目的:分析少儿胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查特征,提高其术前诊断正确率。方法:回顾性分析资料完整的7例SPTP患儿的临床资料及MSCT图像。结果:肿瘤均为单发,3例位于胰头颈部,4例位于胰体尾部,长径为3.1~9.6 cm,平均5.9 cm,境界清晰。5例为囊实相间型,2例囊性为主型,1例肿瘤伴钙化,1例伴出血,2例伴远端胰管轻度扩张,1例伴胰周淋巴结增大。增强扫描肿瘤实性部分呈渐进性强化,囊性区无强化。结论:少儿SPTP的MSCT表现具有一定特征性,再结合临床病史,可提高该病的术前诊断正确率。   相似文献

基于通用软件ABAQUS,建立了扩底抗拔桩三维弹塑性有限元模型,通过对模型的计算与分析,探讨了扩底桩的抗拔承载特性。为验证数值模型的可靠性,将数值计算得到的荷载-位移关系曲线与试桩资料进行比较,两者吻合较好,表明本文所建立的模型可较好地模拟扩底抗拔桩的工作性状。通过计算与分析,探讨了扩底抗拔桩的轴力、侧摩阻力分布特征,桩身和扩大头周围土体变形与塑性应变的发展规律,以及扩大头的挤压作用对扩大头周围土体竖向应力的影响。同时,通过变动参数研究了扩大头的形状、土体的性质对扩底桩抗拔承载力的影响,结果表明,扩大头直径和扩大头周围土体的性质对抗拔承载力的影响较大,而扩底高度的影响相对较小。  相似文献

Most offshore platforms are supported on long and large-diameter piles with variable wall-thickness along the length, and soil properties varying with depth. The design and analyses of these piles are made by modelling the soil-pile system with a beam-on-Winkler foundation. Therefore, evaluation of appropriate soil-pile springs for use in such analyses is a matter of concern. Fundamental characteristics of dynamic lateral load-deflection relationships for piles were studied analytically considering the soil-pile-structure interaction under seismic loading conditions. The soil layer was assumed homogeneous, linearly elastic with hysteretic type material damping, and overlying a rigid base. A superstructure with multi-degrees of freedom was supported by a single vertical pile hinged at the rigid base. Parametric studies were carried out to identify the influence of the system parameters on the behaviour of the dynamic lateral load-deflection relationships of piles. The lateral load-deflection relationships vary considerably with depth and are influenced not only by the dynamic properties of soil but also by the structural properties of a pile and loading conditions. These lateral load-deflection relationships can be used to define the soil-pile springs for the seismic response analysis of a soil-pile-structure system, and the results can be extended to problems with soil profiles with layering and non-linearity.  相似文献

应用有限差分方法求解非线性浅水长波方程,建立了海啸波产生和传播的二维数值模型;对太平洋地震引起的夏威夷群岛海啸波进行模拟,并将模拟结果和测站实测值进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。利用快速傅里叶变换对数值模拟结果进行谱分析,得到整个计算区域的能量谱分布,并给出了发生能量聚集的位置及相应的谱峰周期。讨论了海啸波传播到近岸时可能产生的共振响应现象,发现海啸波和近岸的共振响应不仅与近岸复杂地形有关,还与海啸波传播到近岸时的波浪入射方向有关。  相似文献

Magnetic susceptibility (MS) of natural specimens of hematite and goethite is studied under continuous heating with various additives: with carbon (sugar), nitrogen (carbamide), and elemental sulfur. It is found that heating of hematite with carbon above 450°C results in the formation of single-domain magnetite, while the magnetic susceptibility rises by a factor of 165. The increase in magnetic susceptibility on heating of hematite with nitrogen above 540°C reflects the generation of a single-domain maghemite with the Curie point of about 650°C, which is stable to heating. After the first heating, the magnetic susceptibility increases by 415 times. The subsequent cycle of thermal treatment results in the transition of maghemite to hematite, a decrease of MS, and an increase of coercivity. Heating with sulfur produces a stable single-domain magnetite at a temperature above the Curie point, which is manifested in the cooling curves. Here, the MS increases by a factor of 400. The heating curves for goethite exhibit a sharp drop in susceptibility to a temperature of 350–360°C, which reflects the transition of hematite to goethite. Heating of hematite with carbon produces stable maghemite at above 530°C, and with sulphur and nitrogen, it produces magnetite. When heated with pyrite, hematite reduces to magnetite under the action of sulfur released from pyrite.  相似文献

地震动持时对结构低周疲劳、破坏累积效应以及非弹性破坏具有显著影响,合理确定地震动持时至关重要。基于汶川地震记录资料,分析旋转不变平均持时与测点记录持时的大小比值关系和相关性,探讨其随断层距的空间变化规律。结果表明:旋转不变平均持时在数值上不恒等于测点记录持时、两水平分量持时的算术平均值及矢量和时程持时的任一量。旋转不变平均能量持时和相对Bolt持时将随断层距的增大而增加,旋转不变平均绝对Bolt持时则将随断层距的增大而减小。旋转不变平均持时与测点记录持时具有强相关性;相比较而言,90%能量持时的相关性强于70%能量持时;绝对Bolt持时的相关性强于相对Bolt持时;能量持时的相关性强于Bolt持时。  相似文献

An approximate solution to the problem of the drift of a raft formed of two parallel wires, differentially heated, rigidly coupled and floating in a fluid of finite thickness and with linear viscosity, has been obtained and is shown to agree well with experiment up to a multiplicative constant. In addition, the solution to the problem of the drift of a solid raft with a suspended single-wire heater also shows good agreement with experiment up to a multiplicative constant. In both cases, the rafts drift with constant velocity. For small amounts of heat, the drift velocity is proportional to the first power of the heat input; for large amounts of heat, the drift velocity is proportional to the square root of the heat input. Within imponderable factors of an order of magnitude, the drift velocities are appropriate for drift of lithospheric plates containing both an oceanic and a continental part.  相似文献

为了探究铁矿尾矿砂抗剪强度参数随固结度的变化规律,分别对不同固结度、不同干密度的铁矿尾矿砂进行三轴固结不排水试验(CU试验),以总应力法和有效应力法得到尾矿砂的抗剪强度参数及有效抗剪强度参数。分析表明,对于同一干密度的尾矿砂,随着固结度的增加,抗剪强度指标及有效抗剪强度指标均逐渐增加。固结度的变化对黏聚力c及有效黏聚力c′影响较小,对内摩擦角φ以及有效内摩擦角φ′影响较大。φ及φ′随着干密度的增加成线性增长趋势,且不同固结度下的γd-φ曲线、γd-φ′曲线拟合度较高。因此,在尾矿坝稳定性评价及安全管理中,考虑尾矿砂的抗剪强度随固结度的不同而变化,可使尾矿坝稳定性分析更符合实际情况。  相似文献

目的探讨CT-A血管成像在颈部血管病变中的作用。方法对20例临床高度怀疑有颈部血管狭窄的病例进行了颈部的CT-A检查,临床为颈动脉系统缺血表现的6例,表现为椎-基底动脉系统缺血的14例,采用GE(Hispeed NX/i)双层螺旋CT设备进行CT-A三个重要步骤和图像后处理重建技术A、MIP(最大密度投影)B、SSD(表面遮盖法)C、MPR&Curve(多平面重建和曲面重建)D、CTVE(血管内镜)进行分析。结果经CT-A检查发现颈动脉系统狭窄和钙化斑块的4例,主要发生在颈内动脉的起始段,钙化斑块主要分布在颈动脉分叉处;2例经CTVE发现分叉处血管内壁的钙化斑,椎动脉狭窄的12例,有2例椎动脉仅表现蜿蜒和迂曲,经曲面重建未见狭窄。结论CT-A技术快捷方便、安全无创,可清晰地显示颈部的主要的血管结构。有着良好的临床应用前景。  相似文献

岩石的应力状态发生改变是否能引起岩石的热状态发生改变,是一个值得研究的重要问题,我们在实验室对岩石试件进行实验,实验得出岩石的温度随岩石受到的压力增加而显著增加,在试件破裂前出现明显的破裂温度前兆;实验还发现岩石内部温度随压力变化的不均匀性,不同测温点的温度变化不同,其变化量可相差几度。  相似文献

目的:探讨容积穿梭CT灌注时间-密度曲线特征结合形态学参数对腮腺良性肿瘤鉴别诊断的价值。方法:收集我院拟诊腮腺肿瘤患者100例,术前均行容积穿梭CT灌注成像检查,术后经手术病理证实。将所得影像数据传送至工作站及pacs系统,观察分析不同病理类型腮腺肿瘤的形态学参数(位置、大小、密度、边界、颈部淋巴结、增强扫描强化幅值)及时间-密度曲线(TDC)类型,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,计量资料符合正态分布采用两独立样本t检验,不符合正态分布的采用秩和检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果:腮腺良性肿瘤(多行性腺瘤、腺淋巴瘤、基底细胞瘤及肌上皮瘤)间的形态学参数无统计学差异;时间-密度曲线类型差异有统计学差异。结论:CT灌注时间-密度曲线特征结合形态学参数对腮腺良性肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要价值,为患者术式的选择有重要指导意义。   相似文献

目的:探讨胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(IPMN)的CT表现特征,以提高对该病的诊断能力。方法:回顾性分析经临床手术病理证实的16例IPMN病例CT图像,并作文献复习。结果:16例IPMN病例中,主胰管型3例,表现为主胰管扩张伴管壁结节样突起;分支胰管型7例,表现为分叶状单发囊性病变或葡萄串样多发囊性病变伴腔内分隔或结节样突起;混合型6例,表现为主胰管扩张和囊性病变合并存在。结论:IPMN的CT表现有一定特征性,有助于对该病的正确诊断。  相似文献

During 1974 and 1975, measurements of splash and wash were carried out in the cultivated area, in a station installed on 6·5 per cent slope covered with a loess in which a grey-brown podzolic soil has developed. Splash has been measured using an apparatus prepared for this purpose and wash has been measured on plots of standard length (22·13m). The splash is some tens t/ha.year but the splash loss calculated using the results of the measurements of splash is only a few tens kg/ha.year. Splash is positively correlated with the erosion index of the rains and with the structural stability but negatively with the crop cover. As splash, wash is positively correlated with the erosion index of the rains and negatively with the crop cover, but unlike splash it is negatively correlated with structural stability. The mean value of the wash loss is a few t/ha.year but very important differences are observed from one plot to another with regard to the structural stability. However, on a given plot wash loss and splash are positively correlated because the particles of soil detached by splash are easily carried off by runoff, but the relation between wash loss and splash is very different from one plot to another because splash is positively and wash loss negatively correlated with the structural stability of soils.  相似文献

提出在采用浸入物体法(IOM)对膜结构和空气流体建模时,可以采用带有预定条件的无矩阵Newton-Krylov迭代算法求解浸入物体法,并引入了预定条件矩阵。将提出的无矩阵迭代方法应用于一双坡型膜结构的风振耦合分析中,得出了结构的风压和风速分布,并对带有预定条件和不带预定条件的无矩阵迭代算法进行了对比。结果表明,将带有预定条件的无矩阵迭代算法应用于膜结构风振的耦合分析中,可以得到准确结果,并使计算效率大大提高。  相似文献

Most of the studied Early Phanerozoic rocks of West Mongolia have undergone repeated remagnetization. Secondary magnetization components with normal and reversed polarity are isolated. The magnetization components with normal polarity are associated with the Mesozoic remagnetization of the rocks. The components with reversed polarity were probably formed during the Carboniferous–Permian superchron of reversed polarity. The analysis of the distribution of the reversed-polarity magnetization component in the structure of Mongolia permits some zonation. Within Mongolia, the regions with insignificant post- Permian deformations and complicated post-Permian deformations are identified; also the area of rotations of large geological blocks about the horizontal axis (Khan-Khukhei Ridge) is distinguished. It is hypothesized that in the Ordovician rocks of West Mongolia, the magnetization component that is close to primary was identified. If this is the case, the paleolatitude calculated from this magnetization direction corresponds to the interval 14°–17°–20° (minimal–mean–maximal) of probably northern latitude  相似文献

Many natural porous geological rock formations, as well as engineered porous structures, have fractal properties, i.e., they are self-similar over several length scales. While there have been many experimental and theoretical studies on how to quantify a fractal porous medium and on how to determine its fractal dimension, the numerical generation of a fractal pore structure with predefined statistical and scaling properties is somewhat scarcer. In the present paper a new numerical method for generating a three-dimensional porous medium with any desired probability density function (PDF) and autocorrelation function (ACF) is presented. The well-known Turning Bands Method (TBM) is modified to generate three-dimensional synthetic isotropic and anisotropic porous media with a Gaussian PDF and exponential-decay ACF. Porous media with other PDF's and ACF's are constructed with a nonlinear, iterative PDF and ACF transformation, whereby the arbitrary PDF is converted to an equivalent Gaussian PDF which is then simulated with the classical TBM. Employing a new method for the estimation of the surface area for a given porosity, the fractal dimensions of the surface area of the synthetic porous media generated in this way are then measured by classical fractal perimeter/area relationships. Different 3D porous media are simulated by varying the porosity and the correlation structure of the random field. The performance of the simulations is evaluated by checking the ensemble statistics, the mean, variance and ACF of the simulated random field. For a porous medium with Gaussian PDF, an average fractal dimension of approximately 2.76 is obtained which is in the range of values of actually measured fractal dimensions of molecular surfaces. For a porous medium with a non-Gaussian quadratic PDF the calculated fractal dimension appears to be consistently higher and averages 2.82. The results also show that the fractal dimension is neither strongly dependent of the porosity nor of the degree of anisotropy assumed.  相似文献

The results of a three-month observational period (June–August 1981) during sunlit hours (9:00–15:00 GMT) with VLF sferics at the two stations Tel Aviv, Israel, and Pretoria, South Africa, are presented and compared with rainfall data for the European-African area, with two lability indices of thunderstorm prediction, and with synoptic thunderstorm reports for the same time interval. The locations of thunderstorm centers on the continents determined from the sferics stations compare reasonably well with the distribution of rainfall, indicating that the VLF sferics method is a useful measure of rainfall, particularly in remote regions with inadequate coverage of observing stations. The lability index of Showalter (1953) appears to be rather qualitative for the prediction of thunderstorm occurrence, and any fine structure in the distribution of thunderstorm centers as seen in the sferics data is lost. The same is true of the synoptic reports of thunderstorm days. A new lability index has been developed. This index leads to a more detailed structure of thunderstorm prediction, which is consistent with the sferics data.  相似文献
