北京市城区扩展的空间格局与影响因素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

2000年以来北京市持续推进产业结构升级,由此引发了经济活动的空间重构,伴随着住宅郊区化、职住分离以及交通基础设施的配套建设,将引起新一轮城市空间扩展。构建顾及综合可达性因素、邻域因素、自然因素、规划因素以及社会经济因素的城市空间扩展模型,分析诊断北京城区扩展进程中的主要影响因素及问题,从而为指导与管治北京市城市空间的有序扩展提供科学支撑。研究表明:① 综合交通静态可达性(单一年份)与城市扩展呈显著负相关;综合交通动态可达性(年份之间的可达性变化)则在引导北京市城市空间发展方面并无显著影响。② 邻域建设用地百分比与城市扩展呈正相关,而农用地、林业用地及水域用地的比例将减少土地开发的概率。③ 城市总体规划在指导城市空间扩展的纲领性地位逐渐受到重视,其对城区扩展的影响程度最为显著。④ 常住人口的分布现状、第二产业企业数量、第三产业企业数量分布现状对土地开发无显著影响。⑤ 认为北京市静态可达性与土地利用变化呈负相关,即可达性条件较差的地区,土地开发的可能性越小,这与北京市“摊大饼式”空间蔓延和居住郊区化的发展现实相符;北京市动态可达性与土地利用变化亦呈负相关,表明可达性提高程度越大的区域并不一定带来更高的土地开发几率,这从侧面传递了沿着既有建成区进行土地扩展的概率远远大于由于诸如轨道交通建设而带来可达性极大改善区域的概率。因此,重视与发挥综合交通动态可达性指标对城市扩展的引导作用,将是有效破解城市蔓延式扩张、优化城市扩展的重要手段。  相似文献

城市蔓延已成为具有普遍意义的现象,然而,城市蔓延内涵的争议性和模糊性问题一直没有得到很好的解决。本文将城市蔓延定义为一种低效、低密度、无序的城市空间开发模式,这种开发模式与中国城市高质量发展的目标和要求是相违背的。为实现对城市蔓延的宏观管理和精准调控,有效遏制城市蔓延带来的负面影响,本文开发了一套多维度、可比较的,并且与城镇化质量紧密关联的城市蔓延指数。基于卫星影像与人口、经济统计数据,选取代表城市蔓延核心特征的多个指标,采用主成分分析法计算了全国主要大城市2014年城市蔓延指数。结果发现,经济效率维主成分对综合蔓延指数贡献最大(41.30%),人口密度维主成分次之(20.49%),空间形态维主成分贡献率排第三(12.35%)。值得注意的是,许多经济发展较落后的城市因为经济效率维度的短板效应显著而被列入最蔓延的行列。此外,不同维度城市蔓延指数空间分布差异明显,并且综合蔓延指数与城市规模呈一定的负相关关系。  相似文献

三峡库区(重庆段)生态屏障带土地利用冲突演变特征分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
近年来,飞速发展的城市化除带来经济的持续增长同时,土地利用冲突已逐渐影响到区域的可持续发展。本文构建了土地利用"类型-格局-过程"冲突的测度指数,以三峡库区(重庆段)生态屏障带为研究区,分析了从2000至2015年的土地利用冲突演变,结果表明:(1)土地利用类型冲突空间分异明显。从2000至2015年类型冲突指数值升高,冲突程度加剧,空间上呈都市核心和都市拓展区严重渝东北(南)轻度的分异特征。(2)土地利用格局冲突中建设空间和生态空间破碎度指数增长较快且空间分异显著。建设空间破碎度指数表现为渝东北(南)高都市区低,而农用空间和生态空间破碎度指数则刚好相反,即渝东北(南)低都市区高。(3)土地利用过程冲突空间分异同样明显。主要表现为都市区程度加剧,城市发展新区、渝东北和渝东南程度一般。(4)总体而言,从2000年至2015年研究区土地利用冲突程度加重,并且空间分异明显需制定不同的土地相关政策。都市区建设用地的不断拓展使其土地利用冲突程度严重,需对该区城市建设方面挖掘更协调的开发模式;作为都市区的外延区,城市发展新区具备了足够可供开发的建设空间和潜力,可缓解都市区日益加剧的土地利用冲突;渝东北生态涵养区和渝东南生态保护区的土地利用冲突程度整体可控,但城市建设区和自然保护区存在一定冲突,必须切实加强空间管控和对策。其不同区域的土地利用冲突特征结果可为未来土地资源空间优化、城市建设和区域可持续发展提供科学依据。  相似文献

通过分析甘肃省各县区1991-2011年人口和GDP数据,计算各县区的人口地理集中度、经济地理集中度、不一致指数和Moran’s I指数等,综合运用SPSS、GeoDA和ArcGIS软件,对甘肃省人口、经济的空间分异和关联性进行研究,结果表明:甘肃省人口与经济空间分布均呈西北低东南高,高值区围绕市区集聚的特点;甘肃省人口经济的地理联系密切,地理分布一致,但是两者之间又存在一定的偏差性,表现在人口地理集中度的空间差异远大于经济地理集中度的空间差异;人口与经济匹配关系在空间分布上由分散转变为集中,总体来说不断趋于协调;从相关指数来看,甘肃省大部分地区人口经济在时间和空间上具有较弱的相应关系。  相似文献

通过对粤港澳大湾区城市间旅游经济收入的联系状态、增长状态和差异状态的量化分析,探究粤港澳大湾区城市群旅游经济协调发展程度的空间格局及演化趋势,得出粤港澳大湾区内部城市的旅游经济协调发展度,研究结果显示粤港澳大湾区的旅游经济协调发展总体呈良好上升态势,集中表现在:(1)粤港澳大湾区城市旅游经济收入存在空间正相关性,且出现一定的聚集特征。(2)广州、深圳的旅游经济增长关联度较高,对大湾区内其他城市的旅游经济增长具有较好的促进作用。(3)各城市的旅游收入增长差距逐渐缩小,旅游经济向更加均衡的方向发展。(4)大部分城市的旅游经济协调发展水平逐渐提高,其中广州最高,中山最低。  相似文献

基于自然与人文多重栅格数据,构建人居环境质量综合指数评价模型,分析2015年关中平原城市群人居环境的空间分异格局,并对人口分布与人居环境质量的协同性进行探讨。结果表明:(1)人居自然环境呈现出自东向西,由山地、高原向平原、谷地依次递减的空间分布格局,受地形影响最为明显,地形起伏度与人居自然环境呈负相关关系。(2)人居人文环境表现出平原低、山区高,城镇高于乡村的空间分布格局,受城市行政层级影响显著。(3)关中平原城市群人居环境综合质量指数介于0.216~0.716之间,呈现出以关中平原、汾河谷地向外梯级递减的带状空间分布格局。(4)关中平原城市群人口密度与人居环境质量空间分布显著一致,总体呈现出平原高于山地,城市高于乡村的空间分布规律,人居环境质量越高,人口密度越大,土地利用也越充分。  相似文献

研究城市土地潜力是城市建设者合理利用城市土地、提高城市土地利用效率、保护耕地的基础。该文利用GIS对土地、规划、环保、人口等相关数据进行整合,从房地产开发的角度建立测算最低经济容积率的模型,求得每块城市土地的经济容积率;基于GIS空间分析功能,分析城市土地利用现状与最低经济容积率,并用地域环境质量综合评价、历史文化名城保护规划等数据对结果进行修正,得出南京市城市土地潜力的数量、质量及空间分布。  相似文献

以不同时期徐州市土地扩展图、现状图和遥感图像为数据源,提取了7个时段徐州城市用地变化的相关数据信息,利用扩展强度指数、人口弹性指数、经济弹性指数、紧凑度变化指数、分形维数、重心转移等指标,系统地研究了徐州城市土地时空扩展特征,并探讨了影响城市扩展的因素.结果表明:1949-2007年,徐州城市土地扩展速度、扩展强度指数、经济弹性指数逐年升高,呈现出明显的由非理性向理性发展趋势;城市土地空间扩展经历了建国初期的非连续性的星状扩展-文革时期城市的内部填充、圈层式推进-改革开放初期的城市蔓延-本世纪的"组团状 卫星城"等主要的过程,在一定程度上反映了徐州城市土地扩展由无序走向有序,由粗放走向集约.城市土地扩展是自然环境、经济、人口、城市规划、交通、国家政策等多种因素综合作用的结果.在不同的扩展阶段,不同的因素组合占主导地位.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
