整合:我国城市群经济持续发展的战略性选择

城市群的存在是区域城市化与城市区域化的重要表现，它作为区域城市化高级阶级的现象，是集聚与扩散共同作用的产物。经济全球化与区域经济一体化必然要求重视和加强城市群经济的发展。我国城市群的发展壮大能极大地提升我国的国家竞争力，对我国经济持续稳定发展意义重大。本文在经济全球化，特别我国成功人世将进一步与世界经济体系接轨的发展背景下，展开探讨我国城市群经济整合机制及模式，寻求城市群的持续高效发展。     

《中国城市群可持续发展理论与实践》评述

在全球经济一体化的新形势下,以若干个大城市为核心的城市群正在成为一种具有伞球意义的城市与区域发展模式和空间组合的新模式.也是在经济发达地区具有特定的内在交通网络体系与信息港的支持下,日益发展成为国家级并具有国际意义的产业群体、重大基础设施项目以及科技文化的创新中心,并形成了强强联合的经济共同体.城市群核心区参加国际城市的竞争,影响到国家现代化的强有力的支撑体系,这一切就构成了当代区域工业化、城市化、信息化的城市群体,彰显了城市群在国家社会经济现代化建设的重大作用.     

长三角城市群空间联系与整合

城市群已成为我国城镇化发展的主体形态,是我国国民经济和国家综合竞争力的重要载体。长三角城市群被誉为世界第六大城市群,正处于城市化高速发展阶段,面临诸多区域性问题,如基础设施对接、人口跨区域流动等。基于城市流强度和城市经济联系强度模型,定量判断长三角城市群空间层级和联系程度。长三角城市群形成了以上海为中心,南京、杭州、苏州、无锡和宁波等特大城市为副中心的多中心支撑的网络化布局。据此,提出长三角城市群由上海城市群、南京城市群和杭甬城市群三大次级城市群组成,整合长三角城市群空间布局,加快区域一体化进程。     

中国城市群发育现状分析

伴随着市场经济和工业化、城市化的推进。中国城市群正在逐渐形成并快速发展。文章在对城市群概念进行讨论的基础上，选取2002年各项经济指标，从总体经济实力、人均发展水平、中心城市与县域经济发展状况诸方面，对中国各大城市群的发育状况与存在问题进行了综合对比分析，强调国家应采取以城市群为依托的“多极联动”区域发展战略。     

城市群研究述评与展望

自从法国地理学家戈特曼提出大都市带(Megalopolis)的概念之后,城市群作为一种特殊形态的城市体系,成为城市地理学的核心研究内容。国外学者相继提出半城市化区域、全球城市—区域、多中心巨型城市—区域等概念,其研究都建立在都市区基础之上,强调城市之间以及城乡之间密切的功能联系。中国学者提出了都市连绵区、城市群等概念,并开展了大量研究工作。都市连绵区的界定立足于都市区基础之上,亦与国际上相关的研究接轨。但城市群在国内更为流行,且被写进国家五年发展规划纲要之中。城市群作为中国区域发展空间战略的重心,发挥着区域经济增长极的作用。国内城市群研究却存在着概念含糊、界定模糊等问题。城市群是都市区之间强烈的相互作用形成的,相关研究必须建立在都市区基础之上,才能避免概念以及空间尺度的混淆。中国官方并未有都市区的界定方案。结合第六次人口普查数据,加强对都市区和城市群界定的研究,立足于都市连绵区基础之上,开展跨学科研究,深入分析不同空间尺度城市群集聚与扩散模式,建立起中国城市群研究范式。     

中原城市群城市竞争力的评价与时空演变

城市竞争能力的强弱决定着城市的兴衰.全球流动的资本、创新知识与技能、高级人才、旅游者等都是当今经济全球化趋势下城市发展的宝贵要素,这些要素的有限性使城市之间的竞争愈加激烈.以省域城市群为背景区域,研究城市竞争力的评价与时空演变,对于完善我国城市竞争力研究体系、整合城市群各城市具有重要意义.本文建立了中原城市群城市竞争力...

城市群是指以中心城市为核心向周围辐射构成的多个城市的集合体.城市群的形成是经济发展和产业布局的客观反映,并已成为发达国家城市化的主体形态.进入21世纪,中国加入世界贸易组织,沿海城市群成为国家外向性经济、出口贸易和"世界工厂"的主要地区,以城市群为主体推进中国城市化进程成为中国特色城市化道路的重要选择.本文重点就城市群...     

新丝绸之路形成背景下哈萨克斯坦城市群发展研究（英文）

在伟大丝绸之路复兴的新历史阶段背景下,结合全球和区域市场一体化,文章分析了城市群这一最为重要增长极形成的关键因素和先决条件,在此基础上研究了区域空间组织问题。在欧亚地缘战略中哈萨克斯坦具有横贯中西的区位优势,文章综合评估了哈萨克斯坦城市群发展的可能方向、可能存在的负面影响及其影响范围。研究表明,哈萨克斯坦当前的城市化过程具有多维特征,城市群地区人口占总人口比重明显上升,城市的集聚形式预示着定居形式的成熟,并塑造着特有的社会经济空间,如区域核心、对外经济联系的节点、内部基础设施最重要的连接点等。城市群将扮演区域一体化的特殊平台,以城市群为基础,哈萨克斯坦将在新丝绸之路建设中恢复其重要历史地位,它将成为中亚地区贸易、交通、商业与金融、科技创新和旅游的枢纽,以及链接欧亚的桥梁。     

中国城市群研究的回顾与展望

将我国城市群研究划分为起步期、渐进期和快速发展期3个阶段,对国内学者使用的诸多城市群区域的相似概念进行辨析;从城市群空间界定、城市群特征及其形成的动力机制、城市群空间结构和空间演化、城市群经济联系、城市群规划及其一体化发展、城市群经济整合和行政管理体制发展策略6个方面回顾了20世纪80年代以来我国城市群研究的理论进展,分析了目前我国城市群研究在理论的系统性、信息技术的应用、人文要素的关注以及生态环境研究等方面存在的不足,认为我国城市群的研究将在交通、生态以及土地集约利用等方面呈现新的发展趋势.     

滇中城市群发展的资源与环境基础分析

资源与环境是城市发展的重要影响因素,一个地区资源与环境基础状况及与城市发展的协调程度将对城市的发展起到推动或限制作用。发展滇中城市群、构建以昆明为核心的滇中大经济圈是促进云南省乃至我国西南地区社会经济快速发展和加快云南省城市化进程的重大举措。分析了滇中城市群发展的资源与环境基础及与之相协调的状况,并在此基础上对滇中城市群的发展提出一些自己的浅见,以期对滇中城市群的发展有所参考。
