美国加州泰雷兹导航技术公司推出一种Z Max型模块式GPS测量系统。该系统可供地形测量、施工测量和边界测量使用,该系统还可以不同的方式使用,包括点对点实时动态测量、网络实时动态测量、立杆式、背负式或立杆式与背负式的组合型。本公司生产的ADAPT实时动态测量系统,可根据电离层延迟和卫星数量的情况,配置该接收机的性能。而Z跟踪软件可提取加密的L2和P码,该系统天线的覆盖范围为75 5km2 。模块式GPS测量系统     

基于北斗系统的离岸波浪能发电装置数据监测系统设计

针对新型双向直驱式波浪能发电装置离岸数据监测的问题,设计了一种基于北斗通信模块GYM2003B、STM32微控制器、数据采集模块和多个扩展接口组成的监测系统.北斗指挥机接收数据上传服务器存储,并在PC端机上实时监测.该监测系统在海上平稳运行30天,从海上试验数据可以看出,该监测系统能实时监测发电装置运行状况,且系统运行可靠,数据传输准确,数据包的接收率达到99.01％.      

基于插件式土壤侵蚀经验模型系统的探讨与实现

插件式土壤侵蚀经验模型系统结合了GIS技术和插件技术,再现土壤侵蚀经验性表达过程。在.NET开发环境中,利用ArcGIS Engine开发包,借助插件技术的松散耦合机制,赋予了系统动态扩展特性,从而实现了宿主程序、插件模块和通信契约的设计,完成了基础地图操作插件、基本文件管理插件、基础地形分析插件以及年产沙经验模型插件的开发设计,方便了其他模型和框架平台的集成,进而验证了构建插件式系统的可行性。     

基于AutoCAD的地形图编辑软件的设计与实现

通过了解测绘部门对大比例尺地形图编辑软件的需求和测绘工作特点,基于AutoCAD软件的VBA技术,开发了包含符号编辑模块、数据预处理模块、数据编辑模块、数据检查模块和图廓整饰模块等系统模块组成的大比例尺地形图编辑系统,实现了大比例尺地形图数据编辑的流程化作业,该系统简单实用、针对性强,能提高作业效率。     

移动学习模式下测绘专业知识测试系统设计与实现

随着WIFI和智能移动终端的普及,移动学习正在快速地发展。本文主要介绍了智能移动终端上的测绘专业知识测试系统的总体设计和部分实体E-R图,从系统登录与注册模块、个人中心模块、教师编辑试题模块、编辑测试模块、学生自测模块、学生考试模块等方面阐述了测绘专业知识系统的设计与实现,弥补了测绘专业在移动学习应用上的短缺状况。     

三线阵CCD影像测图系统的建立

本文着重介绍了三线阵CCD影像摄影测量处理过程中，数字测图系统的构成及主要模块的功能，并利用航空校飞所获取的影像数据和厕幅式航天影像模拟三线阵CCD影像数据对软件系统进行了测试。     

基于数据中心的海域物权评价系统设计与实现

现场数据采集模块

美国加州天宝(Trimbe)导航定位公司最近推出一种新的模块，作为三角架数据采集系统测量程序4．0现场数据采集软件。这种模块，可为该公司开发的光学测量系统和GPS测量系统提供支持，这一模块和水准测量模块都设计成工作流程序，以供外业测量工作人员使用。该模块适用于光学测量系统和GPS测量系统这两种配置。总站支持自动传输站，而综合测量选择方案则支持具有GPS测量仪器的测站或具有无线电遥控装置的总站。水准测量模块可对该公司开发的DiNi系列数字水准仪提供直接支持，并可对控制器提供现场数据存储，使一个人就能进行三角测量。     

长度计量仪器测距指标处理系统的开发运用

测绘行业近几年发生了巨大的变化 ,传统的测量方法大多被数字化手段所代替 ,然而部分测绘仪检部门在处理测距仪器检定数据时有的采用自行编制的功能不甚完备的程序进行计算。针对这种情况 ,作者开发了长度计量仪器测距指标处理系统 (KRA) ,该系统能较为全面地满足光电测量仪器检测数据的后期处理。本文就该系统的开发和运用作了详细阐述。

测绘仪器的开发与创新不仅是当前测绘信息化阶段工程本科人才培养的重要环节，也是工程教育认证中解决复杂工程问题的基本要求。仪器系统综合设计训练能够有效锻炼工科大学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。本文在明确专业认证中复杂工程问题的基本内涵后，介绍了仪器系统综合训练实验内容的设计方法，并梳理项目设计任务与复杂工程问题间的关系，同时结合课程反馈优化实践课程设置，将解决复杂工程问题的能力培养落到实处，为测绘类、仪器类相关专业培养方案的制订提供参考，使其符合工程教育认证标准要求。     

HIGH PRECISION PHOTOGRAMMETRIC MONITORING OF THE DEFORMATION OF A STEEL BRIDGE

Site procedures, instrumentation, analytical methods and accuracies achieved are described for the measurement of the deformation of a military steel bridge under load in a test gantry. Some remarks concerning the advantages and disadvantages of photogrammetry as a method of industrial measurement are made.

Using modular 3D digital earth applications based on point clouds for the study of complex sites

This article discusses the use of 3D technologies in digital earth applications (DEAs) to study complex sites. These are large areas containing objects with heterogeneous shapes and semantic information. The study proposes that DEAs should be modular, have multi-tier architectures, and be developed as Free and Open Source Software if possible. In DEAs requiring high reliability in the 3D measurements, point clouds are proposed as basis for the 3D Digital digital earth representation. For the development of DEAs, we propose to follow a workflow with four components: data acquisition and processing, data management, data analysis and data visualization. For every component, technological challenges of using 3D technologies are identified and solutions applied for a case study are presented. The case study is a modular 3D DEA developed for the archaeological project Mapping the Via Appia. The 3D DEA allows archaeologists to virtually analyze a complex study area.     

How large is Aroostook County? Exploring the historical mutability of US county area measurements

Area measurements play a prominent role in many types of geographical and historical analyses. The accuracy and precision of such measurements, however, are dependent on a host of input factors, including the type of instrumentation used as well as the scale and projection of the source map and its level of cartographic generalization. As a consequence of variability in these inputs, published area measures change over time. This paper reviews the record of land area measurements for counties published by the US Census Bureau between 1880 and 2000, documents the major changes in measurement instrumentation and procedures employed, and analyzes patterns of the greatest variability in reported values. Two states are used as case studies (Iowa and Maine). The results suggest that the greatest variability occurs in those areas with irregular borders, thus reflecting the interaction of the source maps with human measurement error and the encoding capabilities of the area measurement instruments. The observations also indicate that variability in area measurements for counties has decreased over time.
