基于生产-消费模型的"数字城市"信息共享方法研究

城市信息资源共享是“数字城市”建设的关键问题。在总结城市信息资源共享现状和存在的问题基础上,从信息生产—消费关系的角度分析城市信息资源共享,提出基于生产—消费模型的“数字城市”信息资源共享方法。该方法充分考虑了城市信息资源共享的内在特点,可以提高城市信息资源共享的效率,满足“数字城市”建设需求。在此基础上,给出该方法的技术解决方案。     

“数字城市”初步研究

在分析“数字城市”研究背景的基础上，对“数字城市”的定义、特征提出见解，探讨“数字城市”的基本框架以及所必需的技术基础，指出了“数字城市”的研究意义。     

数字经济与城市空间网络发展及治理挑战

数字经济以其强渗透性和泛在化特点,不断渗透到人类社会生产生活和城市治理的方方面面。通过对学界、政府、媒体、行业关于数字经济研究和发展的回顾,揭示了数字经济理论研究滞后于应用实践的现状;结合其与信息技术的关系,提出微观技术、中观产业以及宏观经济活动三个层面的理解及四个方面的认识。对数字经济是否减少“面对面”以及导致“距离的死亡”两个话题进一步探讨,按照数字经济可达性网络与城市空间、数字经济产业与城市空间、数字经济与城市网络的脉络对数字经济与城市空间的网络发展进行研究,并分析了治理安全与网络公平两个挑战。研究认为：没有证据表明数字经济一定会导致“面对面”减少和“距离的死亡”;可达性网络、数字经济产业及城市网络等内容成为数字经济与城市空间发展和研究的新内容;数字经济时代治理安全和网络公平的挑战不容忽视。本文还展望了网络空间地理学发展以及城市数字空间与物理空间融合及数字经济科技伦理治理等问题。     

中国西部城市土地市场建设初探

土地市场建设包括市场培育和市场规范两个方面。文章通过对比中国东、中、西部地区城市土地市场发展现状，分析西部城市土地市场建设成就，找出西部城市土地市场发展中存在的主要问题，提出建设西部城市土地市场的设想和建议。     

数字城市框架下地理信息服务语义分析

构建数字城市服务公共平台,能够有效地解决异源异构数据共享的问题,实现地理信息互操作。该文以数字城市服务公共平台下的地理信息服务为例,基于本体论,利用属性枚举的语义表达方法构建地理信息服务本体,以明确且形式化的方法描述服务语义,力图解决地理信息服务语义共享的问题。最后给出数字城市公共平台部分地理信息服务的形式化语义描述,在Protégé软件中完成地理信息服务本体的构建,同时结合HermiT1.3.4实现推理过程,并以地理编码服务为例构建了一组本体结构。     

论城市管网智慧管理研究范畴与关键技术

城市管网是城市正常运转的生命线和基础设施,管网信息管理系统是数字城市与数字矿山的重要组成部分.管网信息集成、共享应用与决策支持是智慧城市重要建设内容,实现城市管网智慧管理CPSM是城市管网管理必然趋势和发展方向.该文结合城市管网管理技术现状,明确了CPSM的内涵、基本特征;界定了CPSM的研究范畴,即标准体系、模型体系、核心数据库、门户集成平台、应用服务、智能分析与控制、网络与安全和智能传感器;提出了CPSM的关键技术,包括门户集成技术、Web服务技术、数据仓库技术、数据采集与传感器技术、网络通讯技术和软件智能技术;指明CPSM的研究方向,为城市管网智慧管理提供理论参考.     

关于建设数字郑东新区的构想

郑东新区是一个新规划的城区,在城市建设的同时进行信息化建设将比其它城市具有更大的优势和发展机遇。文章探讨了数字郑东新区的总体框架、空间基础设施、标准体系建设,以及在信息化建设中的重点电子工程。并提出了加强组织体系建设、制订信息化战略、加强信息安全保障、完善融资体系等保障措施。     

数字环境下城市可持续发展问题研究

数字城市的建设是数字环境下保持城市可持续发展的一个有效途径,文章在剖析数字环境下城市发展中存在的不可持续性问题的基础上,系统地介绍了一种建立数字城市的模式和框架结构,并阐述了其相关技术以及应采取的措施和对策。目的是探讨在数字环境下保持城市可持续发展的方法和途径。     

数字城市若干理论问题探讨

该文从城市与区域信息化,数字城市工程建设的角度,结合数字城市工程实践,综合城市建设领域,3S领域,测绘科学领域,计算机科学领域专家学者对数字城市的研究成果,对数字城市的基本概念,数字城市的理论框架,数字城市的工程框架等理论问题,进行了初步的研究,提出了数字城市的基本理论框架。     

数字城市实现的技术体系研究

数字城市是数字地球实现的一个重要节点，该文分析了数字城市的产生背景，提出了数字城市的研究体系－数字城市的基础研究，数字城市的实现技术以及数字城市的工程研究，最后论述了数字城市实现的关键性技术。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
