相邻结构地震反应MR阻尼器控制的仿真分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文仿真分析了应用磁流变(MR)阻尼器对相邻结构地震反应的控制效果,为进一步开展模型试验研究奠定了基础。建立了地震激励下相邻结构MR阻尼器控制系统的运动方程,提出了描述MR阻尼器阻尼力滞回特性的改进S igmoid模型,分别对应用开关控制、半主动控制以及最小或最大电流被动控制的四种控制方法的相邻结构地震反应的控制效果进行了仿真分析。结果表明,在相邻结构间连接安装MR阻尼器可以有效地控制相邻结构的地震反应,且开关控制方法和半主动控制方法的控制效果均好于两种被动控制方法,体现了MR阻尼器阻尼力可调的优点;在四种控制方法中,半主动控制方法的控制效果最好,体现了MR阻尼器阻尼力具有连续调节能力的优点;若能解决MR阻尼器的剩磁问题,半主动控制方法的控制效果会得到进一步的提高。  相似文献

本文提出一种新的航电设备减振控制策略,采用半主动磁流变阻尼器与小阻尼柔性橡胶支座来取代目前采用高阻尼刚性橡胶支座的方法,以降低对航电设备的耐振要求,增强飞机飞行的安全性。本文建立了航电设备减振控制的两自由度刚体平-扭耦联模型,荷载激励考虑了基底平动与转动加速度。磁流变阻尼器的半主动控制算法选用限幅最优控制算法,主控制器为H2/LQG控制器,并采用一种加速度反馈的控制策略。针对目前的被动控制方案,本文研究了支座阻尼对减振控制效果的影响。为了得到最优的半主动控制效果,本文对控制器的权矩阵进行了参数优化分析。文中针对一系列工况详细比较了本文所提出的半主动控制策略与目前被动控制策略的减振控制效果。仿真分析结果表明,磁流变阻尼器可以非常有效地减小航电设备的动力反应,新的减振控制策略远优于现有的被动控制方案。  相似文献

建筑结构的半主动控制系统中的传感器,在强震作用下可能因出现故障而影响控制效果。以磁流变阻尼器为例,研究半主动容错控制系统的设计方法。首先,研究了基于状态观测器的半主动H∞控制器设计方法,并将之应用到建筑结构采用磁流变阻尼器的减振控制中;运用改进Bouc-Wen模型,计算磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力,通过求解一个代数Riccati方程和一个状态观测方程,得出了基于状态观测器的H∞主动控制律;再对其采用Clipped-optimal方法实施半主动控制策略。然后,针对传感器故障,利用观测器组的输出残差对故障进行在线诊断,并通过几个观测器状态值的比较得到故障的大小,并据此对传感器的测量值进行修正,从而消除故障对闭环系统的影响,最终实现半主动H∞容错控制。仿真结果表明,该方法具有很好的容错控制效果。  相似文献

本文建立了用ER/MR智能阻尼器耦联的带裙房高层建筑结构地震反应半主动控制的设计计算方法,文中,在导出ER/MR智能阻尼器力学模型的基础上,建立了ER/MR智能阻尼器耦联的带裙房层建筑结构地震反应的基本方程,并根据瞬时最优主动控制的原则,提出了ER/MR智能阻尼器耦联的带裙房高层建筑地震反应半主动控制的基于最优主动控制位移的“开关-耗能”半主动控制策略,应用本文方法对主楼20层,裙房5层的计算结构;受控地震反应的模拟计算结构表明,耦联主楼和裙房的半主动的ER/MR智能阻尼器可有效地抑制带裙房高层建筑结构地震反应的鞭梢效应,并可均匀地减小结构各层的震反应,是一种简单,方便和有效的智能控制装置。  相似文献

本文研究半主动控制系统中磁流变(MR)阻尼器的控制力优化问题,从而提高MR阻尼器的半主动控制效果。文中首先建立了多自由度结构MR阻尼器控制系统的运动方程;然后根据MR阻尼器的出力特性提出了结构控制的半主动控制律,并对控制率中MR阻尼器的最大控制力设计值提出了不同的优化取值方法;最后仿真分析了MR阻尼器的不同最大控制力设计值对不同自由度结构的控制效果。研究表明,当设计值取最优控制力的平均绝对值或均方根值时,MR阻尼器的最大控制力比最优控制力的最大值降低了85%,而控制效果降低不多,可以满足对结构的控制要求;降低最大控制力设计值后,不但可以充分发挥MR阻尼器的出力性能,而且可以缩小MR阻尼器的设计尺寸,便于工程应用。  相似文献

提出了使用MR阻尼器(Magnetorheological Damper)作为控制设备,以模糊集为基础的半主动控制算法,研究了8种模糊控制规则在高架桥梁地震响应中的控制效果。本文提出的模糊方法的优势在于算法自身的鲁棒性、处理非线性问题的能力和不需要结构的精确数学模型,算法需要的输入变量少,模糊算法的输出直接控制MR阻尼器的输入电压,与LQR-clipped算法不同,MR阻尼器的输入电压可以是零与最大值之间的任意值。根据高架桥梁的结构特点,将典型的墩-支座-桥面结构简化为一个两自由度的线性系统,计算了El Centro地震激励下,MR模糊半主动控制的地震响应,并分别与没有控制及其他控制时的地震响应进行了对比,分析了各种控制算法的控制效果。研究结果表明,MR模糊半主动控制算法可以达到LQR-clipped半主动的控制效果,且模糊控制所需要的控制力较小,为有效地发挥MR阻尼器的功能提供了一种简单的半主动算法。  相似文献

This paper presents an experimental investigation on semi-active seismic response control of a multistory building with a podium structure using multiple magnetorheological (MR) dampers manipulated by a logic control algorithm. The experiments are performed in three phases on a seismic simulator with a slender 12-story building model representing a multi-story building and a relatively stiff 3-story building model typifying a podium structure. The first phase of the investigation is to assess control performance of using three MR dampers to link the 3-story building to the 12-story building, in which seismic responses of the controlled two buildings are compared with those of the two buildings without any connection and with rigid connection. The second phase is to investigate reliability of the semi-active control system and robustness of the logic control algorithm when 2 out of 3 MR dampers fail and when the electricity supply to MR dampers is completely stopped. The last phase is to examine sensitivity of semi-active control performance of two buildings to change in ground excitation. The experimental results show that multiple MR dampers with the logic control algorithm can achieve a significant reduction in seismic responses of both buildings. The proposed semi-active control system is of high reliability and good robustness.  相似文献

提出了使用MR阻尼器(Magnetorheological Damper)作为控制设备,模糊集为基础的半主动控制算法,并运用提出的算法对土木工程结构地震响应进行了振动控制分析.本文方法的优势在于算法自身的鲁棒性、处理非线性问题的能力和不需要结构的精确数学模型,算法需要的输入变量少,可以解决实际工程中结构响应信息难以测量的困难.模糊算法的输出直接控制MR阻尼器的输入电压,控制器的计算非常简单且易于在工程中实现.本文以一个3层框架结构为算例,分析了本文算法与前人研究算法的异同.数值结果表明,本文提出的模糊半主动控制具有较高的效率,可以减小需要的控制力,充分使用了MR阻尼器的输入电压可以调节的功能,使MR阻尼器的功能得到了更好的发挥.  相似文献

作为最近发展起来的高性能半主动控制装置,磁流变阻尼器通过改变磁场强度来调节控制力,可靠度高,体积小,出力大,并且具有Fail-Safe的特点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型结构控制装置。本文主要研究结构非线性振动的磁流变阻尼半主动控制。首先采用我们提出的自适应模糊滑模控制(AFSMC)算法得到了结构非线性振动的主动控制力,然后参照主动控制力,提出和仿真实现了结构非线性振动的磁流变阻尼半主动控制。最后,针对3层和20层benchm ark非线性模型,每层均设置一个磁流变阻尼器,对在给定的地震动下的结构响应进行了计算,分析了半主动控制跟踪主动控制的效果,并且对于半主动控制下的结构位移响应、加速度响应等各项指标也进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明,由于自适应模糊滑模控制算法与半主动控制算法相结合可以很好地实现结构非线性振动的半主动控制,所以能够得到令人满意的控制结果。  相似文献

针对地震作用下公路桥梁的碰撞问题,采用接触单元法模拟桥梁之间的碰撞作用,并在此基础上研究了采用磁流变阻尼器的公路桥梁碰撞的半主动控制方法。通过对某公路桥梁的数值模拟发现,地震作用下桥梁之间的相互碰撞,将大幅增加桥梁的绝对加速度响应。采用磁流变阻尼器的半主动控制系统能够较好地降低结构的地震响应和消除地震作用下的碰撞。  相似文献

This paper describes shaking table tests of a multi-storey scale-model building structure subjected to seismic excitation and controlled by a semi-active fluid damper control system. The semi-active dampers were installed in the lateral bracing of the structure and the mechanical properties of the dampers were modified according to control algorithms which utilized the measured response of the structure. A simplified time-delay compensation method was developed to account for delays within the control system. The results of the shaking table tests are presented and interpreted and analytical predictions are shown to compare reasonably well with the experimental results. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A semi-active strategy for model predictive control (MPC), in which magneto-rheological dampers are used as an actuator, is presented for use in reducing the nonlinear seismic response of high-rise buildings. A multi-step predictive model is developed to estimate the seismic performance of high-rise buildings, taking into account of the effects of nonlinearity, time-variability, model mismatching, and disturbances and uncertainty of controlled system parameters by the predicted error feedback in the multi-step predictive model. Based on the predictive model, a Kalman-Bucy observer suitable for semi-active strategy is proposed to estimate the state vector from the acceleration and semi-active control force feedback. The main advantage of the proposed strategy is its inherent stability, simplicity, on-line real-time operation, and the ability to handle nonlinearity, uncertainty, and time-variability properties of structures. Numerical simulation of the nonlinear seismic responses of a controlled 20-story benchmark building is carried out, and the simulation results are compared to those of other control systems. The results show that the developed semi-active strategy can efficiently reduce the nonlinear seismic response of high-rise buildings.  相似文献

摩擦阻尼器是一种构造简单的耗能减振装置,已应用于国内外多座新建建筑的抗震设计和已建建筑的抗震加固.半主动磨擦阻尼器则通过调整阻尼器的起滑力来改善被动摩擦阻尼器的耗能减振性能。本文研究了被动及半主动摩擦阻尼器对于高耸塔架结构地震反应的减振效果。为满足摩擦阻尼器对高耸塔架结构风振控制的特殊需要,本文建立了合肥电视塔的空间桁架有限元模型和串联多自由度体系模型,并在形成控制力变换矩阵和计算摩擦阻尼器两端的相对位移的过程中综合地运用了这两种力学模型。在半主动摩擦阻尼器的控制策略方面,本文提出了一种基于次优控制理论的半主动控制策略.本文研究表明,摩擦阻尼器可以抑制高耸塔架结构的地震反应.而半主动摩擦阻尼辞的耗能减振效果明显优于被动摩擦阻尼器.  相似文献

本文探讨了高架桥结构地震反应LQR(Linear Quadratic Regulator)半主动控制算法以及考虑刚度退化的桥墩非线性计算模型,并利用Matlab语言编制的程序对其进行了数值仿真计算。结果表明,将隔震技术与利用MR阻尼器的半主动控制技术相结合,能够有效地减小高架桥的地震反应;MR阻尼器的设置位置以及结构的参数对控制效果有较大影响。考虑桥墩非线性影响将能得到更为接近实际的计算结果。  相似文献

Considerable effort has been devoted to develop passive and active methods for reducing structural response under seismic excitations. Passive control approaches have already found application in practice. Active control methods, on the other hand, are being vigorously examined for application to civil structures. This paper investigates the application of active and semi-active control schemes to structures subjected to seismic excitations, and it focuses on the use of the sliding-mode control approach for the development of the control algorithms. The possibility of control redundancy with respect to the number of sliding constraints is taken into account in the controller design. Several sets of numerical results are obtained for a realistic 10-storey shear building, subjected to earthquake-induced ground motions and controlled by active or semi-active control schemes. It is observed that both active and semi-active control schemes can be used to reduce the dynamic response. Active control performs very effectively in reducing the structural response, but the required control force values can be quite large to limit its practical application in the case of large and massive buildings. Active regulation of linear viscous dampers was found unnecessary for this type of structural system, as it did not induce any significantly more reduction in the response than the dampers acting passively. On the other hand, it is shown that active regulation of stiffness can be used with advantage to reduce the response. © 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

磁流变阻尼器作为一种比较典型的半主动控制元件,具有构造简单、响应速度快、耐久性好、阻尼力大且连续可调等优点。即使地震中能源中断,磁流变阻尼器仍可以作为被动耗能装置继续工作发挥作用,可靠性高。设计合理有效的磁流变阻尼器半主动控制方法,对于整体结构的减震效果尤其重要。提出一种改进的磁流变阻尼器的半主动控制策略-改进的Bang-Bang控制策略,对装有磁流变阻尼器的减震控制3层框架结构进行了一系列的实时混合模拟试验,对多种半主动控制方法下的振动控制效果进行试验分析。试验结果表明:磁流变阻尼器对框架结构的减震效果显著,并验证了提出的磁流变阻尼器半主动控制策略的有效性。  相似文献

Semi‐active control of buildings and structures for earthquake hazard mitigation represents a relatively new research area. Two optimal displacement control strategies for semi‐active control of seismic response of frame structures using magnetorheological (MR) dampers or electrorheological (ER) dampers are proposed in this study. The efficacy of these displacement control strategies is compared with the optimal force control strategy. The stiffness of brace system supporting the smart damper is also taken into consideration. An extensive parameter study is carried out to find the optimal parameters of MR or ER fluids, by which the maximum reduction of seismic response may be achieved, and to assess the effects of earthquake intensity and brace stiffness on damper performance. The work on example buildings showed that the installation of the smart dampers with proper parameters and proper control strategy could significantly reduce seismic responses of structures, and the performance of the smart damper is better than that of the common brace or the passive devices. Passive supplemental damping in a seismically isolated structure provides the necessary energy dissipation to limit the isolation system displacement. However, damper forces can become quite large as the passive damping level is increased, resulting in the requirement to transfer large forces at the damper connections to the structure which may be particularly difficult to accommodate in retrofit applications. One method to limit the level of damping force while simultaneously controlling the isolation system displacement is to utilize an intelligent hybrid isolation system containing semi-active dampers in which the damping coeffic ient can be modulated. The effectiveness of such a hybrid seismic isolation system for earthquake hazard mitigation is investigated in this paper. The system is examined through an analytical and computational study of the seismic response of a bridge structure containing a hybrid isolation system consisting of elastomeric bearings and semi-active dampers. Control algorithms for operation of the semi-active dampers are developed based on fuzzy logic control theory. Practical limits on the response of the isolation system are considered and utilized in the evaluation of the control algorithms. The results of the study show that both passive and semi-active hybrid seismic isolation systems consisting of combined base isolation bearings and supplemental energy dissipation devices can be beneficial in reducing the seismic response of structures. These hybrid systems may prevent or significantly reduce structural damage during a seismic event. Furthermore, it is shown that intelligent semi-active seismic isolation systems are capable of controlling the peak deck displacement of bridges, and thus reducing the required length of expansion joints, while simultaneously limiting peak damper forces. 磁流变阻尼器(Magnetorheological Damper,MRD)与隔震垫组成的半主动隔震系统能有效地改善被动隔震系统的性能,消除隔震层因过大变形产生的不利影响。基于市场机制的控制(Market-Based Control,MBC)策略是一种利用自由经济市场来模拟控制系统,用销售商和消费者来代替能量源系统和受控系统,并应用市场中商品的供需规律来完成系统控制能量的分配,实现对受控系统有效控制的策略。本文将MBC策略应用于此种半主动隔震系统,提出了相应的控制策略,实现对MRD电压的实时有效控制。算例分析表明,采用此策略能充分利用MRD的变阻尼特性,使结构振动控制效果显著。  相似文献
