南瓮河国际重要湿地资源现状与保护管理建议

通过调研,对南瓮河国际重要湿地基本概况、类型、植被、特点、生态价值、建设管理等现状进行了阐述与分析,结合实际工作,提出了一些保护管理建议。     

基于多时相环境卫星数据的南瓮河流域湿地信息提取方法研究

选取位于大兴安岭林区的南瓮河流域作为研究区,以多时相、中等分辨率的环境卫星影像为数据源,采用面向对象方法,通过多尺度分割、特征提取、决策树建立等步骤,实现湿地信息的快速提取;系统分析了面向对象方法在森林地区湿地信息提取中的有效性.研究表明,在面向对象湿地信息提取过程中,采用不同等级的分割尺度,使分类更具层次性;利用光谱、空间、形状等多种属性特征,通过多时相遥感数据的融合,可以更好地识别复杂多样、界限模糊的湿地景观,其中,草本沼泽的生产者精度达到了91％.结果显示,南瓮河流域内,湿地类型多样,以草本沼泽和灌丛沼泽为主,且其主要分布于河流两侧和中下游宽阔的河谷地带.     

扎龙湿地自然保护区的火灾管理

通过对黑龙江省扎龙湿地自然保护区自然资源状况和火灾特点的分析,结合当地社会经济及环境中存在的问题,为研究地区的林火管理提出具体建议。研究表明,在防火季节,有效地控制火源,提高当地居民的防火意识是预防火灾的关键;此外,保证保护区水源供应在火灾预防中起着关键作用。研究结果可为湿地类型自然保护区的林火管理提供参考。     

南瓮河国家级自然保护区

<正>南瓮河国家级自然保护区地处大兴安岭东部林区,伊勒呼里山南麓,距加格达奇140公里,总面积229523公顷。保护对象主要是森林、沼泽、草甸和水域生态系统以及珍稀野生动、植物。保护区于1999年12月建立,2003年6月晋升为国家级自然保护区。保护区内河流密布,沟壑纵横,湖泊星罗棋布。     

大兴安岭地区不同类型多年冻土区灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落组成及其物种多样性

为了明确大兴安岭地区不同类型多年冻土区灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落组成和物种多样性的差异,于2015年8月和2018年8月,采用野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,利用Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数和Cody指数、Sorenson指数研究调查区域植物群落的α多样性和β多样性特征。研究结果表明,2015年8月和2018年8月分别共记录植物10科15属18种和16科21属24种;大兴安岭不同类型多年冻土区灌丛—薹草沼泽指示物种存在差异,图强湿地(大片连续多年冻土区)灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落物种组成有向温度相对较高的南瓮河湿地(零星岛状多年冻土区)灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落物种组成方向发展的趋势;图强湿地、新林湿地(不连续岛状多年冻土区)和南瓮河湿地灌丛—薹草沼泽中植物群落的平均Margalef丰富度指数分别为1.607、1.431和1.754,平均Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分别为1.016、1.333和1.272,平均Pielou均匀度指数分别为0.429、0.590和0.533;图强湿地与新林湿地的灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落物种之间的更替速率较快,二者灌丛—薹草沼泽中的植物群落较相似。对比不同类型多年冻土区灌丛—薹草沼泽植物群落物种组成与多样性变化发现,灌丛—薹草沼泽中的植物对气候变化有潜在响应,但是,植物应对气候变化也与物种自身性质和立地环境有关,尚需进一步开展长期而深入的研究。     

鄂西山区森林火灾的分布特征及与地形气候的关系

本文揭示了鄂西山区森林火灾水平分布特征:1)森林火险具有地域差异性和邻近相似性,2)从北到南火险由高到低;3)高山林区为低火险区,4)23林区县市为低火险级;5)1600—2000m左右火灾最多发生,向上向下均减少。     

加拿大森林火险天气指数系统在全球及中国的应用

在全球变暖趋势下,林火的频率和烈度都呈上升趋势,对林火进行准确的预警成为当前中国森林防火亟待解决的紧迫问题。当前全球最常用的火灾天气等级系统是加拿大森林火险天气指数系统(FWI),本研究介绍了其原理、基本结构、发展过程,着重介绍了FWI系统在世界范围内的校准及应用情况,对中国如何建立更适用于中国火灾特点的FWI系统提出了建议。     

滇池湖滨湿地公园的旅客人数估算

以滇池湖滨带上的6座湿地公园为研究对象,采用样线法,估算6座湿地公园旅游人数。研究结果表明,2018年11月1日至2019年10月31日期间,捞渔河国家湿地公园、海东湿地公园、海埂湿地公园、南滇池国家湿地公园、西华湿地公园和古滇精品湿地公园的游客总人数分别为227 886人、355 434人、677 728人、45 185人、34 811人和1 452 063人。     

对中国森林火灾在短时间尺度上变化规律的研究

通过对1950~2013年中国森林火灾观测数据的整理和分析,揭示中国森林火灾在短时间尺度上的发生规律。结果表明:在日时间尺度上,中国森林火灾主要发生在8:00~16:00,其变化规律与气温、湿度变化及人类频繁活动的时间点关系密切;在月、季时间尺度上,春季森林火灾较多,夏季森林火灾较少,这与中国季风气候的特点及一些特定的人类活动相关;在年际时间尺度上,自1950年以来中国森林火灾呈现阶梯状下降趋势,这一趋势与气候变化的关系不是很明显,可能较多地受到人为因素如政策法规的影响。     

基于3S技术的森林火险预警方法及应急管理的研究

森林火灾是对社会、环境及经济发展影响范围最广和破坏性最大的一种自然灾害。充分利用全球卫星定位系统(GPS),遥感技术(RS),地理信息系统(GIS)等技术可以提供大量的火灾发生的背景条件的信息,有助于做好发生森林火灾的防范措施,同时有利于制定灾后应急措施以减轻灾害损失。本文阐述了基于3S技术的森林火灾预警方法和应急管理体系,为防灾减灾工作提供参考。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
