为了建立高精度的边坡位移预测模型,文章采用基于粒子群优化(PSO)的双稀疏相关向量机(DSRVM)建立边坡稳定性和影响因素之间的非线性关系。双稀疏相关向量机是在变分和相关向量机(RVM)框架下提出的一种多核组合优化的方法,相比于RVM和其他多核学习方法,DSRVM不仅有更少的训练时间,并且能够得到更高的预测精度。由于DSRVM的核参数对预测效果的影响较大,文章采用粒子群算法实现多个核参数的优化选取并应用于边坡位移预测。最后将本文提出的基于粒子群优化的双稀疏相关向量机(PSO-DSRVM)预测结果与极限学习机(ELM)和小波神经网络(WNN)预测结果进行对比,通过均方根误差(RMSE)、复相关系数(R2)和平均相对预测误差(ARPE)进行评价,验证了PSO-DSRVM模型在边坡变形预测上的可行性。 相似文献

随着煤层气勘探的不断深入,对煤层含气量预测精度提出了更高的要求。基于煤层含气量测井响应特征,分析测井参数与含气量的相关性,提出MIV(Mean Impact Value)技术与LSSVM(Least Squares Support Vector Machine)结合的测井参数优选策略,优选最优测井参数作为网络建模的输入自变量组合,通过粒子群算法优化LSSVM网络核心参数,最后构建一套适用于煤层含气量预测的MIV-PSO-LSSVM模型。在此基础上,分别对比分析LSSVM、PSO-LSSVM、MIV-LSSVM和MIV-PSO-LSSVM模型对煤层含气量的预测性能,并与传统多元回归方法进行了对比,利用拟合优度和均方根误差对此5类模型进行评价。结果表明:PSO优化下的LSSVM模型预测精度得到有效提升,结合MIV方法优选测井参数可大幅度改善神经网络建模性能,MIV-PSO-LSSVM模型可实现煤层含气量高精度预测,为煤层气勘探及其储层评价提供新的技术支撑,且本研究的建模策略及思想可广泛应用于其他机器学习建模研究领域。 相似文献

本文把声发射作为序参量描述了岩层运动过程中的自组织性,通过Lyapunov指数的计算对岩层运动过程中的混沌性进行了分析;提出了确定系统独立变量数目的准则和利用自组织映射神经网络确定独立变量类型的方法,最终建立了岩层运动的非线性动力学反演预测方法,从而构成了岩层运动非线性动力学预测研究的基本框架,这对地震、煤矿冲击地压等地质灾害的预测具有重要参考价值。 相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
