地理空间元数据关联网络的构建

利用资源描述框架（RDF）设计地理空间元数据关联模型,根据地理空间元数据之间的语义关系和语义相关度的计算,以构建以元数据为节点、元数据之间的语义关系为边、语义相关度为权重的关联网络。在这一网络中,一个节点是一个地理空间元数据的资源描述图,包含属性特征（数据来源、空间特征、时间特征、内容）及其关系特征（元数据之间的语义关系、语义相关度）。实验及其分析表明,地理空间元数据关联网络可以有效地支持地理空间数据语义关联检索、推荐等应用,这与传统的基于关键词的元数据检索方式相比,具有更高的准确度。     

地理信息网络共享的研究和应用进展

地学信息对地学研究具有非常重要的作用。本文结合目前互联网上地学信息共享的现状探讨了地理信息网络共享的意义,对基于元数据和网络地理信息系统的地学数据共享的两种机制做了综述,认为地学元数据的可视化查询检索和网络数据融合服务是地理信息网络共享的重要发展方向,最后探讨了将来地理信息网络共享的主要特点。     

地理空间数据本质特征语义相关度计算模型

关联数据是跨网域整合多源异构地理空间数据的有效方式,语义丰富的关联是准确、快速发现目标数据的关键。根据地理空间数据在空间、时间、内容上的语义关系,提出地理空间数据本质特征语义相关度计算模型。通过构建本质特征的关联指标体系,分层次逐级计算地理空间数据的语义相关度。与传统的语义相关度计算方式不同,以地理元数据为语料库,充分考虑地理空间数据的特点及空间、时间、内容在检索中不同的重要程度,分别采用几何运算、数值运算、词语语义相似度计算和类别层次相关度计算的方式,构建地理空间数据的语义相关度计算模型。该模型具有构建简单、适用于多源异构数据、充分结合了数学运算和专家经验知识等特点。实验表明：模型能够有效地计算地理空间数据本质特征的语义相关度,并具备一定的扩展性。     

模型与方法元数据及地理信息服务研究

资源与环境信息系统中数据的元数据标准业已产生,但对于数据使用十分重要的模型与方法元数据尚未有完整的描述,本文提出并分析了模型与方法元数据的概念与内容,同时针对近年提出的地理信息服务,提出了模型与方法元数据的服务模型,以实现对模型与方法的有效管理与分发服务,并得出在资源环境信息系统中基于模型与方法元数据的地理信息服务是切实可行的结论.     

基于元数据的空间数据网络分发系统研究

随着GIS应用的深入,空间数据的可获得性已经成为影响许多从事地理信息系统研究和应用部门发展的重要问题.由于网络中内容和形式各异的海量数据的存在,元数据将为共享数据的快速检索与正确使用提供必要的保证,地理空间元数据是实现异构环境下空间数据共享的主要手段;在分布式环境下,通过元数据接口可以快速地发现各种空间数据服务.对基于元数据的空间数据网络分发系统所涉及的关键技术进行了较为详尽的论述,包括元数据技术、数据压缩技术、数据加密技术等,并给出了整个系统的体系结构.     

地理视频数据模型及其应用开发研究

讨论地理视频的基本概念和数据模型,尝试提出地理视频数据的实体-关系图,并在网络环境中进行地理视频应用开发.地理视频数据模型的核心要素是:对视频帧进行位置和语义描述,建立视频片段的轨迹图层和元数据,并在轨迹图层中扩充视频帧线性参照.通过空间参照、线性参照和语义参照将视频数据与地理数据集成,实现地理视频的查询、检索、播放和地图跟踪.以河南大学校园和开封市公路网络为例,采集地理视频数据,建立地理视频数据库,发布网络地图和视频服务,并分别采用最新的Adobe Flex框架、ArcGIS Server ADF和JavaScript Mashup方式,开发网络视频GIS应用系统.原型系统开发表明,地理视频数据模型适用于网络视频GIS开发,且在技术实现上较为简单.     

语义引导的图标式地理概念建模环境初探

以地理问题求解和地理科学研究环境建设的实际需求为引导,针对当前地理建模过程中存在的建模思想难以交流与重用、建模方式复杂、多领域专家协同建模困难等问题,研究地理概念建模过程中地理概念场景、概念实体及其相互作用关系的表达与元数据描述方法,利用空间数据表达规范与地理模型元数据表达规范逐步引导数据与模型的选择与匹配,构建地理概念模型,并在此基础上提出一种可视化、引导式的面向地理问题表达的概念建模方法,为地理研究提供一个语义引导的图标式地理概念建模环境。     

中国农业信息元数据内容体系研究

基于中国农业信息元数据内容体系,该文总结了在分布式环境下实现完备的农业信息共享(包括空间和非空间信息)的困难,提出了五层元数据内容体系:数据层元数据、数据库层元数据、模型层元数据、子系统层元数据、分布式系统层元数据,以扩展现有的地理信息系统元数据内容体系,从而促进完备的信息共享。最后,介绍了中国农业信息元数据库内容框架设计。     

基于地理加权回归的中心城区共享单车出行特征及影响因素研究

移动信息通讯技术的发展和全面渗透融入社会生活，导致高度压缩的时间、空间和距离，重塑了城市居民行为活动模式。共享单车作为“互联网+共享”的新型出行方式改善了居民的出行方式。但既有成果对共享单车的研究尚不充分。使用摩拜单车1周的骑行数据，剖析广州中心城区共享单车出行轨迹的时空间分布特征，基于地理加权回归方法进一步探究建成环境的功能密度因素对共享单车出行的影响及程度。研究发现，共享单车在工作日和休息日的出行均具有明显的早晚高峰特征。公共交通站点POI密度、功能混合度、机动车道密度等因素的边际作用表现出显著的空间不稳定性。研究能为共享单车企业提升运营水平和政府优化慢行交通环境提供参考。     

中国农业信息元数据内容体系研究

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
