对烟台市500余家大中型企业进行问卷调查,按照临港工业标准对其中的临港工业进行统计分析,总结出烟台市临港工业发展的现状特点。同时结合烟台市发展临港工业与港口、城市和周边地区的关系,提出了烟台市发展临港工业应实施的产业发展和空间发展战略。即形成“一个突破,两个发展、三个壮大”的主导产业体系和“一条生态旅游带、五个产业组团、六大工业基地”的空间布局框架;最后围绕实现临港工业发展战略提出了配套措施。  相似文献

中国海洋经济省际空间差异与海洋经济强省建设   总被引:28,自引:3,他引:25  
我国的海洋经济在空间分布上是由沿海具有海岸带、海岛与广阔海域的11个省(市、区)组成。20世纪90年代以来,中国把海洋资源开发作为国家发展战略的重要内容,把发展海洋经济作为振兴国家经济的重大举措,从而提出了到2010年形成若干个海洋经济强省的规划。建设海洋经济强省既可为我国建设小康社会,又能吸纳劳动力缓解我国的就业问题,又为我国西部开发和振兴东北老工业基地提供相关条件,使我国整体国民经济得到提升和快速发展。在研究中应用分析区域空间差异的定量方法、对各省(市、区)海洋产业以及海洋三次产业结构等的空间集聚与扩散程度进行分析,从而揭示其海洋经济形成的机制与规律,并提出了关于我国建设海洋经济强省的对策。  相似文献

随着经济全球化进程的加快和全球环境变化的加剧, 资源和环境对全球可持续发展和国际政治、经济格局的影响也越来越明显。特别是30 多年来, 我国的迅速发展在很大程度上改变了世界政治经济格局, 但同时对世界经济和资源的依存程度也越来越大。另一方面, 中国的快速崛起过程面临着日益严峻的国际环境的挑战, 如何从全球经济、资源和环境角度, 构建中国社会经济发展的可持续性的基础与战略, 如何建构能够促进世界和谐发展的中国自己的全球地缘政治战略, 并参与全球共管, 是开展世界地理与资源研究的战略需求。  相似文献

工业化是一个国家和地区经济发展的核心、结构转变的动力。加快推进新型工业化是我国新世纪提出的宏伟战略,也是青海实现社会经济快速、稳定、健康发展的重要内容。文章在考察并总结建国以来青海工业发展历史进程及其阶段性特点的基础上,提出"点轴渐进—东西两翼"工业发展模式作为青海工业可持续发展的现实选择,为青海在经济全球化、中国入世和西部大开发背景下实现经济起飞提供理论依据和政策参考。  相似文献

回顾改革开放40年,在深刻的制度变革环境下,中国工业实现快速发展,中国工业地理格局也在经济转型中得到重塑。中国工业总体上经历了从内陆扩散到沿海地区集聚,再向内陆转移的过程。但不同类型产业地理格局及变化受制于不同力量,显现出一定的行业差异性。与改革开放之初相比,中国工业在不同地理尺度上呈现出明显的集聚趋势,但集聚程度较欧盟和美国低。产业的聚集与分散驱动不同尺度下的产业迁移,导致区域产业频繁进入和退出,促使地方产业呈现多样化态势,推动中国工业地理格局演变。从经济转型的视角出发,改革开放可概括为市场化、全球化和分权化三个过程,这些过程创造市场力量,激活地方力量,引入全球力量,共同重塑了中国工业地理格局。  相似文献

全球化是本世纪人类社会发展的最重要特征之一,它不仅促进了产品和服务的流动,而且促进了劳动力、金融、资源及环境生产要素等的流动,技术的发展提高了生产效率和物质要素的可利用性.全球化扩大了人类活动的范围和影响程度,对人类社会、政治、文化、经济等各个方面都产生了影响,从而加深了全球环境变化.全球环境变化已经成为伞球化进程的重要方面,人类对全球环境变化的应对方式直接关系到人类的生存及可持续发展.全球化深化了国际分工,发达国家制造业大量向发展中国家转移,从而导致发展中国家承担了更多的环境污染,造成发展中国家碳排放增长较快.在全球化进程中,中国在享受初级产品大量出口并产生顺差的同时,也把环境污染输入进来,并把大量资源输出去,从而造成中国资源紧张和环境污染.随着中国经济实力的增强,中国的政治、文化等都会在全球产生更大影响,研究全球化进程对中国现代化进程的影响及中国现代化进程对全球化的影响、全球化进程与全球环境变化的关系具有重要的理论和实践意义.  相似文献

经济全球化是跨世纪时代经济国际化在全球纵深发展后进入全面与成熟的高级阶段的产物.面对经济全球化的挑战,区际联系应当成为区域地理学的新领域.区域地理学区际联系的理论,包括空间相关和空间扩散两个方面,这些联系又以全球联系为背景和最终归属.中国改革开放的发展方向是最终将整个经济发展纳入世界经济体系中,因此在经济全球化的背景下中国区域地理学应积极拓展区际联系的研究领域,具体包括全球区位论、对外直接投资与全球经济空间格局重组、经济全球化与全球产业结构调整、跨国公司地理、国际服务贸易和技术贸易地理、区域集团化组织地理、跨国界次区域经济合作和共同开发等研究内容.  相似文献

城镇化是中国现代化必由之路和实现经济可持续发展的长期国策。在全球变化背景下,如何科学评估并预测气候变化对城镇化发展的影响,阐释快速城镇化进程中应对气候变化的响应机制和适应模式,进而提出适应全球变化的城镇化可持续发展策略,是中国城镇化发展亟待解决的科学问题。长三角位于中国地势第三级阶梯的海岸带,海陆交互作用显著,是全球变化和人类活动剧烈相互作用的典型区域。长三角地区的城市化气候效应最强,水旱灾害、地面沉降、海面上升、极端气候事件对长三角城镇化发展的影响目前尚未作深入研究,气候变化和人类活动相互作用制约长三角的发展,长三角地区的城镇格局将如何应对气候变化和环境污染的影响?对该问题的回答是中国城镇化发展必须解决的难题,将直接决定中国城镇化可持续发展事业的成败。因此,开展长三角城镇化发展对全球变化的响应和适应对策研究,可为国家制定快速城镇化策略应对气候变化提供理论方法和科学决策依据。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
