阐述了福建港湾自然条件和港口开发现状,采用赫希曼-赫芬达尔指数分析近20年来港口体系空间结构的动态演变规律,结果表明,福建港口体系空间结构演变总趋势呈分散化。这说明了港口间的竞争大于合作,职能结构趋同,因而形成合理分工与协作的福建港口群是当务之急。鉴于此,运用模糊聚类、货种区位商等分析技术,对其体系内的港口等级层次、职能结构的基本特征进行探讨,并在此基础上提出了各港口职能分工的发展方向。  相似文献

采用2013年中国沿海各港口的分类货物吞吐量数据,从综合性/专业化、职能规模、职能地位等视角判别其运输职能类型,并探究综合性/专业化与港口规模的关系,既考虑港口自身的货物结构,又兼顾各类货物在全国沿海港口体系中的地位。研究发现:港口的综合性/专业化与港口规模存在较弱的相关性,规模越大,综合性特征越显著,反之,专业化特征越突出;煤炭、金属矿石、石油、矿建材料等大宗货物是沿海港口的主要运输职能,尤其是煤炭运输在绝大多数沿海港口中占有重要地位,是港口形成专业化职能的核心要素;各类货物作为主要货种和优势货种的空间分布不尽相同;根据是否具有突出职能及综合性/专业化判别,沿海港口可以划分为六种运输职能类型。  相似文献

俄罗斯东北航道沿线港口发展潜力评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
随着北极冰层不断融化,未来东北航道商业化通航成为可能,俄罗斯东北航道沿线港口发展潜力和开发价值日益受到关注。本研究构建包括自然条件、基础设施、港口运营、腹地环境、地理位置等5方面内容的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对俄罗斯东北航道沿线13个港口的发展潜力进行评价。研究结果表明:(1)对港口发展潜力影响程度由大到小依次是地理位置、腹地环境、自然条件、基础设施、港口运营因素。(2)可将港口发展潜力由强到弱划分为3个等级:第一等级包括摩尔曼斯克、阿尔汉格尔斯克、普罗维杰尼亚、季克西,第二等级为纳里扬马尔、萨别塔、佩韦克、乌厄连、阿姆杰尔马,第三等级为迪克森、哈坦加、维尔霍扬斯克、安巴奇克。(3)港口发展潜力自西向东大致呈现“W”型格局,摩尔曼斯克、季克西、普罗维杰尼亚的港口发展潜力较大,分别位于俄罗斯东北航道沿岸的西、中、东段位置,位于三者之间的港口发展潜力较小。  相似文献

中国华南沿海地区地处海上丝绸之路的必经之地,其周边港口的航运网络及其临港产业的建设对推进跨区域的社会文化活动和经济合作具有重要意义。通过对比分析海南洋浦港与中国华南地区9个典型港口的航运网络特征及其临港区产业类型可以发现:(1)洋浦港目前的集装箱吞吐量及其市场占有率还比较少,2020年集装箱吞吐量为101.93万TEU,仅占整个华南地区10个典型港口比重的1.25%,并且仅与地区内的钦州港、新加坡港、胡志明港有较高航运频次。洋浦港在航线布局上,亟待向香港港、广州港和深圳港靠齐,提升中国在环南海区域的“近洋”布局并不断推动洲际“远洋”航线地开通;(2)洋浦港临港区域企业数量由2005年的326个增加至1461个,在区域港口中总占比由2005年0.18%提升至2015年0.47%。但各企业分布密度均较其他港区小。其中直接涉海的海运装卸业与跨境物流产业数量都较少;依存产业建设方面目前主要依托于渔业的发展,其他船舶制造业、建筑工程业也较少;与港务相关的服务业中,洋浦港提供的服务类型也较少,主要集中为零售业,缺少海运保险和海洋金融等服务业类型。因此,海南港口在高质量发展的新常态下,需要从业务“多元化”向区域“基地化”实现转型发展,即要注重与华南地区典型港口之间的相互“交流”以及港口与临港区产业经济活动之间的互动,逐步形成优势互补、分工合理、相互协作、竞争有序的沿海港口群体。  相似文献

对中国地理学会联合中国自然资源学会公布的24种人文地理学领域中的高质量中文期刊进行筛选,重点分析了1982―2022年的552篇港口地理研究相关论文,以揭示中国港口地理研究的发展脉络以及研究特征。结果发现:1)中国港口地理研究大致经历了初创阶段、探索阶段、快速发展阶段、视角转变阶段。2)腹地划分的研究侧重在经济腹地和港口腹地一体化发展。物理和物流腹地研究有待进一步深入。3)港口的集中与分散度测量是港口体系研究的重点。多式联运的发展促使港口体系间的竞争更加激烈,学者倾向于从宏观的角度解释影响港口竞争的因素。4)港口网络的研究主要涉及拓扑空间布局、网络结构变化以及网络安全评估等内容。5)港城关系研究中,空间关系的考察集中在港城界面的发展,尤其是滨水区发展与规划。港城之间的经济关系相对复杂,学者尚未达成共识。6)中国港口地理研究具有服务国民经济应用的显著特征,港口布局和选址等内容是研究的重点。目前,中国对近些年西方强调的社会、制度、文化、供应链等内容关注较少。未来应重视极端天气与地缘政治的影响,深化港口内部码头以及企业的相关研究,推动AIS大数据的应用,加强相关理论的构造。  相似文献

选取南海周边国家和地区37个集装箱港口为研究对象,选用全球前八名船公司航线数据,就其现有航线分布构建二向网络,采用度数中心度、接近中心度、介数中心度及权利指数等复杂网络中心性指标和网络结构模型对其港口体系特征和网络结构进行研究,得出的结论主要有:1)近年来,南海沿线国家和地区间贸易愈加频繁,相关港口吞吐量不断增加,在世界集装箱港口体系内地位总体呈上升态势;各港吞吐量排名总体相对稳定,南海周边7国集装箱港口运力分布不均衡,主要集中在中国与新加坡沿线。2)深圳港、新加坡港、香港港、高雄港、青岛港与上海港等港航线较多,可与较多区域直接进行贸易往来,受其他港口联系影响较小;上海港、深圳港、宁波舟山港、广州港等在国际集装箱航线中起重要的串联中介作用,对航运网络控制能力较强。3)基于港口吞吐规模与中心程度分异情况将港口网络地位分为4层。第一层为国际航线母港,包括上海港、新加坡港、深圳港、宁波舟山港、广州港、青岛港与香港港;第二层为国际航线枢纽港,包括高雄港、丹戎帕拉帕斯港、厦门港、天津港、林查班港、巴生港与胡志明港,中心性发育程度较好;第三层为国际航线挂靠港,包括海防港、钦州港、大连港、丹绒布鲁港、马尼拉港、丹戎佩拉港、连云港、盖梅港、烟台港、营口港、日照港与福州港,港口相对中心度偏低,吞吐量相对受限;第四层为区域性喂给港,包括锦州港、太仓港、台中港、东莞港、唐山港、南京港、泉州港、南通港、珠海港、嘉兴港与海口港,因其地理区位特点成为较热门转运港口。4)整体港口网络可划分为4个港口社群。其中,社群一中心属性明显,社群二与其联通关系紧密,社群三是其喂给港群,社群四小世界属性明显,群内港口航线相对独立。  相似文献

围绕核心城市组织的合理的区域分工体系是都市圈功能整合、和谐运作,发挥其空间组织优势的关键,而良好的区域分工往往以城市间职能的互补性为基础。采用对应分析方法,应用SPSS生成点聚图并计算反映职能互补性的统计量——总惯性,对1997年和2007年京津冀、长三角、珠三角三大都市圈核心城市的职能分工体系特征、格局以及职能互补性进行比较研究。结果显示,10 a间各都市圈以服务业职能为主的一般化职能开始分化,高端服务业职能逐步由一般化职能转变为专业化职能,并且向都市圈的中心城市集中。工业制造业职能在京津冀和长三角都市圈由一般化职能转变为专业化职能,在珠三角都市圈刚好相反。同时,工业制造业职能的分工格局在三大都市圈表现出不同的变化趋势。分工体系特征反映出三大都市圈不同的分工格局,京津冀、珠三角表现出双中心结构的分工格局,而长三角则是单中心结构的分工格局。对核心城市职能互补性的分析显示,京津冀潜在的职能互补性在三大都市圈中是最高的,但是由于产业梯度过大、区域协调机制不够完善等原因,互补性优势并未得到很好的发挥。  相似文献

港口之间的竞争与合作关系是港口资源整合所要理顺和优化的关键问题,关系着港口体系的健康可持续发展。本文采用动态空间面板模型,研究了2000年以来中国港口整体及沿海和内河各区域港口群的竞争与合作关系,并探讨其影响因素。研究表明:中国港口货物吞吐量和集装箱吞吐量存在空间正相关性,且呈现逐渐增强的趋势;从货物吞吐量看,全国范围内的港口和内河港口之间不存在显著的竞争效应,沿海港口之间竞争态势显著,而三者在集装箱运输方面均为竞争关系;五大沿海港口群在货物吞吐量方面的竞争激烈程度排序为环渤海港口群>珠江三角洲港口群>长江三角洲港口群>西南沿海港口群>东南沿海港口群,内河港口群中,仅珠江水系港口群呈竞争态势;珠江三角洲港口群、东南沿海港口群、长江三角洲港口群、长江水系和珠江水系港口在集装箱运输中竞争激烈;港口供求关系、港口规模结构、港口职能结构、港口规划与管理等是影响竞争与合作关系及竞争激烈程度的重要因素。本研究有助于丰富港口地理学的理论研究,并为港口资源整合提供思路和方向。  相似文献

自1997 年以来,两岸集装箱港口体系在“间接通航”、“试点直航”以及“全面直航”特殊政策的影响下,先后经历了直航萌芽期、直航发展期及直航成熟期三个阶段。以国家交通部发布的台湾海峡两岸集装箱海上运输航线为主干数据,基于复杂网络的分析视角,利用网络分析软件GEPHI和GIS技术,对直航背景下海峡两岸集装箱港口体系空间联系格局、中心性空间分异和区域集散效应的演化特征进行定量测度,并进一步探究两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构演化的动力机制。结果表明:① 两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构总体呈现“特定转运港集中—枢纽港集中—区域网络化发展”的三阶段演变过程,主要表现为航线联系范围的扩大和干线权重的减弱,中心性功能在枢纽港弱化、在次级港口增强,以及新兴小型港口呈现“小世界”区域集聚的现象,体现了重要的复杂网络特性。② 两岸直航前,港口区域集聚性主要分布于珠三角及环渤海地区,两岸直航后,区域集聚现象主要分布于珠三角地区与海峡西岸经济区。③ 两岸航运网络的空间演化机制受制度、市场及技术三方面因素共同驱动,特殊的通航政策是港口体系形 成、演化的重要社会制度环境,两岸经贸联系和ECFA的全面推进在很大程度上重塑了中国沿海四大经济区主要港口与台湾港口间的航运联系,而基于技术革新的港口竞争机制影响了两岸航运企业的航线配置。  相似文献
