利用1993年4月至2001年3月的TOPEX/POSEIDON卫星高度计遥感资料,研究了热带大西洋(15°S-25°N,50°W-5°W)海面高度距平和表层环流结构的季节性变化。研究结果表明:夏季和冬季海面高度距平分布呈相反的结构,低纬度海区(0°-15°N之间的海区)海表风应力旋度所产生的Ekman抽吸而导致的海面升降是该海区海面高度距平季节性振荡的重要影响因素。热带大西洋表层流结构大部分海域季节变化不明显,部分流系具有明显季节振荡,东向的北赤道逆流夏季强度较大,冬、春季流速较小;非洲沿岸流冬季流向为东南向,其他季节流向为东北向。值得一提的是,几内亚海湾表层流秋、冬季为东向,而春、夏季为西向。通过卫星跟踪ARGOS漂流浮标观测结果进行的对比验证表明,上述遥感资料分析的表层地转流场与海上观测结果一致。  相似文献

格陵兰岛附近海域海平面变化的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用17年5个月的卫星高度计资料,探讨格陵兰岛附近海域海平面的季节变化和年际变化特征,结果表明,该区域海平面变化存在显著的季节信号和年际信号。近20a来,格陵兰岛附近海域海平面的平均上升速率为1.7mm/a,小于全球海平面的平均上升速率。该海域的海平面变化存在很强的区域性,通常多年平均海面高度异常(SSHA)大的海区,海平面上升速率也大;多年平均SSHA低的海区,海平面上升速率则较小。EOF分析表明第一模态为季节模态,整个海域第一空间模态的位相相同,说明该海域海平面的季节变化趋势是相同的。该区域的SSHA与海冰面积指数呈负相关,海平面的季节变化受海冰面积大小的影响显著。SSHA与经向风应力距平的低频分量具有很好的正相关性,与纬向风应力距平的低频分量具有不显著的负相关,说明该海域海平面的年际变化受风应力的影响显著。  相似文献

采用7a的T/P高度计资料对南海东北部海域海面高度异常及其季节变化和年际变化进行研究。研究表明该海域是中尺度涡的高能量区,尤其经常生成强的反气旋涡;海面高度异常的均方根高值区(即中尺度涡的高能量区)主要分布在台湾西南部(21.3°N,119.0°E)和吕宋岛西北(19.5°N,119.5°E)附近的深水海域;海面高度异常的均方根值随季节有明显的变化,春季是中尺度涡最弱的季节,均方根值最小,夏季次之,秋、冬是中尺度涡最强的季节,均方根值最大;海面高度异常的均方根值也表现出显著的年际变化,特别在ElNi no事件期间(1997年)其年均方根值最小。  相似文献

近50年来南海海面蒸发量的时空变化特征分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据最新的OAFlux洋面蒸发量资料,使用EOF经验正交分解、谐波分析、小波变换、功率谱分析、趋势分析、M-K检验等方法,对南海海区蒸发量的时空特征进行了分析.结果表明:1)南海地区的蒸发量空间分布上秋冬季节最强,其次是盛夏季节,而春季最弱.2)南海海面蒸发量表现为全区一致变化型和南北反相变化型两个主要模态,并可以解释总方差 60%以上的变化.3)在2-5 年周期的年际变化尺度上,南海海面蒸发量与12-2月Ni(n)o3.4区海温距平存在较大相关.距平合成分析表明,在强La Ni(n)a年,南海海面蒸发表现南北蒸发反相变化型,南海北部为正距平区,南部为负距平区;而在强El Ni(n)o年,整个南海几乎全为正距平区.4)南海海面各个季节的蒸发量空间分布形态都存在高频的2-5年的年际变化和低频的10-14年的年代际变化,这些周期振荡在南海海面蒸发量演变的不同阶段显著性不一.5)不仅从多年平均的年际变化上看南海海面蒸发量在1997年发生突变,而且四季的蒸发量也均在1980年代后期发生过由偏弱转为偏强的突变.  相似文献

利用1949~2004年共54 a的热带气旋资料,通过对历年影响我国近海(距海岸线300 n mile范围内)25°N以北及以南热带气旋的基本要素特征值的分析,发现我国近海25°N以北与以南热带气旋影响的频数和年代际变化不一致,尤其是20世纪80年代中期以来呈现反位相特征,近海25°N以北TC偏多,强度强;25°N以南TC偏少,强度弱.对热带气旋个数偏多年与偏少年对应的夏季海温场、高度场的合成分析,发现25°N以北偏多年比以南偏多年的东太平洋海温负距平强度大、范围广,高度距平场上反映出25°N以北偏多年西太平洋(包括南海)负高度距平区更为偏北、偏东;25°N以北TC偏少年时,中东太平洋海温为正距平区,高度场上太平洋低纬区域基本为正距平区,太平洋高纬区域是负距平区,而以南TC偏少年中东太平洋海温是负距平区,高度场上太平洋高纬区域是正距平区.文中还对当年前期各月海温场、高度场与当年以北、以南热带气旋个数分别作了相关分析,得出了一些实用有效的预报因子.  相似文献

利用1992年10月~2002年7月的TOPEX/POSEIDON(T/P)卫星高度计月平均格点数据分析了热带大西洋(15°S~25°N,5°~50°W)海面高度距平的低频变化。由热带大西洋大约10 a海面高度距平变化的标准差分析得到:在赤道附近海区(2°~5°N,25°~45°W)、非洲沿岸海区(11°~16°N,16°~18°W)海面高度波动剧烈。对海面高度距平进行经验正交函数(EOF)分析,得到EOF的3个模态分别占有方差比例为51.5%,13.2%和7.9%。第一模态揭示的是热带辐合带(ITCZ)的季节性迁移导致海面高度距平沿着ITCZ平均位置经向倾斜的1 a周期变化,第一模态还显示了太阳辐射的季节差异引起南北两个海盆海面高度的整体升降。第二模态描述了中心分别位于(3°N,40°W)和(7°N,45°W)附近两个涡漩的变化。第三模态表征的是几内亚海湾上升流和赤道北部下降流在6~7月强度达到最大。对EOF时间系数曲线的经验模态分解(EMD),结果表明热带大西洋低频变化包含的成分主要有:0.5,1,2,4和6 a。其中1 a周期是热带大西洋海面高度变化最主要的周期成分,0.5 a周期和2 a周期也是热带大西洋海面高度变化的重要形式;而4 a和6 a周期所占的比例较小。另外EMD方法还分解出1997~1998年太平洋El Nino事件对热带大西洋海面高度的影响。  相似文献

本文用使海面至100m水层的平均温度(T_av)表征海洋上层热含量。讨论了1964-1982年期间热带西北太平洋海洋上层热含量的季节和年际变化特征。指出,研究海域海洋上层热含量的年际变化与E1 Nino事件相联系,在E1 Nino事件期间,出现大面积的T_av负距平,高热含量海区分布范围明显缩小。  相似文献

利用GEOSAT卫星高度计于1986年11月至1989年3月;司所测的南海海面风速资料,统计分析了南海海面风速的统计特征以及海面风场的分布特点。分析结果表明:南海海区风速受各种天气系统(如季风、台风、副热带高压等)的影响显著,表现为春、夏、秋季平均风速较小,冬季较大,风场分布呈现出夏季南部大,北部小,其他季节为由南向北增强的分布趋势,并在10°N,110°E附近海区各季都有一较为稳定的高风速区,其范围大小和中心位置随季节略有变化。  相似文献

采用8a(1991—1998)的卫星遥感海水表面温度资料(AVHRR SST)对北部湾温度锋的季节变化与年际变化规律进行了探讨。北部湾海区温度锋的季节态强弱趋势为春季最强,夏季、冬季次之,秋季最弱。在年际时间尺度上,温度锋强度与SST距平(SSTA)存在响应关系,表现在:1)SST正距平对应较弱的锋面产生,负距平对应较强的锋面产生,这种相关性在冬季表现得最为明显;2)锋面的强弱与SSTA绝对值存在正相关关系,即SSTA变化越大,锋面越强。在冬季,温度锋强度与海面风经向分量相关,在偏北风异常情况下,锋面较强;反之,锋面较弱。  相似文献

应用依赖于季节的经验正交甬数(S-EOF)分析,探讨了最近15a南海海面高度随季节演变的年际变化.S-EOF分析得出南海海面高度异常各模态不同季节的空间结构以及时间演变过程,证实了季风强盛期冬季和夏季基本模态的结构,还分离出了季风转换期(春季和秋季)海面高度的分布格局.结果表明,南海海面高度随季节演变的年际变化与厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜事件密切相关.S-EOF1的结果表明,南海海面高度的变化具有明显而稳定的季节振荡,但在ENSO年海面高度的季节振荡相对减弱;S-EOF2模态显示了1998-2001年间冬季吕宋岛西侧存在一个较强的正异常,且能一直持续到春季;S-EOF3模态主要体现了南海西部一系列中尺度涡状结构的年际差异,包含1997/1998年厄尔尼诺对南海环流的影响.  相似文献

In order to assess the impact of deep-sea mining on the in situ benthic life, we measured the microbial standing stock and concentration of organic nutrients in the deep-sea sediments of the Central Indian Ocean Basin in the Indian pioneer area. Sediments were collected using box core and grab samples during September 1996. The total bacterial numbers ranged from 10 10 -10 11 cells per g -1 dry weight sediment. There was a marginal decrease in the number of bacteria from surface to 30 cm depth, though the subsurface section registered a higher number than did the surface. The highest numbers were encountered at depths of 4-8 cm. The retrievable number of bacteria were two orders less in comparison with the direct total counts of bacteria. An almost homogeneous distribution of bacteria, total organic carbon, living biomass, and lipids throughout the depth of cores indicates active microbial and benthic processes in the deep sea sediments. On the other hand, a uniform distribution of total counts of bacteria, carbohydrates, and total organic carbon in all the cores indicates their stable nature and suggests that they can serve as useful parameters for long-term monitoring of the area after the benthic disturbance. Further studies on temporal variability in this region would not only verify the observed norms of distribution of these variables but would also help to understand restabilization processes after the simulated benthic disturbance.  相似文献

The interdependence between the seismo-acoustic properties of a marine sediment and its geotechnical/physical parameters has been known for many years, and it has been postulated that this should allow the extraction of geotechnical information from seismic data. Though in the literature many correlations have been published for the surficial layer, there is a lack of information for greater sediment depths. In this article, a desktop study on a synthetic seafloor model illustrates how the application of published near-surface prediction equations to subsurface sediments (up to several tens of meters burial depth) can lead to spurious predictions. To test this further, acoustic and geotechnical properties were measured on a number of sediment core samples, some of which were subjected to loading in acoustically-equipped consolidation cells (oedometers) to simulate greater burial depth conditions. For low effective pressures (representing small burial depths extending to around 10 meters subsurface), the general applicability of established relationships was confirmed: the prediction of porosity, bulk density, and mean grain size from acoustic velocity and impedance appears generally possible for the investigated sedimentary environments. As effective pressure increases through, the observed relationships deviate more and more from the established ones for the near-surface area. For the samples tested in this study, in some instances increasing pressure even resulted in decreasing velocities. There are several possible explanations for this abnormal behavior, including the presence of gas, overconsolidation, or bimodal grain size distribution. The results indicate that an appropriate depth correction must be introduced into the published prediction equations in order to obtain reliable estimates of physical sediment properties for greater subsurface depths.  相似文献

An acoustic inversion method using a wide-band signal and two near field receivers is proposed and applied to multiple layered seabed models including a manganese sediment. The inversion problem can be formulated into a probabilistic model comprised of signals, a forward model, and additive noise. The forward model simulates wide-band signals, such as chirp signals, and is chosen to be the source-waveletconvolution plane wave modeling method. The wavelet matching technique, using weighted least-squares fitting, estimates the sediment sound-speed and thickness on which determination of the possible numerical ranges for a priori uniform distribution is based. The genetic algorithm is applied to a global optimization problem to find a maximum a posteriori solution for determined a priori search space. Here the object function is defined by an L 2 norm of the difference between measured and modeled signals. Not only the marginal pdf but also its statistics are calculated by numerical evaluation of integrals using the samples selected during importance sampling process of the genetic algorithm.  相似文献

海上大直径钢管桩打桩过程中,桩周土体受到强烈扰动而发生强度弱化,掌握桩周土体强度弱化规律对于准确预测打桩过程、保证工程安全具有重要意义。为研究土体强度弱化规律,开展了环剪试验模拟打桩对桩周土体的扰动,测试土体强度随剪切速率的变化规律,建立了描述土体强度弱化规律的拟合公式,引入到打桩分析软件中。研究结果表明:土体的强度折减程度不仅与土体本身的性质有关还受到土体的埋深和剪切速率的影响,埋深越深土体强度折减程度越低,剪切速率越高土体强度折减越高,在打桩分析中可采用这里推荐的线性折减方法来模拟不同深度处土体强度的折减规律。  相似文献

Specific properties of the interannual sea level variations and annual tides in the Northwestern Pacific were studied. Several tide stations were monitored. The monthly mean sea level for the year of 1995 was analyzed at each tide station. A seismic event in 1995, some tectonic activity around the subject area, and the Kuroshio (the oceanic western boundary current) may possibly contaminate results which would have occurred from the astronomical annual tide alone.  相似文献

The effect of different fixation and storage protocols on the flow cytometric (FCM) simultaneous analysis of bacterioplankton and phytoplankton in coastal seawater samples (Mediterranean coastal lagoons) was investigated. FCM measurements (cell number, fluorescence and scatter characteristics) were obtained through DAPI staining. Three fixatives [glutaraldehyde (GA), formaldehyde (FA) and paraformaldehyde (PFA)] and two storage (3 months duration) methods (5 °C and −196 °C) were tested. Two dominant populations were detected in studied samples: bacteria and eukaryotic picophytoplankton. Adding fixatives (2% final concentration) appears necessary to obtain FCM exhaustive counts of all the bacteria and phytoplanktonic cells. This was related to the permeation effect of fixatives which allowed a better DAPI staining of the cells. Maximum fluorescence, i.e. optimal staining of the cells was obtained with FA or PFA, and significant lower fluorescences with GA. Fixed samples stored at 5 °C induced rapid cell loss. Only storage in liquid nitrogen of samples fixed with FA or PFA, allows mid-term (≥4 months) preservation of bacteria or picophytoplankton cell numbers, and limited evolution of DAPI-induced fluorescence and scatter characteristics.  相似文献

Oedometer tests have been carried out on 70 undisturbed surficial clays (at approximately 250 mm below the mudline), mostly collected by free-fall corers from sites widely scattered throughout the deep-sea North Atlantic. Acoustic measurements were also made, initially on contiguous samples and ultimately on the same sample using a geophysically instrumented oedometer which also collected electrical resistivity data. Apart from those quiescent areas below the carbonate compensation depth, such as north of the West Indies where very fine clays exist, most of the samples are silty clays whose geotechnical-geophysical properties are dependent on the type of clay minerals present (and their ability to take in moisture), the sand-size fraction, and the quantity of carbonate present. Thus the pure clays have high compressibilities which decrease on the addition of coarse particles, while the converse is true for the acoustic parameters, these increasing with the sand fraction. Using the notion of the intrinsic compression line for all samples, and comparison to it of the measured compression curves, it is clear that, contrary to some previously held ideas, most deep-sea clays are normally consolidated; the addition of carbonate has the effect of creating an open, stronger sediment skeleton. Interestingly, where information is available, the variation with depth of a sample's acoustic velocity follows the void ratio pressure relationship of the compression curve. This allows the construction of an in-situ sediment compression curve using the in-situ geophysical observations.  相似文献
