基于民族文化的旅游地产开发模式研究——以楚雄彝人古镇为例

基于民族文化的旅游地产是指以区域的文脉为开发契机,以民族文化旅游资源为卖点、以房地产开发为营销手段,具有一定民族文化主题的房地产项目,是具有旅游、休闲、度假、商业、居住等功能的,集投资与消费于一体的新型物业模式。该模式的主要特点是以民族文化搭台,旅游唱戏,带动地产经济,实现房产开发与旅游景观、民族文化开发三位一体。采用这种开发模式需要重点考虑民族文化主题、区位、政策、配套、市场、开发主体等因素。楚雄彝人古镇项目是基于民族文化的旅游地产的成功案例,其成功源于寻找到"地产"与"民族文化"和"旅游"的最佳结合点,成功地将民族文化融入了地产,地产融入了旅游,打造了特色民族文化旅游品牌。     

基于"五缘"优势的闽台旅游资源整合开发研究

闽台旅游合作具有重大的政治意义、经济意义和文化意义.对旅游资源进行整合开发是闽台区域旅游合作的前提和基础.以闽台"五缘"优势为基础,分析了闽台旅游资源的现状.将"五缘"优势融合到旅游资源的整合开发中,提出了闽台旅游资源整合的"三力"整合模型:以血缘、商缘为内动力,明确闽台两地的相对旅游资源优势,开发出适销对路的旅游产品,以旅游互动为闽台优势旅游资源对接的主要方式;以地缘、文缘为外扩力,实施闽台品牌旅游资源对接、黄金旅游线路组合与策划及"海峡旅游"品牌共推的策略;以法缘为保障力,提出闽台旅游资源整合所需的保障措施,并对这些措施进行了探讨.     

闽东畲族旅游"文化圈"的重建构想

闽东是全国畲族人口最多的聚居地,民族色彩浓郁,但民族文化旅游开发建设却明显滞后,畲族文化旅游应成为闽东可持续旅游业的基础.为此,本文提出关注畲族旅游"文化圈"的建设意义和重建构想.     

民族旅游真实性研究及保护模式探讨

民族旅游与其真实性有着密切联系,"真实性"是民族旅游的基础和主要内容.该文通过梳理国内外民族旅游真实性的有关文献,对真实性理论在国内民族旅游中的若干应用案例进行了分析,提出以旅游需求和旅游供给为主线,从商品化与真实性协调以及"舞台真实"原理两方面构建民族旅游真实性保护模式.     

论湘西旅游"金三角"的开发

随着"大三峡"旅游圈的形成,湘西旅游业面临巨大的挑战,开发湘西旅游"金三角",打造湖南旅游航母,是保证湘西旅游产业快速持续发展的根本出路.充分挖掘大湘西的旅游区位条件和旅游资源优势,营造张家界、吉首凤凰、沅陵3地旅游联动,实现三位一体,实施形象战略、精品战略和可持续发展战略,从内核到外缘打造整体的湘西旅游"金三角",是实现湘西旅游可持续发展的重要途径.在战略实施过程中,选择从旅游通道、开发序位、市场培育和旅游网络等方面逐步构建湘西旅游"金三角",使大湘西成为大三峡地区一个强大的旅游目的地.     

基于仪式展演理论的景颇族“目瑙纵歌”旅游化探析

仪式是各种社会性活动的总称,也可作为单个活动的特指。民族节日是民族文化的重要载体与活动形式,因而是一种民族仪式。仪式具有象征性,"目瑙纵歌"是景颇族最盛大的节日,是一个充满了众多文化符号的象征系统。该仪式受到政府、市场的双重推动,正面临旅游化的趋势。针对"目瑙纵歌"当前旅游化趋势的现实,用西方仪式展演理论进行本土化研究,就景颇族"目瑙纵歌"的旅游化原则、方式进行初探,构建科学合理的展演模式,以更好地促进节日文化在旅游环境下的传承与保护,同时满足旅游者的文化体验需求,具有重要的理论与现实意义。     

肇庆市"千里旅游走廊"开发的理论解释与策略研究

运用点轴渐进式扩散理论、旅游地生命周期理论、阴影区理论对首批中国优秀旅游城市肇庆开发"千里旅游走廊"的行动进行了探讨,认为这是肇庆区域旅游发展的必然要求和有效手段,具有战略意义;分析了其旅游空间总体布局和旅游资源的主要特色,并提出若干开发策略.     

山东省旅游经济差异及旅游空间结构构建

以17地市为研究单元,运用加权变异系数、基尼系数、泰尔指数等方法分析了山东省2000-2007年旅游经济差异的时空演变,并对旅游经济差异进行了分解.研究表明:山东省旅游经济发展的空间差异较大,但有缩小的趋势;国际旅游区域差异大于国内旅游区域差异,三大地区差异呈现出不同的特点.构建了"两核、两带和四区"的旅游空间结构,并提出了促进山东旅游空间结构形成的举措:加快培育青岛和济南两大旅游核心城市,打造黄金海岸和山水圣人旅游发展带,构筑大运河和水浒文化、沂蒙红色文化与生态旅游区、黄河三角洲自然生态旅游区、齐文化旅游"四大旅游区"的旅游空间结构,有助于实现三大区域旅游经济的相对均衡协调发展和旅游产业竞争力水平的整体提升.     

文学旅游地的空间重构研究——以凤凰古城为例

文学和旅游之间关系十分密切,以文学旅游地为切入点,运用定性研究方法分析了凤凰古城如何通过文学和旅游的影响实现其空间重构,得到结论如下:1开发者的旅游开发行为迅速改变了凤凰的社会经济结构,在其旅游发展过程中,不同权力主体(政府、开发商、小成本经营者、旅游者等)之间的权力博弈实现了空间的"权力化"重构;2以沈从文及其作品等为代表的湘西文学作品和旅游者的地方想象共同建构了凤凰古城的地方形象,文学和旅游的"邂逅"赋予凤凰诗性的想象空间,实现了凤凰古城诗性空间的构建;3权力空间和诗性空间的建构过程是相互影响的:权力空间的构建过程中包含了权力主体对诗性空间建构过程的运用;反之,诗性空间的建构过程也包含着不同权力主体对空间的利用和争夺,并受之影响。     

丝绸之路经济带西段五省区旅游资源群开发潜力评价

陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏和新疆五省区构成了丝绸之路经济带西段区域,科学地评价该区域旅游资源,有利于合理开发旅游资源、挖掘旅游发展潜力,促进丝绸之路经济带西段的发展。本文以丝绸之路经济带西段即中国西北五省区为研究对象,构建旅游资源开发潜力综合评价指标体系,利用多层次灰色评价法对旅游资源群的开发潜力进行评价。研究结果表明:丝绸之路经济带西段五省区拥有丰富的旅游资源,同时高品位的旅游资源与丝路文化紧密相关,空间分布与丝绸之路经济带大体一致。在空间上,三类旅游资源群呈现与丝绸之路经济带走向的一致性,体现出各具特色的空间集聚优势,即自然风景旅游资源群主要以兰州和西宁为中心,呈现椭圆状分布;遗址遗迹旅游资源群主要以西安为中心,呈现放射状分布;综合风景旅游资源主要以乌鲁木齐为中心,呈现带状分布。旅游资源的数量、类型、级别和开发程度呈现"整体分散"与"局部集中"并存的特点,但许多高品位的旅游资源还处于原生态,尚未进行规模化开发,以此为丝绸之路沿线旅游资源利用及区域旅游合作提供理论依据。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
