通过实验优化确定了近海自然粒度下沉积物中氮和磷同时浸取并测定的条件,其中无机态氮和无机态磷用0.1moL/L盐酸浸取后测定;总氮、总磷采用氢氧化钠与过硫酸钾混合氧化剂进行氧化浸取后测定。用这种方法研究了胶州湾沉积物中的氮与磷,探讨了其沉积物中氮和磷的地球化学分布特征,发现胶州湾沉积物中有机氮可占总氮的50%~70%,而有机磷所占总磷的比例低于40%,从湾内到湾外这一比例有降低的趋势;与其他海区相似,胶州湾表层沉积物中无机氮和无机磷的相对含量随着深度的增加而增大,在次表层则趋于稳定或变化较小;而有机氮和有机磷的垂直变化与其相反。结果表明,这种沉积物氮、磷的同时测定方法,具有操作简单、精密度高等特点,可用于近海沉积物氮、磷生态学功能及过量氮、磷生态毒理的研究。  相似文献

采用充氩电荷注入检测器(CID)-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪结合HF—HNO3-HClO4-H3PO4密封溶样法,建立了适用于多目标地质调查中土壤、水系沉积物等地质样品中B、As、S的同时测定方法。方法的特点是通过加入少量H3PO4避免了易挥发元素B的挥发损失;采用Se 196.0nm谱线为内标,对残留空气对超紫外区谱线测定中的强度漂移影响起到了很好的补偿作用;该方法还可同时测定Cu、Pb、Zn、Cr、Ni、Li、Mn和V等微量元素。B、As、S的仪器检出限(3SD,μg/mL)分别为0.01、0.008、0.03,方法检出限(10SD,DF=100,μg/g)分别为2.61、3.28、9,58。用国家标准物质土壤GBW 07401-07408,水系沉积物GBW 07309-07312验证了测定B、As、S的准确性及精密度,允许误差范围之内,测定值与标准值接近,样品10次测定的RSD为4.34%~25.0%。  相似文献

水系沉积物中汞可分为三种形态,即迁移毒性态、亚迁移态和惰性态。建立了用原子荧光光谱法测定迁移态毒性汞中无机汞和有机汞的分析方法,并将该方法应用于武汉市涨渡湖沉积物中汞形态分析。方法检出限为0.004μg/L,精密度(RSD,n=11)为4.2%,回收率为92.2%~105.4%。  相似文献

采用Ba型、H型和Cs型三步阳离子交换树脂法,对海洋沉积物中孔隙水的氯进行了分离和提纯。氯的回收率达99.6%,能满足氯同位素质谱测定的需要。氯同位素的测量采用基于Cs2Cl^+离子的高精度正热电离质谱法,对ISL354NaCI标准物质的多次测量结果为”CI/”CI=0.319130±0.000029,对一个南海海底沉积物中孔隙水的多次测量结果为^37CI/^35CI=0.319144±0.000043,表明此方法的稳定性好,测量精度高,可用于海洋沉积物中孔隙水的氯同位素示踪研究  相似文献

建立了一个用酸(HF、HCI、HNO3、HCIO4)溶解通古斯地区沉积物样品,以Re为内标元素,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定其中铂族元素的分析方法。方法检出限为0.001-0.06μg/L,回收率大于85%。用该方法分析了9个取自通古斯地区的沉积物样品,发现了Ru、Rh、Pd、Ir、Pt等元素的异常。  相似文献

采用HF-HClO4-HNO3-HCl溶解样品,泡沫塑料富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定岩石、土壤、水系沉积物等地质样品中微量铊。以抗坏血酸为基体改进剂,Fe^3+加入量选择100mg,灰化温度为600℃,原子化温度为1600℃。方法用于测定国家一级标准物质,结果与标准值基本一致。方法精密度(RSD,n=8)为2.88%~6.27%,回收率为95.24%~101.3%,检出限可达0.058μg/g。  相似文献

土壤和沉积物中的总汞是环境监测的常规项目。不同消解方法对测定结果和分析进度影响较大。本文改进了与其它强氧化体系消解样品具有可对比性的传统王水消解法,利用王水在95℃水浴中一次消解,结合BrCl氧化-SnCl2还原-汞蒸汽吹脱金管预富集-冷原子荧光法测定了土壤和沉积物样品中的总汞。该方法操作简单,数据可靠,精度高,土壤和沉积物标准样品测定的相对误差为-4.6%~10.1%,回收率91.1%~111.6%;平行样测定重现性良好,提高了分析速度和准确度。  相似文献

渤海沉积物中氮的形态及其在循环中的作用   总被引:76,自引:2,他引:76  
利用分级浸取分离法首次将自然粒度下渤海表层沉积物中的氮分为可转化态氮和非转化态氮,并将可转化态氮区分为四种形态:离子交换态氮(IEF—N)、碳酸盐结合态氮(CF—N)、铁锰氧化态氮(IMOF—N)及有机态和硫化物结合态氮(OSF—N),并对其分布进行了研究,估算了各形态氮对沉积物-海水界面循环的贡献。结果表明,渤海沉积物氮中可转化态氮占总氮(TN)的比例为30.85%,其中IEF—N、CF—N、IMOF—N和OSF—N所占比例分别为3.67%、0.31%、0.42%和26.45%,其分布呈现不同的地球化学特征,分布的控制因素亦不同;各形态氮释放的顺序与其在沉积物中结合的牢固程度一致,对界面循环的相对贡献随时间尺度发生变化,绝对贡献的大小与其在沉积物中的储存量大小一致,为0SF—N(84.6%)>IEF—N(13、0%)>IMOF—N(1.4%)>CF—N(1、0%);非转化态氮占TN的69.15%,其中约有49%是由于粒度因素所致。  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,钯与氯离子发生反应生成配合物[PdCl6]^2-,该配合物能被大孔弱碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂吸附。吸附物灰化后,灰分与缓冲剂混合均匀,全部装入杯形电极,发射光谱法测定钯。方法检出限为0.12ng/g(10.0g样品)。方法经国家一级标准物质验证,测定值与标准值相符,精密度(RSD,n=12)为8.9%~13.9%,回收率为89%~118%。方法已用于测定水系沉积物中的痕量钯。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
