Variation in the summer nanoflagellate community on the continental shelf ecosystem of East China Sea (ECS) is closely coupled with environmental variation due to extension of the Changjiang River plume. Spatial patterns of nanoflagellate abundance were studied in June and August 2003, June 2006 and July 2007 over the ECS shelf. The Changjiang River plume was smaller during the August 2003 and July 2007 cruises than during the rest other 2 cruises. Total nanoflagellates densities varied between 1 and 120 × 102 cells ml−1 with the highest abundances occurring within the Changjiang River plume during large plume periods. In the small plume periods, the range of nanoflagellates abundance was 3–33 × 102 cells ml−1 and the highest abundances were observed during these periods either within the Changjiang River plume or the Yellow Sea Coastal Water (YSCW). During large plume periods, nanoflagellate abundance closely related to changes in salinity and during the small period, abundance was most related to water temperature. The pigmented nanoflagellate community (PNF) within Changjiang River plume, especially in the <3 μm size class, appears to increase in response to terrestrial or anthropogenic inorganic nutrient loading in the discharge of fresh water from the Changjiang River. The PNF abundance pronounced increase caused the variation of nanoflagellate community of ECS in summer. We suggest that the discharge of fresh water from Changjiang River has significant ecological impacts on spatial variations in nanoflagellate community in the ECS.  相似文献

黄海底栖纤毛虫的群落结构与时空变化   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用密度梯度离心结合定量蛋白银染色(Ludox-QPS)方法,对2010年7月和11月获自黄海海域沉积物中的底栖纤毛虫进行了群落结构研究,并结合环境因子进行了分析。结果表明:7月浒苔暴发期间,纤毛虫现存量以北黄海、南黄海近岸和长江口外海域较高,南黄海离岸站位较低;11月的纤毛虫丰度和生物量均明显高于7月,南黄海近岸站位的丰度和生物量较高,且向外海随水深增大呈减少的趋势。11月丰度和生物量前三位的类群与7月一致,前口类丰度所占比例最高,核残迹类生物量所占比例最高。肉食性纤毛虫均是两个月份的最优势摄食类群。11月纤毛虫的物种数、Margalef指数和香农-威纳指数均高于7月,且均以南黄海近岸海域较高,而离岸海域较低;纤毛虫丰度、生物量、物种数、Margalef和香农-威纳指数与底层水温度和沉积物中值粒径呈显著正相关。冷水团对底栖纤毛虫群落结构和分布有一定的影响,且是多个环境因子的共同影响。两个月份纤毛虫群落间的Jaccard相似系数值高于单个月份南北黄海和冷水团内外的系数值,表明黄海底栖纤毛虫的物种组成在季节间的差异可能小于不同海域之间的差异。7月南黄海近岸较高的纤毛虫现存量和多样性表明,浒苔的死亡和降解可能通过级联效应促进了近岸站位纤毛虫的生长。  相似文献

采用DAPI荧光染色技术, 进行了2007年6月和2008年7月黄海底栖异养细菌的丰度和生物量及分布特点研究。结果表明, 2007年底栖细菌的丰度为(1.13±0.39)×109cells/cm3, 生物量为(49.63±17.26)?gC/cm3; 2008年底栖细菌的现存量较2007年低了约43%。南黄海的底栖细菌现存量较北黄海分别低8%(2007年)和13%(2008年), 而中央冷水团则较其外围区域高约10%和37%, 在南黄海呈现中央冷水区域高于近岸的分布特点, 而在北黄海则正相反。统计分析表明, 2007年北黄海底栖细菌丰度与沉积物叶绿素a含量呈极显著正相关, 南黄海细菌丰度与沉积物有机质含量及底层水盐度呈极显著正相关; 而2008年北黄海细菌丰度与环境因子未见明显的相关性, 在南黄海则与底层水的叶绿素含量呈极显著负相关, 显示浒苔暴发可能对底栖细菌产生了明显抑制。  相似文献

Abstract. The fauna — including macrofauna, meiofauna, and large ciliates — of floating cyanobacterial mats in a brackish shallow-water area was studied by analysing six 20 cm2 pieces of mat. Although these microbial aggregations were scarcely 1 cm thick, their total meiofauna abundance was about five times as high as in the uppermost 4 cm of the adjacent sediment. The mat fauna was dominated by harpacticoids, although large ciliates, rotifers, nematodes, and oligochaetes were also markedly more abundant than in the sediment. All species occurring in the mats were members of the surrounding sediment fauna. Out of the 47 species found, only a few, among them predominantly the harpacticoid, Mesochra lilljeborgi B oeck , 1864, and the nematode Daptonema setosum ( bütschli , 1874), accounted for the majority of the individual abundance in the mats. Both are regularly found in sulphidic biotopes near Hiddensee. As SEM micrographs revealed, the oligochaete Paranais litoralis (O. F. M üller , 1788) and the harpacticoid Cletocamptus confluens (Schmeil, 1894) were apparently optimal substrates for dense lawns of cyanobacteria. This indicates possible close interactions between the meiofauna and these microbiota. The frequent predation of histophagous ciliates on nematodes and harpacticoids, which were probably weakened by oxygen deficiency and/or high sulphide concentrations, were not only a sign of a generally neglected pathway in the food chain, but also impressively emphasized the huge variety of interactions taking place between meio- and microfauna within this specific benthic microcosm. Because of their floating character, the mats can play an important role in the dispersal of benthic fauna.  相似文献

长江每年输送大量的泥沙进入东海,其中细颗粒沉积物具有搬运距离远、扩散范围大的特点,成为示踪河口及近海沉积物源汇过程的良好载体。本文基于采自长江口及邻近海域的44个表层沉积物样品,分析了细颗粒组分中重金属的空间分布和沉积通量,探讨了重金属来源和搬运沉积过程。研究表明:长江口及邻近海域细颗粒沉积物中Cu、Cr、Ni、V和Zn含量、沉积通量的空间分布具有高度的相似性,总体表现为长江口及浙闽沿岸高,向外急剧降低;该区细颗粒沉积物中的重金属主要来自长江,入海后向两个方向扩散,其一为向西南方向扩散,沉积于内陆架泥质区;其二是向东的跨陆架输送,沉积于长江冲淡水影响的海域。从长江口向西南方向的输送和沉积是长江入海重金属最重要的汇。  相似文献

To understand the dispersal pattern of sediment plume and its controlling processes, a field experiment of concentrated slurry dispersal created by a dredger was conducted in the Changjiang (Yangtze River) Estuary during the 2002 flood season. An acoustic suspended sediment concentration profiler and an acoustic Doppler profiler were deployed to simultaneously observe suspended sediment concentrations (SSC) and tidal currents at the pre-selected sections shortly following the release of dredged materials. Water sampling, grab sampling and shallow coring were simultaneously carried out to obtain the SSC and grain-size texture. High-resolution SSC profiler observations showed that two distinct sediment plumes (middle level- and near-bed plumes) occurred during the intermediate tidal phase between the spring and neap due to differential settling of the sediment mixture, whereas only a benthic plume occurred due to rapid flocculation settling during the neap tide. Three subsequent stages can be identified during the dispersal of the sediment plume: (1) initially stable stage before the release; (2) unstable stage shortly following the release as a settling cloud; and (3) stable stage after the formation of a primary lutocline or a benthic plume. Enhanced mixing due to oscillatory shear flows could raise only the elevation of the lutocline in the slurry, but could not enhance the transport capacity of suspension. In the presence of high concentration, the fate of bottom sediment plume was controlled by the bottom stress, independent of the interfacial mixing.  相似文献

底栖硅藻是河口泥滩系统中的重要初级生产者,其群落结构的时空变化可显著影响到河口底栖动物生产力。本研究选取渤海区域的大辽河口、汉沽河口和黄河口为研究对象,分析了泥滩中底栖硅藻群落结构的季节变化特征(2014?2016年)与空间差异,并探讨了环境因素的影响作用。结果表明,3个河口区底栖硅藻多样性和生物量高峰均出现在秋季,优势种存在显著季节演替特征;在空间上,大辽河口和汉沽河口的底栖硅藻生物量显著高于黄河口。底栖硅藻群落结构与多种环境因子的相关性分析表明,温度和营养盐浓度变化对底栖硅藻群落的季节性特征影响显著;河口沉积物的粒径、潮差与径流量可能是造成底栖硅藻群落空间差异的重要因素,黄河口较低的底栖硅藻生物量显著受限于较粗的沉积物粒径和显著的磷限制。  相似文献

选择物质来源相对单一、区域较广的浙江沿岸东海内陆架区,以4种主要粘土矿物(伊利石、蒙皂石、高岭石、绿泥石)为研究对象,以探讨长江粘土矿物作为示踪标记的稳定性问题。研究区5组沉积物样品中粘土矿物的X射线衍射实验及含量分析结果表明,伊利石、蒙皂石和高岭石的相对含量较稳定,具有作为长江物源示踪标记的价值.而各区域的绿泥石含量之间不具有显著的统计相似性。现有资料还不能完全解释长江口及邻近东海内陆架区内粘土矿物组合的相对稳定状态,今后应对絮凝作用、沉积分异作用、海底生物地球化学作用等因素的效府做进一步的研究。  相似文献

This study investigates species community patterns and sediment relationships of benthic macrofauna off the Rhone river delta. Along a WE transect, changes in diversity, density, biomass and trophic structure were coupled with the mean extension of the river dilution plume. Species number and diversity were at a minimum off the river mouth, below the area of the minimum surface salinity. Density decreased by a factor 2 and biomass by a factor 5 from the fluvial to the marine system. These features are due to high overload of terrestrial organic matter in the river prodelta as evidenced by the carbon isotopic signature of surface sediment and by pigment content. On the basis of a non-metric MDS analysis and of Dufrêne and Legendre method (1997), groups of stations and characteristic species associated were identified. These species, mainly small capitellids, spionids, lumbrinerids and sternaspids, correspond to a successional dynamic in response to changes in sedimentation conditions, mainly in organic matter quality of the surface sediment. The succession observed in space was similar to described in macrotidal estuaries and off other deltaic systems all over the world and to that observed in time following the Rhone river severe flood events. Results suggest that organic matter quality is an important factor with regard to benthic macrofauna successions and recovery mechanisms following disturbances. The differences observed between the Rhone deltaic system and the general model of relations between shelf processes and discharge of large rivers are attributed to a more regular supply of organic material from terrestrial origin on the Rhone continental shelf.  相似文献

从长江口及邻近海域10 个站点采集表层海水, 通过DAPI 染色计数和克隆文库构建的方法, 对细菌的多样性及群落结构进行初步研究。DAPI 染色计数结果显示长江口及邻近海域表层海水中 细菌丰度总体较高, 生物量变化较大, 从1.16×105(A04 站点)到 1.48×106 cells/mL (B03 站点); 总体 趋势从长江口向外海增加。细菌克隆文库的系统发育分析表明: 细菌序列以变形菌门为主(占总文库 的60.61%), 其中α-变形菌纲是绝对优势类群(50.62%); 其次是拟杆菌门(15.18%)、放线菌门(14.79%) 和蓝细菌门(4.61%), 还有少量厚壁菌门、绿弯菌门、酸杆菌门、浮霉菌门、纤维杆菌门、疣微菌门 等; 另外柔膜菌门和SAR 类群也有发现。文库多样性分析结果显示长江口及邻近海域部分站点表层 海水中细菌多样性显著, 与研究区海域水产养殖活动有关, 并受到区域洋流和海洋化学环境(如低氧 带)的影响。  相似文献

Simulation of Suspended Sediment in the Yellow and East China Seas   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Described is an initial attempt to simulate the suspended sediment dynamics relating to tidal and wave forcing during summertime in June 1980 and August 1981 for the Yellow and East China Seas continental shelf. The cohesive/non-cohesive sediment resuspension and movement generated by the interaction between current and wave are modeled by use of ECOMSED and WAM Cycle 4. Model results are compared with observations in US-China Marine Sedimentation Dynamics Program performed for 1980-81 at off the Changiiang estuary. The main features of simulations show that suspended sediment concentrations during the summer decreased markedly offshore as observed during the simulation periods. As for some discrepancies for the mouth of the estuary with high river discharges, i.e., the Changjiang River, the model did not properly reproduce the over-mixing situation in the summer; thus distinct vertical concentration variation in this local region is not agreeable with observation. However, general dispersal patterns of suspended sediment movement seem to be agreeably reproduced for the nearshore shallow region. 为探讨不同类型湿地表层沉积物中底栖微藻对氮素的吸收存储能力及其影响因素,于 2017 年 3 月(枯水期) 和 8月 (丰水期) 分别采集大亚湾光滩湿地 (T1)、河口湿地 (T2) 和红树林湿地 (T3) 表层沉积物底栖微藻样品,并进行了反复冻融实验。研究结果表明,大亚湾滨海湿地表层沉积物中的底栖微藻丰度具有显著的时空差异,温度、营养盐和沉积物粒径可能是影响底栖微藻生长繁殖的主要因素。不同季节比较发现,底栖微藻的氮累积存储能力表现为枯水期强于丰水期,主要由于丰水期较高温度和强光照引起的过度干燥和光刺激,限制了底栖微藻的生长繁殖。河口湿地丰富的营养物质能促进底栖微藻的生长繁殖,致使在淡澳河河口湿地叶绿素含量最高,底栖微藻丰度也最大。底栖微藻胞内溶解无机氮 (DIN) 含量表现为T2(河口湿地) >T1(光滩湿地) >T3(红树林湿地) 的空间分布特征,这与其生物量的时空分布特征相一致 (P<0.01),并且底栖微藻对氨氮 (NH4-N) 有较强的累积存储能力,胞内氨氮 (IC-NH4) 在胞内无机氮 (IC-DIN) 高达90.8%。底栖微藻 IC-DIN 占整个沉积物氮库的 24.2%,其中约 20.0% 的 NH4-N、17.6% 的 NO3-N 和 16.0% 的NO2-N被吸收累积在底栖微藻细胞内。整体上,大亚湾湿地沉积物底栖微藻的氮素累积能力受营养负荷的影响,且NH4-N负荷越高,底栖微藻对氮的吸收存储能力越强,能有效降低近岸富营养化水平。  相似文献

东海陆架表层沉积物微生物多样性初步研究   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
提要从东海陆架DH-13站点的表层沉积物中提取环境基因组DNA,通过PCR和TA克隆构建了细菌和古菌的16SrDNA基因文库,并对克隆子文库进行系统发育分析。结果表明:细菌序列以变形菌门(Proteobacteria,41.5%)居多,其次是浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes,10.9%)、放线菌门(Actino-bacteria,8.9%)和CFBgroup(7.9%),另外还有少量酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、疣微菌门(Verru-comicrobia)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospira)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)等;古菌序列全部来自泉古生菌门(Crenarchaeota),其中Marine Crenarchaeotic Group Ⅰ(MGⅠ,93.6%)是绝对优势菌,还有少量序列属于Miscellaneous Crenarchaeotic Group(MCG)、Marine BenthicG roup C(MBGC)和Marine Benthic Group A(MBGA)。文库多样性分析结果显示东海陆架表层沉积物中有着丰富多样的微生物群落,细菌的多样性更为显著。  相似文献

渤海1998年9月航次的调查结果.小型底栖生物总平均丰度为(8688±5097)个/m2,底栖桡足类居第2位,平均丰度为(663±569)个/m2,占总数量的76%.根据77种底栖桡足类丰度所做的聚类和标序分析将渤海20个站位划分为4个组合.根据11种环境因子数据所做的聚类和主成分分析将研究海域划分为两个生境、4个亚区.对研究海域进行的分区与自然分区是基本一致的.支配研究海域底栖桡足类群落结构的主要环境因子是水深和沉积物粒度.  相似文献

大型底栖动物是盐沼湿地中最重要的生物类群之一。本文以长江口九段沙湿地为研究区域,于2016年10月在江亚南沙、上沙和下沙的不同区域沿高程梯度设置固定采样站点,对大型底栖动物、沉积物和植物进行取样调研,分析研究了大型底栖动物的分布特征及其影响因子。结果表明:(1)大型底栖动物沿高程梯度的分布具有一定规律性:低潮带环节动物的多度和生物量均最高,中潮带软体动物的物种数最多,高潮带甲壳动物的多度和生物量均最高;(2)不同区域由于环境条件的差异,大型底栖动物沿高程梯度的分布特征也有明显差异;(3)对大型底栖动物分布特征有显著影响的生境因子主要包括沉积物中值粒径、氧化还原电位和植株密度等,不同区域、不同生境中对大型底栖动物的分布特征有显著影响的生境因子也有一定差异;(4)互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)的入侵改变了生境条件,进而对大型底栖动物的分布特征产生影响。在今后的研究中,要充分考虑不同区域、不同高程之间环境条件的差异,进一步探讨盐沼湿地大型底栖动物的分布特征及影响因子的综合作用。  相似文献

泥螺自2001因养殖目的引入黄河三角洲以来,随着分布范围的扩大和种群数量的增长,已成为当地潮间带的关键种。泥螺给当地民众带来较高收入,但其对底栖生态系统的潜在影响还不清楚。为了明确该种群的生物扰动对底栖微藻和微生物的初级生产,以及对水体-沉积物界面营养盐交换的影响,开展了该项实验。结果表明,在光照条件下,泥螺能显著影响沉积物-水体界面的溶解氧DO通量;在黑暗及无生物处理组的恢复期,泥螺能显著增加两界面间氨氮的通量。底栖微藻和小型生物在黑暗条件下也能增加氨氮的通量;但在有光照条件下,上述微藻和小型底栖动物对沉积物-水体界面间溶解氧和氨氮通量的影响不明显。实验结果为更深入理解泥螺对生态系统的影响提供重要理论支持。  相似文献

根据1988-1991年河口锋面现场调查、上海市海岸带调查及历次标准断面调查资料对长江盐度场及盐度锋进行了分析,提出了由口门至外海纵向上存在着三级锋面现象:内侧锋面即长江河口锋为长江河口水与长江冲淡水的界面;羽状锋是长江口羽状流水与口外混合水的界面,它是长江口最主要的盐度锋面,也是长江口一个重要的生物地球化学带,对河口沉积过程及水下三角洲发育具有重要的影响。外侧锋面即海洋锋,是长江冲淡水的最外边缘。  相似文献
