吉林省城镇体系空间发展格局研究

城镇空间格局是支撑城镇体系发展的重要载体。本文结合吉林省案例,从城镇体系空间格 局发展背景入手,运用GIS 等空间分析手段,透视吉林省城市（镇）体系的发育格局问题,从建设长 吉图开发开放先导区、东北经济区城镇一体化及东北亚区域合作的区域视角,提出未来吉林省城 市化空间协调发展应注重培育区域经济发展多元增长极,加速长、吉近域特大城市间的整合发展, 强化吉林中部城市群的集聚与扩散作用,加快后进城镇的经济转型进度,构造多层次的开放空间 发展节点,加强跨区域合作,激发区域经济发展主体的活力,推进区域经济发展“多赢多进”的和谐 互动发展格局。     

武汉城市群交通运输体系与城镇空间扩展关联分析

交通运输体系与城镇空间扩展的关联分析是揭示交通运输与经济增长作用关系的重要切入点。采用等时线叠置法和指标分区法,分析了武汉城市群交通可达性及交通优势度与城镇空间扩展的时空格局、关联特征及其作用机理。研究表明,交通运输体系与城镇空间扩展具有内在联系,呈现出互动耦合、协同演进格局。从作用机理来看,交通运输体系通过直接效应、外部效应和乘数效应对城镇空间扩展起着重要的支撑和推动作用;城镇空间扩展在“量”和“质”上对交通运输提出了新要求,刺激并保障了交通运输体系的发展,两者相互反馈、相互依赖。从政策启示来看,交通运输体系的空间不均衡是造成区域经济发展水平差异的重要因素,制定差别化的交通运输发展战略和完善一体化的交通运输体系是加快区域经济增长和缩小地区差距的重要途径。     

吉林省区域发展的城镇体系响应研究

城镇体系作为现代区域经济社会发展的主体框架,与区域发展之间存在着较强的适应与反馈的互动关联态势。基于吉林省经济社会发展与城镇体系的空间关联特征,结合经济全球化、科学发展观等新背景下吉林省经济社会发展的趋势,认为中心城镇体系发育与职能强化,都市整合区功能提升与产业升级．东、西部中心培育与产业生态化,城镇发展轴带集聚能力增强,边境城市职能优化与外向经济扩张是今后吉林省城镇体系响应其区域发展的主要路径。     

试论制定区域经济发展战略的若干原则

本文从经济地理学角度,提出制定区域发展战略应遵循的基本原则为:区域经济发展战略目标要与高层区域经济发展方面相协调;正确分析区域经济优势,建立合理的产业结构;明确区域发展专门化方向,建立区域经济主导部门;建立开放体系,实现区域间的分工协作和合理竟争;充分发挥各级城镇中心作用,建立合理的空间经济网络等。     

城市化对经济增长影响的空间计量分析——以海峡西岸经济区城镇体系为例

城市化是影响现阶段海峡西岸经济区城镇体系经济增长格局的重要因素。运用探索性空间数据分析方法研究海西城镇体系经济增长空间格局,构建区域经济增长空间计量横截面数据模型,探索在空间效应的影响下城市化对区域经济增长的作用。研究结果表明:海西经济区处于城市化进程的初中期阶段,人口结构城市化能够有效地推动区域经济增长;中心城市辐射带动能力弱,产业结构城市化未能很好满足经济增长的需要;现阶段城镇体系网络构建程度较低,交通基础设施对经济增长的影响较弱。最后,提出未来海西城镇体系经济发展的重点。     

中国省际空间经济发展关系动态演进分析

随着经济全球化进程的不断深入,传统区域经济理论需要改变以适应不断演化的经济发展关系。以新疆为中心研究区域,分析其与全国其他省域间空间经济发展关系的演进状态,为提升区域合作与交流水平、改善区域一般空间经济关系提供新的研究思路。研究发现：首先新疆与其他省域间的经济关联水平和地缘经济关系在独立范围内的发展形势较好,但二者之间的关系存在隔离现象,不能通过相互带动效应提升空间经济发展关系;其次各省域与新疆形成的空间经济发展关系类型较为复杂,即微观指标上呈现的问题不同,需要根据微观欧氏距离给出具体调整策略。根据研究结果,从合理调整内部配套设施、扩大区域对外开放程度、依托区域经济发展战略对接、形成拥有多元经济主体的发展格局、培养区域命运共同体意识五个方面给出政策启示。     

2000—2017年新疆城镇体系网络结构及规模特征探析

基于城市空间网络结构和规模特征两个方面,运用修正引力模型、社会网络分析、标准差椭圆分析、中心职能模型、泰尔指数模型等,综合刻画2000—2017年新疆城镇体系区域经济的空间发展规律及变化差异。结果表明：（1）从城市空间网络结构来看,新疆城镇体系城市网络的范围持续扩张,等级分层较为突出,空间上表现为以乌昌石城镇群为核心逐级递减的单核圈层结构。联系网络的密度有所下降,但变化较小,各子城镇群的区域联系有待加强。新疆城镇体系的内部凝聚力远大于外向辐射力,整体上形成资源不断涌向核心区域的现象,正处于发展严重不协调阶段。（2）从城市规模特征来看,新疆城镇体系的区域格局主导方向为“东北-西南”,空间结构长期稳定,核心区域集中在天山中部,总体呈现“一级超强,分散组团”的发展格局,乌昌石城镇群与其他区域差距悬殊且极化现象愈加突出,各子区域间表现出明显的等级差异。同时,各地区的差距不断增大,发展也相对割裂,没有形成良好的互动,城镇职能配置不断转移,呈现显著的“虹吸”效应。总体来看,研究区的“中心-外围”特征显著,区域经济格局虽然存在一定弊端,但等级严序的分层结构,次级城镇群间差异较小等特征为优化经济格局框架创造了可能。     

我国运输通道的空间格局及演化趋势

在研究我国运输通道的结构构成、区域差异和性能特征的基础上,从国家生产力布局、城镇体系空间结构、国际经济贸易形势和外向型经济建设的角度,分析我国运输通道空间格局的演化趋势及其制约因素,探讨2000年我国运输通道的空间格局。     

环洞庭湖区城镇体系发展研究

通过对环洞庭湖区城镇体系发展的历史背景以及现状特征分析，指出其发展过程存在着城市空间格局发展不平衡，产业结构重复严重等问题，在此基础上，提出了相应的对策与发展措施，确保环湖区内城镇体系的持续，快速发展，并最终实现带动区域经济发展的目的。     

长江三角洲地区城镇空间扩展特征及机制

城镇空间扩展是城市化作用于地理空间的直接结果,揭示城镇空间扩展过程、格局及机制已成为识别城镇发展阶段、认知城镇发展规律的有效手段。基于长江三角洲地区多时相卫星遥感影像数据,以城镇用地扩展空间分异与关联特征为切入点,利用间隙度指数、分形维数、扩展强度指数、扩展速度指数和空间关联模型,定量揭示了区域城镇空间扩展特征的多样性、空间组织异质性和“热点区”格局演化。结果表明：20 世纪80 年代以来,长三角洲地区城镇空间扩展在以中心城市集聚为主导的过程中,遵循“小集聚,大分散”的特点,围绕“Z”形区域发展轴线,大致经历了点轴扩展、沾粘式增长和蔓延扩张的过程,区域融合现象凸显;空间扩展的“热点区”格局不断演化,“热点区”的核心集聚作用在减弱,沪宁沿线、沪杭沿线、杭甬沿线和沿江地区成为驱动长三角城镇社会经济发展的核心区;同时,在城镇空间扩展的不同阶段,驱动机制有所差异,经济全球化和区域城市化推动着长三角城镇空间一体化进程。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
