不同分辨率遥感图像混合像元线性分解方法研究

混合像元的存在是传统像元级遥感分类和面积量测精度难以达到实用要求的主要原因,为了提高遥感应用精度,须解决混合像元分解问题。传统的方法主要通过改进分解模型提高分解精度,该文在不改变线性分解模型的条件下,分析不同分辨率尺度对于线性分解精度的影响。实验中运用像元合并的方法,得到不同分辨率的TM系列遥感图像,分别选取植被、裸地、水体3种典型地物进行线性分解;以分辨率更高的Quickbird图像分类结果作为真值进行精度评价。实验结果表明:随着图像分辨率的降低,植被的RMSE值不断缩小,在30 m分辨率尺度上均值为0.36,在150 m尺度上均值为0.17,分解精度提高了1倍左右;但随着分辨率进一步降低,由于混合像元现象加剧,RMSE值上升,分解精度随之降低。     

应用线性光谱分离技术研究喀斯特地区土地覆被变化——以贵州省关岭县为例

喀斯特地区土地覆被主要类型除了和非喀斯特地区一样的植被和裸露土壤外,还存在一个广泛分布的裸露基岩,一般遥感处理方法不具备直接定量提取这三类土地覆被参数的能力。基于地物光谱线性混合模型的线性光谱分离技术,可以在亚象元的尺度上直接获取植被覆盖、裸露土壤和裸露基岩等在各象元区域内的比例,非常适合用于喀斯特地区的土地覆被变化的研究。本文利用1987年2月17日和1999年12月27日LandsatTM各6波段遥感影像,使用ENVI软件,分离出植被、裸露土壤、裸露岩石和阴影等土地覆被丰度和RMS的空间分布。对比结果表明,研究区1987～1999年,植被覆盖率上升593%,裸露土壤面积下降1215%,裸露基岩面积上升408%。表明研究区尽管植被在恢复、水土流失总量在减少,但石漠化面积在明显上升,生态形势依旧严峻。     

基于光谱混合分解的民勤生态治理效果评价

作为退化绿洲典型,甘肃民勤生态治理效果的评价对全球干旱区土地退化防治具有重要借鉴作用。使用Landsat系列遥感数据,基于光谱混合分解模型,采用土地覆被/利用分类后比较和端元丰度值差值的方法,对民勤生态工程第二阶段初期(2010—2015年)的治理效果进行了定性和定量研究。结果表明:民勤县土地退化面积为39 712.14hm^2,恢复面积为101 503.44hm^2,恢复面积大于退化面积,呈现出恢复的态势。沙地面积减少,沙地的沙化程度降低;盐碱地面积虽有增加,但盐碱地的盐渍化程度有所下降;林草地相较耕地、夏作耕地相较春作耕地成为当地优势植被地类;水域面积虽有减少,但水域的水含量有所增加。民勤经过近20年的生态修复治理,已经进入良性修复阶段。     

基于高分一号影像的土地覆被分类方法初探

高分一号是我国发射的第一颗高分辨率卫星,其包含地物信息较为丰富,较多的应用于土地覆被分类中,但高分影像普遍存在基于像元分类精度稍低的问题,为了提高遥感影像的分类精度,基于高分一号影像,以新疆艾比湖湿地保护区为研究样区进行土地覆被分类研究。利用灰度共生矩阵方法提取图像的纹理信息,并将结果作为参数量输入到支持向量机(SVM)分类器中,将研究结果与传统的SVM分类及最大似然分类法作对比分析可得:辅以纹理特征的SVM分类方法可更好的区分地物信息,分类精度高达93.64%;传统的SVM分类精度为92.27%;最大似然分类为87.90%;因地制宜的开展辅以纹理特征的SVM分类方法是提高土地覆被监测精度的有效手段。     

大渡河上游地区土地利用/土地覆被变化与驱动力分析

本文以1967年、1987年、2000年三期遥感资料和1∶25万数字高程模型（DEM）及多种历史文献资料为基础,分析了大渡河上游地区18665 km²范围内的土地利用/土地覆被变化与驱动力。结果显示：1967～2000年,研究地区以林地为主导的覆被格局转变为以草地为主。其中,有林地面积的大幅度减少发挥着关键作用。33年间,有林地面积减少了319774 hm²,所占比例从30.92%下降为13.78%。通过对景观格局变化特征的分析,尤其是有林地斑块在破碎化过程中规则性的增强,同时结合历史资料分析,论证了政策因素在该地区土地利用/土地覆被变化中所发挥的主导作用。文中应用Logistic逐步回归方法,通过空间分析,在15个生物物理和社会经济因素中筛选出对不同地类具有重要影响的关键因素,并确定了它们之间的定量关系和影响大小。     

基于辅助信息的遥感影像信息提取探讨

选取陕西省咸阳市三原县作为研究区,利用遥感ENVI软件,对2006年6月SPOT5影像的土地利用信息进行解译。通过对影像中耕地、园地、林地、居住用地、交通用地、水域等地物光谱特征、纹理特征、空间特征等辅助信息与特征进行深入分析,获取了该研究区土地利用信息及其分布特征。结果显示,基于辅助信息的遥感影像信息提取能够弥补单纯依靠像元的分类方法,精度较高,可达86.34%,能够较好的满足用户的要求。     

基于多期数据集的中亚五国土地利用/覆盖变化分析

针对目前中亚地区土地利用变化和分布格局方面的信息相对匮乏,现有资料较为陈旧且零散,无法满足中亚生态与环境变化研究需求的现状,利用全球的UMD, DISCover,GLC2000,GlobCover2005和GlobCover2009的5期土地覆被遥感数据集,提取中亚地区长时间序列土地覆被信息。并针对上述4个土地覆被分类系统无法进行直接对比和变化分析的问题,分别将其综合为4类土地覆被类型：耕地、自然植被、水体和其他,以分析近30 a中亚土地利用/土地覆被变化趋势。中亚土地利用类型多样,草地、裸地、农田、灌丛占绝对优势。自前苏联解体以后,20世纪90年代初至2000年期间,耕地面积大幅度减少,至2010年尽管有所恢复,但仍无法达到20世纪90年代初水平。而自然植被表现出了相反的趋势,这说明在此时间段内,由于社会政治制度的变化和市场经济的建立,耕地发生了较大规模的弃耕,弃耕地通常转换为草地、灌丛等自然植被。近10 a由于社会经济条件的变化,前苏联解体后所弃耕的土地又被收复和重新开发为耕地。90年代初至2000年期间,水体呈现先减少后增加的趋势。利用全球基于多期不同信息源获得的中亚土地覆被数据,尽管分类体系不统一,但均可较好地表征当时地表覆被状况。这在一定程度上弥补了中亚地区土地覆被数据不足的现状。通过对耕地、自然植被、水体及其他土地覆被类型进行大类合并,可基本体现中亚土地覆被的宏观特征和变化趋势。     

1990-2010年中国土地覆被变化引起反照率改变的辐射强迫

土地覆被变化通过改变地表反照率而影响地表辐射收支与能量平衡,从而对区域和全球气候产生影响。本文利用高时空分辨率遥感数据分析1990-2010 年中国土地覆被变化改变地表反照率的时空驱动机制,并计算全国50 个生态区地表反照率变化导致的年际尺度辐射强迫,揭示土地覆被变化在生态区尺度上影响气候变化的生物地球物理机制。结果表明:1990-2010 年全国土地覆被变化以耕地开垦、草地沙化、城市化等人类土地利用活动导致的土地覆被变化最为明显,全国草地与林地面积分别减少了0.60%和0.11%;建设用地和耕地面积分别增加了0.60%和0.19%。全国土地覆被变化通过改变地表反照率引起的平均辐射强迫为0.062 W/m²,表现为增温的气候效应,但在生态区尺度辐射强迫空间差异很大。京津唐城镇与农城郊农业生态区主要土地覆被变化为耕地转为建设用地,引起地表反照率降低了0.00456,产生0.863 W/m²的辐射强迫,表现为增温的气候效应;而三江平原温带湿润农业与湿地生态区主要的土地覆被变化为林草地转为耕地,引起地表反照率升高了0.00152,产生-0.184 W/m²的辐射强迫,表现为降温的气候效应。     

1980—2018年海南岛人类活动强度时空变化特征及其驱动机制

定量评价区域人类活动强度,可反映人与环境关系的变化,为土地利用政策制定和生态环境建设提供科学依据。论文基于1 km分辨率的土地利用/土地覆被数据,从总体变化、空间自相关性及影响因素等方面对海南岛1980—2018年人类活动强度进行分析研究。结果表明：① 2018年,海南岛土地利用/土地覆被类型以林地和耕地为主,分别占研究区总面积的62.85%和25.27%。1980—2018年间,仅有城乡、工矿和居民用地面积出现大幅度增加,其他类型面积均减少,其中耕地和草地减少的面积较大,分别减少397.81 km²和303.02 km²。② 1980年海南岛人类活动强度为10.54%,2018年达到12.86%,增长了22.01%。2000年以前基本保持不变,2010年以后增长迅速。③ 近40 a间海南岛人类活动强度空间分布格局具有四周高、中间低的特点,并具有显著的空间集聚特征,人类活动强度变化热点地区主要集中在海口市、三亚市等城市建设迅速地区。④ 海南岛人类活动强度主要受政府政策、人口增长、经济发展等因素的驱动。     

基于MODIS影像的土地覆被分类研究——以京津冀地区为例

在全球变化研究中,如何快速、准确获取土地覆被信息对该项研究有着至关重要的作用.随着遥感科学的不断发展和应用领域的深入,研究者可以利用遥感影像进行土地覆被分类研究,并且具有准确、快速、自动化等优点.本文利用MODIS数据具有的多光谱、多时相特点,以京津冀地区为例,选取2013 年全年16-day 的MOD13Q1/EVI时间序列数据、2013 年5 月份一期的MOD09Q1(1、2 波段)和MOD09A1(3-7 波段)产品,并运用时间序列谐波分析法对全年MOD13Q1/EVI 时间序列数据进行去云、去噪的平滑重建处理,使其数据更能反映物候周期性变化规律.选择谐波分析后的全年MOD13Q1/EVI 时间序列数据、MODIS数据的1-7 波段地表反射率和NDWI(归一化差异水体指数)、MNDWI(改进归一化差异水体指数)和NDSI(土壤亮度指数),构建了3 种特征变量组合方案的CART决策树,分别进行京津冀地区的土地覆被分类研究.结果表明:方案一(全年EVI 的23 个时相)、方案二(方案一+MOD09 的1-7 波段地表反射率)和方案三(方案二+MNDWI+NDSI+NDWI)的总体分类精度分别达到86.70%、89.98%、91.34%,Kappa系数分别为84.94%、88.66%、90.20%.研究表明,仅利用MODIS遥感影像自身多种分类特征和决策树方法对宏观土地覆被分类就可达到较高精度,显示了本文分类方法在实践中的可行性及MODIS数据在区域尺度土地覆被分类研究方面的优势与潜力.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
