桩身完整性测试对土木工程具有重要的意义.对混凝土桩采用侧向激振,分析其反射波形特征,提出了一种桩基完整性检测的新方法.文中首先用钢筋混凝土梁试件作为模型桩进行室内模拟试验,再在工程实例中将这种桩基完整性检测新方法结合传统弹性反射波法结果来进行比较分析,验证了侧向激振新方法的有效性,从而为基桩质量检测提供了一种新的可靠手段.  相似文献

建立现浇X形桩(XCC桩)桩-土体系三维有限元模型,对XCC桩低应变检测动力响应进行数值模拟,得到完整桩和缺陷桩的桩顶速度响应结果,并分析完整桩及缺陷XCC桩桩顶速度响应特性及规律。计算结果表明:XCC桩低应变瞬态动测时桩顶速度响应存在明显的三维效应,桩心(激振点)附近点的入射波峰值较大,且到达时间较早;距离桩心越远点的入射波峰到达时间越滞后,入射波峰值从桩心到尖角边界先减小后增大。桩顶距桩心距离相同的环向上各点的入射波和反射波区别不大,而各点所受的高频干扰情况并不相同。变模量桩的入射波和完整桩相同,反射波峰值较完整桩小,反射波峰对应时间较完整桩滞后。局部缺陷桩桩顶距桩心距离相同环向各点的第一个缺陷反射波有微小差别,而第二个缺陷反射波有较大差别。  相似文献

Fiber-reinforced polymers (FRP)–concrete composites provide an attractive alternative to conventional pile materials such as steel, concrete and wood by improving the durability of deep foundations. In the current study, FRP tubes with different taper angles are filled with self-consolidating concrete (SCC) and driven into dense sand that is enclosed in a large pressurized soil chamber. Driving tests are conducted on FRP–SCC composite piles to determine how the pile material and geometric configuration affect its driving performance. Dynamic data is employed to determine the soil parameters in the TNO model (i.e., soil quake and damping constant) using the DLTWAVE signal-matching program. The driveability of FRP–SCC and traditional pile materials is compared using the wave equation analysis program PDPWAVE. The experimental data and the wave equation analyses indicate that the taper shape has a favourable effect on the driveability and static resistance of piles. It is also found that the driveability of FRP–SCC composite piles is similar to that of conventional prestressed concrete and steel piles. However, empty FRP tubes required a much higher driving energy. Their low flexural resistance along with risk of buckling can hinder their driveability in different soil conditions.  相似文献

预应力管桩在高烈度抗震设防地区已禁用,而普通钢筋混凝土方桩成本较高。首先针对卡扣式机械连接预应力混凝土实心方桩、PHC管桩和普通钢筋混凝土方桩与承台处的节点进行拟静力试验,并利用试验数据针对Park-Ang损伤模型进行了修正,进行了损伤指数分析。研究结果表明:预应力方桩比普通钢筋混凝土方桩的抗裂性能明显好,而预应力混凝土实心方桩承台节点耗能能力和延性低于预应力管桩和普通钢筋混凝土方桩;截桩施工导致桩端部损失部分预应力,相比较未截桩试件屈服荷载和极限荷载均减小,节点裂缝开展较早,损伤较未截桩试件严重;增配普通钢筋试件的滞回曲线比较饱满,水平承载能力和位移延性得到提升,节点抗震性能得到提升与改善;预应力混凝土实心方桩损伤前期较小,而一旦发生损伤后,损伤指数发展较快。  相似文献

理论计算及实测资料表明,反射波法基桩动测激振信号近似为半周期正弦波,不同激振方式产生的桩顶速度脉冲信号宽度不同,相应频率成分也就不同。桩身内阻尼对不同频率谐波的幅值衰减及频散规律不同,使得不同激振方式产生的复合脉冲在同一桩中会有不同变化规律,为了使不同激振方式测试资料具有可比性,应采用相同频带进行对比。为此利用小波分析的时-频特性,通过对测试信号进行时频分解,就桩身内阻尼对不同频带信号的吸收系数及波速的影响规律进行了研究。对实测资料分析的结果表明,预制桩不同频带信号波速变化不大,但衰减系数随频率增大近似线性增加。  相似文献

In geotechnical engineering, defect detection for concrete structure can be simplified as a multi-layered media problem in most cases. The types of defects are mainly identified as cracks inside the concrete, interlaminar peeling, and loose bedding voids. The study of the wave propagation phenomenon in multi-scale layered media and the effects on defects merits investigation. The present research focuses first on the analysis of this phenomenon using numerical methods. The wave propagation characteristics of the multi-layered model with defects are assessed with dynamic FEM analyses under three-dimensional conditions. The analysis is obtained in the time domain and allows the consideration of multiple wave reflections between layers. Based on this analysis, a full-wavefield imaging detection method is developed and then applied to reveal the defects in the under-track structure of a high-speed railway. This testing system integrates the point-source/point-receiver scheme with the multi-directional imaging technique to achieve an effect analogous to that achieved with scanning. It is equipped with an impacting hammer, a series of three-component velocity transducers and a signal capturing unit. To evaluate the feasibility of this system for detecting defects in the under-track structure of the high-speed railway, a full-scaled high-speed railway model test with pre-setting defection is conducted. The data are analyzed according to characteristics of waveform and wave energy. The average amplitude is used to evaluate the defect area. It is concluded that the full-wavefield imaging detection method exhibits high potential for inspecting the defects of the under-track structure of high-speed railways by imaging.  相似文献

根据应力波按半球面波扩展传播的特点,结合系梁(盖梁)、墩柱、桩基之间的几何尺寸关系,建立系梁(盖梁)等结构件对应力波干扰频率的计算方法并得到其分布特征。采用多通道同步采集设备结合同相轴分析方法进行桩柱式基础完整性状况跟踪测试现场试验。结果表明:桩顶自由时得到的扩径、桩底反射等信号特征可以在墩柱、系梁等施工后测试得到的信号中体现;拾振点应尽量竖向串列式排列,这种拾振方式不仅可以根据拾振点起始波峰之间的时差和拾振点间距计算结构物的应力波波速,而且不同拾振点的振动曲线能形成同相轴,便于利用同相轴分析判断桩底、盖梁(系梁)反射和其他反射体的反射。数据分析时,对异常信号应重点分析其拾取时刻,并借助测定的墩柱、系梁或盖梁的应力波波速判断其发生位置。  相似文献

Modern seismic design codes stipulate that the response analysis should be conducted by considering the complete structural system including superstructure, foundation, and ground. However, for the development of seismic response analysis method for a complete structural system, it is first imperative to clarify the behavior of the soil and piles during earthquakes. In this study, full‐scale monotonic and reversed cyclic lateral loading tests were carried out on concrete piles embedded into the ground. The test piles were hollow, precast, prestressed concrete piles with an outer diameter of 300 mm and a thickness of 60 mm. The test piles were 26 m long. Three‐dimensional (3D) finite element analysis was then performed to study the behavior of the experimental specimens analytically. The study revealed that the lateral load‐carrying capacity of the piles degrades when subjected to cyclic loading compared with monotonic loading. The effect of the use of an interface element between the soil and pile surface in the analysis was also investigated. With proper consideration of the constitutive models of soil and pile, an interface element between the pile surface and the soil, and the degradation of soil stiffness under cyclic loading, a 3D analysis was found to simulate well the actual behavior of pile and soil. Inclined piles are prohibited by many codes in seismic areas. Nevertheless the battered effect has not yet been clarified because very few data are available. The present work is a comparison, at reduced scale in the centrifuge, of the response of two simplified pile groups: a 1 × 2 vertical piles and 1 × 2 pile group with one inclined pile. Two configurations are considered: end-bearing and floating pile group, both with pile heads rigidly fixed with a massive cap. First, repeatability tests under horizontal cyclic loading were performed on both floating pile groups. Secondly, repeated horizontal impact tests were performed on both end-bearing pile groups. These impact tests, which highlight the influence of inclined piles on the inertial response of a group, are a first step for the more complex analysis of the performance of such groups under seismic loads where inertial and kinematic interactions are combined. The first part of this work revealed the influence of sand structure around the inclined pile tip on the repeatability of the tests performed on floating pile groups. The second part highlighted differences in the dynamic response between the two end-bearing pile groups through measurements of the pile cap acceleration, the bending moment profile and the axial load in the piles.  相似文献

A numerical analysis of pile driving for tapered piles is presented in this paper. A three-dimensional finite difference analysis for tapered angle and geometry effects has been used on pile driving response of tapered piles. The simulation considers an idealization for pile–soil system in drivability. The vertical pile is assumed to have linear and elastic behavior. It is also assumed that the soil is elasto-plastic material and its failure stage is controlled using the Mohr–Coulomb failure criterion. At the soil–pile contact surfaces along the pile shaft and pile toe, slip is allowed to occur during the driving procedure using interface elements. Quiet boundaries are used to prevent waves traveling in the lateral and vertical directions for the soil. Cylindrical, fully tapered, and semi-tapered piles were analyzed. The results obtained from numerical analyses were compared with those obtained from available laboratory tests and also other available numerical data, resulting in a satisfactory agreement. The results have shown that among piles of the same length and material volume, with increasing the taper angle from zero (representing a cylindrical pile), the driving stresses decrease and the permanent pile toe settlement (set) increases. These are interesting in pile driving and are on the safe side for driven piles and increasing the driving efficiency. It has also been found that the geometry of the pile can generally influence the pile drivability. Generally speaking, tapered and partially tapered piles offer better drivability performance than cylindrical piles of the same volume and length.  相似文献

基于黏弹性人工边界,建立上部结构-桩-土的共同作用三维有限元模型,分析地震作用下预应力混凝土管桩的运动响应特性。分别针对预应力混凝土管桩的桩径、双层软硬土剪切波速比值、上覆土层厚度、上部结构荷载等影响因素进行数值计算。参数分析表明:在地震作用下,桩径的增大会导致桩身整体弯矩相应增加,特别是桩身土层分界面处增大明显;软硬土层剪切波速比及上覆土层厚度的增加,引起土层分界面处桩身峰值弯矩增加;固定桩头条件下,桩头与桩身软硬土层分界面处均会产生较大的运动弯矩;上部结构的惯性荷载对固定桩头的内力有着较大影响,对桩身深处段弯矩影响较小。本文研究结论可为预应力混凝土管桩抗震设计提供有益的理论参考。  相似文献

钢管桩在贯入过程中土塞效应的正确判断对打桩阻力及承载力的预测有重要影响,常用的静力平衡土塞效应判断方法主要适用于小直径钢管桩。随着海洋平台工作水深的不断增加及海上风电工程的建设,直径大于2m的大直径钢管桩被广泛采用,管桩直径的增加改变了桩管内土体的受力与变形特征。通过数值模拟方法获得砂土中不同径长比的钢管桩在打桩过程中桩周土体的破坏模式,确定采用梅耶霍夫公式计算打桩过程中桩端土体阻力,同时分析锤击惯性力对桩管内土塞的影响,提出采用拟静力平衡法判断大直径钢管桩的土塞闭塞效应。开展不同径长比管桩的室内小比尺打桩模型试验,并对实际工程中的土塞闭塞效应进行判断,验证拟静力平衡法对判断大直径钢管桩土塞效应的适用性。  相似文献

通过研究打桩公式法和应力波动法(如CASE法),作者提出:用重锤或小型火箭筒一次冲击桩顶,用桩顶附近的检波器记录振波图和检测静、动位移,通过实测冲击能(总能量)转换系数、波动和振动各自消耗的能量等各物理量,测定计算单桩竖向承载力.利用振波图计算力(P)和位移(S)动态关系曲线、确定屈服点。并利用静载荷试验检验动测结果和确定动静PS曲线的相关常数,进而确定与承载力相应的沉降量。  相似文献

The paper presents results of a study on the harmonic response of piles and pile groups embedded in a halfspace to various forms of seismic waves. These include the Rayleigh wave as well as obliquely incident P, SV and SH waves. The pertinent mixed boundary value problems of pile-soil-pile interaction are solved by a numerical model of the boundary integral nature. All modes of foundation vibrations, i.e. translational, rocking and torsional, are included in the model. The results presented are used to highlight the salient features of the seismic response of piles. In addition, the influence of certain pile-soil parameters, such as pile rigidity and pile spacing, on the seismic behaviour of pile foundations is investigated.  相似文献
