北京市森林生态安全情景模拟与优化调控研究

在界定森林生态安全内涵的基础上,构建森林生态安全综合评价指标体系,建立基于SD模型的森林生态安全情景分析和调控模型,设计了林业政策扶持型、社会经济中速发展型、环境管理强化型、森林-社会经济-环境协调发展型等4种发展情景,并对各情景下的森林生态安全状况进行了仿真和动态评价分析。研究表明：初始状态中（即情景0）,2000-2020年北京市森林生态安全综合评估值（FES）呈波动上升趋势,2013年达到最佳状态为0.527,但到2020年小幅下降到0.519,森林生态系统安全状况改善并不明显。与情景0相比,情景1~4均不同程度地提升了北京市森林生态安全水平,到2020年FES分别达到0.541,0.525,0.559和0.604,且森林资源的数量和质量也均有不同程度地改善。4种调控方案的模拟结果显示,北京市森林生态安全受林业政策实施、森林资源禀赋、社会经济发展和环境治理等因素的综合影响。只有保持森林资源的生产力和持续活力,注重维护森林生态环境的稳定健康,兼顾引导社会经济有序发展（即情景4）,北京市森林生态安全才会显著改善。     

内蒙古西部生态环境综合评价研究

内蒙古西部生态环境比较恶劣，影响生态环境的因子很多，从土地利用方式、环境现状和人类活动排泄物等3个方面出发，选取了对环境影响最重要的17个主导因子，采用综合指数法和灰色关联系数法，以旗县为评价单元进行生态环境综合评价。评价结果显示，内蒙古西部生态环境质量指数在—28．35～2．67之间。根据评价结果将内蒙古西部各旗县的生态环境质量分为4级，其中一级占15.4％，二级占36．5％，三级占34．6％，四级占13.5％。结果表明以牧业为主的旗县生态环境相对良好，旱作农业和灌涸农业次之，城市市区的环境质量最差。     

城市内河综合整治工程对周边房产的影响研究--以上海浦东张家浜为例

本文以浦东张家浜为案例，对城市内河综合整冶工程进行了成效分析，并基于内涵资产评价法思路着重探讨了综合整治工程对河道周边房产价格的影响。研究结果表明，城市内河综合整治工程不但具有显著的生态环境效益，而且可以带来较好的社会经济效益，根据调查结果估算，张家浜河道综合整治工程大约能够使周边房价提升5～10％。     

吉林省生态经济区竞争力评价

吉林省依据其社会、经济和生态环境的现状,提出了生态省建设的战略决策,以提高综合竞争力,实现可持续发展。本文在阐述吉林生态省和区域生态经济竞争力内涵的基础上,从经济发展、生态环境、社会进步三个方面,创建了评价指标体系和评价方法,评价了吉林省9个地级区的生态经济竞争力。结合吉林省生态经济区划图,得出结论:中部生态经济竞争力最强,东部和东中部次之,西部最弱。最后根据评价结果提出了参考建议。     

梵净山生物生态演化的世界自然遗产价值对比分析

世界自然遗产是大自然赋予人类的宝贵资源和财产,而梵净山世界自然遗产提名地在生物生态演化上具有显著的突出普遍价值,研究其世界自然遗产价值,对梵净山以及其他类似区域的生态环境保护和自然资源的合理开发有重要的指导意义。从全球对比的视角出发,选取10个位于不同大陆且与梵净山的气候和生态环境有着相似性的世界遗产地,并结合世界遗产第Ⅸ条(有关生物生态过程方面)的评价标准进行对比分析,揭示了梵净山的突出普遍价值。对比分析表明,梵净山具有更为复杂的生物生态演化过程;更为重要的南北、东西植物区系的交汇叠置;更为完整与独特的山地垂直自然带谱;更具有丰富的生物多样性。梵净山囊括了亚热带、暖温带、温带与寒温带生物生态特征,是全球中亚热带湿润区从山地丘陵到亚高山山地正在进行的生物生态演化过程的杰出范例,代表了亚热带湿润区山地森林生态系统的世界自然遗产价值。     

遥感技术在新疆生态环境监测与综合评价中的应用

应用RS和GIS技术，对新疆生态环境进行了宏观监测，在此基础上，采用综合指数评价法，对2002年全疆区域各县市的生态环境质量进行了综合评价和分级，并结合2000年的同类数据，对比分析了两年间全疆各县市生态环境质量的动态变化情况。结果表明：虽然两年间生态环境质量变化不大，但新疆生态环境质量背景总体较差，而且在空间分布上存在着较大的差异。因此，客观、准确地认识和评价新疆的生态环境质量现状，制定相应的生态环境保护对策，对于新疆社会经济与生态环境的可持续发展是十分重要的。     

安宁河流域生态林业建设的初步研究

本文运用生态学理论，结合安宁河流域的生态、经济现状提出了流域内林业发展方向即实施生态林业建设；并阐述了必要性和可行性。作者认为只有打破旧的林业模式，发展多效用林业；重视森林的生态防护效益，从而治理和改善生态环境才能为全流域的经济综合开发提供巨大的生态环境容量和物质财富。在对林业现状评价的基础上，本文提出了生态林业建设的基本原则、战略重点和目标。     

基于RS与GIS的自然生态环境评价—以海南岛为例

遥感和地理信息系统技术的发展为研究区域生态环境变化提供了有效手段，文中以1987年海南植被类型分布图，1988年海南省土壤侵蚀图和1998年的TM遥感资料为信息源，综合GIS参与监督分类及目视判读的方法，以GIS为工具提取生态因子信息并按景观生态类型进行了评价。结果表明海南生态环境质量由中部向外依次降低，森林生态环境好，部分园林和农田生态环境质量较差。     

关山草原旅游风景区开发中生态环境保护与建设

随着旅游业的迅速发展,生态旅游已成为旅游业一个重要的发展方向。山地是一个生态旅游资源丰富、开发潜力较大之区域,但也是生态环境较脆弱之地带,必然带来生态环境危机。如何在开发中保护生态环境,建设和优化生态环境,使区域社会经济和生态环境协调而持续发展是首要研究的问题。通过对关山草原风景区的开发规划研究、提出关山旅游资源开发中生态环境保护与建设的意见与方法,以促使山地生态环境保护和建设。     

西藏工布自然保护区生态系统服务价值评估与管理

自然保护区已经成为西藏地区脆弱生态系统可持续发展的重要管理模式。本文以工布自然保护区为例,根据西藏森林清查数据、工布自然保护区的实际情况和国内外权威部门公布的生态服务参考价格,参照《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》,评估了工布自然保护区资源的经济、生态和社会价值。结果表明,工布自然保护区森林生态系统服务价值为1778.56亿元。其中经济价值为694.41亿元,主要是由林木价值和林副产品价值组成;生态价值主要包括水源涵养、保育土壤、固碳释氧、净化大气、森林防护、生物多样性和森林游憩,计算得到的自然保护区生态价值为1083.77亿元;工布自然保护区的社会价值中主要是增加就业与维持社会稳定的总价值3815.41万元。根据得到的评价结果,分析了西藏自然保护区在管理方面的现状及问题,并提出了相关建议。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
