湖北省水库与湖泊银鱼移植与增殖试验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在受试水库、湖泊中,移植与增殖二种银鱼,即近太湖新银鱼和太湖新银鱼。经三种人工采卵受精技术的比较试验,采用半干法人工受精最为理想。经多种受精卵运输方法的比较试验,采用塑料袋充氧运输最为理想。经散撒受精卵和网箱孵化的比较实验,采用网箱孵化最为理想。经不同放流鱼苗技术的比较实验,采用鱼苗平游后放流最为理想。经不同季节、不同开捕时间的比较实验,二种银鱼的合理捕捞时间为秋冬季,严禁在春季捕捞;最合理的开捕时间为国庆节前后。近太湖新银鱼和太湖新银鱼的人工采卵授精时间为3月上旬和4月上旬,严禁在非繁殖盛期采卵。银鱼的捕捞强度应控制在资源量的2/3或3/4范围内。  相似文献

本文记述了鄱阳湖产太湖短吻银鱼(Neosalanx tangkahkeii taihuensis)、乔氏短吻银鱼(Neosalanx jordani)、雷氏银鱼(Reganisalanx brachyrostralis)等三种银鱼的成熟年龄、繁殖时期、生殖群体的体长、性比、生殖力、卵的特征等繁殖生物学资料,并记述了太湖短吻银鱼性腺成熟系数的周年变化、太湖短吻银鱼和乔氏短吻银鱼的产卵生态条件等。近二十年来鄱阳湖银鱼产量急剧下降的主要原因是产卵场遭到了严重破坏。银鱼生命周期仅一年,繁殖力强,认为加强繁殖保护、合理安排捕捞时间是恢复鄱阳湖银鱼资源的关键措施。  相似文献

1994年5月至1995年6月对洪湖日本沼虾的种群繁殖生物学进行了研究。洪湖日本沼虾的繁殖期为4月中旬至10月上旬,5月中旬至8月中旬为日本沼虾的繁殖高峰期,其中6月、8月雌虾抱卵率均在70%以上;日本 虾群体中雄性总是少于雌性,月性比(♀/♂)变化于1.104-5.780之间,3-6月性比逐渐增高,7-10月性比则逐渐降低;在整个繁殖期,4-7月的抱卵是均为前一年出生的大、中规格的个体,之后当年  相似文献

1987年一次性向白龟山水库投放太湖新银鱼有效受精卵21×10~4粒,后形成强大种群生产力,1991~1993年累计生产银鱼190t,创经济效益500余万人民币。太湖新银鱼具有生命周期不长、食物链较短、适应环境能力较强、容易捕捞等优点,是“填补”移植驯化的理想对象。白龟山水库生态系中鱼类区系组成不够饱和,存有空闲小生境,饵料竞争比较缓和,敌害压力较小,是移植驯化银鱼的适宜水体。白龟山水库银鱼食性组成中以桡足类和枝角类为主;分布遍及全库,尤以上、中游水草区为最多。1991年全库银鱼相对资源蕴藏量为108920kg,即1.56×10~(?)尾。1991年约有29.5%的浮游动物被银鱼利用转化成为银鱼产品,生物学效益较高。综合考虑银鱼的繁殖和生长,在现有捕捞强度下,捕捞生产宜安排在11月~翌年2月为宜。  相似文献

探究鱼类繁殖策略是了解鱼类种群动态的关键.通过对珠江西江流域重要的经济鱼类广东鲂(Megalobrama terminalis)生殖周期、产卵时间、成熟期长度、生殖力类型和生殖力等方面进行研究,阐明在人类活动日益加强下,西江广东鲂的繁殖策略适应性变化情况.研究表明,广东鲂个体平均体长245 mm,优势体长集中在260~280 mm,平均体重347 g,优势体重集中在320~480 g.用L 50逻辑斯谛回归方法推算广东鲂雌鱼和雄鱼初次性成熟体长分别为244.5和232.2 mm.雌雄性比例为1.105∶1,且随着体长增加,雌雄性比呈现出先下降后上升的变化趋势.广东鲂繁殖群体在产卵季节为48月,产卵高峰为6月初持续到7月上旬,产卵季节内广东鲂鱼苗的密度与径流量显著相关.广东鲂绝对繁殖力平均为73069粒,相对繁殖力平均为118.7粒/g,绝对繁殖力与体长和体重均呈正相关.广东鲂繁殖群体性腺成熟系数与性腺重、肥满度以及体重密切相关.广东鲂种群繁殖策略在人类活动加剧影响下呈现出适应性变化:初次性成熟体长变小,绝对繁殖力下降.  相似文献

刀鲚(Coilia nasus)是长江下游重要的经济鱼类之一,具有溯河洄游型和淡水定居型两种生态类型本研究于2016年5 8月在刀鲚繁殖高峰期内同时对长江下游湖口、安庆和靖江江段进行刀鲚早期资源调查,研究分析对比了长江下游江段刀鲚仔稚鱼的丰度情况、时空格局及其与主要环境因子的关系结果表明:在调查期间,靖江江段刀鲚仔稚鱼平均密度最高;刀鲚仔稚鱼在调查各江段于6月下旬至7月上旬之间均出现一段较短时间的高峰期,这与刀鲚的产卵类型有关;湖口刀鲚仔稚鱼的爆发时间早于安庆和靖江江段,这种现象可能是由于湖口江段存在的定居型刀鲚产卵造成的;推测长江江水倒灌的特殊环境现象刺激了刀鲚性腺的发育,使得湖口江段8月产卵群体较多;各江段断面空间上的刀鲚仔稚鱼密度差异可能是沿岸地形和水体动力学差异所产生的现象;各江段刀鲚仔稚鱼密度最高峰时的水流量均处于较低水平,水温分别为25.87、25.27和21.67℃,均达到了刀鲚产卵所需条件研究结果初步反映了长江下游刀鲚仔稚鱼的时空特征,为长江下游刀鲚资源的保护提供了参考依据.  相似文献

针对太湖水体交换周期近十余年发生的变化,本文收集整理了1986—2018年太湖水文巡测、汛期水文巡测数据以及太湖流域沿江城市引水量、流域降雨量变化数据,基于太湖出入湖水量的变化研究了太湖水体交换周期的变化及原因,并对交换周期变化对水质空间格局的影响进行分析.结果表明:太湖入湖水量有显著上升,2007年以来平均每年入湖水量增长30.8亿m3/a.水体交换周期显著下降,2007年以后约为184 d,相比2007年前下降了26 d.太湖流域及各水利分区近70年来,除去2015和2016年,降雨量无显著变化,主要入湖区下垫面变化造成的入湖水量增加估算在每年2.0 m3左右.太湖入湖水量增加主要集中在湖西区,与沿江口门引水量明显相关.相比2007年前,沿江口门引水量年均增长28.9亿m3/a,而这期间太湖入湖水量增量与这一引水有关.入湖水量的增加开始影响太湖存在的“西浊东清”水质结构,水体交换周期缩短会使东西太湖水质出现均化的现象,东部太湖水质会出现下降的趋势.  相似文献

于1995年4月-1996年1月对杭州西湖沉积物的若干物理,化学性状作了研究,沉降试验表明,沉积物中粒径在0.067-0.0029mm之间的颗粒占沉积物总量的80.8%,0.0029mm以下的占4.3%,基本属于粉砂级范围,沉积物受扰动后再悬浮会明显影响水体的透明度,沉积物处于中性(PH=6.60-7.40)和低厌氧状态(EH=-3mV至167mV),界面溶解氧含量在1mg/L左右,沉积物处于中性(PH  相似文献

分析了太湖水体氮、磷浓度1985-2015年的演变趋势.结果表明,近30年来,全太湖水体氮、磷指标总体呈先恶化、后好转的波动变化趋势.总氮(TN)浓度年均值在1.79~3.63 mg/L之间,30年平均值为2.62±0.03 mg/L,总磷(TP)浓度年均值在0.04~0.15 mg/L之间,30年平均值为0.086±0.001 mg/L,1996年全太湖TN (3.84 mg/L)和TP (0.15 mg/L)浓度年均值均达历史峰值.氮、磷逐月浓度变化情况显示,TN浓度呈明显季节性变化规律,最高值集中出现在3、4月,概率分别为67%和33%,最低值则分布在8、9、10、11月,概率分别为18%、41%、29%和12%,而TP浓度则没有明显的季节性变化规律.太湖各湖区水体氮、磷浓度变化空间异质性明显,西部水域和北部水域变化幅度大于东部水域、南部水域和湖心区.太湖水体氮、磷浓度的长期变化趋势显然和流域经济发展及各项环保管理措施的实施密切相关,同时也受到重大水情变化的影响.此外,在相对封闭的局部湖湾水体可以通过水利调度等综合治理措施短时期内改善氮、磷指标,但大太湖水质的改善任重而道远.  相似文献

为揭示大型浅水湖泊水体磷浓度对湖泊外源负荷削减和生态系统变化的响应规律,指导富营养化湖泊水生态修复和管理实践,利用太湖湖泊生态系统研究站20052018年连续14年的太湖水体各形态磷浓度的月、季度调查数据,估算了太湖湖体各形态磷赋存量的季度变化,分析了太湖水体磷浓度受湖泊水位、水量、蓝藻水华态势(蓝藻总生物量及水华出现面积)等环境条件变化的影响特征.结果表明,在连续10年的全流域高投入污染治理背景下,太湖水体总磷浓度仍未发生显著下降,水体各形态磷浓度在年际、月际及空间上的变幅大,不同季节和不同湖区总磷浓度的时空差异性大于14年来总磷浓度年均值的差异性;全湖32个监测点上、中、下3层混合样水体总磷平均值为0.113 mg/L(n=1788),其中颗粒态磷浓度平均值为0.077 mg/L,是水体总磷的主要赋存形式,溶解性总磷浓度平均值为0.036 mg/L,其中反应性活性磷浓度平均值为0.015 mg/L,占总磷浓度的13%;太湖水体总磷的赋存量介于410~1098 t之间,56个季度的平均值为688 t,其中冬季(122月)、春季(35月)、夏季(68月)、秋季(911月)平均值分别为683、604、792和673 t,夏季湖体磷赋存量明显高于其他季节.统计分析表明,蓝藻水华态势和水情要素(水位)对水相总磷、颗粒态磷等主要形态磷的赋存量影响显著,蓝藻水华态势的影响可能大于水量变化的影响.本研究表明,在水体营养盐浓度仍然充分满足蓝藻水华发生的背景下,气象水文波动所造成的湖泊水华面积及生物量的变化及大型水生植被消长带来的内源交换变化能引起水体总磷浓度剧烈变化,太湖水体磷浓度的稳定控制也依赖于蓝藻水华态势的稳定控制,由于太湖当前的蓝藻水华态势受气象水文条件变化影响甚大,短期内太湖水相总磷浓度稳定控制到0.05 mg/L的水质治理目标较难实现.治理策略上,若要实现太湖水体磷浓度的进一步明显下降,一方面需要大幅度削减外源磷负荷,另一方面需要大面积恢复沉水植被等.管理策略上,由于湖体磷浓度变化包括了较大的非人为因素影响,应将太湖总磷治理目标考核重点放在流域磷减排强度、入湖负荷等方面,科学看待气候波动等非人为因素影响下的水相磷浓度波动.  相似文献

利用斜生栅藻对山东禹城地区碳酸盐水型瘦水与肥水两种水体进行生物改良后,引种短钝蚤作室内培养试验,研究结果表明,短钝蚤在有适宜种类微藻作开始环境的先驱生物存在条件下,可以耐受碳酸盐型水质,并能成功地生长繁殖,本文还对3种培养液及两种培养模式下种群增长的动态规律作了初步的探讨。  相似文献

Analysis was conducted during 1991 into the fecundity and oocyte size distribution of pumpkinseed, roach and rudd in Lake Banyoles. We found that individual fecundities of these species in Lake Banyoles were lower in comparison with other localities. In roach, there was a moderately significant negative relationship between latitude and egg number. The temporal pattern of the pumpkinseed's oocyte size distribution suggests that it is a multispawner fish that spawns several batches of eggs from mid-May to mid-August. In contrast, roach and rudd seem to be monospawners fish that release only one batch of eggs before mid-May. The monospawning behaviour of rudd in Lake Banyoles is in contrast to the evidence from other waters. Variations in fecundity and spawning mode are discussed on the basis that they are due mainly to differences in local conditions.  相似文献

2008年5月12日汶川MS8.0地震主震发生后至2012年5月12日,我国地震台网在龙门山断裂区域内(102°E-105°E,30°N-34°N)共记录93837个地震事件,其中80995次事件含有深度信息.本文以台网地震目录为主要研究对象,分析了汶川地震余震序列的时空分布与演化特征.与构造活动密切相关的余震频次-震级关系变化显示,与主震断裂活动直接相关的余震活动在主震后4个月内基本结束.余震释放能量的空间分布及演化分析显示,在主震后6~24 h即有可能捕获未来余震区的大致展布乃至余震发展趋势.  相似文献

Seasonal measurement of zinc levels in mussels (Mytilus edulis) from the Tyne estuary showed a small spring peak and an annual low in September. Zinc concentration was found to be significantly lower in gonadal tissue than in nongonadal tissue. Although gonadal dry weight was strongly negatively correlated with gonadal zinc concentration there was no significant relationship between gonadal dry weight and whole body zinc levels, indicating that gonadal state has little effect on zinc variability in these animals. However, a strong negative correlation was found between log gonadal zinc concentration and log nongonadal dry weight. Construction of a gonadal index (gonadal/nongonadal dry weight) shows that the seasonal peak zinc concentration in early May occurs before major spawning has taken place. It is concluded that the seasonal dynamics of zinc in this species can be explained in terms of growth of somatic rather than germinal tissue.  相似文献

At the Lower Rhine, three congeneric, invasive Gobiidae constitute the major part of local fish assemblages. Reproduction strategies play an important role in biological invasion processes and help to predict future population development. Up to now, studies on the reproductive traits of the three species have led to contradictory findings in invaded areas, and studies on native populations are scarce, especially when regarding a co-occurrence of the three species. This study provides an overview over already existing knowledge of reproductive traits in native as well as invaded regions and describes the reproduction modes of all three species at the Lower Rhine. Based on intensive beach seine sampling in nursery habitats for three consecutive years, detailed information about the spawning habits of the bighead goby Ponticola kessleri, the round goby Neogobius melanostomus, and the monkey goby N. fluviatilis is provided. Spawning onset as well as length and intensity of the spawning season were determined by estimating growth rates and subsequent back-calculations of hatching and spawning events. Gonadosomatic index (GSI) analyses of adult gobies were used to cross-validate results and to assess validity of the used method. Growth rates for the first three months of all three species were highly variable and ranged between 0.3 mm and 0.95 mm total length per day. All three Gobiidae displayed different reproductive modes with bighead gobies spawning first in March/April, but probably only once a season. In contrast, round and monkey gobies started reproducing slightly later, but then continued spawning throughout the season until September, exhibiting temporal separation with varying intensities. High variation in spawning onset, length and reproductive output for all three species was observed over the years and no relationship between spawning onset and temperature could be detected. For the first time, highly resolvent information on spawning onset and spawning season length is obtained and the fine-tuned differences between the three species are highlighted.  相似文献

From September 2000 to December 2006, surface plankton samples were collected on a monthly basis, from a station located in the southern Bay of Biscay (43°37N; 1°43W France), near the deep Capbreton canyon. In this paper, the results for the ichthyoplankton assemblage are presented. Among the 62 taxa recorded, only 35 were present in the larval stage whilst only 10 were represented by their eggs. Taxa represented by both stages (eggs+larvae; N=17) had the highest abundance. The presence in the surface plankton assemblage of species, at either or both stage, is interpreted within the context of the bathymetric distribution of species. The maxima in abundance and diversity occurred in February–March, for eggs, and May–June, for larvae. This 3-month time-lag between the stages is proposed to be related to the timing of egg spawning and larval recruitment to the pelagic environment. Mean egg abundances (82.4±29.8 eggs/10 m2) were 10-fold higher than the larval abundances (7.1±1.8 larvae/10 m2). Despite pronounced monthly variability, no statistically significant decrease in either egg or larvae abundance was observed during this 6-year study period. Compared with previous published studies, this study shows that the peak in ichthyoplankton diversity occurred two months earlier. In addition, the spawning period occurred over the whole year, even during autumn and winter. Using ordination techniques, the annual sequence appearance of taxa are described at the study site: Gadiforms, Ammodytidae and Pleuronectiforms were present during the winter whilst Sparidae, Blennidae, Labridae and Gobiidae, formed the summer group. Only three species, European anchovy Engraulis encrasicolus, European pilchard Sardina pilchardus and Atlantic horse mackerel Trachurus trachurus were recorded throughout the year.  相似文献
