位于青藏高原北缘的酒西盆地,出露有完整的晚始新世地层,真实地记录了周缘构造的运动,使其成为研究高原北缘新生代构造活动的最佳场所之一.基于酒西盆地11条沉积剖面的沉积相、重矿物和古水流研究,建立了火烧沟组-白杨河组高精度的沉积格架,识别出盆地在晚始新世主要为走滑盆地,沉积形态主要受阿尔金断裂左行走滑作用控制.阿尔金断裂强烈的走滑作用受到北部阿拉善地体的阻挡,在酒西盆地北部形成一个前锋带.随后,高原内部强烈的南-北向挤压作用沿酒西盆地的刚性基底向南传递到北祁连断裂,形成了新近纪早期酒西前陆盆地的雏形.  相似文献

阿尔金断裂晚新生代左旋走滑位错的地质新证据   总被引:20,自引:5,他引:20  
通过对沿阿尔金断裂中段 (位于东经 88°至 92°)发育的晚第三纪走滑盆地沉积历史和走滑变形过程的野外观测以及对第四纪索尔库里盆地形成和演化过程的沉积环境复原的分析 ,提出了阿尔金断裂中段晚新生代左旋走滑位错的地质新证据。研究表明 ,晚第三纪走滑盆地经历了中新世晚期至上新世早期斜张走滑拉分和上新世晚期以来左旋错动的演化过程 ,沉积体沿断裂的错位分布特征指示至少发生了 80 km的左旋走滑位错。发育于阿尔金山链内部的索尔库里盆地起源于晚第三纪早期强烈的侵蚀作用 ,成为柴达木盆地快速沉积的主要物源区。该侵蚀盆地于中晚更新世闭合并演化成一个独立的沉积盆地。通过侵蚀盆地外流通道的复原指示阿尔金断裂自晚第三纪以来累积了 80~ 1 0 0 km的左旋位错。在此基础上 ,结合穿越断裂构造的 级区域水系形成的洪积裙宽度和主干河道沿断裂迹线的拐折长度 ,探讨了阿尔金断裂晚新生代左旋走滑位错量沿走向分布的特征 ,估算了左旋走滑速率  相似文献

至今仍在活动的阿尔金左旋走滑断裂构成了青藏高原地质意义上的北界,是世界上规模最大、也是最重要的巨型断裂之一,其新生代的快速走滑是吸收印藏碰撞变形的重要途径.对其新生代大规模走滑的起始时间目前尚无一个统一认识,主要受其本身复杂性的限制,也很难找到一个确切的直接证据来限定其走滑时间.本文从阿尔金断裂走滑作用相关的一系列地质现象入手,从多个角度综合阐述这一科学问题,包括柴达木盆地西缘的物源变化、塔里木盆地东南缘走滑挤压挠曲盆地的形成、青藏高原北缘上地壳强烈的NE-SW向缩短变形、走滑相关盆地的形成以及与走滑断裂相伴生的线性隆起形成等等.结果表明与阿尔金断裂左旋走滑相关的地质现象大量出现在中中新世以后,约束得出阿尔金断裂新生代大规模的走滑始于约15±2Ma.此外还分析了本文结果所得出的阿尔金断裂新生代长期滑移速率与实测第四纪滑移速率相互矛盾的原因,并讨论了阿尔金断裂左旋走滑与阿尔金山的隆升以及青藏高原东北缘在中中新世的构造应力转换之间的关系.  相似文献

阿尔金断裂带是青藏高原自印度与欧亚大陆碰撞后向北扩展的前缘断裂,其新生代活动性对于研究青藏高原隆升与扩展过程和机制具有重要意义。近些年,运用热年代学、断裂几何学和运动学、沉积学、磁性地层学和地震学等方法对阿尔金断裂带的性质、组成结构、断裂活动时代、走滑断裂运动特征、走滑位移量和走滑速率等进行了细致的研究,而对阿尔金断裂带沿线受其控制的新生代沉积盆地的地层年代、沉积演化特征虽然也有一定研究,但往往仅限于单个盆地,缺乏对沿线盆地整体的对比认识,造成对阿尔金断裂带走滑起始时间及阿尔金山的隆升历史存在不同的认识。本文对近二十年来阿尔金断裂带沿线新生代沉积盆地的磁性地层年代与沉积相演化的研究进展进行综述,建立阿尔金断裂带沿线盆地新生代沉积序列和年代框架;辅助热年代学等资料,提出阿尔金断裂带的三阶段演化模型:始新世-中中新世,阿尔金断裂带以大幅度的走滑运动为主,同时伴随着阿尔金山小范围的隆升;中中新世开始,阿尔金山开始大规模的隆升,伴随着较少量的走滑运动;晚中新世以来,阿尔金断裂带构造活动加强。  相似文献

柴达木盆地西北部的新生代变形受北东向的挤压冲断和北东东向左旋走滑剪切的共同控制,我们依据地表地质调 查、钻井以及三维地震资料,精细分析盆地西部英雄岭北端的咸水泉背斜的变形特征和机制。生长地层显示咸水泉背斜于 晚中新世开始活动,更新世快速生长。背斜主要受北北西向的右旋基底逆冲断裂控制,具有明显的南北分段特征。南段受 阿尔金断裂的影响很小,主要表现为北北西向的次级背斜及北西向的反冲断裂,缩短量较小;北段受阿尔金左旋走滑断裂 的影响较大,主要表现为北西西向的次级背斜和反冲断裂,缩短量较大。本研究支持柴达木盆地整体为一挤压型盆地,西 北侧阿尔金左旋走滑断裂对其变形的影响仅局限在有限的范围内。  相似文献

阿尔金断裂在100~85 Ma、40~25 Ma、10~8 Ma具有多期活动的特征。通过对柴达木盆地西南地区中-新生代地层中构造节理数据的采集、层面校正和综合分析,认为阿尔金断裂多期活动在柴达木盆地西南地区的表征存在差异:即晚白垩世断裂走滑活动对该地区的影响范围较窄,限于阿尔金山前附近;始新世上干柴沟组、中新世下油砂山组沉积之后,阿尔金断裂2期明显的走滑逆冲活动影响范围逐渐增大,可分别达到干柴沟、油砂山一带。这可能与南部青藏高原的多期推覆逆冲导致阿尔金断裂被动活化有关。因此,盆地西南地区油气勘探过程中阿尔金断裂3期走滑逆冲活动的影响值得重视。  相似文献

从阿尔金断裂带的组成、延伸规模、活动时期、活动方式、位错量、活动速率和模式研究诸方面对阿尔金断裂带国内外同行近20年的研究成果进行归纳评述,认为阿尔金断裂带主要由5条断裂组成,其中阿尔金断裂延伸长度近 1 700 km,中新生代左旋走滑活动,累积位错量达400±50 km。晚新生代走滑位错量明显由西向东减小,这可能与印度板块新生代以来的脉冲式北向俯冲有关。未来10年,阿尔金山的隆升年代学研究、断裂对两侧盆地的控制作用及指导油气勘探将引起更多学者的关注。  相似文献

阿尔金断裂是由阿尔金主干断层及其它次级断裂组成的巨型走滑断裂系,其分布规律符合左行走滑挤压模式。石包城盆地位于阿尔金断裂带内,为祁连山所围限,面积大约为3 000 km~2。通过对盆地上新统地层、砾岩砾石成份、古流向等沉积特征的综合研究分析表明:盆地南部边缘位于土大坂以南,主要由砾岩和含砾砂岩组成,其中灰岩占砾石成份80%以上;盆地东部边缘在石包城乡地区,砾岩砾石成份以花岗岩、片岩和片麻岩等变质岩居多,夹杂少量硅质岩;盆地的沉降中心位于双泉井子附近,靠近阿尔金断裂一侧;石包城盆地古水流方向为北西和北北西方向,说明该地区地势自南东至北西方向逐渐降低,盆地南东方向应为隆起区;石包城盆地双泉井子以西物源区应为盆地南缘的大雪山等一系列山体,而东北部物源应来自石包城乡附近的山体。石包城盆地是阿尔金断裂带中主干断层与分枝断层联合作用形成的走滑分枝盆地,从上新世以来,盆地至今扩张量约为30~40 km。按相同的位移速率,本文估算了阿尔金主干断层石包城段自渐新世以来的走滑量,大约为218 km。  相似文献

通过变形构造几何学、岩石学和区域构造对比研究,认为阿尔金断裂西北侧的阿尔金山北缘、南缘近EW走向的蓝片岩-榴辉岩高压变质带、榴辉岩超高压变质带分别与阿尔金断裂东南侧的北祁连山、柴北缘NW—SE/NWW—SEE走向的蓝片岩-榴辉岩高压变质带、榴辉岩超高压变质带相对应,并且,高压变质带与超高压变质带的宽度和走向在断裂两侧存在较大的变化。这种在断裂带中宽度变窄、角度趋于与断裂带走向一致的变化是韧性或韧脆性走滑过程中产生的拖曳构造。因此,阿尔金断裂带走滑过程中存在较大的韧性变形,它的最大累积走滑位移量应由韧性和脆性走滑位移量组成,至少大于500km,小于1000km。另外,拖曳构造的几何特征,以及西昆仑库地北蛇绿岩、阿尔金南缘蛇绿岩和柴北缘蛇绿岩在年龄、岩石组合及地球化学特征方面均具有相似之处,暗示在早古生代时期西昆仑和阿尔金南缘、柴北缘很可能处于相同的构造背景之中,后被阿尔金断裂所切割。因此,综合得出了阿尔金断裂带最大累积左旋走滑位移量为900~1000km。  相似文献

位于青藏高原北缘的阿尔金左旋走滑断裂是世界上规模最大也是最重要的线性构造之一,其新生代以来的活动方式是限定高原生长机制的重要边界条件.本文在对阿尔金山中不同方向隆起构造进行分析的基础上,综合前人资料论证了阿尔金断裂在晚始新世-中中新世时以基底剪切为主,大规模地表走滑则发生在中中新世以后.对柴达木盆地内近东西向和北西向断裂系统的分布、形态、活动时间进行了详细的分析,发现它们是在不同时间、不同区域、不同控制条件下形成的两套断裂系统,与阿尔金断裂的两阶段活动方式存在很好的耦合关系.柴达木盆地西北侧的沉积和构造特征表明阿尔金山的隆升幅度和范围在中中新世达到最大,随后则逐渐减小,这种变化也与阿尔金断裂从基底剪切到地表走滑的转换非常吻合.  相似文献

The Global Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP) for the base of the Silurian System was defined in 1985. Since that time, a number of researchers have suggested that this section has serious deficiencies for use as a GSSP. As a result, in 2000, the Subcommission on Silurian Stratigraphy (SSS) proposed undertaking a formal restu@ of this GSSP, which was subsequently approved by the International Commission of Stratigraphy (ICS). The result of this restudy was the formal proposal that the current GSSP, at 1.6 m above the base of the Birkhill Shale, at Dob's Linn, Scotland, should be maintained as the same locality and stratigraphic level, but the bios- tratigraphical definition of the boundary should be revised. The previously defined, basal Silurian grapto- lite zone, the Parakidograptus acuminatus Zone, should be subdivided into a lower Akidograptus ascensus Zone and a higher E acuminatus Zone. The base of the A. ascensus Zone, marked by the first appearance of A. ascensus, should be regarded as the biostratigraphic mark for the base of the Silurian. This proposal has now been formally approved by the SSS and ICS, and ratified by International Union of Geological Sciences. This is the first GSSP to undergo formal restudy and redefini- tion, and the proposal also included a recommended procedure for restudy of GSSPs.  相似文献

It is known from observations that the center of mass of the Moon does not coincide with the geometric center of its figure, and the line connecting these two centers is not aligned with the direction toward the center of the Earth, instead deviating toward the Southeast. This stationary deviation of the axis of the inertia ellipsoid of the Moon to the South of the direction toward the Earth is analyzed. A system of five linear differential equations describing the physical libration of the Moon in latitude is considered, and these equations are derived using a new vector method taking into account perturbations from the Earth and partly from the Sun. The characteristic equation of this system is obtained, and all five oscillation frequencies are found. Special attention is paid to the fifth (zero) frequency, for which the solution of the latitude libration equations are stationary and represents a previously unknown additional motion of the rotational axis of theMoon in a cone with a small opening angle. In contrast to the astronomical precession of the Earth, the rotation of the angular-velocity vector is in the positive direction (counter-clockwise), with the period T 3 = 27.32 days. On this basis, this phenomenon has been named “quasi-precession.” This quasi-precession leads to a stationary inclination of the major axis of the inertia ellipsoid of theMoon to the South (for an observer on Earth), making it possible to explain one component of the observed deviation of the center of mass of the Moon from the direction toward the Earth. The opening angle of the quasiprecession cone is approximately 0.834″.  相似文献

Important tendencies in development of the world mineral-resources sector at the beginning of the 21st century were an increase in production and consumption of mineral materials differentiated by types of metals and nonmetallic mineral raw materials, by countries and regions, as well as the concentration of the production of mineral raw materials in a small number of countries, and a reduction in industrial reserves of minerals in the world economy, even at the current stage of their extraction. Taking the example of W Sudan, an analysis of the climatic incidents leading to the two recent famine disasters is made. On this natural background, the human side is investigated. Focus is directed towards the fragile economic structure of the famine-prone population groups. An early-warning system for famine in the Sahelian Zone is proposed taking grain production and storage, livestock development and the relationship between the prices of livestock and grain as major indicators.  相似文献

东濮凹陷北部沙三中亚段广泛发育盐岩和烃源岩,这两个看似不能共存的物质却在这里互层共生。该时期研究区沉积特征为多盐韵律与多层烃源岩互层共生、连续沉积,单个盐韵律厚度从几米到十几米,烃源岩有机质丰度高、类型好。平面上,两者在湖盆沉积沉降中心共生;垂向上,高有机质丰度、好干酪根类型与高盐度地层具有较好的对应关系。因而成为恢复古气候和古环境的重要研究对象。通过岩石学、古生物学以及Sr/Ba、B/Ga、(V+Ni+Mn)、Fe/Mn、Sr/Cu、Mg/Ca、V/(V+Ni)、稀土元素含量和氯同位素等方法对凹陷北部沙三中亚段的沉积环境进行研究。结果表明,凹陷北部沙三中亚段为深水沉积的还原环境,古盐度较高,达到半咸水-咸水沉积;微量元素和孢粉化石特征表明研究区沙三中亚段为温暖潮湿的环境。  相似文献

据1:5万区域地质调查和专题研究资料,就郯庐断裂带是否南延与消失的原因,其与大别—苏鲁造山带交截形成的假位错效应,以及与中新生代沉积盆地形成演化的关系等作了新的阐述。在此基础上,讨论了郯庐断裂带是否为巨大的左行平移断层或转换断层。认为郯庐断裂带可能是在“古郯庐带”的基础上于早侏罗世重新活动、白垩纪强烈活动的地堑型枢纽断裂带。  相似文献

In order to characterise the influence of the heavyrains on the observed landslides during the 1996–1997hydrological cycle, rainfall records for the last 100years are analysed from 104 stations in easternAndalusia. Regarding the amounts of rain recordedbetween October 1996 and March 1997 in the 104stations studied, 31 presented new all-time records;15 presented values that were 80–100% of thepre-1995 record; 49 stations, 80–50%; and 9stations, < 50%. A map has been devised of thesusceptibility of the materials through which thesouth-eastern Andalusian road network crosses,together with an inventory of the damage caused byinstability phenomena on banks and cuttings of theroad network during the winter of 1996–1997. Therelationships between the rainfall during the studyperiod, the damage caused to the road network and thesusceptibility of the materials affected are analysed.The results indicate that there is a clearcorrespondence between the rainfall recorded and thesusceptibility of the materials with the inventorieddamage. It is concluded that the widespread seriousdamage caused in early 1997 to the roads andsurrounding areas in the Alpujarra region and thecoast of the Province of Granada was mainly caused bythe extraordinarily heavy rains. However, considerablyless damage was observed where the susceptibility ofthe terrain is low, thus highlighting the extremeusefulness of terrain-susceptibility maps for riskprevention and territorial planning.  相似文献
