基于Highcharts与天地图的动态网络统计专题图研究

提出了一种以Highcharts图表库结合天地图制作动态网络统计专题图的方法。该方法以JSON形式获取统计数据和空间数据,利用Highcharts和天地图API制作统计图表符号,然后,以天地图为底图生成统计专题图。并以中国地质调查局运行监管与统计平台为例,对基于Highcharts与天地图API的制作动态网络统计专题图方法进行了应用。实践表明,该方法以客户端语言生成统计专题图,与服务端相比,具有动态制图灵活、统计符号易扩展、类型丰富及成本低等特点,能满足系统用户的制图需求。     

面向军事指挥人员空间认知规律的虚拟地理环境设计研究

虚拟地理环境提供了空间认知的新工具。虚拟地理环境的设计是一种创造性的思维过程,离不开人脑的参与。可以说,一个虚拟地理环境系统就是一个认知模型,不同的目的、不同的专题、不同的视角得到不同的模型。对于虚拟地理环境,人们更多的是关注技术,而忽略设计。把一般原理同具体特点结合起来,才能设计出既符合一般规则,又具有不同个性的虚拟地理环境系统。军事指挥人员是一个特殊的群体,本文分析了该群体的特点和地理空间认知过程,提出了面向中高级军事指挥人员的虚拟地理环境设计思路。     

长城专题影像地图符号制作方法

介绍了甘肃省境内明长城专题地图符号的制作方法,对长城影像地图专题符号制作的关键技术进行探讨和研究;提出了利用制图软件进行专题地图符号制作,并且形成了完整的、规范化的系列符号,为统一、快速制作长城资源专题影像图奠定坚实基础,满足了文物管理部门对甘肃省境内明长城资源管理、保护、研究的需要.     

基于MapInfo的旅游专题图制作——以商洛市为例

利用Map Info专题制图软件,对商洛市旅游资源进行重点筛选,介绍了制作旅游资源专题图的一般流程,并从底图要素设计、专题要素设计(包括符号设计、色彩处理等)、辅助要素的设计及地图的整饰、地图输出等,阐述了制作商洛旅游专题图的具体方法和步骤。     

浅谈基于ArcMap的制图符号设计与应用

随着互联网信息技术的飞速发展,电子化地图得到了广泛应用,高德地图、百度地图等互联网地图广泛应用于我们日常生活中,地图的美观性和设计感就决定了人们对它的第一印象。专题图作为一种集设计理念、空间信息于一体的地图产品,在很多场合中发挥着越来越大的作用。在制作专题地图中常常使用到的软件工具有ArcMap、CorelDRAW、Adobe Illustrator等,本文基于ArcMap进行专题图地图符号的设计,利用ArcMap专业地理信息的特性和强大的符号管理工具,对地图符号设计进行深入研究探索,发掘ArcMap对专题地图符号设计的潜力。     

重庆市地震应急专题图制作标准化研究

为规范地震应急专题图的产出标准,提高地震应急指挥保障工作效率,通过在符号设计、标注设计、图面整饰3个方面对地震应急专题图的制作产出进行标准化探究,以期提高重庆市地震应急专题图的制作水平。     

基于DLG建库数据自动生成林业专题图的方法

为了更好地利用数字线划图(DLG)建库数据,以林业部门专题图制作项目为契机,研究了基于DLG建库数据自动生成林业专题图的方法。设计了可自由定制的转换规则,开发了自动转换程序,从而通过DLG建库数据和林业现状数据自动生成了林业专题图。研究成果在34个县(市、区)的林地保护利用规划现状图制作项目中得到了应用,转换程序还适用于其他专题图的制作,具有非常好的推广价值。     

基于KML在Google Earth批量标记方法

通过对KML文件结构的分析,利用UltraEdit软件制作KML文件,笔者总结出一种在Google Earth中批量标记点位的方法.     

基于JFreeChart与ArcGIS JavaScript API的专题制图

基于目前迅速发展的WebGIS技术,结合专题地图智能应用的特点,提出了一种JFreeChart图表组件与ArcGIS JavaScript API相结合动态制作网络专题图的方法。该方法利用JFreeChart强大的图表引擎功能,在服务器端构建统计符号库,以JSON和XML等形式获取专题统计数据,根据统计数据特征自动选择适宜表达方式,生成统计符号后与客户端请求的WMS或WFS服务图层叠加生成专题图。以浙江省在线动态专题地图制作软件为例,对JFreeChart与ArcGIS JavaScript API结合制作网络专题图进行了应用。实践表明,此方法以网络服务形式提供,动态制图功能扩展更灵活,统计符号类型丰富,能满足不同专业背景用户的制图需求,体现了专题地图智能化的应用。     

港区专题地图的设计与制作

以日照港股份有限公司两个港口数据为基础,细述了运用空间数据转换处理系统(FME)将基础数据和专题数据转换为Shape File格式数据的方法,再使用ArcGIS强大的图形和数据处理功能从数据处理、图层显示、符号制作和地图渲染四方面入手说明制作日照港专题图的流程和方法。     

The use cases of digital earth

Abstract

The formal process of system design begins with the identification of use cases. No such cases are readily apparent for the current generation of geobrowsers, though the text of the 1998 Gore speech refers to several. An analysis of the use cases of geographic information systems (GIS) reveals similarities with the functionality of geobrowsers, inviting the view that the two forms of geographic information technology will eventually converge. However, experience suggests that users are finding very different ways of exploiting geobrowsers, and two examples are discussed in detail. These uses can be interpreted within a broad framework of spatial concepts, and the paper concludes that this framework provides a better guide to the future of geobrowsers and Digital Earth than current GIS technology.     

基于WebGIS的动态专题地图发布技术研究

互联网技术的发展,使得传统的地图发布技术发生了重大的变化。目前地图发布正在走向网络化、实时化,并趋向于与W ebG IS相结合。本文分析了专题地图编制发布现状,对基于W ebG IS技术的动态专题地图进行了深入研究,分析了动态发布专题地图的目前常用的三种技术手段,并给出了一个基于ArcIMS的Java Connector二次开发的基于W ebG IS的人口动态发布专题地图的实例。     

面向服务的在线专题制图系统

针对目前在线专题图表达存在交互性差、使用不够灵活、表达不够美观等问题。该文分析了当前在线专题制图产品存在的不足之处,并基于NewMap Server软件提出了一套集在线专题数据服务和在线专题制图API为一体的解决方案,在此基础上研发了面向服务的在线专题制图系统。利用NewMap地名地址匹配技术实现专题数据与地名数据的快速准确匹配并且制定统一的服务标准与客户端交互。客户端采用自主的图形算法实现专题数据的可视化表达。最后对专题图系统进行了详细的设计,并对设计的7种统计专题图进行实例验证。实践表明,该专题图系统有交互性强、制图速度快等优点,具有很好应用前景。     

Tree cover mapping based on Sentinel-2 images demonstrate high thematic accuracy in Europe

The spatial and temporal distribution of trees has a large impact on human health and the environment through contributions to important climate mechanisms as well as commercial, recreational and social activities in society. A range of tree mapping methodologies has been presented in the literature, but tree cover estimates still differ widely between the individual datasets, and comparisons of the thematic accuracy of the resulting tree maps are rather scarce. The Copernicus Sentinel-2 satellites, which were launched in 2015 and 2017, have a combination of high spatial and temporal resolution. Given that this is a new satellite, a substantial amount of research on development of tree mapping algorithms as well as accuracy assessment of said algorithms have to be done in the years to come. To contribute to this process, a tree map produced through unsupervised classification was created for six Sentinel-2 tiles. The agreement between the tree map and the corresponding national forest inventory, as a function of the band combination chosen, was analysed and the thematic accuracy was assessed for two out of the six tiles. The results show that the highest agreement between the present tree map and the national forest inventory was found for bands 2, 3, 6 and 12. The present tree map has a relative difference in tree cover between 8% and 79% compared to previous estimates, but results are characterised by large scatter. Lastly, it is shown that the overall thematic accuracy of the present map is up to 90%, with the user’s accuracy ranging from 34.85% to 92.10%, and the producer’s accuracy ranging from 23.80% to 97.60% for the various thematic classes. This demonstrates that tree maps with high thematic accuracy can be produced from Sentinel-2. In the future the thematic accuracy can be increased even more through the use of temporal averaging in the mapping procedure, which will enable an accurate estimate of the European tree cover.     

基于模板的专题制图数学模型构建和应用

数学模板是基于面向对象的理念对专题制图数学模型所涉及的参数变量、数学运算的一种抽象和结构化。提出通过数学模板的嵌套和递归调用构建专题制图数学模型的新思路。基于这种思路,设计数学模型构建软件,通过该软件可以把数学模型分解为数学模板并以文件的形式提供给专题制图系统使用。这种方法具有非编程、灵活、可扩展性强等优点。     

A Microsoft Excel Application for Automatically Building Historical Geography GIS Maps

The ability to visualize location and time information on satellite‐generated maps using geographic information systems (GIS) such as Google Earth has enabled researchers with limited mapping expertise to use GIS for a wide range of applications. GIS holds special benefits for research in historical geography involving visualization of events and time‐based changes in geographical information. This article describes a Microsoft Excel VBA application which automatically converts information contained in a Microsoft Excel workbook into a.kml (Keyhole Markup Language) file suitable for display by mapping systems such as Google Earth. The application requires no knowledge of KML or Excel VBA. An example illustrates how the application can be used to trace the Mongol invasion of Eastern Europe.     

基于GIS的静态图式表达方法与制图表达方法的对比分析

针对GIS生成的地图产品脱离GIS地理空间数据,割裂地理要素与地图对象完整性,导致输出地图产品更新困难。结合制图单位实际生成需求,研究GIS静态图式表达和GIS制图表达;基于GIS制图模板和GIS符号库,采用C#+ArcEngine编程技术,实现GIS专题制图系统。系统具有GIS静态图式渲染功能和GIS制图表达功能,并以某区域专题制图项目为例,对比分析不同方式专题制图效果。结果表明基于地理空间数据规则的地图制图表达技术能够兼顾GIS和地图制图对数据的不同要求,可快速完成地图制作,部分解决传统上必须通过大量人工编辑才能够完成的制图任务,一定程度提高工作效率。     

An open source,server-side framework for analytical web mapping and its application to health

In this paper, we detail the design and the implementation of an open source, server-side web mapping framework for the analysis of health data. The framework forms part of a larger project, the goal of which is to provide an analytical web geographical information system (GIS) that enables health experts to analyse spatial aspects of health data. The aim of the framework is to provide a method for the dynamic and flexible spatial visualisation of health data to facilitate data exploration and analysis. Consequently, a dynamic thematic web mapping technique, an extension to the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web map service standard, was developed. The technique combines a data query, processing technique and styling methodology on the fly to generate a thematic map. The resulting thematic map represents a virtual map layer that enables a user to rapidly visually summarise properties of a data-set. A test web interface was developed to assess the efficacy of the web mapping technique. As the dynamic web mapping method builds on existing OGC web mapping standards, it can be readily integrated with the existing lightweight slippy map web clients and virtual globes.
