成4个时序阶段,对各阶段演化模式进行刻画和解析。其次,从港腹空间系统、经济系统、交通系统等角度对港腹全树形生命空间结构演化机理进行系统揭示。最后,以大连作为实证研究案例,验证港口腹地“大树理论”。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
