中国伊犁河流域生态建设战略与互动模式

运用流域生态学和生态恢复学理论与方法,分析伊犁河流域生态环境背景和利弊因素,划分伊犁河流域为河谷次生林封育治理区、伊犁河谷平原农业和农林牧综合生态建设区、沙漠防风固沙林建设区、逆温带生态经济林建设区、山地水源涵养林建设区、高山冰雪及高寒荒漠生态区等生态建设区,以及乌孙山北部山前平原生态建设重点区;通过对各建设区的分析评价以及流域生态环境特点、资源配置结构、生态服务建设功能耦合关系的研究,提出流域垂直立体的生态建设格局、方向、重点等战略措施,以及流域生态与大农业"双赢"互动模式。为实现流域生态良性循环与大农业可持续发展提供依据。     

长江经济带绿色生态廊道建设研究

长江及其流域生态环境保护是长江经济带建设的基础和重要的支撑保障。长江横贯中国东中西三大地带,水量丰沛、水生态系统服务价值巨大。长江经济带生态区位重要,生态系统类型多样,生物多样性丰富,自然与人为因素影响下的生态环境变化呈现明显的区域差异。本文在系统分析长江经济带生态环境现状特征的基础上,总结了长江经济带面临的灾害威胁大、环境污染重和生态退化快等主要生态环境问题与威胁,提出了建设长江经济带绿色生态保障工程体系,加快形成开发集约集中、生态自然开敞的国土空间开发格局,加大生态系统完整性和连通性建设与保护力度,强化节能减排和流域环境综合治理,以及率先建立和完善生态文明制度体系等生态环境保护总体策略,确保长江经济带成为“水清地绿天蓝”的绿色生态走廊。     

《明清长江流域山区资源开发与环境变迁》评介

位于我国西北、西南、中南地区交界地带的秦岭大巴山地区,在明清时期我国普遍兴起的山地开发中具有典型意义.武汉大学张建民教授的<明清长江流域山区资源开发与环境变迁--以秦岭大巴山区为中心>一书(武汉大学出版社2007年11月出版),以其丰富翔实的资料、宏观与微观结合的视野、条分缕析的缜密分析,对明清时期长江中上游我国重要经济区与生态区的秦岭大巴山地区山地经济与地理环境变迁作了全面深入的研究,在一定程度上填补了国内历史上山地经济开发与环境变迁研究的空白.     

长江中游生态区湿地保护现状及保护空缺分析

基于长江中游生态区湿地类型、湿地植被和鸟类生境分布情况及湿地保护体系现状,利用ArcGIS软件空间分析功能,初步构建了合理保护长江中游生态区湿地的格局.研究结果表明,目前长江中游生态区已建立了各级不同类型湿地自然保护区和湿地公园共78个,使大约33.6%的湿地面积受到了保护:但仍有3种湿地型和2种自然湿地植被没有纳入保...     

小流域综合治理中的土地利用研究：以商城县吴河小流域为例

众所周知,小流域综合治理的目的是生态环境的良性循环,社会、经济效益的较大提高。但其基础是生态环境的正向演替。生态环境的改善又是以土地为立足点的。因此土地利用研究在小流域综合治理中具有举足轻重的地位。 一 商城县吴河小流域地处大别山北麓的低山丘陵地带,河南省商城县鲇鱼山水库上游。此流域以流入鲇鱼山水库的吴家河为干流,向上游有两条支流注入,整个流域总面积为24.24平方公里。 该流域以山地丘陵为主,河谷平原仅沿主河道和两条支流呈狭窄带状分布。据调查,全流域山地丘陵面积占总土地面积的74.6 ％。且大部分是由花     

长江经济带城市群可持续发展战略问题与分级梯度发展重点

长江经济带是推动中国区域发展由“T”字型战略格局转变为新常态下“H”型战略格局的重要支撑带。长江沿江的六大城市群是推动长江经济带新型城镇化的空间主体,但在发育过程中存在着城市群空间范围界定脱离发育标准、带有强烈的政府主导性,整体发育程度弱于沿海城市群,越往上游城市群发育程度减弱,资源与生态环境保障形势严峻,城市群内部城市之间竞争大于合作,缺乏一体化统筹协调机制等问题。为此,应以流域一体化和交通一体化为主线,推进长江经济带城市群建设的一体化和市场化进程,构建“1+2+3”分级梯度发展的长江经济带城市群新格局;以差异化驱动力为支撑,因地制宜地突出各级各类城市群的发展优势与建设重点。未来,为确保长江经济带城市群可持续发展,应采取以下战略措施：成立长江经济带城市群一体化发展委员会,建立流域一体化的统筹协调机制;遵循城市群发育的科学规律,避免脱离实际催生扩大城市群;构建以城市群为战略桥墩的上下联动、以轴串群的流域生态经济带束簇状城镇体系;建立长江经济带城市群发展的公共财政制度和公共财政储备机制;加强长江经济带城市群发展的生态环境联防联治,建成生态型城市群;加快长江经济带城市群发展的创新驱动步伐,建设创新型城市群;重点建设一批支撑长江经济带城市群发展的重大工程和国家级新区。     

塔里木河流域生态功能区划研究

生态功能区划为流域生态保护与修复提供重要的科学参考。而塔里木河流域由于缺少生态功能区划导致目前生态修复工程缺乏针对性,生态引水工程布局欠佳,以及生态修复和水资源管理的成效低下。为此,在对区域生态环境特征分析的基础上,将流域内不同区域的水文过程与生态结构、服务功能及生态环境敏感性相结合,依据生态功能区划原则、方法和指标体系,形成了塔里木河流域生态功能区划方案,即将该流域分为2个生态大区、4个生态区、28个生态亚区。研究成果不仅为流域实现水资源的优化配置和生态环境保护提供参考依据,也可为相似流域的生态功能区划研究提供示范和借鉴。     

喀斯特山地流域边界多层次提取的径流树模型

流域边界的确定是进行山地区域脆弱生态环境信息分析、评价及资源合理配置的重要基础,但提取过程中往往存在流域空间单元图斑破碎、流域空间粒度单一的不足。研究考虑了喀斯特山地的地表环境条件特殊性,综合数字水文地形模型在喀斯特流域边界提取的优势,提出了喀斯特山地流域边界多层次提取的径流树模型。方法基于坡面径流模拟算法对单一径流和集水区的准确划分,构建空间径流树模型,并以径流末端或出水口作为搜索终止条件,搜索判断所有径流的空间相交关系以控制不同层次的流域集水区合并,算法时间复杂度为O(nlogn)。最后,实验验证运用算法对珠江源头流域进行了四个层次的流域提取处理,提取得到的不同层次细节的流域界线,并与综合云南省流域分布图、等高线和人工实测的流域界线相吻合。     

长江黄河源区生态环境范围的探讨

在江河源区地理学与水文学界定的基础上,在明确界定源区范围四大原则与依据的前提下,文章综合分析了长江黄河源区的地貌特征、气候条件、植被分布以及水文水系特征,并在此基础上综合确定了长江黄河源区生态环境研究的范围。以达日水文站为界,以上区域为黄河流域生态环境研究的源区范围,流域控制面积约4.49×104 km², 源区为高原湖泊沼泽地貌,地形平缓, 高寒半干旱气候, 受水热条件控制植被主要为草原化草甸;长江流域生态环境研究的源区以聂恰曲汇口为界,流域控制面积约12.24×104 km²。长江源区为高平原丘陵地貌,地形变化和缓,气候为高寒干旱半干旱气候,因范围广阔,分布高寒草原和高寒草甸植被。     

西南地区生态环境建设的科技工程

西南地区日益受损的生态环境 ,对西部大开发 ,无疑是重要的制约因素。同时 ,还影响东部地区经济发展。 1 998年长江发生的全流域特大洪水灾害说明 ,西南地区日益受损的生态环境 ,已经影响到全流域的社会经济发展。为此 ,加强西部地区生态环境建设是实施西部大开发的重要组成部分。生态环境建设是科技含量很高的工程 ,必须作好现状调查、成因分析、防治措施、效果预测等研究。笔者建议开展下列生态环境建设科技工程。本文的生态环境建设科技工程包括生态环境建设中的科技难题攻关、观测试验站建设、推广示范基地建设 ,形成科研、试验示范、推…

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
